Wendy’s cheeseburger combo/fries/coke

my food (i.e. combo single cheeseburger) bought on10/8/22 from wendys3550 hwy. 280 phenix city al, phone [protected]. the hamburger felt musht when l took a bite and texture seemed abnormal. thought maybe the pickles or tomatoes where thre cause but after taking another bite and opening the bun to look at the patty l saw raw meat. when l say raw, l mean pink raw hamburger meat. juices where still coming out! ate the french fries to get rid of the taste and took burger back to the register. told the lady it was horri ble tasting and raw. she didnt even look at it and just tossed it in the trash saying, sorry about that and walked to the back! host name was yazette and ticket reciept time date 8:36pm. name was rhodes on ticket ticket has number10023 below time. it is now 9:35 and l have been in bathroom for last 30 minutes throwing up. this is last time for me and wendys and will make sure everyone knows about the food and customer service at this place. thinking about boycotting with sign. l am livid about this treatment and expect to hear back from headquarters.hm [protected]

Desired outcome: l want my refund for my food and time spent puking. will let you know if l have any health issues too! have ticket in hand for proof of visit along with several wittnesses. should have taken picture.

Wendy’s Our food & unreasonable unprofessionalism

I ordered two classic chicken sandwich combos, I asked for one plain and

the other add jalapenos since they said I couldn't get the spicy chicken with the coupon I used. The food was disappointing. Everything was bad. The sandwiches were not as we requested. The fries were not good. they were dark, some burnt, and old. my daughter's nuggets were old and dry. I asked for a cup holder and the service clerk told me that there were not anymore. I told the person that I couldn't hold three cups while driving. then there came the holders. I will not be back

Wendy’s Staff

I just read that Wendy’s have terminated a 20 year employee who has Down’s Syndrome ……..that is beyond comprehension. I have a niece who is a Down’s Syndrome individual and what the employment provides for these individuals is beyond measurable.

I hope your company recognizes the devastating consequences of your decision and reverses that position. The financial cost to your company is minuscule in comparison to the good will benefit to your company. I hope you are big enough to change your mind.

If not………I really hope the financial consequences to your bottom line are massive, and I will be contributing to that result. I will not support you.

Wendy’s Crispy Chicken BLT Sandwich

I’m a long time customer and I love your food but this last experience really upset me. I went through the drive-through and ordered three Junior bacon cheeseburgers and a crispy chicken sandwich combo with a Coke. When I received the crispy chicken sandwich there was only chicken in between two pieces of bread. I went inside to get this corrected and the manager in the back threw on a cold piece of cheese and one sliver of bacon. I should’ve checked this right then and there when I was in the store. I figured how hard would it be to put lettuce, tomato and the correct amount of bacon on a sandwich. Apparently this was a task to hard to handle. No lettuce, No tomato and No I’m sorry for the mistake. It’s really starting to anger me with the type of service, the quality of food and how inflated things are these days. Is it too much to ask for someone just to get things right? I just want what I paid for. 😠

Wendy’s Wait time in line for window service and always out of a specific product

I really love Wendy's but I think that I will never go back to the Conway store. It took them 26 minutes to get my order of a Son of baconator and a baked potatoe. There were several cars in front of me and several behind me. 3 cars finally left. I even called them (Bernice) 1 hour earlier to see if they had baked potatoes, she said she didn't but would put them on. Then yelled at someone to put 14 on. There was 5 people standing near the window and 1 at the indoor register. It's not a staffing issue & not the 1st time, its most of the time. The guy taking the orders would wait until the last car in front of me (there was 3) was waited on at the window before taking my order. They are ALWAYS out of baked potatoes especially around the 5oclock pm hour. The wait in line is extremely long through the drive through. This has been going on now for awhile. Can you not get this restaurant up to the Wendy's standards? Or is this your standard?

Desired outcome: I would like a change in the way that this particular Wendy's is conducting its business. I thought that Wendy's held itself to a higher standard and this restaurant is failing to keep those standards or are they?

Wendy’s Disgusting coke from soda stream with really gnarly residue

My husband brought home some food from Wendy's. I received a very disgusting and disturbing coke that tasted burnt and has left a really bad taste in my mouth and the cup had a lot of bits of residue of something in it that should def not be in the coke! The residue stained the cup and bits stuck to the inside walls of the cup. Worse part is I drank some of it and now I just want to puke!

This is also not the first time I received bad food. The other day I received a grilled chicken Ranch burger that had really hard bacon on it. From the same store.

Wendy’s Baconator sandwich

Went to the Wendy's on Airway Rd in Dayton, Ohio for dinner tonight 10/06/22 for my husband and myself. We ordered 2 Baconators because we had a coupon buy 1 get 2nd for $1. We get home with our order and start eating and I just so happened to look at my sandwich before I took a bite and one of the patties was RAW. We have had a constant problem with wrong orders or something being wrong with the food for about a year now and it never gets resolved. I am tired of not getting what I paid for and wasting my hard earned money! This was the last straw I will not go there again and possibly never go to another Wendy's again! I want either a free meal or money it is only fair.

Wendy’s $5 biggie meal

Bad customer service and nasty food unacceptable and no customer should have to endure this! See pics. I can be reached by email at [protected]@yahoo.com about this complaint. After bringing this to the manager by phone I was given an unemotional apology and offered a free frosty. No thanks. The damage is already done. Nasty attitudes and lots of confusion about my entire order which I waited 10 minutes for. Shame!

Wendy’s The Dave burger from a while ago and the little burgers last night

I'm sick of this yall keep messing up last meal I ordered from yall yall messed up the Dave triple and the fries was still little cold not to meant I asked for mayo and y'all put mustard a few weeks ago and I sent a complaint y'all didn't do anything but waste my money and now I ordered 10 little burgers and asked for mayo on it only and yall put so much ketchup on it it was [censored]ing soggy I'm about done with y'all all together I live 4 towns over and can't go back after I went home gas is to [censored]ing high for that [censored]

Wendy’s Food

My Order ID: [protected] was yesterday on Sept. 28, 2022, at 4:10PM.

I ordered Double Cheeseburger and my husband's order Triple Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger Pub. I got sick from double cheeseburger. I have no idea why I got sick. I believe that young cookers may be not wash their hands or may not clean on cook service and service line. Triple Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger Pub looked not right, mess up and no cheeses on each burger. He was not very happy! They have no prepared to make food for us when I took an order via online ordering and pick up through the drive thru, but they didn't check up online when my husband showed the order id number from his iPhone with confirmation. My husband waited for food for 15 minutes later while he is driving in drive thru and other cars waiting in line. The workers have no responsibility for checking the online order if customers ordered and paid, they should prepare to make the food before customers drive thru to pick it up and come in to pick it up either.

Desired outcome: I would like to refund back in my credit card, please? Thanks.

Wendy’s employee

we stopped at Wendys in Dale, IN on our way home from vacation. We ordered our food, had to ask for cups. We went to fill our cups, the machine was out of diet coke. Another customer walked by and said you will be pushing buttons all day to get something, everything is empty. There were no napkins. While eating we watched an employee lay across the counter where food is served. Also he lifted his shirt exposed his whole belly and chest and used his shirt to wipe his mouth. Another employee was texting on her phone when i went and ask for diet coke behind the counter

Wendy’s Online order pick-up service.

On Tuesday, September 2, 2022, I learned that Wendy's Policy for Grubhub, DoorDash, & Uber Eat's pickup's is NOT EFFECTIVE. Your policy is to sit pickup order's by the front door, on a designated book shelf, for store #10, 462 Chancellor Avenue, Newark, NJ 07112, for ANYONE, not just the pickup service, to pick up food that was ordered, and walk out of the door with it. Grubhub picked up what was SUPPOSED TO BE my food from Wednesday, totaling $20.69, and brought me an order for $10.50, which was not my order. I had to then walk to Wendy's & back home, because I was sent the entire wrong order, because someone else stole my order from the shelf, that their policy is directing their employees to do. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Upon returning this order, I was not apologized to, I was not given ANYTHING complimentary, but instead was just given the proper order, and then had to WALK back home..

Desired outcome: Wendy's needs to change that policy of sitting people's food order's on a shelf by the front door, for just anyone to take and just walk out of the door with. This is for the store #10 (I think) 462 Chancellor Avenue, Newark, NJ, 07112

Wendy’s mobile app

you do not allow a mobile app customer to pay cash at the store when picking up an order I went the other day and could not believe that you won't take cash the app gives you no option to use cash even when going on to the store for pickup I did not have a credit card on me so I had to leave with my hands empty and the $30 to $40 dollar lunch order for our office unfulfilled I assume you still take cash from eat in orders If I am picking up I should be able to use cash

Wendy’s lack of readiness

place a mobile order so I can pick it up right in the parking lot of my job. I ordered the maple bacon chicken crossant with the season potats and a drink.

Upon arriving to the drive up I was told hole on and they will be right there. Then when helped i pulled forward. once at the windown recieved drink and asked to pull forward becasue waiting on food. Then advised that they don't have bacon. I had nobody behind me and said i was staying at the window. there was already someone pulled to the side waiting on food. I said to make the sandwich without the bacon that I had to be to work.

I am not sure what has happened at this store. But, the crew that was there before ran the store great.

I want to know how can you open a store at 630 in the morning and NOT have things ready. Knowing that you will need bacon and other things all day long. I get things happen and things go wrong. I didn't complain before when i did a moble order and get there lights were on and cars in parking lot but no staff to be had.

Desired outcome: I would like to see staff to be more accountable and be there and having things done or preped.

Wendy’s Inedible salad

Tonight, September 18th, I drove through the drive through to order a salad. I waited over 25 minutes in line before getting served which I would happily overlooked if the rest of the experience had been better. Once it was finally my turn to order, I asked for the summer strawberry salad and was told "we don't have that. It's not summer." So then I asked if I could have the apple pecan chicken salad and got this response, "We don't have that." I still wasn't upset even though the girl taking my order was short tempered and rude. So then I said, "do you have the avocado chicken salad. She said yes. I waited ten minutes before getting to the window. No "hello," no "thank you." and she never asked if I wanted a receipt. Instead she shoved the bag out to me and proceeded to turn away. Okay, a bad experience but I moved on UNTIL I got home. The avocado chicken salad was absolutely terrible. The lettuce was wilted, there was barely any cheese on it, I was afraid to even taste the tomatoes since they looked so withered. To top it off the lettuce was warm. I took one bite and threw it away. Basically, I should have taken $9.00 out of my purse and thrown it out the window.

Desired outcome: Also, I would like a refund for the salad. I really don't desire a gift card or food coupon for Wendys because it will take me a long time to get the disgusting taste of that salad out of my mind.

Wendy’s Customer service

I went to the drive thru of Wendy’s in Boise, Idaho at 8610 West Overland at 11:30 pm on Saturday September 17th 2022.

After a long day of flying and airports I was starving. I asked a very rude and hard to understand younger man for a #7 double with a large coke and fry.

He proceeded to tell me they were out of meat and could only provide me with a single.

“We are out of meat, we need to save it for… other customers. Is a single ok?” Exact words with the pause in the middle of his sentence. And they had shut down the ice cream as we asked for a frosty. I found this to be absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never heard or experienced such an unprofessional and rude rebake through a fast food restaurant.

I pulled up to the window and took my food without saying anything. They were inside cleaning up the entire place. There was still 30 minutes left of being open until midnight. Plus I did not get what I ordered. No bacon. Burger was undercooked, and the fries were mush. I am beside myself that people like this are hired anywhere! Is it acceptable to clean up and tell customers you are out of products before closing? Rude customer service and terrible food! I will never return to that Wendy’s again. If I were an owner of that store, I would be very careful about who I hire and allow to run my store while I am trying to run a business. Also I would check to see who it was working on sep. 17th 2022 at my location. 8610 w overland boise, Idaho.

Wendy’s You stole a hamburger from me and my wife

I went to Wendy's on the corner of Jack Martin blvd and rt 70 at the drive-thru I ordered a pretzel pub burger a hamburger and large fries and a large strawberry lemonade I got everything except the hamber after the guy who took the order repeated it to us twice plus I never got a receipt for tge order so I went inside spoke to the manager and after she did something on the computer the hamburger didn't show up on the new receipt but that's ok because for that stupid $4.00 burger you lost a customer forever and we usually spend atleast 100.00 a week in Wendy's so enjoy your stolen hamburger and forget about us we will take our business to five guys they don't steal from there customers

Wendy’s Service

I came to get food at this wendys #3274 host fathia. As I am getting my card to pay she says “ you some [censored]” I said excuse me? She said ohh I wasn’t talking to you and started at me. When I approached the next window to get my food they were laughing and said ohh i’m sorry she is nice no need to complain. I threw the food away because i’m afraid they spit in it! I want my money back this is the worst service I have ever you experienced in my life!
