international money transfers is a scam, my money is lost!
I'm one of those scammed by WB21, 60 days ago I transferred money from my WB21 USD account to another account of mine in another country. The money does not appear either in the WB21 origin account or in the destination account. I have filed claims in MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and in the Singapore police, but both have told me that they have no competence to resolve this issue. I can't believe my money is lost. I'm totally sad and disappointed!

I recently transferred a sum of $4070 from WB21 to Xapo. I contacted WB21 to effect transaction and provide proof thereof to me as a client after wards.
I have huge problem with WB21, the money was held more than 2 months and counting without any substantial proof of payment requested by beneficiary bank. The beneficiary was in this case Xapo. My attempts to ask from support what is the problem, answer from support was - "your transaction was approved", but no acceptable proof transaction was provided to final destination! I still haven't received a SWIFT or MT103 confirmation of transaction that is REQUIRED by all banks according to international convention despite call center claims to the contrary.
I find this lengthy delay, unacceptable and unwarranted. It has caused me undue financial loss for the last 8months.
I have noted mounting complaints online with similar issues and would advise users to transact with caution.
After going public. WB21 has resorted to not answering my email queries even after being referred to legal services (sic)...who have the worst customer service ever. I was issued an email ultimatum to transfer all my money out of WB21 within 5 biz days in early April. Today my money is not transferred in addition to outstanding sum.
My question is this? On What basis is WB21 using to hold on to MY MONEY for 3 months without accountability or any sort of explanation?
If this is not daylight robbery, what is it ?How should I describe such thieving behavior and action of a bank with reputation that's not "tarnished"? If WB21 had nothing to hide, why would it go to great lengths to sanitize it's image online yet the best thing to do is accept and take responsibility?
Taking responsibility means ensuring my complaints are addressed and my money returned to me so that I can refer more clients. Internet is about satisfied clients who vouch for your reputation! YOU CANNOT BUY THAT, EVER!

WB21 is a fintech that promises to make you life easier on the field of money transferirng!
The issue is: you can easily fund your account on many differente currencies but once you need transfer your money for someone, let´s say a familiy member or a vendor, you nightmare will begin and your money is lost.
This is what happened to me. Sinde 8/28 I have made a outgoing wire transfer and the vender didnt receive. The customer service is terrible they dont solve your problem. They try to get some time and insist your money is safe. A complete nightmare and scam. Of course some of the transfer must go trhough in order to attract the not advised.
But that´s not what happened with me! I wish they could give me my $2900 back!

I have transferred 24.000 EURO from my account opened in WB21 in the name of my counterparty's account opened with FIO BANKA, A.S.
The transaction I.D. is [protected], date of payment is April 09, 2018. The exact time of payment is 10:19:36
However, my counterparty has not received the payment. FIO BANKA, A.S. has commented that it even has not seen this transaction.
I have been trying to contact WB21 since the moment of payment, but they refuse to answer my calls and E-Mails, thus I have not received any comment regarding the situation.
Therefore, please BE AWARE:
THE WB21 HAS NOT PERFORMED MY TRANSACTION, REFUSES TO RETURN MY MONEY AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION!
EVERYTHING SHOWS THAT THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS THAT HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY!
WB21, if you are reading this - return my money ASAP or I will be forced to complain to regulatory body!

Same happened with me. $1000 missing now. All I get on a weekly basis is a copy paste standard reply, but NOTHING! happens. My vendor have received numerous of my payments from other methods. BEWARE OF WB21 = SCAM!
