Waste Management [WM]yard waste container

Due to the season (fall) I ordered 3 yard waste containers. Today (Oct 7th, 2019), the Waste Management yard waste collections truck took one of my containers (I believe it fell into the truck container when they were emptying it). I called into WM customer service NW and requested a replacement container. The discussion leads me to believe I'll get the replacement container on my next pick-up day; hence I will be without one yard waste container but will still be charged for it. I requested, but was denied a credit for the lack of an available yard waste container for next week's pick-up. Please help me work with Pacific Northwest to get a 1 week yard waste container credit applied to my account [protected]).
