We don't know much about how Wendy’s handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. Wendy’s cheese & bacon baked potato

Tonight, 1/22/20@ 6:14pm E.S. T. Store #3376 RECEIPT #40377 (drive thru) I often buy cheese&bacon potatoes @ this Wendy's location. I'd say the last 3 times I've noticed they started using a lot less cheese sauce. So tonight I ordered 2 cheese&bacon potatoes for my elderly mother&myself & decided to ask for extra sauce, which I was charged for (.35x2) I asked the girl that handed me my order if these were the ones with extra sauce& she said "I think so". When we opened them there was very little sauce, not even any running down the sides of the potatoes. The potatoes were very dry due to lack of sauce. 90%potato vs..05% sauce. How do I get a refund or compensation? I spend a lot of money at this Wendy's on a weekly basis. It seems this store is going downhill. We ordered 3 grilled chicken sandwiches a mo. ago & all 3 of us threw them out they were so nasty. I am not picky! Rebecca Oney, Endicott, NY [protected]

Wendy’s employee

I come into Wendys everyday for lunch, because I enjoy the food and its close to my job. There is an employee named Erica she works days. She is very rude, disrespectful, always snapping off at employees and even customers. If she doesn't want to work around people she probably shouldn't be in fast food. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could have a talk with her before you lose my business.

Wendy’s extremely poor customer service

I needed to use the restroom (it was an emergency) so my husband and I decided to go to Wendy's and buy frostys so we could use theirs. When we walked in, I went to find a seat and my husband went up to the counter to order. After a few bites of my frosty I couldn't hold it anymore so I went up to the counter and asked to be let into the restroom. ( I stood there for 5 minutes before someone finally came to the counter) ( the rest of the crew were having a baby shower in the lobby and not paying attention) The guy working at first told me NO. He said that I had to order something first. I tried to explain to him that I just got a frosty but my husband had actually ordered it for me. Then after arguing with the guy about weather he was going to let me use it and him all but calling me a liar, he yelled across the whole place to someone saying "she says she bought a frosty" while shaking his head and rolling his eyes! Again practically calling me a liar. Then he let Me in only to pound on the door and yell at me the whole time I was in there. I tried to tell him that the tp dispenser was messed up and I was trying to hurry and he just kept pounding and yelling about every 20 seconds until I came out. There was nobody waiting and I was only in there for about 5 mins. I found out his name is Jacob and he dressed like a manager. He was very rude and extremely unprofessional

Wendy’s manager disrespecting employees

I come to this Wendy's almost 4 times a week. I love coming here with my wife and kids and the food is always hot and fresh. But everytime I come here the manager on site is so rude to the employees. Her name is Angela I'm not sure of her last name. No one should ever talk to people the way she talks to these employees. She uses foul language all the time. She acts as if they are nobodys to her. I see her really talk to the men working there very disrespectfully. I just feel she should not be in this type of position if she can't have no respect for others. I'm a manager where I work and I could never see myself talking to my employees the way Angela was with her employees. I didn't get any of the employees names but I would gladly do so if its required to have this complaint looked into. I feel Angela is not following the Code of Conduct that Wendy's has in place. I hope to hear back about this soon. Thank you

Wendy’s manager complaint

Manager cussing out employees and mother in law. Daughter in law (employee)>>had seizure and was unable to talk with manager Angie at Kimbell store. I, her mother in law called Wendys manager for her. I told manager Angie who I was that i am this employees mother in law and that she had had seizure and would not be to come in. Manager then cussed out mother in law. Mother in law attempted to report that we had had a death in the family which caused stress to employee causing seizure. Employee .. my daughter in law reported that she attempted to get off for funeral and that Manager reported to her that she did not believe there was a death in the family and was just trying to get off. When I .. .mother in law attempted to report we indeed had death in death in family which caused employee to have seizure. Manager Angie of the Jasper TN store cursed out mother in law. My daughter in law also reported that Manager Angie was letting people break for cigarettes but that she hadn't been unable to get a lunch break in 9 hours of working. This is unprofessional and unethical to treat employees this badly. Along with treating me badly with my mother passing and hear manager Angie giving my daughter in law heck reporting she did not believe her. Sounds like Manager Angie is exhibiting unethical labor laws against the employees which can be verified with all employees and to talk to a family member in a rude unprofessional manner and then to report she does not believe that my mother has passed away. I am getting a lawyer.

Wendy’s service

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:50 AM on 1/6/20 and saw on the door they opened at 9:00 AM. I ran an errand and came back at 9:05 AM. The doors were still locked. I checked the web site and it also said opened at 9:00 AM. I waited outside by the door. At 9:20 AM, I looked inside and there was an employee working. I called the phone number and no answer. Finally at 9:30 AM, the employee saw me and waved. She came to the door and said this week they aren't opening until 10:30 and was that ok... I said no it wasn't. There was no sign on the door stating it would not be open. There were other customers waiting also. This was extremely poor Customer Service. They could have put signs on both doors so people didn't wait. The Manager was also very rude when she talked to me. I then went to McDonald's for my breakfast.

Wendy’s Parmesan caesar salads

I purchase salads at least 3 times a week for my lunch, working the evening shift I know the salad is better because there are times I don't get to eat until late. I purchased one 1/4/2020 and there were no tomatoes in it, so I asked beacuse I had purchased one on 12/31/19 that had tomatoes in it and I was told that this salad no longer comes with tomatoes. Well the tomatoes makes a salad better. So I told the lady then that I would not be coming back. It is such a disappontment that they removed the tomatoes from this salad

Wendy’s not being paid after working

I worked on december 4, 19 from 3-7pm then quit due to not being trained properly and unhealthy work conditions. I was hired the previous day. I have never received payment for what i worked.
I have contacted this location several times and they keep saying my check has been mailed . I have never received my check . Please follow up. I do not recommend this place for anyone. I would recommend a health inspection to be done. The employees who work there are not trained appropriately and disrespectful. My hiring was Amber.

Wendy’s getting charged much more than what I was going to pay online

I was going to place an order online for pickup but it wasn't going through my family went to pickup by drive through. For Three Burgers, Two large fries, one medium fries and Two large drinks the total was $28 where as when I was going to place online it was $18 for three burgers, large fries three, three drinks and three nuggets. It's not even fair. $10 is a lot of money.

Wendy’s terrible hamburgers, chicken nuggets

I went to this wendy's 3 weeks ago, ordered chicken nuggets, 3 orders. They were so disgusting, hard and unable to eat. I had to throw them away. I thought it was a one time thing. I went about a week later, I got home, my order was missing 2 orders of fries. Now, I went last night, we got two orders of baconator value meals, once again, the burgers were terrible. They were hard as rocks, and tasted gross, again I had to throw them out. I usually don't complain about things. But for this to happen 3 times in a few weeks is unacceptable. Wendy’s food, service, and cleanliness

My sister and I had lunch at the wendy's in napoleon, ohio today. The restaurant was dirty... Tables not wiped off nor did anyone wipe them off while we were there. The condiment bar was not clean and littered with straw paper, and the floors needed some sweeping. No one ever came out to clean anything! She ordered coffee which was cold! She took it back for a hot cup of coffee to be replaced. They said they would make a new pot... After some time... They must have forgotten her... She went back for a replacement and it was cold again and I mean cold! I asked them if the coffee pot was broken and they then produced a hotter cup but still not up to standards! I had a single combo. The burger was dry and only warm and the french fries were the same. The staff was not clean and did not seem to care about the customers. Now I know why this wendy's had two cars in the parking lot when we arrived. The mcdonalds down the street had a full lot and at least 5 cars lined up at the window. I will go there the next time! The napoleon manager needs to be aware of this poorly run wendy's.

Wendy’s wrong food and bad customer service

On 2 different days I went to the Wendy's on hwy 50 in Brooksville Fl and each time I used the drive thru. First I ordered a large and small chili and a Dave's number one and the beans were so hard it was impossible to eat and it was super spicy. The burger was made all the way and I ordered just ketchup and cheese.
The second time I ordered a bacon cheese burger with no onions and a jalapeno fries and I got a bacon deluxe plain and a small regular frie and was charged 11.27. Told the lady it was wrong and manager stated I would have to buy a complete mother order and no get a refund because their company policy doesn't allow refunds..
So I was screwed out of my money and food both times.
I need to be given a refund and my food replaced.

Wendy’s poor customer service/take out order completely wrong

Good afternoon. Myself was at the above wendys location on tuesday december 3rd around 15:00hrs. 4 cars ahead of us. By the time I could place my order, 30 minutes had gone by. My order was, as follows, large fries, daves double bacon deluxe, large chili (was asked if I would cheese with it and I said no thank you), small spicy chicken nuggets (was asked if I would like sweet and sour sauce and I said yes). After another 8 minutes, I received my order. At this point I decided to check it. My chili and large fries were missing. She told me that I didnt order any fries and large chili. I not only showed my receipt but I said when I first ordered my chili, you asked me if I wanted cheese on it so how can you make that kind of remark. No answer. By this time the drive thru was lined up around the corner. I got my missing items and said thank you. No response. When I got home this what I unpacked. 2 daves classic doubles, large fries, small chili, regular chicken nuggets. My issue is this. As above mentioned order, it was completely wrong. Missing was spicy chicken nuggets, no dipping sauce even though I was asked, no daves double bacon deluxe and no condiments or napkins or spoon and crackers. I do not complain but this issue, I felt needed your attention. I am not looking for any kind of refund or coupons and compensation. Just an fyi. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com

Wendy’s horrible customer service from pauline

Me and my husband went to Wendy's in Sunday Dec1, 2019. The weather was not good that morning. We went to the store located at 275 forth ave, St. Catharines at 9.40pm. Lights on but all the doors are closed. No sign no anything posted. Couple other customers waiting in drive through as well. I called customer service to complaint and I received a phone call from that store, the lady named Pauline. She was very rude and gave me lots of attitude. She said you complaint about we were not open that night, coz power off. Just let you know! Excuse me! That's the attitude you should be to your customer? I can't accept this!'n

Wendy’s customer service and restaurant cleanliness

This complaint is to highlight the Wendy's on Davie rd extension in Davie Florida 33324. I went inside with my two children ages 6 & 7 and stood in line at the counter. There was a Wendy's employee that was in line ordering food and the clerk "nikki" was incredible rude to him, so rude in fact that other customers waiting in line made comments to her that she was being out of line. After placing my order i walked to the side of the dining room to wait for my food. The dining room was absolutely disgusting. Nearly each table had left over food and drinks, the floor was riddled with French fries and napkins and had a wet mop laying aside. One would hope to have a decent experience at a fast food place and no i don't consider Wendy's to shine nearly as bright as a "chik filet" but Seriously come on people! When i finally stepped up to pick up my food which was for dine in, i was given a bag of food with several missing items. A Customer asked who the manager was and a clerk pointed to a woman who was kidding around in the kitchen witha Fry cook. I'm certain Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave knowing this is what's become of his establishment.

Wendy’s unfair employee treatment

I was recently recruited from my job to work for Wendys in Yuma, AZ. There is a new store being built that we will be working at but for now we are all training in the current store. i wish i stayed at my old job. The general manager at this store is a snake as well as the rest of his family that works for him. The people that work in this store are very unprofessional and make it very hard to work. i thought dave thomas was about doing the right thing and treating people with respect. He is always slandering the managers of the new store and brags about getting them in trouble with the area manager really loud while we are all working. Working here is like working at an occult place that has more control than the people who should. He gets away with murder and i'm really thinking about leaving because the area manager won't listen to anyone and turns the blame around on other people. I can't believe these kinds of people are symbolizing dave thomas and everything he stood for by treating people poorly and forcing people to work in bad conditions. Someone needs to step up and step into the situations that are going on here. I feel like there is bullying in this store and the owners turn a blind eye.

Wendy’s dave's single

Ordered dave single.. Got home with it and started eating and realized the burger is raw and red inside. Disgusted me and stopped eating. Hamburger is supposed to be well done. Have to go to work so no time to take it back. If I call I will probably be on some free burger list that if I go to get will miraculously have disappeared as is my previous experience with this location. Not the first time with issues at this location.

Wendy’s ingredients

We came here at 11:40 Nov 22 Friday. We ordered Awesome bacon cheeseburger. As I was about to eat it, I realized there is something wrong. There's no lettuce, onion, and sauces. And I definitely saw them on the list of the burger's ingredient. So I told to manager and showed the burger, but manager said there's no problem. And she even laughed. I'm so embarrassed right now.

Wendy’s unethical behavior/attitude

I was in the Milan location yesterday 11-15-19 around 7:30pm. The cashier that was taking orders seemed to have an attitude with everyone and was acting as if she didn't care to be there. It seemed like she didn't know what to do and didn't even give people their receipts or cups when she was finished with their order. There was this one situation that really got me. I was standing up there waiting for my food and there was this older gentleman that had two seperate orders to go. She was very rude with him and she had obviously messed up his order (it looked as though she was hardly listening to him) so she had to get a manager to take some stuff off if seemed. The gentleman simply asked "what all do you have so far", The manager was helpful and told him what was on there and so he continued his order. He was waiting to pay for the first order and she never told him his total. He asked her if it was okay to pay now. (from my experience in the past with good and nice cashiers...they say "once the face goes away you can insert your card"...this girl name Kyla by the way...didn't say that and still had a attitude. He paid for the first order... She then...proceeds to open a bag so they can put his food in it for the first order.

As she is doing this... he simply says to her "I have a second order". Just the look that she gave him and the tone of her voice when said to him "I'm doing something right now". That was the final straw... I didn't get to speak to the gentleman before he left. but I knew I was going to complain about her if he didn't. I hope he does also. The way she acted was unacceptable for anyone that works with the public. My opinion is...that she needs to be repremanded for acting like this or fired. Whatever Wendy's thinks is best.
She doesn't need to be working with the public at all if she is going to act like this.

Wendy’s frosty - chocolate

When did y'all change the frosty formula. I had been craving one for some time now. My husband and I stopped in Carnesville, Ga. to get one today. This is not like it used to be. The taste and consistency isn't even the same. Anyone can get chocolate ice cream and blend it like the "frosty" we got today. Bring back the original FROSTY. A lot darker in color, icy crystals and full choc flavor.
