Wendy’s customer service

Visited drive thru 6/16. Ordered 2 Son of Backwater sandwiches, Jr fire and small chili cheese fries. Was asked to pay 19.00. After waiting over 15 min due to also overcharging the car and front to process a refund. I asked how they arrived at 19.00 for my order when the menu listed $4.69 for the burger, since the order taker confirmed my order to be told they didn't have. What where they going to serve me instead. After wasting so much time waiting on food I had not order plus being grossly overcharged, decided to pull away and visit the McDonald's next door. Will not visit this location again. If you no longer serve a particular item remove it from the menu or have the order taker advise you before confirming an order they don't have and making up charges.

Number one it might not be a manager there it might be a shift supervisor which that is a manager to any manager on duty should not let the food go out like that at all next time reported to the Health Board call the main office of Wendy's up

I work at Nashville BNA Airport and tonight visited the Wendy's nearby I have pictures to display how gross and inedible the chicken tenders I bought tonight where. I cannot believe any manager would ever let anything go out of their store looking like this. This just shows the Lack of competence or care or customer service or Humanity anybody in this store has. to serve someone garbage. Burnt hard dry garbage.

Wendy’s customer service

I went to the location on West Library Ave. We was handed old fries so we asked if they could drop fresh fries. The employees in that area started to make comments to each other. Once the fries were done he pulled it out and made a remark about making sure they was extra greasy and added tons of salt. While laughing to each other about it. The manager was no help in my situation

Wendy’s 3 times I have received wrong hamburger

I want to complain because i have received the wrong hamburger 3 times i feel like they dont pay attention.one time i got a sprite with no gas i told the cashier and they had attitude because i told them.once they didnt give me my drink i guess they were not paying attention again. i am a mother of three so sometimes i dont pay attention but i think its there job to give me my order correct.i am complaining because its been several times and it really pisses me off and how can i complai if they dont give receipt.

You have to understand there is a lot of young kids working there now but they should make sure everything is correct for the customer next time call the main office up because if you called him a office up supper will be done if you talk to the manager there nothing's going to be done

Wendy’s stealing

I went at drive thru, at Wendy's, on Halsted st, in Homewood IL, I ve ordered 3 crispy chickens, 2 fries and a coke, I received just 2 chicken sandwiches, the fries and the coke, and no receipt.With no receipt to confront them, I was no able to go back, is not the first time that is happening, I now what the students are doing there, eating food that the customers pay, it s outrages, they are a bunch of thieves!

Wendy’s service from wendy's by the airport lynchburg virginia

I went through the drive thru at about 10:50 PM. Ordered a number 2 with NO onions the girl even repeated it back to me emphasizing NO onions. Well she tells me to pull to the first window for my total, so I do. When I get there she just sticks out her hand. So I'm like... how much? And she gave me the total so I gave her the money. I then move up to the next window where everything went okay. A little attitude from the girl at the window but I guess that's to be expected. I get home and open up the wrapper to my burger to find A FREAKING BITE HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY SANDWICH. NOT OKAY. There were also EXTRA ONIONS. This will be my last time at this wendys or any wendys for that matter.

Wendy’s fairport, ny 250/31 - disgusting filthy, slow and lack of service

Just left this Wendy's, Walked in and greeted by a filthy dirty floor with food and dirt caked around floor drains. Should have known better and left but kids screaming for food. There were 4 cars in the parking lot and 3 at drive-thru, 1 customer waiting on a order and one in line ahead of us. Despite 6, yes 6! employees on duty we waited 13 minutes to approach counter and 3 more till anyone took our order. I took the kids to table while mom waited on food. The table kids selected was covered in crumbs etc., I looked around for a lean one and not a single one was clean. I went to corner and asked the manager for something to wipe a down table stating they were all filthy. She said yes, walked away and didn't return. I went to get napkins and water from lady's room and discovered the cleaning spray. After scrubbing the table and chairs she finally came out and cleaned the rest of the tables. I pointed out the floor tile and carpeting and she said "it's been non-stop all day". Really. Looks like not mopped or vacuumed in a week to which she said "Oh yes every night." And I'm a monkeys uncle! After another 10 minutes mom arrived with the food. 26 minutes to eat at a filthy fast food restaurant with one person ahead of us and 6 employees plus a manager on duty. Wendy's a long time favorite treat no longer exists to me!

Just left Wendys on veterans memorial by david drive this is most def my last attempt going there and they just remodeled, should've remodeled they employees as well especially the manager at night she's horrible, so rude after i just asked a question of what drinks was available because obviously the first and second i wanted they were out so just saving time i asked what non carbonated drinks were available, she and her manager caught an attitude...10 thumbs dwn worst wendys location ever

Wendy’s baconator combo

I had recently ordered a baconator combo at Wendy's restaurant and was disappointed to find a long black hair in my hamburger, I was so disgusted I threw everything out, I would to be reimbursed with free coupons, when I told the cashier she had said to me; " that's not my problem" even more surprised by the service. I have been eating at Wendy's for quite some time now and really enjoy the food, but sad to say after this incident I will not be visiting again. If you can compensate me somehow it would be appreciated.

Wendy’s service/or lack of

On 5/27 2018 I visited Wendy's in Cape Cod, Mass. I had intended to eat at a table inside but there was a sign that the dining area closes at 5 p.m & since it was about 4:40 p.m. I wanted to enjoy my meal & not feel rushed ( but I was a little upset wondering why they would close off the area just when supper was going on which would seem to me to be a negative to many family's that might not want French fries & dirty little hands all over the inside of their cars .As I waited in line there was a GREAT BIG SIGN ADVERTISING A GREAT BIG .BACONATOR .OH YUM I WAS STARVED. My turn to order came & although I would have to eat in the car ...( a little uncomfortable ...)I couldn't believe it.. When I ordered my BACONATOR sandwich I was told I would have to order something else because they DIDN't have any BACON‼️I Couldn't believe it..I just shook my head & walked out ...There wasn't even a notice posted in the restaurant that the BACONATOR was "temporarily not available" or a sign at the order area! I had waited in line for awhile & esp. staring at that BIG SIGN AT THE ORDER COUNTER "ugh...
Well the next day I decided to give the restaurant one more try...but this time I decided to go thru the drive thru line. Evidently they had gotten a bacon delivery & everything seemed fine; I ordered my BACONATOR & fries & left . Found a nice area & bench over looking the canal, parked took my meal with me, opened the bag with the BACONATOR & there was only ONE HAMBURG IN IT ‼️‼️I don't know what has happened since your founder has passed but I am disgusted...I have been a customer for so many years never having a problem ...the food & service has almost always been GREAT; even with a couple small problems I have never complained, no one is perfect all the time ; we all have bad days on occas. BUT... I would appreciate you looking into this & getting back to me .J. Armstrong

Wendy’s wait time

I'm at the Wendy's on Reed Hartman in Sharonville Ohio. Need a staffing overhaul. Customers are waiting 10 minutes just order, and then orders are coming out wrong and taking another 10 minutes. You are going to be losing business to McDonald's or any other company but actually has it's act together.

Wendy’s service n food

I was just at Wendy's located in clinton twp Michigan i placed my order and the girl ringing up the order kept swiping my card telling me my card was not going through finally a manager came over to get it corrected. Then i never received exactly what i ordered so we kept going through a process my daughter goes up to place her order and the same thing happens. She asked the cashier if she could get a large salad someone from the back yells out really nasty charge her extra not very professional if you ask me. The nuggets she ordered was hard and old i come to wendys all the time but after today im not sure if i will be back.

I like how people like you call grown women girls and yet do not have the basic rules of spelling and grammar that an average nine year old has. If your daughter wants a large salad she has to pay for it. Expecting her to pay for extras is no nasty

Wendy’s fast food service

I visited Wendy's recently and ordered some sandwiches. I got a frosty and the food took so long to prepare that I finished my entire frosty before it was ready. Oh, and I finished it THROUGH A STRAW! Because there were no spoons. The soda machine was also out of CO2 and ice so the beverage was flat and tasted awful. And after waiting thirty minutes for our food to come the order was wrong. I ordered a chicken blt with no mayonnaise lettuce or tomato, but got one with everything but bacon. And every sandwich was wrong. My sisters and brothers were both messed up. The rest of the meal was great, but it's fast food and should not have taken a half hour to get. I hoped to grab a quick bite to eat because I have to get up early, but that didn't happen. I was very dissatisfied with the service.

Wendy’s the restaurants overall cleanliness

This Wendy's has been one of my family's favorites for a long time. But recently their employees have a bad attitude, the floor is always sticky, and the facility smells like sewage near the soda machine. Their soda machine is never properly in stock, and always tastes very bad. The lettuce in the salad I had last week was soggy and rotting, yet the employees refused to even let me pay for a new one. I have gotten cold French fries every time I've walked in, employees are very rude, and nearly every table is always dirty. I will no longer be dining at this establishment, and same goes for many members of our community. It is gross, unkept, and in need of some major TLC. Thank you.

Wendy’s 93249

I ordered a #5 Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit for breakfast on June 4th 2018. At first they gave me the wrong order, instead they gave me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Fortunately they corrected that right away, but unfortunately when I opened the wrapper of my bacon egg and cheese biscuit, my biscuit was hard and burnt. When my boyfriend went back to get a new one, requesting a none burnt biscuit, a manager specified that all biscuits come that way, so instead of being able to not burn my biscuit, he gave me my money back. Im not sure if this is true, that all biscuits come burnt, if they do, disregard this complaint and i unfortunately will no longer order breakfast biscuits from Wendy's. However, if they don't, then please explain why a manager would not just make me a fresh, non burnt breakfast biscuit?

Wendy’s salad packaging

I always go to Wendy's to buy the apple pecan chicken salad, but they always forgot the pomengrante sauce or the pecans. I just got home with 1 packet of sauce for a large salad with no pecans or the extra sauce for the large salad. Could there be some sort of training reminder to not forget the condiments that go with the salad? "Pecans" is literally in the name so I don't get how they can forget them.

Wendy’s customer service representative

Hello,
I had a very bad experience at 10265 Stirling Rd, Cooper City, FL 33328 on May 31, 2018 at 9:30. She had a very unprofessional attitude and she yelled at me. I asked her what is your problem? She said, I dont have a problem do you? Is this how your representative speak to your patrons. If so, my family and I will never go back to Wendy's again and this is not the first time we had bad customer service. I am in disbelief right as the world's third largest food chain, I expect better customer service. I should be able to order my food in peace and be happy.

Wendy’s food and drinks

Today around 5:30 I went into Wendy's drive thru in Eagle Co. the bad service started right when I started ordering with her rudeness. I repeated my order twice and she read it back and yet got the order wrong. Then when I drove up, the customer service was terrible. She took my card, the manager handed my bags and the other girl just stuck her hand out with my card and didn't even say a word and rolled her eyes and continued gossiping with her co workers. I will most definitely never go back.

Wendy's is so hit or miss. I have one near work that is fantastic. It might be the best Wendy's I have been to. But I have been to a few that were horrendous. It really depends on the neighborhood. My work is in an upscale area of Colorado Springs, but my last job was near the ghetto in Fort Lauderdale...that one was horrible.

Wendy’s manager

I just left the wendy's in north charleston, sc, on the corner of patriot and ashley phosphate rd about 30 minutes ago. I pretty much had one of the worst experiences that i've ever had at a drive through window. After sitting in line for approximately 20 minutes, I pulled up to the window and asked the young lady if I could change my order. She said, just one moment and walked away to get the manager I presume. When the manager walked up, noticeably angry, (1st offense) she said, what do you want to change? (2nd offense) I said, hi, how're you tonight? She said, what do you want to change, in a louder voice. (3rd offense). I said, i'm fine, how're you? I proceeded to ask her if I could change something on my order? No one ever answered the question. She then huffed, noticeably angrier (4th offense), and said what do you want to change?! 5th offense). My daughter leaned forward to see who she was speaking to in the tone of voice, and at that moment I realized that there was absolutely nothing that I wanted from her or that wendy's tonight or any other night. As I pulled off, (realizing that my staying at that window was not going to end well no matter what happened. I said, this customer does not want anything! Really?! So that's what we do now is yell at our customers?

Wendy’s customer service

I went to the Wendy's on sunset at 12 pm on Tuesday and there was a young lady by the name of Dymond working the drive thru she was very rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude from the time until she took my order until I received my meal. She also resumed to cal me all type of [censored] as if she closed the window and I watched her spit in my drink. I do not appreciate that at all and I will call coorperate when they open.

Wendy’s immature management.

I am a customer who is frequent at wendys in sulphur springs, texas i go in to get my normal meal every time.
When i go in i order and for the last couple months a manager named RAVEN was bullying a empoyee and being very child like to this sweet and very mature employee i dont know her name but she has a smile and a great greet when i come in some times she isnt at the front counter but instead making the food the manager RAVEN was rude to her and has even gave her and also me as the customer very rude looks she yelled and makes rude comments about how slow she makes the food and about "how she can make them faster instead of maturely working with her as a managment team should do. i can tell that girl (the employee* is by far more mature than the manager RAVEN) is trying her best to not give her attitude very mature of the employee. On the manager raven thats not how you make a better team.
I work a way harder job as an employee at a welding company and they know how to manage right! A team at work is only good when the TEAM is good so if the employees are good and the managment isnt and instead bullying her employees she is a dead weight on her team memeber..
A good managment makes a better team. So if they do not fix this i will have to go higher and they wouldnt want that.
