Wawa Closing of store #714

I have resided in Collings Lakes for 23 years. The WaWa store at Canes Mill Rd & Black Horse Pike has Always been there and open. Now I am advised that on 03/25/2023 the store will be closing for good. I never seem to be surprised at Big Business logic. This is one of the busiest WaWa in the area, and someone with no common sense, and even less intelligence has made a decision that this store is to be closed. I remember when WaWa gas had the best price, now they are the Highest in the area. This just goes to show that WaWa really does not give a dam about their loyal customers. Sadly for WaWa, there is a market accross the street from WaWa in Collings Lakes, and they were financially able to both survive and outlast this Big Business Chair. Goes to show where the greatedt educated business people can be found, and it is not WaWa. Thank you for abandoning Collings Lakes WaWa. Hopefully a new Big Business chain will come in and respect the people of Collings Lakes.

On July 11th I placed a mobile order for pickup. My order was completely wrong and we have food allergies so this was a nightmare for us. Wawa Management, customer service

This will be the first time I've ever had a complaint about this store and nobody has ever complained about a valued customer that I am from some management and associates at this store. For as the store manager has told me to not come inside the the store as for now on, with no incident reports from the store or the police department with no warning to myself on 05/23/2023 at 11:25:09 according to the receipt, there after is when I was told from the store manager on duty. There was no justified explanation for this as there was no report. I would like to file this complaint about this store, which is no file or reports from the store to officially remove me from the store.

Half of the sandwich didn't have any meat or cheese or lettuce on it. There was almost nothing on it at all. It was so screwed up. I could only eat half of the sandwich. Wawa Gas

I would really like to complain, I use your fuel every week, I asked the associate three times to only put $10.00 gas as it was a rental and he put in $43.34 which is ridiculous as I'm now out of pocket. I cannot believe I asked three time only $10.00 and he filled up. I tile him it was a rental, and I did not want to fill up. I did not make a scene because it was busy but I m very angry. Do not employee people if they are not going to listen to the customer. I'm out of pocket over $34.00. I'm a regular customer and like said Loyal to WAWA but after this I'm going to re-think. This is bad start to my morning I do not have extra money to throw away. I would like this matter taken care of soon as possible please.

Wawa Drinks and food

Every time I go into my local Wawa and it's only when a select few employees are working the drinks they never make my drink how I've ordered it. But when I go to tell them that they've missed something when it's clearly written on the ticket that's on the side of the drink and it's the last thing they have to do, they cop a bit of an attitude, put their nose up and snicker at me. Then today along with the drink not being right I went to get my sandwich out of its container and I couldn't get a hold of it because the bottom biscuit was completely apart and crumbled!

Wawa FastFood

I was at this place last night April 6th 2023 at about 10:30pm.

I ordered for 2 kids meal mac & cheese, chicken strips bowl and roasted veggies, 16oz frozen strawberry passion and utz zapps voodoo chips.

However, when I got home, the roasted veggies were not added.

I called the store to report it, and the manager was not professional about handling the issue.

I gave her the order #, which was 978, and suggested she use that to check the recorded video of that time. Instead, she's asked me to drive about 10 miles plus back to the store and present the receipt before they can refund to the card I used.

First and foremost, she should have apologized for the inconvenience caused, and asked if there was a better way of resolving this to satisfy me as a customer. Or better still, she should have just apologized and told me they will look into it and get back to me. She wasn't ready to listen to any suggestions and just banged the phone.

Now that there is technology, I believe it's very easy to verify if

I was lying or not.

My suggestion will be that if a customer calls to lodge a complaint, and the store is busy, they should note it down and address it when they are less busy.

Additionally, I believe they keep copies of all receipts issued to customers and record every activity going on in the store. So, if the cook forgot to add something, then they should check their records.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a refund.

Wawa Delivery was missing half my order # 57a6dfd9

I ordered a delivery from Wawa I ordered two milkshakes that did not show up also a cup of cheese in my order the things that showed up were my cup of meatballs and my three rolls I would like to receive a full refund to resolve my issue. I am very disappointed in my order my cup of meatballs only had five meatballs and it was a large cup I can only make one meatball sandwich out of my whole order that cost me over $30.

Wawa Was drenched by an employee pressure washing totally unnecessary!!!

At 3:04 AM on Thursday March 30th I arrived at the WA' WA' on Springfield road and lime street in Sarasota Florida. I was riding a bicycle And upon arriving dismounted said bicycle as I approached the doorway. I was looking in like that for one of my belongings, At which point employee approached me telling me that I cannot park my bike in this area come on so I Ask if I could park my bike in the front of the store to which he also said no. He said that there would be no place for me to park my bike and that I would have to park it all the way outback and leave it there should I wish you enter the store. About 3 minutes later the aforementioned employee proceeds to pick up the pressure rushing wand and indeed the water literally delete 60 away from me when that Was absolutely , unequivocally unwarranted And unnecessary and Subsequently I was drenched. Now, I do not understand why The aforementioned employee could not wait another minute or 2 until I collected my belongings Before engaging the water. This is absurd judging the fact that I am writing a bicycle and it is a bit chilly out tonight and I will be freezing my butt off the entire ride home. I asked what I should do if I should just go to another gas station entirely because he wants to get his job done and pressure washed the very spot I just threw up into the standing in period this is absolutely unacceptable On every level entirely. Not to mention, his attitude was absolutely disgusting towards me. I am not sure what is going on in his private life, But it made me feel like I was his human punching bag taking on his frustrations on me drenching me with the water hose and having a disgusting attitude towards me all for no reason. This employee should have by all rights waited to engage the water and that hose until I walked away with my bike. I was simply looking for a blue cheese speaker. And for him to tell me that I could not park my bike anywhere on the premises that I had to park it in the back was absolutely outrageous to me. Like skip stolen all the time around here and I was not going to leave the $1500 electronic like sitting out back, even with a lock. Now my tablet has gotten it and I am drenched and I get to look forward to a long cold wet ride home on my bicycle. I am more than disgruntled and upset.

Desired outcome: This employee clearly does not value his job and should be fired as a result. He could not go around spraying customers with a Pressure washer.

Wawa Customer Service

March 23,2023 6:45am

I Ordered a breakfast bowl, forgot the cheese, went to the employee, to ask to add the cheese, stood there while the employee had a conversation with her co-worker, she did not acknowledge my presence or my calls of attention.

After talking to her co-worker she turned around and went towards the other side of the counter, literally ignored me, I again tried to get her attention, at which she snapped her head, with a quick turn looked at me and said "I HEARD YOU, ALRIGHT"

I was taken by surprise of her rudeness, canceled my order, left the store.

I am Very disappointed since it was one of my favorite places to take grandkids/family, and enjoy a quick meal or pick up goodies and gas.

Desired outcome: It would be great if your company can teach the employees, about proper customer service, especially to senior citizens that are not very technical savvy.

Bought burger went to eat it less the 5 minutes after buying it and it was cold like it had been sitting out wasted my money on it and had no lunch bought at 9pm a girl with blonde hair brown roots made my burger really frustrating to buy food and then not be able to eat it and to have to throw away burgers should be made as you order and the store was not busy at the time so no excuse not to make a fresh hot burger

Wawa ID requirements for tobacco products

To whom it may concern I am contacting you in regards to Wawa trying to impose a policy where they are requiring their staff to scan IDs to buy tobacco products. This is an inconvenience it is an invasion of privacy and this should not be enforced as Wawa policy. You should hire people that know how to read a license they are too lazy to put in the numbers I don’t think that the customer should be inconvenienced for that people pay good money to go to your store provide a service without taking peoples personal information

Desired outcome: Training should be given to cashiers on options of proof of ID for tobacco products one being a scannable method to should be able to enter the product without being turned down

Wawa food contaminated employee makes sandwhich with nasal secretions dripping from her nose

3/2/2023 approx time 9pm 2100 northgate boulevard pennsburg,pa 18073 sandwich maker had clear nasal secretions coming from nose sandwich not even wrapped correctly she blamed it on the tape the whole one end was exposed ..not covered i could not eat this sandwich and threw it out i was in too much shock to say anything and went to 8053 chestnut st hereford,pa to purchase another sandwich after i looked at those employees this was terribly GROSS! and i am sure management can fix this! please because my family is aware and if she is in there making food we will leave!

Cashier at wawa in barnegat 550 North Main Street kept harassing and cursing at me, using explicit words comments and name calling, racial slurs towards me as in the “n-word” multiple times. he is a Caucasian male, his name is Danny. I already contacted the manager on multiple different occasions and so have friends and they did nothing and he continues his same manner as before described.

Wawa Italian Sub

Today at 12:30 I went to WAWA on Lake Worth Road, store #5212 for an

Italian Sub sandwich, on a classic roll. When I got it home and went to

share it with my husband, the top half of the roll was pushed down like something had been laying on it. Both my half and my husband's half were pushed in (smashed). In my opinion, the roll should never have been used

or given to any customer.

When this location opened, this was my favorite place to get subs for lunch and we loved it. In the past several months, the quality of the sandwiches has gone

downhill and the people making the subs are extremely careless in their preparation of the sandwiches. They aren't half as good as they were in the beginning. We may be forced to go somewhere else if your sandwiches don't improve soon

Wawa Subs.

Yes, I ordered to medium subs , one smoked turkey with mayo, lettuce, onion,and sweet peppers with provolone cheese,sub was messy just thrown together, order another steak and cheese mayo,lettuce, tomato,toasted well,it was not toasted sub was cold steak tasted like it was old I paid almost 14.00 for both in cash for two nasty subs uhm.. no, wrong answer I need this resolved! Thank you.

Wawa Customer service/ employee misconduct / overcharge on card

I called yesterday to report an employee at the wawa in deerfield beach off sample and power line. it was a heavy set white guy who was talking inappropriately at the front register. was talking about having sex and giving oral to another male. sat there on his phone making calls when servicing me. charged me $15 for gas on pump 5. when I walked out there was no gas. I had my boyfriend walk in and he completely disrespected him and told him to [censored] off and that there was nothing he could do. I walked in after and asked for a manager and was walked back to him and he told me that the pump reset in the 50 seconds it took me to walk to the pump and that there was nothing he could do but gave me extreme attitude the whole time and was being so disrespectful that customers around me noticed. I called the line to submit a complaint because that was the last of my money that I needed for gas and I was unable to get gas. also called to report the employee. they said that they would send me over a gift card for my inconvenience which I never received. i’m tired of being played around by your company. you will not be receiving my business untill something is done about this. I will also be telling everyone I come into contact with to avoid this scam of a company.

Wawa Terrible customer service

Terrible Customer Service

Wawa is known for making sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches & coffee in the morning. Wawa is known for the best coffee in the world, but not when you have the worst customer service representatives serving the coffee and the food. It is terrible when someone has to walk into Wawa and get an attitude because you ask A professional employee to make you a specified breakfast sandwich or because you ask somebody to make a special order customer receives an attitude, Communication is everything especially body language & never mind the breakfast sandwich- I’ll make my own on the kiosk that is Provided for me to order my food, so I order a bagel and bacon and then I find out that it’s not toasted. I kindly asked the woman Andrea “can you please toast the bagel” her response “well It didn’t say it on there, while pointing her finger to my receipt”. Then says every day to the other male employee and then walks away to toast my bagel. I said “I apologize I chose to toast the bagel” she begins to talk about me with the other employee that’s behind the counter. I as a customer come in here and ask for this every day. You’re damn right, I do every single day, six days a week. I go in there and get a breakfast sandwich and my coffee. Why am I gonna continue to give Wawa my money every single day if I’m going to continue to be mistreated by your food service employees, if they don’t like their job they don’t need to be there, why must people serve the coffee with an attitude, slamming the pots when having to change them out, why when you ask somebody to please change the coffee it’s an attitude why when you ask somebody in the food service department for something special it’s an attitude? The problem is two stores in the Reading PA area- 11th St., and Center Avenue both of those Wawa‘s have employees in the food service department that does not want to be there, they hate their job, it clearly shows through their body language there are rolling and they’re sweet nothings under their breath to other employees. I should not be worked up every day on my way to work trying to eat my breakfast after visiting a Wawa because your employee does not like to work in the food service department. Why do the employees have an attitude with the customers when they ask them for something? why is it so hard for an employee to have a smile on their face and say thank you have a good day. Grin and Barrett- you don’t like your job-fake it to make it -these employees are so mean. I am not the only one that feels like this there are many others that are in Wawa as customers that walk out because they do not like to be treated this way. All I’m asking for is a bagel bacon and a coffee is that so hard to ask. I pay for it. I show great customer ethics; can I get a little bit of appreciation and reciprocation & respect for my love for Wawa . Not having an attitude by your employees that work for Wawa would be a start! Please have a talk with all the coffee makers and food service workers if that is your job for the day you better have a smile on your face doing it and if you don’t want to be in that position let your supervisor know so the customers don’t have to suffer. I will also be calling the Wawa corporate office because I have had it this has been going on for months and today was the last day- I’ve had it. I should not be in tears or upset and all out of character because of an employee at a Wawa that I just visited to get my morning coffee. Wawa when selecting employees please be sure that they know how to be professional in a business like setting (especially one that makes the kind of money that Wawa makes) there’s no reason for these employees to be mean to customers. And it’s not just one employee to be honest there are others, but why I’m bringing this to your attention; because Andrea is the supervisor of the food service department in that store and she should be handling her self appropriately and professionally. Simply her response could’ve been sure I’ll toast your stuff for you, give me one second- but no because it was me and I ask for a bagel bacon sandwich every morning, she already had an attitude as soon as she seen that it was me. Now mind you I did just get done saying in the beginning that I used to ask them to special make me a sandwich but today I went to the kiosk and ordered it myself and made the sandwich myself and still got an attitude from the employee. Please have a talk with your employees this is not ethical Customer Service!
