Wells Fargo cerita battles of wells fargo is a liar

I have to defend myself and my family from all of the lies Cerita Battles of Wells Fargo is spreading about me and my family. Thanks to myself and other corporate executives Cerita Battles is in the position she is today. She contributes very little if anything to Wells Fargo. We even created a special segments position for her to make blacks visible in our organization and she goes around calling me and my husbank Brooks Bryant and my boys Hunter Bryant and Max Bryant white privilege. Everybody knows I got Max that job at Lennar home builders because I am who I am and have connections, but who cares?

Cerita Battles is a sham and thanks to Wells Fargo giving her a job with an phony title for which she isn't qualified she can pay for those expensive hair weaves which are fake looking.

Keep it up Cerita and you will be back on the Teller line at the branch where you came from. And also everyone knows you are trying to kick it with David Miree in TX, but he is not interested in you, he only likes women like me.

So Cerita how many times are you going to attack our family? You have those expensive hair weaves thanks to my mom Liz Djokovich Bryant this is so crazy how dare you. Not my fault wells fargo customers dont pay their mortgage mostly black people i'm sure they dont pay they should be foreclosed. Borrow and pay teach your people that go preach about it in church, and dont blame others for being privileged when you get the most privileges than anyone else. my mom said you were after Greg Gwizdz and he rejected you and now you are angry, try again lady, this is Hunter Bryant

Wells Fargo homeowners insurance claim

published review 2/3/19
Warning ... to anyone who has or thinking about getting a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage or Equity Line of credit. Although WF requires you maintain a Homeowners Insurance Policy, if you are in need of filing an insurance claim, WF will keep your claim proceeds & refuse to respond to you. They have breached their very own claims protocol to which we had to hire attornies just to get our own insurance proceeds that we've already paid into. This process has lasted for over eight months. We have over five personal accounts & four business accounts with WF ... soon to be "had" ... Disgraceful & Inexcusable !

Wells Fargo atm withdrawal fraud

I am a wellsfargo account holder. However, a few nights ago I was trying to withdraw cash with my another bank card (once a month $800) at the Wellsfargo Costa Verde, CA branch. After everything was approved (paid the $5 fee), it told me to collect the card. But the atm was so weak that It couldn't push out my card, and the machines started counting down 30s telling me I need to collect my card or else it will eat it... (but my card never came out..) (the atm was broken) I waited at the atm for 20 mins trying to see if my card will come back out, it didn't. So the next morning I went in the Costa Verde, CA branch asking them to get my card back. They opened the atm and there were 8 cards in it... I got my card back and realized the $800 I was trying to withdraw was gone (with $5fee). I sat down to talk to the retail banker, he told me that cash always comes out before card that's why my card is stuck in there (this is not a right statement, card always comes out before cash) (he told me he wonder if it is base on your portfolio sizes..., because his cash always comes out before his card) I had to prove to him using my another bank card that cash always comes out after you collect your card... He was completely ignorant and kept saying it's not Wells Fargo's fault you have to contact your own bank... I proved to him my e-statement from another bank, the cash was taken out. But he just tried to get me out of the office... I'm still on progress trying to get my $800 back (going to ask check security cameras to prove I never collect the cash). This is the worse banking experience I ever had in my life, probably closing all my family wellsfargo accounts because of this incident.
total lost $805

Wells Fargo mortgage - foreclosure

I have sent the following to the WSJ, Ted Cruz, Pete Olson, Posted on their facebook page, and the board of directors.

Our Wells Fargo Nightmare -

We are currently facing the auction of our home yet again with Wells Fargo on February 5th, 2019. In 2016 we applied for a loan modification due to loss of income from my husband's job loss and high medical costs with my Multiple Sclerosis. We were denied. We then hired an outside loan modification group to negotiate a solution for us and we were approved in 2017. We had a scheduled auction date at that time, but the sale was cancelled after we filed bankruptcy for the 1st time during this modification process. On first payment was for June 1. I returned an email to one of Wells Fargo's employees on May 10, 2017 to set up payments after an email was sent to us April 26, 2017 reminding us of the payment. No response until June and was told the modification was cancelled. Nothing after that - dead silence from Wells Fargo. I couldn't believe it.

They again set up our home for auction in September 2017, but due to Harvey was cancelled. A horrible disaster was actually a godsend for us. In 2018 we still heard nothing. We received our statements and then notices from their attorney's office in Dallas. We have had to file bankruptcy 4 times to stop the sale. We don't even need to file bankruptcy. We are now onto our 3rd law firm to help. In October after numerous complaints being filed with the FTC, BBB, Texas Attorney's General and Federal offices, Senator Ted Cruz's office, Rep Pete Olson, posts made to their Facebook page, emails to their executive board, and their senior attorney they cancelled the sale the morning of the auction and all of sudden Wells Fargo wanted to help. I requested at that time that all correspondence be done via email or letters. Having to call and explain the situation with them is a joke. This went on until right before Christmas. They researched and said that they made note of the bankruptcy and would not be auctioning and to start on the loan modification process. On January 4th I called to start the process and through a recording was told that the house was being auctioned February 5th and the kicker is that we received a letter from a VP in their home mortgage department telling me they were working on the problem dated the very same day.

I have filed complaints yet again as well as with HUD. I am currently in my 2nd Multiple Sclerosis relapse since October due to the stress and fear that this has caused. I am praying that I will be able to pull through and not become wheel chair bound. I was naïve to believe that they would actually work with us. I believed a kind woman in their executive offices in Des Moines that said she would help us. They are liars and would do anything to destroy people for money. I am gathering financials for the new firm to handle. It has been a long process the last couple weeks and will fax what we have left this morning. I have 2 more weeks of heavy treatment and can hopefully start the long process of recovery but I have no idea if I will be in my house doing it. I did not have to use a cane until now and I fully blame them for this. Stress and MS are a devastating combination. All we wanted was to work with them and pay our mortgage. I don't even want them to cover my medical costs or legal fees I just want them to cancel the sale and work with us like they said they would. This has consumed our lives.

I actually yelled at a very kind realtor yesterday that was taking pictures of my house. She gave me a hug and helped me get back inside because I could barely hold myself up. I am not that person. I used to travel the country as an MS advocate speaking with patients and their families. I read your article Ms. Glazer and you should know that their CEO and employees have no intention of helping their customers. I am not only the only one still going through this and the stories are devastating.

Wells Fargo mortgage loans

Wells Fargo is for profit only. They do not care about their Mortgage Owners. I have a mortgage with them for 19 yrs. Never missed a payment, excellant credit, & extra payments.
I called last wk. to request a Forebearance on Mortgage Payment. A forebearance would allow us to not pay the next 2 months of mortgage payments plus interest. Those 2 months would be added to the end of the loan and extend the loan payoff by 2 months.
Instead, I was told that I could pay the interest only for 1 (one) month; which is $200. Then next month's payment would include the usual payment due plus back payment from last month.
I am having total knee replacement next wk after knee injury in Dec. Husband is Government and Union employee on unpaid leave.
If we can't make payment this month; how can we make double payment next month!
Wells Fargo, please explain how you are helping my family. For 19 yrs, we have been faithful customers, we are not asking to not pay the monthly payment and have your company to take a loss. We are asking for Help by putting 2 months of payments and interest at end of loan.
I can't wait to pay off mortage in 5 yrs and will never recommend your company again.
Thanks you for nothing, Next...

Wells Fargo customer service

If I could put zero stars I would have. Staff seem to be trained to make money for the bank instead of doing what is best for the customer. Customer service ranks about 3rd or 4th in their daily priorities. Customers are treated like they are an inconvenience. I went to branch to resolve my questions. I complained to another branch manager that Jo Lovato (Assistant Vice President) was ignoring numerous voicemails for 2 days about a time sensitive issue. He called me just before 5:00, I am sure prompted by other manger I had complained to. I told him I was unhappy with his treatment and that another banker had helped me. His response to me was "well you can just be unhappy" said goodbye and hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed with the Wells Fargo attitude of we come first and there is nothing you can do about it ! How do businesses like this stay in business?

Wells Fargo home equity line of credit lender placed insurance

Good Morning:
On December 20, 2018, my husband and I attended a closing of our home at 8035 Tantallon Way Trinity Florida. At the closing, we were presented an estoppel letter for the payoff and close of our homeowner's loan. We agreed with the payoff figure of $96, 987.72, but were shocked to see a termination fee of $11, 397.15. As soon as we left the closing we went to our local branch of Wells Fargo (Little Road-Mitchell Shopping Plaza, Trinity, FL) and spoke to James Durkin. Mr Durkin could not explain the fee and immediately started making phone calls. An associate of Mr. Durkin, believed that the termination fee was regarding Lender Place Insurance. An investigation was to begin at that time, and we were told it would take 7-10 business days. On December 21, 2018, (1pm. EST) I decided to call your Customer Care Line to see if the investigation had actually begun. I spoke to Crystal at that number and she forward my phone call to Kevin, who I believe was in your Home Equity Department. Kevin was able to tell us, that in fact the Termination Fee was for Lender Place Insurance and most likely during the time that Wells Fargo was acquiring Wachovia. Kevin than told us that he could not see the exact time period that was in question, but he would start the investigation to determine the time period. Kevin insured that the procedure would begin and would take 7-10 business days to complete. As I had been told that it had already started, I called the Customer Care line on December 27 (11:25am EST) and spoke to Serena who told be that "research is in progress" and I need to wait the 7-10 period. On January 8 (10:30 EST), I again called the Customer Care line and spoke to Chelsea who told me that she could see in the records that I spoke to Kevin, but he did not start the research. I was then told that she would begin the research, but again, it would take 7-10 business days. At that time I asked to speak to a supervisor and my phone call was passed to Lena Holland. I explain the entire situation to Ms. Holland, who did apologize for the lack of follow through. I told Ms. Holland that I need the funds by the end of next week (week of January 14th), as we are closing on a new property. Ms. Holland did provide me with a reference number and promised a phone call to me regarding this matter within 24 hours. I am still awaiting that phone call. The lack of follow through with your research in unacceptable and incompetent. If this matter is not resolved today, I will need to take legal action against your bank.

Wells Fargo erroneous credit reporting

I received a letter back in late September stating that I was late on my payment and incurred a late fee. I ignored it because I thought it was an error since my payments are never late. I received another letter about a month later and this time it showed that I incurred a late fee. I became concerned and contacted customer service, who after reviewing my account, mentioned that one of my payments wasn't applied properly due to when it was received. I was told that they will fix the issue and reverse the late fees. Needless to say, I called a total of 4 times (twice on 11/21/18, once on 12/21/18 and once on 1/5/19), but the problem has yet to be fixed. As if this wasn't bad enough, these erroneous late payments were reported on my credit report, causing my score to tank significantly! I immediately called upon notice, but was unable to be helped because the "business dept" was closed. I requested for someone to call me immediately on the next business day and have yet to receive a phone call.

my husband passed away in 2005 on a trip to india. since 2006 i have been trying to close my joint accounts including the cap and brokerage accounts.
i am now 80 years old and at end of life hospice care for terminal illness
my daughter swapna thakur is my POA and has been trying to submit all kinds of documents that the estate processing people have asked for and one after the other the documents are not good enough for your representatives. i have gone to the bank when i was well for over two years to the wells fargo branch in main st freehold nj 07728 and had all paper and documents notarized and faxed and filled out by the branch managers and still was told the official death certificate which was used for all legal and financial purposes in the united staes was accepted .but your bank did not and told me i had to go back to india and get the original death certificate from the city he died in and than have it aposolet by the us embassy to close out my joint accounts
after 12 long years and having some family member making several trips was able to get the death certificate and along with letter of authorization and tax waiver form faxed to you all for last two months my account is still frozen.
your brokerage accounts department personnel sonia, brie, mr scott smith have had my daughter and me running in circles like dogs and still they keep coming up with new tricks to perform for them my daughters has been handling this for me and she is a very sick and disabled person and your demands are just too !
she has faxed you and sent certified mail to you all documents that any sane person could want even down to marriage certificate birth certificate us naturalization

you have made me open up numerous acts telling me i need to open the accounts so the money can be deposited in it and it never was than you charge me so much money to service the accounts ! you have falsely held my money and refuse to give it back and i will be seeking an attorney unless you rectify and compensate me for all the loss i have occurred due to these unfair practices!

Wells Fargo fees

I am very frustrated with WELLS FARGO AUTO LOAN DEPARTMENT-- The late fees STARTED BEING CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT every month-this started over 6 months ago. I wanted to see if this would continue so I paid twice in one month and I was charged a late fee again. I called and of course I was give a bogus excuse about using one skipped payment and the beginning of the year, and also an offer to credit my account for the month I paid twice! Funny since it was a credit for a month that double car payments were paid, nor was I was late! So in reality this is a load of crap and doesn't make sense! This seems to be fraudulent practices; There is a lot of mis-information about fees and charges .

Wells Fargo home mortgage

:-/I will tell you a story will try to keep it short. We have lived in our home coming up on 13 years. In Nov 2015 my husband got laid off from the job he has had for 15 years. He was out of work for 17 months. However we diligently made every house payment for 15 months.Thankfully he found a job in month 17 at less pay of course. As soon as we had all need information we went to Wells Fargo and made arrangements to bring our mortgage current. They were great at working with us that time.In August 2018 we were unable to make our mortgage payment of 1200.00. We went to Wells Fargo immediately and entered into a repayment agreement, which raised our payments from 1200.00 to 1500.00 per month. It has been extremely hard for us to make those payment and be able to afford groceries for the next 2 weeks, but we have struggled and scrimped but kept up our end of the repayment agreement, we are getting ready to send the 3rd of 6 1500.00 payments. Which is making it extremely difficult to do Christmas for our 3 boys. But wells Fargo is not following the agreement, they have not credited any of our payment to our mortgage account. They told us that once we make the last 1500.00 payment everything will be credited to our account. Meanwhile we have no idea where the money is at. It also makes our mortage account delinquent which wells Fargo used to justify selling the servicing of our loan to another company that specializes in collecting delinquent accounts. It will also reflect delinquent payments on our credit. Reading the acknowledgment and agreement of the temporary repayment plan we entered into with wells Fargo item number 8 states "When the services, Wells Fargo, accepts and post a payment", it does not say they will hold any payment. We went into one of their offices to try and figure out what is going on but were told the account is closed so they can't give us any information. We feel the actions by Wells Fargo are retaliatory in nature due to the fact we disagreed with the disposition of an insurance check meant for repairs to our home. So as of today our roof is leaking badly in lots of places, part of the ceiling in master bathroom still hanging down from ceiling (seems very dangerous, can't be health for us breathing in insulation floating in air), master bedroom ceiling came through ceiling and fan hanging dangerously above our bed, roof leaking in at least 6 other places, and 1/4 of ceiling in garage leaking as well, our account showing not paid and servicing of our loan sold to company specializing in delinquent account collections.

Wells Fargo bill pay

On 10/19/18, I scheduled a payment through Wells Fargo Bill Pay for Conexis Wage Works for $1, 188.50. This was sent by bill pay on 10/22/18 in the form of a check. This was to pay medical insurance for both my husband and myself for Cobra medical insurance. Through emails with Conexis for continuing medical coverage, Conexis indicated that they had not received the November 2018 premium for $1, 188.50.

On 11/7/18 I contacted Wells Fargo Bill Pay and the person that I spoke with looked up the Conexis payment that was sent on 10/22/18 and was able to tell that the check had not been cashed. Claim [protected] was created. At this point, I thought that the original check would be stopped and reissued to Conexis Wage Works. What happened is that the stop payment was not issued by Wells Fargo until 11/13/18 and the check was reissued on 11/7/18 but to Cox Communications for $1, 188.50. This was done by Wells Fargo Bill Pay in error and not by either myself or my husband.

When I received the email from Wells Fargo Bill Pay on 11/8/18 and saw that the payment for $1, 188.50 was sent to Cox Communications instead of Conexis Wage Works, I called immediately. Claim [protected] was created. I was told by the person on the phone that the check would be reissued to Conexis Wage Works but that I would have to deal with Cox Communciations since it had already been sent electronically. This was not my error but rather Wells Fargo Bill Pay but apparently I was the one that had to resolve Wells Fargo Bill Pay error. The check was reissued to Conexis Wage Works on 11/9/18 for $1, 188.50 and was finally received by Conexis Wage Works on 11/23/18. If the check had not been received by Conexis Wage Works by 11/26/18, I was going to call and pay again as we cannot afford to go without medical insurance.

I called Cox Communications and was told that I needed to provide confirmation of payment as well as a bank statement. I went in to the bank to get confirmation of payment but the banker that provided the confirmation basically said that this was my issue and not Wells Fargo. During one of my many calls to Bill Pay, the person contacted Cox Communications and they were going to work on refunding $1, 188.50 electronically.

I have contacted Cox Communications a minimum of four times and have contacted Wells Fargo a minimum of seven times, including going physically into the branch twice. This does not include the communication with Conexis Wage Works. At one point in time, my account was $3, 565.50 less (check issued on 10/22/18 but not stopped until 11/13/18, check issued to Cox Communication on 11/8/18 and check issued to Conexis Wage Works on 11/8/18).

Please see how many times I have called, gone into the branch and called Cox Communications. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have been made to feel like this was my fault. I was told by a male banker prior to talking to Tyler Lawrence, bill pay supervisor, today that this was my error and that Wells Fargo would not put the money back in my account. Tyler said that he was going to try to locate the voice tapes to see what happened because from what he can see, it appears that I was the one that requested payment to Cox Communications for $1, 188.50. Tyler said that if this was bank error, then Wells Fargo would credit the money back to my account. I would be notified via message on Bill Pay. If the voice tapes cannot be located, I believe that Wells Fargo has an even bigger problem that they need to resolve.

I have spent numerous time and effort on this and it is still not resolved after almost three weeks. I feel that Wells Fargo does not care about my business and we have been long time clients. I also feel that basically you get bankers that read the prepared script and they are all going to help but I am not seeing the results so far. The way that this was handled is not acceptable. This also doesn't discuss what would have happened if we didn't have the funds to cover this situation.

Thanks,

Susan Sedillo

Hi,
I am sending this because I've about had it up to here with your company. I've had a mortgage with you for a long time and made necessary arrangements and you still took my home. I seen this dispute on the news and called in on 8.26 I think it was and spoke to an Amy Dink manager of the executive team is what she said. She took my info and told me resolution date would be around September. I had three calls from other reps extending the resolution date with my loan. My person was Mariah Hurst I left several messages for her throughout this process and someone else always called me back and didn't have the answer to my questions. I was told on Nov 7 that the final loan decision doc were sent out to my new address on 10/16 I have yet to Receive them. He emailed me a copy but would like a copy sent to me as well. I was on a loan modification program with u as my husband lost his job. Sent in everything u needed called u each day. I made and few payments Called you to let you know something had changed u denied my application because u said my income of over $4200 a month was not sufficient for a payment u could work out to put me on. You then said pay this lump sum of over $17, 000 or Forrclose on the home. This is insane. You did nothing to help me when I did everything u asked and requested of me. I have a huge tote full of all the notes and papperwork When I went through all this back then. Unreal all the notes I had to take. I would have names of people spoke to talk to a manager and there would be no notes in my account. I am so disappointed in this. As far as the outcome of this I will for sure be appealing this immediately. Not right at all. I'm also sad to say that I used to work for Wells Fargo Bank and was a service manager for 5 years and to know this is how we treat our customers this is horrible.
