To Whom It May Concern:
I would have never imagined that because I stayed at home with my father 24-7 taking care of him... that would have a bearing on the equity I inherited in his home, passed directly to me through trust; I only asked Wells Fargo Bank to modify the existing secured loan to the same principle net ammount as I could have (as Agent and attorney for Him, my father) ANY time...the FULL $362, 000.00+ Dollars Available to Him;(of which the 140, 000.00) Remained in a Wells Fargo Local Account, all the while, Earning the Wells Fargo Bank daily Interest. The Wells Fargo Bank at Fort Mill S.C. did not make any attempt to respond to my request, during the time needed to "avoid their acceleration" of the loan to the point that it has (as a result of their actions) come to.
Wells Fargo Bank actions by Mss. Dana Flota (and others) have done irreputable damage to my person, and as a result, may have even lowered my FICO SCORE of 761.Wells Fargo Bank made the Loan based Entirely upon Equity in the Homestead, and nothing else, and under that same exact premise, did discriminate against my person and character by not contacting me with a response to my loan modification request and proposal;insuing resulting hardship and suffering on my part, parcel, and person.
Any legal actions as a result of these actions on the part of all individuals in connection with Wells Fargo Bank will be further construed as in colusion; and party to such actions.
Sincerely:

Someone used my bank card at a gas station that I NEVER use. I complained to the bank and they refuse to give me $60 back. I written letters and letters and they tell me the same thing. That they looked into it and I am not going to get my money.

The Wells Fargo bank is at the corner of Story and King Roads in east San Jose, CA.

I recently Received a check for 1, 000 from a friend to help cover my rent for the month of November 2017. I deposited it by Atm on a Saturday, Expecting the funds to clear by wednesday or thursday. When the money failed to appear I called the National Customer Service Line and was informed that a 21 day hold was placed on the check because they could nt verify funds in the acccount the check was drawn on. Which is laughable because my friend is a multi-millionnaire, and the account is an Assets Management Account, that liquidates assets on demand to cover checks drawn on it. I called my friend and she called her bank, and they faxed over the information supposedly necessary to release the hold. Should be end of story...but NO...

This Woman Erin I'm forced to deal with promised she would get right on verifying the funds, making sure the hold was released.
She did nothing of the sort! She spent the next 5 business days avoiding my calls, claimed she never received the fax, refused to return my calls, and gave me the run around at every turn.
By this time, actually even before all of this rigamarole, the check had cleared my friends account! Wells was holding on to MY money to verify there was funds in an account they already knew was Solvent! I have been to the bank personally now three times in an effort to have this resolved, I have personally contacted the bank in Missouri and spoken with the account rep. and she has been more than helpful in attempting to help me resolve the matter.

Today I went in and waited for ERIN to return from a leisurely jaunt to go get some iced coffee with her co-workers, when she returned I expressed my exsasperation, that I was facing eviction, that I had already called the bank in Missouri and the account rep there was ready for a phone call to get this straightened out, and one of her co-workers blithely informed me she needed to make a conference call for this, and wouldn't be available for another hour! I said I would return at 10.30 sharp, that I was determined to get this matter resolved this morning, today by the latest! I am definitely moving banks as soon as this fiasco is over.

Mine is a personal complaint - they coverted and I immediatly saw an increase in fees and services are worse - not that I completely loved Wachovia, but at least I found their information to be accurate, easy to follow and recieve. Now since they claim Microsoft Money has been closed for use, I have to buy Quicken to transfer my online information? This at a cost to me of almost $50.00 - of which I am certain they are getting a huge benefit! I have my account linked to my Visa for overdraft priledges the cost has doubled, and they transfer even if an item is just held, or a vendor puts a hold. Then I have a surplus and the fees to boot! Not a happy customer, time to find a new bank!
This bank is fprone to fraud as well - already had 2 e-mails since the conversion sent to me asking for personal information - forwarded to Wells Fargo. They did nothing to my knowledge - customers beware!

This is the worst bank on the planet. It is unfortunate that Wachovia Bank was bought out by them. Their CS is horrible, they order transactions and don't post deposits right away. They do everything they can to make sure that your account is overdrawn so they can assess fees. I finally had to close my account because of their shady business practices. I was a customer of Wachovia for a very long time and never had a problem with them but as soon as Wells Fargo took over everything went to hell in a hand basket. It will never matter when you make a transaction on your account. You might have enough to cover the transaction when you make it but then all of a sudden something with a bigger balance comes through and they post it first which results in every thing after it bouncing and accumulating fees. This is no way to do business, but they seem to think this is acceptable. Someone needs to do something about our banking system in this country .. it is completely out of control!

My husband and I just barely bought our house the end of August and we have been dealing with Wells Fargo. We have been making bi Weekly payments for the past couple months and now they called my husband last night and said we are not up to date with our house. They our house was sent to collections and we could lose it, I've been telling the tellers every time I have made a payment goes directly on the house not a principal l
Payment so the last few months that's all they have been doing is making principal only payments instead of our house payment I always hated Wells Fargo we are still waiting on the call telling us that they reversed it on our account that's what they told us that they would do that

Wells Fargo aka ASC, is our service provider, Citigroup is the lender.
The middle man say you qualify for assistance, and the lender doesn't want to whork with you, with no explanation.

Was informed that the banks had already been sued by the government for there misrepresentation in the loan modification process. Forbearance's agreements made and meet, completed all paper work and request made by Wells Fargo/ASC, often being informed they had not received it to the point we had to call and confirm all paperwhork was received and completed and correct.

We even had a specialist so we should not have to speak to a different person every time and to no avail, we did not speak to him once in a years time. We spoke to all the other specialist in the office an by the time the manager step in he stated our file had been move to another specialist with a total different area code. I thought it odd since our records and there records still stated our specialist had not change. When his manager call to confirm what I said was correct.. To the managers amazement when the agent stated Mr Doby was still our specialist..

Talking about the left not know what the right is doing. I know there has to be some kind of law against a specialist sending you letters stating it was good talking with you and thank you for taking the time to speak with me, when you've never had a chance to hear a live voice unless it was your co-whorkers taking a message and informing you he was not available and they are not familiar with your file.

We need some lawyer that is willing to take the time, because I know this can't be legal.

I was told all sorts of things when I opened my account. We do business with of the largest transportation companies in the US.. We were told those checks wouldn’t be held. It is a case by case decision to deposit immediately or not. The CEO of Wells Fargo was in Birmingham not long ago. Believe me if we get him again, he will get an ear full The promotion they ran was 100.00 when opening the account according to the rep who did our paper work. Said the deposit should show up the next day. Two day later after not receiving the funds as told, I contacted the branch manager. She said oh no, it will be 90 days! So--my 90 day period will be up Monday. Let’s see what happens. Recently I made a deposit from one of the Companies as listed above. After it not posting 2! business days later, I called yet again. This was a Tuesday. The manager said refer to your deposit slip. I told her accordng to my deposi slip, the funds should be available the 16th, the day before I called. She started looking & her reply was they pulled the deposit and sent it to the back (the back of where?) then proceeded to tell me either the funds weren't available or bad checks had been written on the account. I was livid She just slandered a huge company. They aren't happy either She did not release my deposit until the next day, the 18th. I had several auto deductions, etc. return. I have spoke with 2 reps from Wells Fargo. One gave me one 35.0 credit and said she didn't have the authority to do more. I told the manager it may be we needed to do something different because of all the lies and you can't even believe what they tell you or what they put in writing on your deposit slip. She said maybe you should go somewhere else! I WAS FURIOUS. I BROUGHT UP THE FACT THAT THE SIGN ON THE WINDOW WHEN GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROIUGH - STATES ANY DEPOSITS MADE AFTER 4 PM WILL BE POSTED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. I MAKE MY DEPOSITS PRIOR TO 4PM AND THEY'RE NOT POSTED. THIS BANK IS UNREAL OR AT LEAST THEIR EMLOYEESS ARE SOMETHING ELSE. WHAT POOR, POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM STILL PURSUING THIS UNTIL I GET TO THIS LADY'S BOSS. UNBELIEVABLE! WE WENT WITH THIS BANK DUE TO IT IS CLOSE TO WHERE WE LIVE & THE CEO WAS SUCH A NICE GUY SO MY HUSBAND SUGGESTED WE GO THERE. I don’t believe for one minute the higher ups would put up with this! Will let you know what happens.

To "The Facts Only Please" and "bellamie". FYI, before all this banking mess, Wells Fargo set up my automatic payments for the 15th of the month. Yes 15 days after the due date of the first day of the months. After all this mess, I stopped automatic withdrawal, because they added incorrect fees on two different occasions. After that, I also received harassing phone calls, sometimes 5 a day, and the only way I could get them to stop was to sign Wells Fargo paperwork. You guys must work for Wells Fargo, Otherwise, why would you be looking at a complaint forum. Satisfied customers would not be looking at these forums. Wells Fargo uses predatory practices, nickel and dimes their customers to make millions in unnecessary fees, and have no desire to provide customer service. If I want help, the people at my local branch are not allowed to help me. They have to send me to someone somewhere else who doesn't give a donald about helping. If I could get financing else where, I would dump these chumps. But I have to wait until this banking mess, which Wells Fargo was a major factor in creating, is straightened out and other banks start lending.

i feel that wells fargo is a nightmare, i loved wachovia bank, it is simply a shame that we on the east coast lost that beloved bank and we were automatically stuck and at the mercy of wells fargo, the people are nasty, above nasty and bad attitude and ruthless about their fees, they act like our money is theirs to keep, they do not make it easy to withdraw anything in there, i am very very unhappy with this bank and i am bank shopping now, anything would be better, i miss the good ol days! gone are the friendly bank tellers and the lollipops, now ugly red wagons and baren atmosphere, thanks for listening, peace to all.

Someone has done fraud on my wells Fargo Bank Account. Wells Fargo Bank has not answered anything I have asked them to on regards to my account. I canceled my Wells Fargo on 12/19/11 because they said I needed a co-signer in order for me to get a student loan but the interest fees were too much so I decided Wells Fargo was not the place I wanted to receive my Student Loan. When I canceled they gave me all the money back I had put into my account except for the dollar I told them to give to charity. It was not until a month later after I canceled my Wells Fargo account I found out someone has done fraud on my account. On Dec. 16th 2017 I walked into Wells Fargo and gave them $200 Cash out of (my own Pockets). They have in their system that someone inside of Branch did an Online Transfer of $200 from a Credit Card to my account which is in my name consequently that puts me in a situation to pay the money back. I tried speaking with a store manager to get the problem resolved but she told me they will not look at the camera to prove I walked in and gave them money and never did an online transfer unless I speak with a lawyer but right now I cannot afford a lawyer until I receive payments and when I do; I plan to get this problem resolved. She seemed to be on the defensive side but I explained to her numerous times that’s it is not my intentions to get any fired in their Branch but my goal is to get this problem solved so that my credit isn’t in jeopardy.

Wells fargo, yuba city branch is the rudest most awful customer service i have ever seen. I didn't want to open a bank account and I made the biggest mistake picking wells fargo to be my bank. The only two checks I wrote bounced because they can't do their job. One check was for our new home, we almost lost it, on christmas eve, because wells fargo employees don't care. We went into the branch 3 times to try and save our home so our kids wouldn't be homeless on christmas, guess what, wells fargo could care less! My husband had to take a day of work and drive to citrus heights to deposit cash into our lanlords account to save our home on sat. Xmas eve. Instead of enjoying xmas shopping, I was @ home stressing on loosing our home we just moved into, u would

think that the employees and management would care or have a heart, they don't give a ### about no one!
think that employees and the management

I got a letter in the mail stating I did too many transfers with my savings account? WTF? Isn't my money to do with as I please? I guess you are only allowed 6 balance transfers per month via you savings, weird. I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years and have never heard of such a thing.

I am sorry to have read of your loss of your home and I know how many nights of sleep you lost over losing your home.. Thought you might like some insight into who these people are that own wells fargo and that they are stealing your home from you and that has been their intentions and protocol from the beginning. You pay for years to them a mortgage and then take the hit and they take your house and set up another victim to do the same thing again for the next 10 years...

I AM NOT SURE THIS RELATES TO THIS SCAM. I HAVE A NEW ONE THAT PROBABLY 90% OF THE )FORMER) CUSTOMERS DIDN'T REALIIZE REGARDING THEIR $50.00 BONUS.
I RECEIVED MY BONUS, BUT NO WHERE ON THAT PROMAO CARD DID IT SAY THE $50.00 WAS TAXABLE INCOME...WELL GUESS WHAT THE 1ST OF THE YEAR I GOT A 1099 iNTEREXT INCOME STATEMENT FROM THEM SAYING I HAD EARNED $50.00 IN INTEREST...I CALL AND TALKED TO MANY PEOPLE, SOME WERE RUDE) AND SAID THEY WERE GOING BY THE IRS RULESS! WRONG..
I CONTACTED MY LOCAL IRS OFFICE AND EXPLAINED (RECORDED) THIS SITUATION AND THE IRS SAID IT SHOUL HAVE NOT BEEN TAXABLE ANY WAY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SAY THAT ON PROMO AND SHOULD OF BEEN ON MISC INCOME FORM 1099"NOT" INTEREST..
THE REASEON IT BOTHERED ME IS I QUALIFY FOR AN ELEDERLY DISABLED TAX REFUND FROM MY STATE..THIS WOULD HAVE PUT ME OVER THE LIMIT FOR THE REFUND AND ESPECIALLY IF THEY THOUGHT I HAS ENOUGH TO MAKE $50 IN INTERES IN 2- MONHTS AT THAT CRAZY BANK.
IF YOU DID GET THE BONUS YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR 1099 FROM THEM-- IT IS WRONG!
I TALKED TO THEM AGAIN and ASKED MY INTEREST INCOM $.17 CENTS THAN I GOT THEM TO SAY THEY WOULD SEND ME A CORRECTED 1099 IN10 DAYS...WE WILL SEE! EVERYBODY SHOULD GO TO IRS ON THIS...THEY HAVE IT DOCUMENTED. THANKS FOR LISTENING CJR

As long as the charge is less than 60 days old they should open a dispute for the unauthorized charge. However, you are usually required to block your card and get a new one reissued. You'll also most likely have to sign some kind of affidavit stating that you did not authorize or participate in the transaction. If you refuse to sign it or you don't return it in time, then the bank is not required to issue a credit for that charge. If you aren't having any luck at your local branch, call the number on the back of your card or on the back of your monthly statement.

Wells Fargo usually will give you a provisional credit until they research it. I am surprised at your complaint. The gas station also has cameras that will actually show who used your card and even record their license plate number, so unless you gave someone your card and your pin number the bank would surely help you.

I deposited a insurance check on Oct.5th 2017 at the ATM thinking that this check would clear in a couple of days the check was for $1754.60 written on Citibank for Travelers Insurance Company. I received a notice from wfb that they would release the check on 10.09.09 when I checked my account and called the bank they informed me that the check will be on hold for 3 weeks until the 23rd of this month which is total bs.
I to have a home mortgage with wfb and the insurance check was for storm damage to the house that I cannot repair until the check is deposited into my account. I have spoke to several CSR's to try to get this resolved and they all tell me the same old thing that I have to wait. I am a single mom with children and have used money that I don't have to make some repairs that were important which left me with the elect. and water bills due I told the CSR that while they are telling me to wait how well will that work with out standing bills b/c the elect. company will not wait. Everyone of the CSR's that I have spoke to have been rude to me and non caring. When this check does finally clear I will close my account and will tell all my friends and family not to do business with them not only that the bank did release 300.00 of the check on that friday and thinking that I had the money available to me they took it back and charged me with $35.00 NSF fees and they made dam sure that they took the money out of the check that is on hold.

my husband was injured at work and was not able to work for nearly two years so money is very tight and bills are piling up we have had our wells fargo checking account for over 12 years. he recently returned to work and we took a loan out to cover our mortgage( also with wells fargo) to begin catching up on past due bills we had deposited my husbands payroll checks for 4 consecutive weeks when on the 5th week my husbands jobs bank made an error my husbands boss stated it was corrected. the problem was wfb took it upon there selfs to hold the payroll check for over 16 days when i went to the bank on monday they stated they would call the branch that placed the hold and would have them redeposit it they never did i went back on weds to say the funds were still not released and was told they can't release it until the hold was up when i asked why the check was just not declined so that we could have the option to collect the funds ourselfs they told me because wf would have charged me 7.00 i told the lady the company would have reimbursed me because thier bank offered that company reimbursment for any charges charged toby his employees bank because they made on error i was basicly told thats how they roll. we ate soup and beans for 12 days thanks to wf and our autistic son was not able to go to his therepy because we had no gas money. wf did a great job helping thier customer who had been loyal to them for over 12 years they got all there mort money plus 2 years worth of late payments on our mortgage so i am sure wf employees ate well those 2 weeks. thanks for nothing wf way to go

This exact same thing happened to me today. A large check posted to my account sooner than I thought; however, that should mean only one OD charge. Instead, they back dated pending debit card charges that had already been authorized before the check came in. So instead of one OD charge I have now been hit with 5 $35 charges...so far. All of those little charges should have posted first and there was money to cover that, instead they posted the higher amout check that came in later which wiped out my account. They did the same thing to me in February. This bank is as crooked as they come...###!

I am with you, just had the same experience. We had a $15, 000 limit for overdraft and just received funds where we were able to pay off and then out of nowhere our account was closed. We own our own business and with the economy the way it is, collecting money takes a bit longer so we depended on the overdraft to help us out when needed. We have always made our payments and took care of any insufficient funds immediately, even before a letter could be sent. We work hard and worked hard to get this limit. I went to the bank today and of course they were unable to assist even though that is where we signed up to begin with, we have to call the actually credit company. They were very quick though to have me apply once again though. They seem to have no problems charging ridiculous fees and debiting our account for them but when it comes to anything else they are useless. I am just sick to my stomach and beside myself on this one. If I knew they were going to do this I would not have paid it off, I guess being a good person and trying to do the right thing, just doesn't pay off when dealing with Wells Fargo or their credit service. I think we should have received some sort of documentatin saying this was indeed going to happen or even cutting the credit in half for the time being, but to completely close the account with no warning is outrageous. We have been a customer since it was First Interstate Bank. I hate jumping around and I believe in stability and loyality, apparently they do not have the same beliefs. I also plan on filing a complaint with the Federal Reserve and any other entity I believe will have an impact.

It's called "Stagecoach Robbery" ! You are not alone. They have stolen billions of dollars with the overdraft fee scam.
