Wawa breakfast

I visited the closest wawa to me in vineland nj on Sunday morning and I ordered a breakfast burrito..i got home and my order was wrong so I had to drive all the way back to wawa and ask them to redo it and when I got it I checked it in the store and thank God I did because it too was wrong. Im allergic to eggs and it was full of eggs after I just ordered it without eggs for the second time..i pulled a manager to the side and asked if he could make sure my order was taken care of and the third time I got it it was finally right. I was not at all happy with wawa on this day..I was inconvenienced and I shop at this wawa everyday. I drive over a mile to get there.

Wawa food prep department

Hi my name is Edward Gower, I just visited your wawa store on Catell st in Easton pa. While I was there, I ordered a roast beef club sandwich with extras and returned to work with it. When I opened it, half of it was missing. I paid for extras and an entire club sandwich and i don't have time to return there. I work on a construction site and can't leave again. This is unacceptable, what can be done. I paid cache and didn't get a receipt, but I do believe that at minimum I should be refunded. You can contact me at.

Wawa outside sitting/ eating tables

Hi good day,
I am very upset and frustrated
Everytime i visit wawa to get something to eat and to sit outside to eat at the tables provide, there is alway someone smoking at the tables. I see that there is no smoking signs posted at all your entrances and on all of the tables outside but there is no one enforcing this. What can be done with this? I really like coming to wawa and eating outside at your tables. It would be sad that i have to stop because people a smoking there all the time. I have nasal allergies so i definitely cant be around that please help.

Wawa customer service

On October 1st, around 6:15 PM I walked in with my 14 year old daughter to get hoagies for the two of us. We made our purchase with no issue. Left the store and went to my car to eat. We came back in to use the bathroom and get drinks when one of the employees at the store stood in our way near the soda machine. She had multicolored hair. As my daughter and I were talking, I noticed that the employee was "flipping us off". We went to the counter to pay for our drinks and she was at the register. Upon seeing us come to the front of the register we had to wait while she was on her personal cell phone. Then she groaned at us, but tried to use "customer service voice" on us. After we made our purchase, she growled at us as we were leaving. I found her behavior to be rude, and extremely unprofessional.

Wawa turkey & cheese slider

I purchased the Turkey & Cheese pre-made sliders because I was rushing and only had about 10 minutes left on my lunch. I made the incorrect assumption that they were fresh or even made this week, instead they were stale and bland. The best way to describe them is to say they tasted like expired free lunch provided at Summer Camp & I basically wasted $5.46.

Wawa homeless and drug addicts trespassing

Hi,
I am very disturbed at what I have seen this morning. There was a homeless person who went to the coffee area and put sugar in his hands and rubbed it on his face. Then he took the sugar and was snorting.

This was a huge turn off and I will never buy coffee from WaWa again. There were a few customers who have watched the whole scene then left without buying anything.

Even though there was a security guard there, they always seem clueless or uninterested in what was going on in this particular store. There are homeless and drug addicts who come into this store stealing every day and asking for money. The store has not been there that long and it is already becoming dirty and unsanitary as you walk in the doors because the homeless/drug addicts are hanging around the front.

I am not sure what you can do to help but I would hate to see this store shut down due to your faithful customers not coming to purchase your products.

Can you train your staff to be more attentive or hire better and mature security?

Wawa wawa mobile phone app

A couple of months ago, I received a new phone and all of my mobile apps moved over. However, I had to reinput my Wawa password, which I had forgotten. I selected "forgot my password" and was shut out of the app. I have tried to get a new password dozens of times since then. I have also sent emails to the appropriate customer service for the apps and have not received a reply. Not only do I have money left on my app, but I also have lost out on use of the app for the past few weeks, as well as the ability to get my rewards. I'm disappointed that noone has helped me since I reached out. I just want to regain use of my app -- and not lose whatever money I had on it. Please help

Wawa manager michelle ssgrillo

I am hoping that this complaint reaches corporate office. As a fellow manager, it it HIGHLY inappropriate to share personal information to your customers or coworkers. It makes it even more of an unstable situation when Michelle shares personal court preceding information with patrons of Wawa (which also happen to be two other employees on my team). Michelle shares openly about her court proceedings, and child custody and even tells customers about calling the cops on her ex. This makes it a terrible situation when the employees come back to work and i have to alleviate the situation. Michelle has purchased gifts for some of my employees (just because they work with her exes girlfriend) One thing, she should not be giving gifts to anyone as she is supposed to lead by example as a manager.

I care deeply about my team members and this messiness that is being created and shared with out care or concern for all parties involved...needs to stop. We should be able to stop by WAWA for some great coffee without getting interrogated every time we stop.

I hope she gets the training she desperately needs as a manager. It is her role to lead others on her team and in her store. It is slowly becoming a soap opera every time any of my employees come back from there. As a fellow Asst Manager at Walmart, we were never allowed to bring our personal lives into work.

I need Michelle to act as a professional manager and keep her private and court life outside of your WAWA as it is directly impacting people negatively.

I would like a response from someone at corporate.

Wawa customer service

There was a long wait for someone to come to the cash register to start which is god only store I have experienced this ever and it is the third time. I come into the store because the siptopia sign on the front window. When I get run out I see that the sale is over. I point out the sign, speak with the manager, and am treated like I am not making sense when the sign clearly says the sale is still happening. Then I wait five minutes and since there is only a few ppl in the store I notice nobody I'd wotkjng the drink station so I point this out to one employee who directs me to another employee behind the counter who I ask and disappears into the back for a few minutes: the entire experience was very frustrating, not the typical experience I have at wawa, and started my day off on a sour note.

Wawa deli mac & cheese

I purchase Mac & Cheese 2-3 times a week, I haven't had to return any thing in at least 3 years.
Today when I had to return some very nasty dried up Mac & Cheese, I asked if was the bottom of the bag, and the reply" was that that's the way its been coming in, there all like that " I was not not happy and suggested that they remove it form the menu. But NO their not allowed to that .
When I returned to work of course I had to hear it from my Boss because I left the office twice.

A manger should be able to make the decisions to not serve some that is going to upset customers .

Wawa f'real milkshake machines

My sister and I are lovers of the F'Real Milkshakes. I understand that WAWA is now making their own milkshakes, which we are not fans of the taste of them, and discontinuing the F'Real Machines. Just like stores sell Coke and Pepsi products, we feel you should over both options for your customers and let them make the choice of which shake they want to purchase.

Wawa f’real milkshake machines

Majority of the wawa's surrounding my house have had freal machines for a while. However they are starting to take out the machines because wawa now spins their own. These machines should be kept in all wawas. These milkshakes were fast and easy to make. The thrill of these milkshakes come from being able to pick from a variety of flavors and being able to spin it yourself. Especially at 9:00 and night when you're craving a quick, good milkshake.

Wawa hoagie

Ordered a turkey hoagie with specific toppings such as pickles and bacon which I paid extra for. When I open my hoagie it was just turkey and lettuce. I have photo evidence of my slip and the messed up hoagie as well. I feel the need to complain about this because this is an everyday thing at this wawa. The greater issue is this wawa itself. The food orders are consistently wrong and made carelessly. I will continue to complain as this happens EVERYTIME I order food here. It is almost a joke in our neighborhood how poor this wawa and their food service is. The workers behind counter are negligent and make constant mistakes. Especially for things I am paying extra for. I often avoid this wawa because of how much of a problem this is. I work in food service and know it is not that difficult to pay attention to your work. Wawa please for the love of god do something.

Wawa chicken tender bowl

I just got done my basketball game and stopped at Wawa for a later dinner and to fill up my tank before work tomorrow. I ordered the 3 chicken tenders with mac-n-cheese & mashed potatoes in a bowl. When I got home to eat, I opened the bowl up to find no chicken tenders. I don't need to explain how frustrating that is. I paid $5.99 for this. Please see the photo I've attached. It's 10:50 at night, it's too late to turn around and go back. Very upsetting.

Wawa cigarette sales

I have been shopping at wawa since I was 10 years old before wawa became the high success that it is. I have never filed a complaint before this. I am 52 years old. And unfortunately I look 52. I went into the wawa on street road in Warminster yesterday to purchase the enjoy vap electronic cigarette and a pack of regular cigarettes. I was told that I need to show my id. I explained to the clerk that I didn't have my wallet with me but she said it doesn't matter. They would sell them to me. I asked for a manager and he agreed with the clerk. I askwd them do you really think I am under 18. They both said that doesn't matter. Without id they can't sell to me. Well I am here to tell you that you have lost a very good customer. I will now shop at 7-11. I feel you need to know that if this is your policy it is not a smart one. There are policys that need to be interpreted by people who have no common sense its going to hurt your business. Thank you

Wawa is legally obligated to card you for any electronic cigarette purchase (regardless of your age). It's nothing personal. If you don't have your ID with you that's not wawas problem. The clerk can and will lose their job for selling to you without ID.

Wawa breakfast sandwich

I purchased 2 breakfast sandwich with avocado which I was charged 1.40 extra dollars each so that's 2.80 all together.. They put nothing on it just a tiny drop.. And my food was supposed to have a melted cheese.. Guess what it was iced cold... I have the receipt.. I always ask for one just in case... I have to trash my food, it was so bad.. I couldn't even go back to the store because I went back to work.. I'm really upset. I was ripped off.. Cold food and 3 dollars for avocado that was an insult because it was literally nothing .. No cool guys

Wawa decaf coffee

I understand that most people in the world drink regular coffee but since fall is coming up I think you should make decaf pumpkin spice coffee because some people cannot consume regular coffee without getting sick. Please consider making this happen. Pumpkin spice is a lot of people's favorite coffee and I think that if you made a decaf version it would benefit everyone.

Wawa cannot support ALL customer preferences. The stores have limited space and limited selections. A product has to have enough regular sales for ANY store to carry it.

Wawa customer service rep (megan) attitude towards customers

Went to WAWA This morning with my family at 6am to get a fresh start on our day and get something to eat for the road. Visited Store # 587 along my route and went in to place an order for breakfast. I noticed after making and placing my order on the left most Kiosk machine that it didn't print my receipt. I looked over the counter to see one individual "Megan" working by herself and witnessed her practically throwing peoples food at them. Seemed like she wasn't really having a good day so I thought to just reach into the machine and take my receipt and bring it to her attention that the machine was in need of repair as it keeps Jamming.

I executed and brought to Megan's Attention that the machine was damaged and potentially in need of servicing but before I could finish speaking she cut me off and said, "I DONT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH THAT RIGHT NOW!" Loudly yelling it at me with pretty much a full store to witness it as well as my wife and kids. I collected myself preparing to make a scene in your store but decided that she wasn't worth my efforts nor was dragging her across the counter for her disrespect so I went and paid for my breakfast and I watched again as Megan threw someone's Breakfast Burrito at them being a completed Jerk to your customers.

I brought my concern to the store clerk at the checkout and told her what had happened and I was told that this isn't the first time this has happened with her and that she would let the manager know what happened. I got back to the Sandwich Station to pick up my food the shift manager "Chris" approached me and I realized that Megan was no longer there nor making my food. She explained to me that what she did was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. She explained to me that Megan will be dealt with but they had the morning rush and it wasn't going to be resolved this morning. I am writing to fill an official complaint with WAWA on Megan's poor attitude towards your customers and to demand a recourse of action. This is a preliminary request before I attempt to take this farther with legal representation as I feel this is hate centered around Race or Prejudice.

I will ensure that no one else deals with her attitude and that she is held responsible even if I have to take this store down with her. I want action! Next step is to go to the media with this and share the situation everywhere.

Wawa handspun milkshake

I Paid for a handspun milkshake and the man who made it had no gloves on. There was no ice cream in the middle for the handspun milkshake.. it was just a regular shake no ice cream. He had no gloves on and continued making the next beverage without gloves. I'm not sure, but I think he was the manager . He was a short small frame man with a very nasty attitude. I was waiting for my shake and he kept saying I made your shake and told me that he had placed my milkshake over at the pick up for food. Normally you get the shake where they make them. I came in the store just for that beverage. Very Disappointed

Wawa unethical behavior / assault by cashier

8/22/19 approx. 9:30 am I began shopping for my family and I at WaWa; which was very crowded at the time. I placed my items on the adjacent counter to be retrieved upon being served. The attending cashier abrasively demanded that I get my items and I asked for help. He was very loudly instructing me to get the items. I realized that my debit card was still in the car out front and I asked if I could retrieve the card. Upon my return, cashier was returning my items to the shelf despite my protest and the very long lines. I stood in front of my items on the adjacent counter and the cashier proceeded to reach over me, bump me and grab the items out of the bag to reshelf them. I felt threatened and called the police; who arrived. I did not place a report because the manager then proceeded to assist me and re-shop with me for the items. I was in tears and shaking. I spent approx. $39.00 in the store and received 3 free cookies as compensation. The manager walked me to the car. I did not receive a receipt but did pay via debit card and have a record. I would like to know how this situation was handled by the Management Team. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau about this complaint that I believe was discrimination. I may seek an attorney.
