Weight Watchers International WeightWatchers' New Points Plan: Zero Point Foods and Easy Weight Loss

I gotta say, I'm really diggin' the new points plan from WeightWatchers. They've got a whole bunch of foods that are zero points, which means I can chow down without worryin' about my points. I mean, who doesn't love that? I had a baked chicken breast at a restaurant with my fam and it was delish. And get this, eggs and chicken breast are zero points too! So I'm never goin' to bed hungry again.

For breakfast, I usually have eggs, toast with no butter, and some Greek vanilla yogurt for 5 points. For lunch, I'll have a chicken club sandwich without the cheese for 6 points. And for dinner, I'll whip up some fat-free refried bean tacos with some fat-free sour cream for 6 points. And when I'm feelin' snacky, I'll grab a couple tablespoons of croutons and a cheeseheads light for 3 points. All in all, that's 20 points for the day.

The app told me that at my weight, I can have 27 daily points and 28 weekly points. And get this, I always have at least 4 points left over at the end of the day. It's like magic! I've only been on this program for a month and I've already dropped a pants size. I'm not comfortable postin' pics, but trust me, I'm a real person and this program really works. I usually avoid writin' reviews and takin' surveys, but I had to write this one. If you're lookin' to lose some weight and feel great, give WeightWatchers a try. You won't regret it!

Weight Watchers International Program Review: Effective for Event-Related Weight Gain, but Not for Food Addiction

This program is often considered the best in the business, but their main aim is to help you lose weight while still enjoying your favorite foods like a regular person. It's perfect for those who have gained weight after pregnancy, but for someone who struggles with food addiction, they teach you how to consume sugar, alcohol, and other celebratory foods in moderation. However, their own food products are packed with salt and sugar.

It's like telling a drug addict to only use drugs on weekends. Once you're addicted, moderation is not an option. That's why their success stories are often short-lived. They still rely on a self-control model instead of a scientific addiction model. If you're a food addict, you'll always fail because sugar, wheat, flour, salt, and alcohol are like injecting sugar directly into your veins. They keep their customer base by teaching everything that an addict should not be told. As a result, you feel depressed and guilty when you regain the weight that is built into their system.

This program works well for people who have gained weight due to specific events, but not for professional eaters and dieters.

Weight Watchers International Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield

I signed up to weight watchers and paid upfront for 3 months, however I didn't really use it properly and was going to sign up again when I could afford it and give it another go. This month I logged into my bank to find that WW had taken ?12.95 from my account and because of that I went into my overdraft and was charged by my bank. Furious I went onto the WW site to see in SMALL print that you will continue to be charged until you inform them of your cancellation. I am fed up of companies locking people in to contracts, it's not the way to do business! I emailed them asking for my money back and my bank charge to which they refused saying that it was in their terms and conditions. They only care about money, I mean what is ?12.95 to them anyway, stupid as it's cost them a customer - how narrow minded!
They need to take a leaf out of Amazon's book who refund their loyal customers no questions asked. Keep your money and go and buy some diet/ exercise books where you won't have money automatically taken from your bank acccount!

Weight Watchers International WeightWatchers Chocolate Swirl Candy Bars: Delicious but Beware of Melted Bars and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on the WeightWatchers website for some chocolate swirl candy bars. Let me tell you, they are absolutely delicious! I was so excited to receive my order and when the first box arrived, everything was perfect. However, when I ordered three more boxes, I was extremely disappointed to find that they had all melted in the wrapper. I was really upset because these candy bars are not cheap and I had spent a lot of money on them.

I decided to call the WeightWatchers customer service line to see if they could help me out. The lady on the phone was very nice at first, but towards the end of the call, she became a little bit demeaning. She tried to tell me that I had gotten a good deal on the candy bars because I had purchased them at 3/$15. I reminded her that $8.99 for a small candy bar is not cheap, especially when they arrived melted.

To make matters worse, there was a disclaimer on the website that said if the chocolate was melted, there was nothing they could do if you lived in a warm climate. I live in Buffalo, New York and it was only 30 degrees when the candy bars arrived, so that was definitely not the issue. The customer service representative also told me that once the candy bars leave Tennessee, it's on me if they melt. I found this to be very frustrating, especially since there were so many complaints about melted candy bars on the website.

I suggested to the customer service representative that they should include a cold pack in the package to ensure that the candy bars arrive in good condition. She didn't seem to think this was a good idea, but I really think it would help to deliver a quality product.

In the end, I was only offered a 20% off coupon, which didn't even cover the cost of the melted candy bars. I was really disappointed that WeightWatchers didn't back up their products and that I was stuck with melted candy bars that I couldn't even eat.

Overall, I was really disappointed in the customer service I received from WeightWatchers. I had previously liked their company and their products had helped me lose weight, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're thinking about ordering chocolate from WeightWatchers, I would definitely beware and be prepared to deal with melted candy bars.

Weight Watchers International Weight Watchers Review: A Frustrating and Ineffective Diet Scheme

Weight Watchers is a program that claims to be a lifestyle change, but in reality, it's just a diet scheme to promote their services, foods, and calorie counting program. I gave this diet a try for six months back in 2014, and unfortunately, I ended up gaining 20 pounds due to the sudden change in my eating habits. I attended their classes, purchased their food, and tried their services, but it all ended up being a waste of my time and money.

I was hoping to learn their equation to their point system by attending their classes, but instead, I was told to just use their app. However, even the app requires a membership fee, which I found to be quite frustrating. I was constantly starving on this diet because it was too restrictive, and their app was very confusing to use, as it was designed for their products. They failed to provide me with proper portion servings and set unrealistic food goals, which made it even harder for me to stick to the program.

Five years later, I had to switch back to a high protein, low sugar, and carb diet to lose the weight that Weight Watchers had put on me. I had gained so much weight that I was feeling symptoms of type two diabetes. However, after losing 10 pounds with the keto diet 10 years later, I no longer have those symptoms. Before trying Weight Watchers, my weight was 145 pounds, but after six months on the program, it had increased to 170 pounds, and I was struggling to follow their diet protocols.

It's important to note that this diet program does not work for everyone. While food addiction is a real issue in our society, Weight Watchers may not be the solution for everyone. It may have worked for some people, but it certainly didn't work for me. The only reason why Weight Watchers became so popular is because of Oprah's endorsement. However, it's important to remember that what works for one person may not work for everyone else.

Weight Watchers International Poor Management and Policies: My Experience with Weight Watchers

I've been a member of Weight Watchers for a long time, since the 80s. I was able to reach my goal weight in 2019 and even maintained it throughout the pandemic. However, things took a turn for the worse when the WW studio I attended permanently closed down. As a lifetime member at goal, I didn't have to pay unless I went over my goal weight. But when they shut down in-person meetings, they offered online meetings instead. I decided not to attend, but then WW changed their policy and required me to sign in and report my weight, even though I was a lifetime member. They even charged my credit card for not doing so!

When I realized what was going on, I called and cancelled my membership with a live representative. But apparently, they didn't cancel it like they were supposed to. I asked for a refund for the charges, but was told a manager would contact me. Surprise, surprise, they never did. They claim that a manager left me a voicemail, but I never received it. They didn't charge me for a couple of months after I cancelled in May 2021, but then in October 2021, they started charging me again. When I called to ask why, they said they had no record of me cancelling and couldn't explain why they didn't charge me for 5 months but resumed for 6 months.

It's really unfortunate because the Weight Watchers program is great, but the management is very poor. I wish they would have been more transparent and upfront about their policies and changes. It's frustrating to deal with these issues when all I want to do is focus on my health and wellness. Despite these problems, I still believe in the Weight Watchers program and hope that they can improve their management in the future.

Weight Watchers International WeightWatchers Review: Not Sustainable or Worth the Cost - Try Lifesum Instead!

WeightWatchers claims to focus on building healthy habits, but let's be real, tracking calories is a big part of it. The point system had me eating [protected] calories a day, which is pretty extreme for someone like me who is 6'0, 200lbs, and 20 years old. With exercise, I lose weight on 2100 calories, so I felt like I was starving. While you may lose weight, it's just not sustainable in the long term. Your metabolism will slow down, and you will plateau. Trust me, that's exactly what happened to me, and it's hard to come back from without regaining at least some of the weight you worked so hard to lose.

The biggest problem with WeightWatchers is the cost. The app should be free! It's ridiculous to have a $22 monthly subscription to this app when you could get the same results with a notebook and a Facebook group. And good luck trying to cancel it without paying an outrageous fee. Mine was $42!

I've been using the tracker app Lifesum for five years, and I've lost 60lbs with it. It's 100% free unless you want to upgrade to premium, which is not necessary. It's way cheaper than WeightWatchers, and you can set your own calorie and macro goals or follow one of their meal plans. Do your research on what's best for you.

My best advice if you're trying to lose weight or just be healthier is to exercise! It will be easier to hit a calorie deficit, and you won't feel like you're being calorie restricted if you eat healthy and have a sweaty workout daily. It's also a great mood booster and generally makes your life so much better in my experience. Do something you enjoy. You don't have to be at the gym to have a hard workout. I lost most of my weight during the pandemic by Just Dance-ing at home, lol.

Weight Watchers International Weight Watchers: A Review of Their Focus on Weight Loss Over Health

Weight Watchers, or WW as they like to call themselves now, could be a helpful program if they focused more on encouraging health instead of just weight loss. But they keep pushing the idea that losing weight is the only way to be healthy, even though research shows that intentional weight loss attempts often lead to weight gain and eating disorders. It's a shame that they're part of the $60 billion annual industry that only cares about the number on the scale.

Their own research studies show that long-term, significant weight loss isn't possible. In fact, participants in their study only lost about 10 pounds in six months and kept off half of that for two years. That's only a five pound weight loss maintained for 730 days. Karen Miller-Kovach, who used to be the chief scientific officer of Weight Watchers International, was excited by this study and said it validated what they've been doing. But is maintaining a five pound weight loss for two years really worth $20 per month to use their website?

Instead of buying into Weight Watchers' packaged food-like substances, I recommend looking into Health At Every Size principles. HAES recognizes that health is multi-dimensional and includes genetics, environment, stress, access, and past, present, and future behaviors. It focuses on the health that is possible for each individual body, rather than chasing unattainable concepts of "perfect health" based on a certain size. It also acknowledges that our health is not entirely within our control and gives up the ridiculous notion that our current behaviors are the only thing that determine our health.

Overall, Weight Watchers is just another weight loss program that doesn't actually work in the long run. Instead of wasting your money on their website, try focusing on your overall health and well-being with HAES principles.

Weight Watchers International Weight Watchers: A Proven Program for Sustainable Weight Loss and Healthy Living

I've been a member of Weight Watchers for over 20 years now and I gotta say, it's a pretty great program. I've lost a total of 40 pounds from my initial weight and I've been able to maintain a healthy weight ever since.

The thing that sets Weight Watchers apart from other diets is that it's not really a diet at all. It's more about making lifestyle changes that will improve your overall health. This includes things like eating healthy foods, exercising regularly, identifying triggers that lead to compulsive eating, and learning how to deal with failure without getting too stressed out.

One of the best things about Weight Watchers is the meetings. They're a great way to deal with any challenges that come up along the way. For example, they can help you navigate the holidays and all the parties that come with them, or figure out how to eat healthy when you're out at a restaurant. The leader of the group will usually have some suggestions, but other members can also chime in with their own tips and tricks.

Overall, Weight Watchers is a proven program that really works. In fact, a recent study found that commercial weight loss programs like Weight Watchers can be just as effective as programs led by health professionals. The study showed that people who participated in Weight Watchers lost just as much weight as those in a professionally led program. Plus, more than twice as many Weight Watchers participants lost at least 10% of their starting weight compared to those in other programs.

If you're looking for an affordable and effective way to lose weight and improve your health, I highly recommend giving Weight Watchers a try. It's worked wonders for me and I'm sure it can do the same for you!

Weight Watchers International Disappointing Experience with Weight Watchers: Unhelpful Orientation, Confusing App, and Weight Gain

I decided to give Weight Watchers a try back in 2015 after hearing so many positive reviews about it. However, I was disappointed to find that it was just another diet program. My orientation was not very helpful as the person who was supposed to explain the program to me spent most of the time on the phone with the app help desk trying to figure out why my number count was off. We only spent about 10 minutes going over the introductory package and 0 minutes explaining the point system. The orientation was supposed to last an hour, but we ended up spending 40 minutes on the phone, 10-15 minutes giving me the required materials, and she ended up closing shop 15 minutes early. Needless to say, I did not get a very good orientation and was basically handed items without much explanation.

I attended a few sessions, but found them to be more like pep talk groups to cheer you on for little "wins". I did not learn much from them and found that I knew even less about the program. I decided to attend another orientation explanation, but it was just as unhelpful as the first one. I gave the program 2.5 months, but ultimately decided not to continue.

The app itself was confusing and you still had to pay for a monthly fee even though you were a Weight Watchers member attending meetings. The app was geared towards their product, did not clearly state proportion servings, and was really only useful if you used their Weight Watchers products. Otherwise, you were better off using a calorie counter app.

I occasionally have blood sugar drops, but I found that the app did not calculate for health issues. Each time I had one of these drops, I ended up eating a mini meal and the app would calculate for that. By the end of the week, I had zero points left for food because of the extra food my body needed to survive. I tried to supplement these variances with the zero point foods, but found that my body quickly gained weight. I ended up gaining a lot of weight trying to use this program. I spent the next two years properly dieting and teaching myself to stop eating when full. Teaching yourself to stop eating when full is really the only diet coach you need.

Overall, I did not find Weight Watchers to be very helpful. I did not gain much knowledge about the program and ended up gaining a bunch of weight. I spent the next two years teaching myself to eat right and to stop eating when full. I would not recommend Weight Watchers as it is not for everyone and their diet did not work for me.

Weight Watchers International WW cancellation failure

Today Traci H told me they would not issue a refund after I had cancelled online.

Seems WW does everything they can to continue charging an account after a cancellation. They billed me for an additional six months! I did not receive a cancelation notice from WW since I assumed they had already cancelled me.

Never again will I use WW even though I've been a fan for decades.;

Desired outcome: Refund the past six months.

Weight Watchers International My membership is suddenly canceled after 50 years- I have been a lifetime for about 15!!!!

I have been a lifetime member for years. Last spring, we were told we didn't have to weigh in monthly until 2024 (Feb or Mar) while WW was looking for new, less expensive studio locations. Apparently, an email was sent telling people they had to start weighing in sometime in July or August. I was unsubscribed to emails so I didn't receive the notice. I only found out when they contacted me (somehow!) because they couldn't process the Etools payment from me not weighing in. (my credit card number has been changed by AMEX many times due to fraud). TODAY, I weighed in at the Farmington Hills location and the woman there told me my etools were renewed. When I tried to log in and use the etools app today, it says I do not have a membership and have to sign up and pay! WTH? I've been a loyal customer of Weight watchers for almost 50 years. Please fix this. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

Desired outcome: Restore my lifetime membership and show I weighed in today. 123.6. I will update my credit card info. Is this why I was "canceled?"????

Weight Watchers International Effective Program, Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with WW

I gotta say, I think this program can be pretty effective for a lot of folks out there. But let me tell you, the customer service is just plain awful. I had a real tough time trying to get my membership cancelled or put on hold after losing my job. The reps I talked to were just so darn rude and unhelpful. They kept passing me off to different people, and even "accidentally" hung up on me at one point. When I called back, I was put on hold for a whopping 39 minutes before finally getting through to someone. And even then, all they did was give me some canned response and wish me luck before hanging up. I mean, I was being perfectly polite and friendly the whole time, but they just didn't seem to care at all. Needless to say, I won't be going back to WW anytime soon.

Weight Watchers International Disappointing Customer Service and Unauthorized Charges: My Experience with WeightWatchers

I had a subscription with WeightWatchers (weightwatchers.com) for a good while, but I decided to cancel it THREE years ago. However, to my surprise, they continued to charge me for the service. When I contacted them about this issue, they only offered me a refund for three months, even though they had charged me for three YEARS! I was very disappointed with their customer service, as the staff on the phone were very unprofessional and did not document the information that I provided. This caused me to take time out of my teaching day at home and waste my time on the phone with these people.

I decided to take matters into my own hands and wrote a letter to the CEO of the company, hoping to get better results. Unfortunately, I never received a response from them. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will NEVER join this company again! They were very quick to take my cash, but when I asked for a refund because of miscommunication, they were NOT supportive at all. I will make sure to advise my fellow colleagues to STAY AWAY from WeightWatchers.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is lacking, and they do not seem to care about their customers. If you are looking for a weight loss program, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Weight Watchers International Misleading WeightWatchers Offer: Get 3 Months FREE, but Forced to Pay for 2 Months Before Cancelling

I recently signed up for WeightWatchers after seeing their 'Offer' of 'Get 3 Months FREE'. I thought it was a great deal and decided to take a look. However, due to unexpected circumstances, I found myself needing to cancel my subscription after only 14 days. To my surprise, I was unable to do so and was informed that I had to pay for at least 2 months before I could cancel.

I was extremely disappointed by this experience and felt that WeightWatchers had misled me with their 'Offer'. The 'Ts&Cs' outlined that I had to pay for a minimum of 2 months before I could cancel, which was not made clear in the initial offer. I felt that this was a disgraceful way to conduct business and was shocked by these under-handed tactics.

I would not recommend being lured in by this misleading 'offer'. It is important for companies to be transparent and honest with their customers, and WeightWatchers failed to do so in this instance. While I cannot speak to the quality of their service, I was left with a negative impression of the company and would caution others to be wary of similar offers in the future.

Weight Watchers International WeightWatchers Personal Point Program Review: Not Worth the Hassle or Money

So, I recently joined WeightWatchers and tried out their new personal point program. I gotta say, it was a bit of a hassle and didn't yield much in the way of results. When I was on the smart points plan (green plan), I was losing about 1-2 pounds a week. But with this new program, I was told that the weight loss would be slower, which means I'd have to stick with it for longer and shell out more money. No thanks!

I ended up going back to the green plan and started losing weight again. The thing is, everything is now tied to the phone app, which can be a bit of a pain. I always ate healthy foods on smart points, but now they're giving you points for eating a healthy vegetable and doing some activity, which I always did anyway. And don't even get me started on the recipes - you have to find them all on the phone!

Overall, I don't think this new plan is sustainable. I regret paying the money up front and won't be doing it again.

Weight Watchers International WW App Review: Frustrating Navigation & Zero Point Food Confusion

Back in the day, I used to be able to whip up a recipe, input the ingredients, and voila! A point value would magically appear. But now, things have changed. It's not as easy as it used to be. I used to be able to track my walking by the minute, but that's no longer an option. And don't even get me started on trying to find things within the app. It's like a maze in there! Every time I try to navigate to something, it just keeps looping back to trying to sell me something - whether it's food or exercise programs. It's frustrating, to say the least.

One thing that really irked me was trying to find my zero point foods. I had no idea that I had to memorize them the first time they were created. It took me several YouTube videos just to figure it out. And don't even get me started on trying to contact someone for help about the app. It's like they don't even exist!

Overall, the diet itself makes sense. But if there are 20 YouTube videos just to show you how to navigate the app, then it must be harder than it should be for someone who's just trying to change their eating habits. It's a shame, really. I wish it was easier to use, but I guess that's just the way it is.

Weight Watchers International Disappointing Experience with WeightWatchers App: Confusing Design, Point System, and Lack of Support

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience on WeightWatchers. I've been trying to use the app for a while now, but it's been a real struggle. I mean, seriously, who designed this thing? It's like they went out of their way to make it as confusing as possible.

First off, there's no real dashboard to track your meals. You have to enter everything from scratch every time you want to add a snack or meal. And don't even get me started on the point system. I mean, what's the deal with that? Why can't they just give you the caloric and nutritional totals like a normal app?

And then there are all these dead end links that don't tell you anything or take you nowhere. It's like they're just there to make you feel like you're doing something, but really you're just wasting your time.

Honestly, it feels like WeightWatchers is more of a marketing tool than a diet app. Like they're more interested in making money than helping their clients. And don't even get me started on trying to cancel. You have to pay a fee just to do that! And good luck finding any kind of customer service or support.

Overall, my experience with WeightWatchers has been pretty awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Weight Watchers International WeightWatchers Review: A Good Program with One Major Flaw

I recently tried out WeightWatchers and overall, I found it to be a pretty good program. It definitely helped me get on the right track with my weight loss goals. One thing I really appreciated about it was that it didn't involve any weird chemicals or require me to buy pre-packaged meals. Instead, it focused on teaching me how to make healthier choices and manage my portions.

That being said, there were a few things about the program that I wasn't too thrilled about. One of the biggest issues I had was with the auto-renewal feature. When my contract was coming to an end, I wasn't notified that it was going to renew automatically. I think WeightWatchers should do a better job of making this feature more clear and giving clients the option to decide whether or not they want to extend their contract.

If you do decide to sign up for WeightWatchers, make sure you double-check that the auto-renewal box isn't checked. Otherwise, you could end up losing money that you can't get back. Despite this issue, I still think WeightWatchers is a good program overall and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a sustainable way to lose weight.

Weight Watchers International WeightWatchers App Review: Not Worth the Hype or Money

I'm a dietitian and I heard my clients talking about this app, so I decided to give it a try. I gotta say, it wasn't really my cup of tea. The foods they recommend and try to sell you are full of fake sugars and preservatives, which aren't actually healthy. It feels like they're just trying to make a quick buck by advertising themselves as healthy. Plus, the app doesn't give you any information about the nutrients you're getting from the foods you're eating. For example, if you eat some avocado or nuts, your points will go through the roof, which can be discouraging when you're trying to eat healthy and lose weight.

To be honest, I really didn't like this app. When I tried to cancel, they charged me an extra $45, which was buried in the fine print. I thought I was signing up for a 3-month trial period and could cancel without penalty, but apparently not. It felt like a waste of money to me. There are other apps out there, like MyFitnessPal, that are free and give you a better idea of the nutrients you're getting from your food. After all, the quality of our food matters!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend WeightWatchers to my clients or anyone else. The foods they recommend aren't actually healthy, and the app doesn't give you enough information about the nutrients you're getting. Plus, the hidden fees and charges make it feel like they're just trying to make a quick buck. If you're looking for a better way to track your food and nutrients, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Weight Watchers International WeightWatchers Misleads Customers with Inaccurate Pricing Information and Bribery Tactics

I recently visited the WeightWatchers website to check out their plans and decided to go with the one that advertised a low price of $3.07 per week. I did the math and figured that it would come out to $13.30 per month. However, when I received my bill, I was surprised to see that they had charged me $16.21 per month. I immediately called their customer service to inquire about the discrepancy.

To my disappointment, the representative informed me that the fine print stated that the price was subject to change. I was frustrated that the pricing information on their website was not accurate and that I had been misled. It seemed like they were trying to hide the true cost of their plans from their customers.

I decided to cancel my account, but the representative tried to convince me to stay by offering me a free month. When I declined, she continued to push and offered me two and three months for free. It felt like they were trying to bribe me to stay with them, even though I was unhappy with their service.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with WeightWatchers. It felt like they were not transparent with their pricing and were trying to take advantage of their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a weight loss program.

Weight Watchers International Canceling Subscription

I tried to cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period and could not access the account. I could not get a live person to talk to. After the subscription period I was able to get in the app and cancel the subscription. However, I received a notice that my account will continue to be drafted for a period of one year. I have never used the service. There is no personalization. It's just a big rip off.

Desired outcome: I would like for weight watchers to stop drafting my account and truly cancel the subscription that I have never used.

Weight Watchers International Meetings canceled and moved

I have attended weight watchers for 16 years and have been very successful. I’ve had my last 3 of 7 pregnancies during this time and have returned to lifetime /goal each time. I still go to meetings mostly to maintain. What I am displeased with is the cancellation of half of the meetings and being relocated to inconvenient locations. The meetings are the only thing that keep me at WW. Personally I prefer the Healthi app. The meetings are the only thing that set weight watchers apart. Many of the people who attend meetings, especially the coaches have been incredibly loyal. It seems weight watchers doesn’t give a hoot about the client base. It’s as if you are trying to be rid of us! How about some customer loyalty!

Desired outcome: Add meetings back at reasonable locations

Weight Watchers International Return of my money!

I have been being charged $44.95 a month for 2-3 years for a WW membership I cancelled online. I spoke with my bank today and was completely unaware my card was being charged. I have cancelled the card so WW cannot continue to do this fraud! I just read on Yelp reviews that a woman named Marina had the same issue but caught it within six months. I spoke to WW and they refuse to give my money back! My bank is going to dispute 3 months worth of charges. That is all they can do. I have two cancellations from WW, one from 2011 and one from 2016, which indicates I cancel when I am through with the program. They were cancellations I called in by phone. The woman who wrote the bad review on Yelp for WW had also cancelled online as I did this last time in 2019. She stated there was something wrong with their website. WW is a bunch of crooks and I am furiour. Please help if you can. Thank You!

Sincerely,

Marianne Hinkhouse

Weight Watchers International Lifetime Membership Program

BEWARE if you are on the Lifetime program (reached and maintained your goal weight) and are not currently attending live meetings.

During Covid times you were allowed to check in and report your current weight using the app rather than going to in-person meetings. That option apparently ended in the fall of 2021. Two emails were sent to members with the information that in person meetings were now required. For those of you that, like me, had requested no emails you would not have been informed of this change in policy. The app did nothing as far as notifications and they sent nothing by mail. So, no mail and no notice within the app. Your only notice would have been if you reviewed every line item on your credit card and started seeing the monthly charge appearing again.

These charges were made even though your weight was still within the range of your lifetime goal. IF you go back and now notice all these charges on your credit card you may be able to get a month refunded but you are out your remaining money.

If you call WW they will tell you they could not send out mail notices about the policy change due to HIPAA privacy rules. Had they done the research I am very sure that a general notice that in-person meetings were now being held and are required they would fit within the guidlines and they would have only needed to mail to those Lifetime members that opted out of emails.

Bad customer relations.

Desired outcome: Full refund

Weight Watchers International Need an email address to contact Weight Watchers Customer Service

I cannot find an email to use to contact Weight Watchers. I have looked all over their website for a Customer Service email without results.

The website offers contact phone numbers or directs you to use your online account to contact them.

I do not use the phone due to the difficulty I have in keeping my thoughts concise/straight over the period of my conversations. I do not use my Weight Watchers online account due to the fact Weight Watchers has monthly been double-dipping for their fees. TWO of my bank accounts have been charged by Weight Watcher fees ever since my enrollment, YEARS ago!

I can no longer drive to Weight Watchers meetings; I do not have a smart phone and am missing out on the Weight Watcher apps; I'm not able to follow my Weight Watchers plan due to my disability.

Please contact me VIA EMAIL soon.

Desired outcome: Return the overcharged fees Weight Watchers collected when they double-dipped & cancel my enrollment.

Weight Watchers International Fresh meals

They sold me a program for fresh meal delivery. WW collected my money and their partner never returned calls.
WW refused to refund the $80+ they (WW) collected.
I have tried since 2019. They cannot use COVID as an excuse.
Then they have false advertising. They claim to have programs for everyone, but there are LIMITED options that you only learn after you enroll. It took multiple phone calls to finally get that money refunded.
They seem to have a lot of false advertising

Desired outcome: Refund

Weight Watchers International Billing for lifetime members

I have been a lifetime member since 1986. The "rule" was always weigh in anytime once per month below goal weight and it is free. Now, it seems this rule has changed. I must now weigh in before my next billing date or I am charged. I weighed in at a studio in September, October, November and December. My billing date was the first of the month. So, I didn't weigh in on or before the first, and I got charged. Especially, with the limited hours of studios, this is ridiculous. But, even when this isn't the case, as a lifetime member, I should be able to weigh in on any day during the month and not have to pay. I have had to work with Customer Service and my studio every single month (with different answers from whomever I was talking to). But, if I understand the person today, if I don't weigh in before my billing date, I will be charged. She changed my billing date from the first to the 14th. But, if I weigh in before the 14th (say the 5th), then my new date will be 30 days from the 5th and I am again stuck with trying to weighed in before the 5th. And if I can only weigh in on the 2nd (because of the very short hours of the studio), my new billing date with be the 2nd. I will try this for one more month, but, if I am stuck again, I am quitting WW after a very long association. Make the rule what it was before.

Desired outcome: Revert to the old rule. Lifetime members can weigh in on ANY day during the month and it is free if at or below goal weight.

Weight Watchers International Fitness tracker connection

I am a long term Samsung phone, fitness, health and smartwatch user. I've been extremely disappointed I cannot earn points for my steps and workouts.

You finally add apple connection, but I'm still out in the cold. Without my fitness connection, I hate this new program. More tracking, less points and absolutely no incentive to keep it up. I've had great success, but won't renew unless I can get old plan back!

Desired outcome: Old plan restored or add Samsung smartwatch asap
