I shop at the Wegmans on Alberta Drive in Amherst, NY and I find the store has a poor layout and isn't practical or convenient for the senior shopper. Fortunately the pharmacy is centered near the entrance of the store but essentials are scattered in all directions and some essentials are way to the very back of the store like Reynolds Foil or wax paper. This store pays more attention to selling gifts and unusual merchandise. I've actually gone the route of ordering my groceries online and having them delivered because I dread walking into your store. Also, I shop had Aldi's because the store has a convenient layout.
Desired outcome: The purpose of this complaint is to help you realize the importance of a store designed with convenience for the older shopper and for their own safety.

I spent $ 160.60 today on groceries.
A bottle of hydrogen peroxide leaked all over my bags, getting produce, bakery, and many other items wet. Additionally the ammonia I purchased also leaked all over the ground, because luckily it was on the bottom of my cart. I had no time to return to customer service, and had to proceed home with my damaged parcels.
I hope you perform due diligence and stand by your quality and commitment to your customers.
