Wawa cl. sp. oven roasted turkey hoagie

Today at 1:09 pm I ordered the above sandwich.
1. after waiting too long I asked for the status of my order.
2. I was told by one server my order number was not in the system.
3. I asked why and showed them my receipt. 8/26/2019, 1:09:47 pm trs# 9523137.
4. a second server said to me, "you have to tell us what you want on your hoagie"
5. I asked why, when all the other customers did not have to tell you that. please note that this made me feel guilty and more upset.
6. so I received the $5.89 back and noted that I was not coming back.

Wawa food

I order food a certain way and I'm being charged for the extra. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with energy shot. I watched the lady make it. She put no banana or energy shot. Just a strawberry smoothie but was charged extra. It's happening even with the food items every morning. They say they can make it again but tell me how many of your customers have time to wait in the morning when they have work. It's getting to look like none of u care anymore. I'm almost done with wawa. It's getting old. Make this right. I've lost over 30 dollars this year at this wawa. First time I've complained is this time.

I order food a certain way and I'm being charged for the extra. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with energy shot. I watched the lady make it. She put no banana or energy shot. Just a strawberry smoothie but was charged extra. It's happening even with the food items every morning. They say they can make it again but tell me how many of your customers have time to wait in the morning when they have work. It's getting to look like none of u care anymore. I'm almost done with wawa. It's getting old. Make this right. I've lost over 30 dollars this year at this wawa. First time I've complained is this time.

Wawa complaint about a cashier

I went in for a pack of cigarettes and 2donuts. I told the cashier that I wanted to pay with my change, (I had $3.50 in change) then use my card to pay the rest. The reason for this was that I didn't have enough money in my checking account to cover it. The cashier then charged my card, handed me two dollar bills and the rest of my change. Because of this I was charged a $5.00 overdraft fee. I don't think it's fair that I pay this fee. His name is Robert, he is an older man. It happened at 8:50 on August 24th.

Solution, get a better paying job so you have more money in your checking account then you won't have this problem again.

Wawa extra toppings

I went to the wawa location in colonial heights va area to purchase a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and I have requested extra toppings to the quesadilla. However, when I went to go make the purchase the person called me to the counter where they make the sandwiches and drinks the person christy has told me they were going to charge me extra for the extra toppings that I have requested. It took christy 2 minutes to find a code for her to charge me for the extra toppings and it was too much going past my budget. And the last semester I was buying food from there it was not no charges for extra toppings and still understanding why toppings should be extra.

Wawa hoagie

To whom it may concern,
I ordered a combo hoagie/salad at the 813 W Brigantine Ave Wawa and the hoagie was nothing more than a toasted roll with a couple of pickles and a slice of turkey. I'm a loyal Wawa customer but this was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. There is no reason that the sandwich could not have been better made. I basically paid for an over toasted piece of bread.

Wawa customer service

Walked into the wawa store on my evening shift break. Had 10.37 to spend on my debit card. I grab a med soup, a red bull, and a wawa lemonade. Total came to 7.60. The cashier made a double transaction taking both 7.60 and then the remaining 2.77. He then looks at me and say I need to pay 4.89 I say for what and he responds u only had 2.00$ on your card. So I show them the receipt my phone receives after every purchase and it showed he charged me twice. He denies it. Long story short I left wawa no food on my break, no juice to drink and my 10.37 taken. I'm am very upset. I was a loyal wawa customer that May have ended it. I just want what's mine. It clearly show in the picture at 1 am I was charged twice by wawa

Wawa beef brisket on brioche roll

Ok. After taking about 10 min on your kiosk trying to decide what I wanted. I chose the beef brisket with horseradish sauce and spinach. I know it was a busy dinner time order, so it took some time to receive it. But I was watching the counter people make the food, I noticed a woman making my sandwich. Well at least I thought, turns out it was...but I noticed this huge roll and a center, and only the center, with barely any meat on it. I noticed right before another counter person making a sandwich for someone else and overheard him saying they were almost out of this meat...ok?
So I also notice no spinach either. I'm like ok, I hope this isn't my sandwich...well it was. I opened it up while still there and was appalled at what I saw. I wish I took a picture. It was the saddest most pathetic sandwich I ever saw. There was a swipe of horseradish sauce. Maybe about 2 nickels side by side round and same thickness of a nickel of meat in the center with 3 tiny leafs of spinach. I went right to the manager and complained. She was like that's what we put on it. I said no. That's what they put on it. That's is pathetic. I paid $5.65 for that. I wouldn't even feed that to a dog. No apology no nothing. So I said I want a refund. She said when I am ready I'll get u one. I said fine. So I stood there for a few min then she gave me the refund. Asked me if I wanted that sandwich because she was throwing it away. I said hell no. That belongs in the trash. You should be ashamed of yourself. You work for wawa. A well respected company. I had the pleasure of meeting a few members of the wawa team a few years ago.
I go there at least once a week for food and gas and air for my tires. I love wawa. I do. I do fundraisers from them.
This was so pathetic and sad. I would feed a starving person that. I'd be too embarrassed.
So that's why I am writing this to you.
I would of been ok if it was a coating that filled the entire roll and was some what thick on the roll. With some more horseradish and a little more spinach. But no. I got basically a $5.65 roll
I thought you should know about this also. Because I know as a business owner customers always come first
They are the ones who keep your store open. Without them, you wouldn't exist
I am a loyal customer. When I vacation or go on sporting outings, wawa is always more than a few stops!

Wawa negligence/safety issues: bees/wasps in trash/recycling bins

Wow, no concern about customers being injured at your locations. Thanks a lot! Was stung over the weekend (Sat.)at a store in PA while putting a water bottle in a wawa recycling bin, there is likely security camera footage of me jumping in pain and shock! Informed manager, who was very nice (no issues with her), so that it didn't happen to other customers or staff when they go to empty bins. Developed an allergic reaction, pain, swelling, went to doctor for medicine 2 days later (Mon.) as it was getting worse. Someone called me on behalf of Wawa to discuss and make sure I was feeling okay. When I called her back it was not a customer service rep from Wawa it was someone from their insurance company working to make sure she could deny any claim. She had no concern if I was okay, just concern that it was not a claim they felt they were responsible for. I spend a ridiculous amount of money each month at Wawa and I'm out about $80 for doctor bill and medicine (my ins. won't cover due to high deductible). Lost time being productive due to pain and swelling. If the trash/recycling bins were maintained more often during high bee/wasp stinging season perhaps this could have been avoided. Several other times at this location I have seen bees swarming around the trash can and had to walk around to avoid them. What if I or someone else has a severe allergy problem and dies from being stung because the trash/recycling bins are not maintained? Sadly, if reaching out directly to Wawa customer relations doesn't help, I'll have to stop giving my business to this company and let all my friends know as well!

Bees don't sting unless agitated. You kept swatting at the bee which is why your were stung.
YOU caused the bee to sting you.

Wawa Ice cream

Bought a 1/2 gallon of the half vanilla half chocolate ice cream and got a quarter gallon of chocolate and 3/4 of vanilla, if you're going to say it's half and half at least make sure it close. I will never purchase your icecream ever again. In the picture I have scooped only chocolate, so I basically have one bowl of chocolate and my husband gets the rest because I don't eat vanilla.

Wawa Music loud

We spoke with the manager about loud music at the Wawa but he didn't care and never did anything about it Spanish music I'm not against any kind of music just that the manager never lowered the music it was very loud and we couldn't seat outside to drink our coffees very uncomfortable situation and very unprofessional for this manager not tondo anything about it I would like to see a sanction for this person. Wawa Deli area

Wawa is a growing company and that is great. The biggest complaint I have is that, the employees in the sandwich/ deli area do not change their gloves enough. Everytime I go to wawa for a sandwich and I mean everytime. The employee maybe cleaning up the area or may have made several sandwich, they do not stop to change their gloves. That is disgusting and unsanitary, especially since they are dealing with food. I have asked on several occasions if the person would change their gloves and then they get upset with me. When basically, i'm trying not to get food poison or die from something, that is on the gloves.

Wawa Chicken salad sandwich

My sandwich barely had anything on it, it was not toasted like I wanted, It was very small for a junior It was less than a quarter, and it was very poorly wrapped and not taped... there was no other customers in the wawa just 4 girls behind the counter laughing and joking around making food including mine. I never complained about wawa before now. This is disappointing.

Wawa New container for the fruit.

I am having a hard time opening the new containers you have started using and I don't think I'm am alone. IF some has arthritis in their fingers they can't get a good grip on the little tap that comes up that you have to pull on to open it. I don't have Arthritis and I still can't open them...Please do something about this or you will loss customers buying these products. Don't know what was wrong with the containers before.

That's a fact me and My co worker just had a hard time opening our fruit. I had grapes and she has grapes and pineapples. we had to open with scissors and that is amazing

I ran into the same thing with a fruit container. I used a pliers to try to open it and still couldn't open it. Also, I had to be careful to not cut my fingers on the sharp edges. So after 15 minutes of playing around with it, I finally got it open . It also took me 10 minutes to close it. THIS IS INSANITY!
I am a man with strong hands and it didn't matter. Please fix this!

Wawa Bacon chicken ranch quesadilla

I received the quesadilla and when I opened it up it was already a mess and almost impossible to eat. The quality of the chicken was horrible and there was way to much of it. But it was all in the middle section of the quesadilla and the right and left side nearly had anything in it. It looked like it was slapped together and made incorrectly which I would understand if it was super busy however there weren't many people in the store

Wawa Sandwich making

Waited at least 20 mins for my sandwich to be made. At least 10 people in line also waiting. The 2 girls making the food are slow and taking their sweet time. Also, a like of people going around the coffee island with only 2 slow people working the cash registers. Noone came to help and noone asked for extra help. This isnt the first complaint I had against this store

Wawa Deli

I bought a ham hoagie with lettuce onion n peppers and the bun was really hard i had a hard time eating it.. I wad really disapointed i literally had too sit there n break it to pieces to eat i didn't even finish it. The bread was crunchy? My guns literally hurt halfway through eating it.. Usually it's not that bad but i was really looking forward to it and now i don't even want to order them because I'm worried it will happen again!

Wawa Friday july 19, 2019 out of tomatoes in a deli?

How can you run out of tomatoes and call yourself a deli? Today is friday July 19th 2019 and at 3P i was told your store in Georgetown was out of tomatoes and waiting for "the next truck" . I offered to go to the nearby social safeway and buy $50 of in season tomatoes because clearly on a friday afternoon in downtown DC a truck could be anywhere and take up till Monday for theM of LTM lettuce, tomato, mayo part of a deli. My offer was declined and was told their store had to wait as instructed by a branch manager. Who waits for something that is needed in a new store. Make things happen and solve the problem. Send an employee. do something. Think outside the box. I told the manager on site I would go buy $50 of tomatoes in a heart beat and expense it back or eat it if it helped me profit $1k over the next day. Lets think outside of a box and be the store that we advertise ourselves to be. And, there is an offer called the Wawa "hoagyfest" that has specials on sandwiches. Please tell me how this adds up?

Wawa Customer service sandwich bar

I seem to go thru this every time there is a new sandwich maker. I ask that they change their gloves because I do not eat pork or pork product. I like to have my cheese divided between both slices of bread so I do not bite thru one thick block of cheese. Well the sandwich maker (Alexis) proceeded to make my sandwich after I waited about three minutes for someone too come to the counter, half way thru making my sandwich she started making another customers sandwich, I had to let her know that she had to change into a new pair of gloves. then she told me that I need to go and pay for my sandwich, I tell her I known the Procedure, but I like to watch my sandwich being made, even after telling her that, she went back and forth with me a number of time about paying for my sandwich.
It just be too early in the morning to be getting attitude like that so ealy in the morning.

I wish you guys would train your employee to be more Courteous to your customers.

Wawa Classic sandwiches preparation

Yesterday, 7/10/19, my wife, my son and his wife, and myself were going to attend a july 4th celebrations fireworks at " bell works " in holmdel, nj. You can purchase food there or you can bring your own food in and have a picnic. Bringing our own food in was our choice. After some discussion as to where we shoudl purchase the sandwiches, ie, blimpie base, jersey mike's and assorted other delis, we decided to purchase from wawa, as the sandwiches are good and the price is reasonable. I deliberately avoided the noon hours, because of the lunch rush.

We arrived at the wawa in red bank, nj around two o' clock in the afternoon. We entered our information through the automated ordering system, paid for our order and awaited our call for order # 176. Everything that we wanted on the sandwiches was entered on the automated order system and it was verified by the slips. The sandwiches were all wrapped up and ready for pick up.

Much to my disappointment, when we opened the food at the picnic. Three of the sandwiches were missing many items...Onions, xtra oil and vinegar, and tomatoes...

I have always used wawa in the past, but i cannot fathom how this order could be so messed up.

Very unhappy with the food preparation...I would like a refund for the cost of the sandwiches

Wawa Service

Staff in the deli was very unprofessional. I wanted a bagel and was greeted with a comment "who gets a bagel it's 12:30? Do they know the time" I've been going to this wawa for years and this might have been my last time going. The staff are more interested in sharing personal stories in the deli for all costumers to hear. If wawa is offering bagel at a certain time I have no idea why staff is taking upon there selves to comment on customers food choices.
