We Florida Financial - unauthorized credit card charges

We FL Fincancial never process nor investigate unauthorized credit card charges. Instead, they give the run-around.
Since 2016, when I first got the credit card from We FL Financial (WFF), never have processed, investigated, nor refunded money from any of my "dispute-claims." They would only mail a form-letter which is a generic letter for each dispute, to waste time hoping to make customers go away, to avoid the work of processing the claims and refunding money. Also, there are so many problems and mishaps with their website.. it operates like it's the 1980's

PROBLEM HISTORY:
02 Nov 2019, Ms Michael Lynn, in service dept, explained that my card total did not reflect the same as online. My account shows $24 available, "next payment due 8/31/2022. This happens all the time.

The online banking doesnt sync and is never accurate. Pressing #5 from the recorded line prompts does not get a person listed or will disconnect the line.

Ive called several times asking for phone number, email or postal mail address for the President and Vice President of the credit union.. but only to get the run around, nobody knows

Since 2018, DirectTV has charged 3 of my credit cards the same $45 a month. Ive been writing and calling WFF to remove the fees. WFF continues to send me "generic letters" no matter how many letters, faxes and emails I sent.

** Feb 2019, is a "generic" letter response from WFF Card Holder Services; that has nothing to do with my dispute-claims.
** January 15, 2019 is the "generic" letter response; after filing online and faxing documents.
** Feb 27, 2019 is the "generic" response after RE-submitting and faxing douments.
** December 2016, I made a simple dispute when a wireless company did not repair my phone. I sent documents, copies, receipts, complaints from other customers of the same thing.
** Jan 12, 2017 "generic" letter asking AGAIN for documents, which I sent.
** 02 January 2017, I resent documents
** 01 April 2017, I resent documents (faxed and mailed)
** 17 April 2017, documents resent.
** 16 Feb 2018, Ive spoken to several people including Jim Kerin, Sales Mngr

** I asked for names and address of VP and President., , no one had this information.

I walked into the North Miami, WFF Branch. However, Ms Viviane Cetoute was on vacation and no one else could assist me. In general, WFF always seems to have out-dated services and inconveniently closed or unavailable online services or telephone dispatch and hours are not available or ready nor working properly. Its operations seems like the 1980's instead of 2019.

ALSO:
Debit Card -services does not sync.. online statements read one amount, but the call center does not have this amount. Customers get charged NSF Fess. I want the NSF Fees removed and debited BACK to my account. I've called to speak to Member Services about this several times WITHOUT anything being solved.

On Wed, Nov 6th, I spoke to and emailed KSterling@weFloridaFincial.com, 954-745-2400 x2325.
In two hours, she returned my calling stating there was nothing she could do... She could not find or had
to wait for the department to reach her. Since that call, she never responded again nor emailed to resolve all
of the situations above.
