outside sitting/ eating tables
Hi good day,
I am very upset and frustrated
Everytime i visit wawa to get something to eat and to sit outside to eat at the tables provide, there is alway someone smoking at the tables. I see that there is no smoking signs posted at all your entrances and on all of the tables outside but there is no one enforcing this. What can be done with this? I really like coming to wawa and eating outside at your tables. It would be sad that i have to stop because people a smoking there all the time. I have nasal allergies so i definitely cant be around that please help.

I purchased the Turkey & Cheese pre-made sliders because I was rushing and only had about 10 minutes left on my lunch. I made the incorrect assumption that they were fresh or even made this week, instead they were stale and bland. The best way to describe them is to say they tasted like expired free lunch provided at Summer Camp & I basically wasted $5.46.

Hi,
I am very disturbed at what I have seen this morning. There was a homeless person who went to the coffee area and put sugar in his hands and rubbed it on his face. Then he took the sugar and was snorting.
This was a huge turn off and I will never buy coffee from WaWa again. There were a few customers who have watched the whole scene then left without buying anything.
Even though there was a security guard there, they always seem clueless or uninterested in what was going on in this particular store. There are homeless and drug addicts who come into this store stealing every day and asking for money. The store has not been there that long and it is already becoming dirty and unsanitary as you walk in the doors because the homeless/drug addicts are hanging around the front.
I am not sure what you can do to help but I would hate to see this store shut down due to your faithful customers not coming to purchase your products.
Can you train your staff to be more attentive or hire better and mature security?
wawa mobile phone app
A couple of months ago, I received a new phone and all of my mobile apps moved over. However, I had to reinput my Wawa password, which I had forgotten. I selected "forgot my password" and was shut out of the app. I have tried to get a new password dozens of times since then. I have also sent emails to the appropriate customer service for the apps and have not received a reply. Not only do I have money left on my app, but I also have lost out on use of the app for the past few weeks, as well as the ability to get my rewards. I'm disappointed that noone has helped me since I reached out. I just want to regain use of my app -- and not lose whatever money I had on it. Please help

My sister and I are lovers of the F'Real Milkshakes. I understand that WAWA is now making their own milkshakes, which we are not fans of the taste of them, and discontinuing the F'Real Machines. Just like stores sell Coke and Pepsi products, we feel you should over both options for your customers and let them make the choice of which shake they want to purchase.

Majority of the wawa's surrounding my house have had freal machines for a while. However they are starting to take out the machines because wawa now spins their own. These machines should be kept in all wawas. These milkshakes were fast and easy to make. The thrill of these milkshakes come from being able to pick from a variety of flavors and being able to spin it yourself. Especially at 9:00 and night when you're craving a quick, good milkshake.

Ordered a turkey hoagie with specific toppings such as pickles and bacon which I paid extra for. When I open my hoagie it was just turkey and lettuce. I have been shopping at wawa since I was 10 years old before wawa became the high success that it is. I have never filed a complaint before this. I am 52 years old. And unfortunately I look 52. I went into the wawa on street road in Warminster yesterday to purchase the enjoy vap electronic cigarette and a pack of regular cigarettes. I was told that I need to show my id. I explained to the clerk that I didn't have my wallet with me but she said it doesn't matter. They would sell them to me. I asked for a manager and he agreed with the clerk. I askwd them do you really think I am under 18. They both said that doesn't matter. Without id they can't sell to me. Well I am here to tell you that you have lost a very good customer. I will now shop at 7-11. I feel you need to know that if this is your policy it is not a smart one. There are policys that need to be interpreted by people who have no common sense its going to hurt your business. Thank you
Wawa is legally obligated to card you for any electronic cigarette purchase (regardless of your age). It's nothing personal. If you don't have your ID with you that's not wawas problem. The clerk can and will lose their job for selling to you without ID.

I purchased 2 breakfast sandwich with avocado which I was charged 1.40 extra dollars each so that's 2.80 all together.. They put nothing on it just a tiny drop.. I understand that most people in the world drink regular coffee but since fall is coming up I think you should make decaf pumpkin spice coffee because some people cannot consume regular coffee without getting sick. Please consider making this happen. Pumpkin spice is a lot of people's favorite coffee and I think that if you made a decaf version it would benefit everyone.
Wawa cannot support ALL customer preferences. The stores have limited space and limited selections. A product has to have enough regular sales for ANY store to carry it.

1. after waiting too long I asked for the status of my order.
2. I was told by one server my order number was not in the system.
3. I asked why and showed them my receipt. 8/26/2019, 1:09:47 pm trs# 9523137.
4. a second server said to me, "you have to tell us what you want on your hoagie"
5. I asked why, when all the other customers did not have to tell you that. please note that this made me feel guilty and more upset.
