Weller Management Management complaints

Management issues, doesn't follow thru with compliance riles, smoking going on in the building, cigarettes n Marijuana.. plumbing issues not being rectified in a timely manner, apartments being rented out that aren't being properly hygenically cleaned by professionals, smelly, DIRTY careers walls, disgusting.. not up to health code standards at all.. how rural development is getting passed over with this God only knows, the wool is being pulled over their eyes.. lawn maintenance, is horrific, rutted lawns not being fixed, shrubs not being maintained.. siding not being fixed, windows not being able to open..

Management openly on her private phone, bring her child to work, looking like she's not being able to even function some days..

No sense of authority at all, issues not being followed through.. when does someone from a higher position actually take a look at these property managers

Maintenance people and see what their not doing..

Desired outcome: Better management Maintenance Sense of serenity in here

Weller Management Noisy upstairs neighbors

To whom it may concern.

I have been dealing with incredibly loud noise coming from the upstairs neighbors. I reported it to the Property Manager Mr. Erik Black, as well as the District Manager Mrs. Sharna Littlejohn numerous times. I sent plenty of videos with audio to both. Despite Mr. Erik Black sending out 3 letters, it went on deaf ears. As a matter of fact, it’s gotten worse. Me and my 12-year-old are being borderline harassed. They are purposely knocking on walls and the floor. The noise is constant, it rarely stops, day after day, night after night. It oftentimes stops around 2:30am. I have endless videos where it finally stops at 3:15am and sometimes even later than that. Imagine linebackers on a football field, karate kid, a bowling alley, a boxing match, I could go on, but I shall spare you. I have endless videos with audio saved on my phone, my computer, and my laptop. All have time and date stamps of course. I assume there is only so much the Property Manager can do perhaps?! I haven’t heard anything from him after the 3rd letter and no change. But there is only so much we can take. It is starting to affect me physically and mentally. Some people must get up at 4:00am to go to work. I can’t unwind or relax after a long day at work, and the thought of going “home” has been disheartening. I have tried to communicate with the neighbor, but she shut me down without hearing me out, and told me to never come to her door again. I will of course respect that and have not tried to communicate with her again. Will I really have to start calling the Police and file a Police Report every single time? One Police officer talked to Erik Black re the noise. He advised that they have not violated any policies, which is inaccurate, and he knows that. Why else would he sent out letters to them? Most of my videos start from 10pm up until 3:15am. I can’t sleep, so of course I video record the noise. I was in the Master bedroom at first, but because my daughter could not sleep, I switched rooms with her so that she can sleep and gets her rest due to us having to get up so early. The Police Officer also talked to the upstairs neighbor who gave him the excuse that they have wooden floors. I do not mind noise. I understand that there will be noise, but this is not normal noise. It is stomping, knocking on walls and floors, moving furniture, slamming drawers open and shut repeatedly, they are throwing heavy objects, at one point I heard them either drive a bike or skateboard back and forth in their room. If she were to be a parent, she would tell her kids to calm down, or to go outside to play. There is a fenced in lounge area that is visible when looking out the window. They stomp, throw things, move furniture, slam drawers, knock on walls and floors all day and all night long. I called a Police Officer once because I thought these kids were by themselves, because in my mind, I figured that a parent would surely put a stop to this, but there was a parent at home. Which tells me that she is inconsiderate and selfish. She advised that I reported her while they were on vacation, which is laughable. If they were quiet, why would I report them? It’s simply not logical. Ask her when she was on vacation. I can guarantee you that I can prove my point. I have plenty of video recordings. She stated that she would be willing to move into a different apartment at no extra cost. However, instead of coming up with a peaceful solution I was advised to file police reports. I know that Weller Management can do much more. I know Weller Management can help me, why not? Why have us go through such length? Mind you, I do not blame the Property Manager or the Regional Manager, but I know that something can be done about this. There are times where I work from home. The noise is so loud, the Attorney’s I work for shake their head in disbelief. It is embarrassing. Please help me find a solution! My email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone number is [protected].

Weller Management Refund after contract termination

Former resident at 850 Living, 811 NW 43RD AVE Miami, FL 33126. Terminated contract back on 07/25/2022. I have presented personally to the Building to ask about the refund, I was told that they mailed the check but it got lost. Very suspicious!

I went again and then I was told they to allow 2 more weeks. Nothing has been received as of today 09/12/2022.

In top of that, I was told about some deductible they do per painting and cleaning issues with the unit.

Which is totally false.

I personally fixed every little hole on each wall. Clean the unit and closed.

Desired outcome: I want the full refund that I put in when signed the contract.I want it as soon as possible

Weller Management Uninhabitable and no maintenance

To whom it may concern:

We moved out of the apartment located at 2148 Larkspur Drive, Lexington, KY 40504 Apt. B#2 due to lack of maintenance and unsafe conditions. After multiple requests to have the kitchen sink unclogged, the bug infestation addressed and multiple other requests, we gave notice of the move out 32 days ago. We attempted to get maintenance on the issues up to the last day of move out but all requests were ignored. The apartment was uninhabitable and this released us from liability as the terms of the lease were broken by the landlord. Additionally, we were charged for water at a rate that was 3 times what we paid initially, despite the apartment being uninhabited for three weeks in July.

Now, I see that we are being charged $2143 for moving out early and we refuse to pay this and will vigorously defend this through an attorney and a court of law. According to KY law, (Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § § 383-635, 383.640 and 383-645), this apartment was uninhabitable due to the bug infestation, the inability to use running water in the kitchen sink and no remedy set forth. Additionally, under Kentucky law (Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 383.670), your landlord must make reasonable efforts to re-rent your unit—no matter what your reason for leaving—rather than charge you for the total remaining rent due under the lease.

With that said, we request the charges be removed immediately or we will take action through various resources, not limited to attorneys, the health department and the court.

Weller Management Property management

I have documentation if you give me an email to send it to. This property manager is a convicted felon x4 who has a job with all tenants' private information. She has attempted to take out online loans in my name and she attempted to steal money out of my husband's bank acct. Weller won't do anything to her. She did not wish to renew the lease; we were moving anyway. Now she has sent a bill over to collections for over $3000 stating we violated the lease agreement by leaving. She lived next door to us - harassed us for the 2 years were there with barking dog next to our wall, calling cops all the time, maknig life miserable so we would move. We didn't. She created lies about is, wasn't even allowed to get WSJ without her having issues. Not allowed to go to the pool or gym. She got mad and turned off our key fobs tot he security gate which is constructive eviction and illegal since our rent was paid. She bragged online about using police, intimidation and bullying to get what she wants - people she hates to move out. She was evicted from a house rental in Tampa, owing $15000 for vandalism, and she was able to move into the complex and keep her job. Go figure! She never qualified. They broke the lease immediately because she moved in with a dog in their own lease paperwork that forbids pitbulls. Rules never applied to management I suppose. We want to sue for the ID theft, the abuse, the bullying, the unfair treatment, and now this harassment after we left.
