ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I placed an order with them on 4/4/2011 and paid them through paypal plus international shipping because I live in New York. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!! I email their sales department and they never cared to respond back. Because i waited over 45 days to place a dispute with paypal, i never got my money back and my dispute claim was closed. Now i'm filing a dispute with my bank to see if they can help me get my money back.

    So here I`m. I`ve order a few clothes worth 95£, i`ve sent an email after few days and i was assured i`ll recieve an email from Myhermes with my tracking number. First of all its already been 8th working days (paid for 5-7 working days delivery), never recieved anything from Myhermes. After sending 4 emails since monday they never answer back (tried to call their number nobody picks up the phone as well).

    Second of all
    All out of all reviews i`ve read 80% are negative which my concern US customers.

    Third of all
    your customer service is poor quality as you should replay by at least 1 day.

    How come if i order from other sites with x delivery date i get it earlier or at least at the date of delivery.

    i ordered from them last july 9th, was never sent a tracking number because apparently they really don't have tracking numbers here's an email I got from them when I emailed about it.

    We advise up to 14 business days for International deliveries. You will receive the parcel is the quoted time of arrival. You should get it by the end of this week, beginning of the following!
    unfortunately, we do not send parcels under £100 international signed for, so I don't have a tracking number .. that's how we charge you only £7.95 for postage, if we added a tracking number the postage would start at £25! But, please note, We are currently looking for better ways to send the parcels so our clients get a tracking number!

    Also, it's been almost a month and my item NEVER arrived so I emailed them and was asked if I wanted a refund, i said yes but then THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME!

    I should have done my research before buying from them!

    So, never wrote a complaint about a website before, but these scums deserve this, bought 60 euros worth of shirts, after a long month and a half of waiting I sent them an email, to which I got a reply saying they would refund me, when I never even asked for it, anyways, never got the money back or the shirts, never got scammed this bad in my life, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF OF THIS WEBSITE, you're welcome.

    I ordered from them 12 days ago no sign of my order. And I am in the UK. Now told I have to wait for parcel to come so I can refuse it before I get a refund so looks like il be waiting forever to get my 80 pound back. I am reporting them to trading standards

    I ordered from we hustle 11 days ago and haven't received the item. When asking for a refund I was told to refuse delivery at the door so am I meant to sit in and wait for a delivery that's obviously not going to come in order to wait another week for a refund. Il be reporting these to trading standards

    I was thinking of buying from here, but looking at all these comments makes me not want to. i was excited too, the clothes are nice but i guess their shipping/post, customer service, and tracking sucks. Not going to buy then i guess.

    I just ordered a shirt cost me $40 and i didnt use paypal. After purchasing i didnt receive a confirmation email or any email at all like other sites do like Ebay, Amazon. That made me think if thi site is dodgy or not...Im getting paranoid here if im actually going to receive this order or not and can i get my money back or something?
    Somebody please reply because im starting to freak out.

    I placed an order this week with wehustle, I received an email of confirmation and that my items would be dispatched once payment is received. The money has come out of my bank so I emailed them twice to ask about my items being dispatched but no reply.
    My email account had sent my confirmation email to the 'JUNK' section as it 'Failed the Fraud checks'
    Now im paranoid whether im going to actually receive my items as I didn't pay by PayPal so would be no way of getting a refund!

    Totally Gutted!

    Hey I'm from New York, I orderd my Rich Gang hoodie on October 19th 2013, and it's November 4th 2013, I haven't recieved an email about my order but I did receive an email saying I was charged. I understand that it takes 12 to 14 business days. And after seeing all these reviews I was just wondering If I should be concerned? And maybe think about getting my money back, which would suck because that hoodie is crazy fresh. Anyone wanna answer please thank you!

    I totally agree with the negative comments as we hustle have never sent my item or offered a refund its a disgrace the way they treat people I am out of pocket now and they seemed to disappear with email and all contact as stopped they are pure criminal . I should know better than to order from a company with hustle in its business name I guess gonna have no joy in the pursuit of these cowboys.

    I ORDERED A HOODED JUMPER FROM THEM, IT NEVER ARRIVED, I CALLED THE PERSON TO INQUIRE AND THE STAFF MEMBER ACCUSED ME OF STEALING THE PACKAGE AND ATTEMPTING TO GET ANOTHER ONE FOR FREE!
    THESE ARE THIEVES AND THEY'RE ATTEMPTING TO COVER THEMSELVES WITH 'WE SELL OVER 100 ITEMS PER DAY' you sell 100 items. But do they actually send out a 100 items?

    I'm from New Zealand, and honestly I couldn't be more happy with the service. Reading these comments I was extremely doubtful as everyone seems to have had problems? But from what i have experienced with wehustle.co.uk it was great. I ordered a OVO Crew Neck jersey, and it was due to arrive in 14 working days. It only took 10. I also emailed enquiring about the order and got a fast reply from Michelle. Totally recommend. 100% safe :) Thank you we hustle! Cheeeeea

    I ordered my package back in 2012 Nov. 7th, until today i have not recievd anything from Wehustle.co.uk! The package was supposed to be shipped to Russia. I understand that they do things differently in Russia and it takes longer time for things to be done. But is been 4 months now! I've been in contact with a WeHustle representative named Michelle from early on. In the beginning she answered my emails rapidly, i've done everything she asked me to do to check on the package with the post. She told me it will take about 14days, so after 16th day i started to get real worried, then my emails to her started to get replied slower to ignored. Tracking # was never provided to me, on Jan. 7 they told me they can do a refund, but since i purchased the items as a paypal guest, she said shes not allowed to do so that she is confused! then she said she will provide me with a screen shot of my label and postage proof on Jan. 8, (until today they never send them to me)! Then my emails started to get ignored from them! The next time she answered was on Jan. 22 trying to imply that I am lying to them that I never got my package. Then on the very last email they sent me on Jan. 23, she wrote that they are carrying investigation with the post (yes after 3 months they filed a report with the post!!!) and that theres nothing to be said until the outcome of the investigation. So is Feb. 15th today, no emails from them still, still dont have my package, got no refunds, and no proof of snapshot of postage. If this is not a scam then i dont know what this is! I just want a solution for this issue but i guess is too hard of a service for this so call "legit" company they say they are!! 42 emails they only replied 14 of them...

    THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!! I ordered an item from them, after a week or so, of not receiving it I call up to an individual accusing me of stealing their clothing and attempting to get another for free!
    After messing around I receive my parcel the next day. And it's in a different colour to that of what I ordered.

    Badly organised, this is not how business is supposed to operate!!
    Good points being that the clothing is high quality. But customer satisfaction is definitely 0/10.

    All I can say is the real OVO does not sell clothes on-line. They are still in the process of doing this. You are all buying fake merchandise! As Sydney said...they are all FAKE. I know what a real one looks like. The tags, the stamp, etc...
    So, please do not support these fake OVO merchandise. I KNOW.

    Yeah they dont ship and also rip off many designs from reliable companies. Im a brand manager and distributor so I know alot of what comes out first. Theyve taken from taylorgang.com, Birdclubclothing.com, Ymcmb, Jim Jones "VAMPIRE LIFE".
    Some people just have no creativity!

    Greg90 - How interesting, you have nothing but good things to say about Wehustle and yet for some reason you looked up complaints and joined this board just to slag off the previous negative review. Nothing suspicious about that at all !
    This company is hopeless. First order didnt turn up. I telephoned and was told it had been posted the week before. It arrived two days later, having been posted the day I called. Second order, didn't turn up. I telephoned and was told that 'Royal Mail' were 'aware' of my order, I asked for a tracking number which they didn't have as they don't use tracking for items under £60. I explained that I was dis-satisfied with their continuing incompetence and I was told that they had found in the past that parcels were being stolen from the Royal Mail depot - funny because all my Amazon, Play.com, Ebay parcels arrive safely - the Manager then went on to say that some customers steal the parcels so they can get another free top!!! The other possibility is that this company do not know how to operate efficiently and are not keeping track of their order process. SO JUST ADMIT IT AND SAY SORRY instead of passing the buck not only to Royal Mail but to the very people who are keeing you in business, your customers. The only thing I can say in their favour is that they processed a refund without me having to go through the process of getting Paypal to do it.

    Ordered from We Hustle late on Sunday 22nd, assume they wouldn't have received my order until the next morning. Got an email from Michelle on Tuesday 24th saying my order had been dispatched that day, and today, 25th - a whole day later, I received my items. Got nothing but love for this company, good quality clothing, great service, great communication. I can't speak for others' issues with them, and frankly I'm not interested, all I am saying is that for any prospective customers who have stumbled on this site, don't take what you read on here as a given. If you're unsure, drop them an email. As for the post above - Mr Spacely, I'd be interested to learn when/if you received your items. And you do realise that you ordered right before Christmas, so Royal Mail (who provide the delivery service) will have been swamped with deliveries. In fact, they go as far as to warn you of this on the Royal Mail website in the build up to Christmas. And the fact you posted this on New Years Day - did you not think that Royal Mail delivery services, as well as pretty much everything else, were closed down until the 3rd of January due to Bank Holidays?

Ordered my hoody 2 ###ing weeks ago and STILL hasn't come. ###ing ###. they wont even reply if your message is about the product you ordered but they WOULD reply if the question wasn't about the product.     I am still waiting for my package. 1. They sent it to my billing address after I told numerous times in emails that the shipping address is different. They didnt care and still had the nerve to confirm that the shipping address was the same as the billing address. I bought the OFWGKTA sweatshirt for my boyfriend. My mother still lives in my billing address and I asked her everyday about the package. I have them through their email address telling them I want my money back or the sweatshirt to the correct address and, what a surprise, no response. The first time I ordered from them was for the OVOXO shirt and that came perfectly fine and they answered every single email because I was skeptical about ordering from them in the first place since they had so many bad reviews. When I ordered OFWGKTA sweatshirt I felt so comfortable ordering, . Now I will never order again. Its funny how they respond to emails when its positive but when they lose something or made a mistake they dont dare reply.

    This site is 100% AUTHENTIC. I just received my Octobers Very Own (OVO) Crewneck/Sweatshirt from Wehustle.co.uk. It came in just over 2 weeks (including weekends). I live in Seattle, WA by the way. :) I was a bit skeptical at the site too, especially after I seen this post but now that I got my stuff im not. If you do not get your item after 30 days I suggest you get a refund by going on your PayPal account and submitting a claim. Do NOT wait after the 45 days or else you will not be able to get a REFUND!!!

    Also...My brother ordered about 1 week after me and we are still waiting on his item. I will let you guys know if I get it.

    I will keep you guys updated.

    ---Oh and here is a picture I will attach for proof I got it. :)

    I just placed an order on the 20th of september 2011 & I've been e-mailing [email protected] and I have gotten anything in return, well I got one e-mail and it was in reguards to my password. When I try to log in to see the ststus of my order it says its incorrect, but i wrote it down as i typed it. So there shouldn't be an issue. I've had a recent issue with ordering out of the Uk & I dont want to put in a second claim. I just want my items. SO IF SOMEONE CAN E-MAIL ME BACK @ [email protected] & GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER OR COMFORMATION THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY ITEM THAT WOULD BE AMAZING. because wehustle is giving me NO IMFORMATION or tracking number for my item & NOT E-MAILING ME BACK!!! ): & I REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY want my item!!
