Walmart walmart money card services

I had my Walmart money card stolen Friday June 21st 2019. A withdrawal was done at an ATM at a Comerica, Region One, in Detroit, Mi. without my permission. I cannot get that location or ID number of the ATM to have the person who withdrew that money prosecuted from Walmart Money Card Services! My recommendation is do not get a Walmart money card and I will tell everyone that! In my opinion, Customer service for the walmartmoneycard is useless!

Walmart terrible bathrooms and manager

My name is Mina and me Andre and Monique visited the Walmart at 1015 TX-80 San Marcos, TX and on 6/22/2019 the Bathrooms were disgusting both the womens and the mens rooms were full of dirt and feces on the floor and the toilets were not flushing I complained to the manager and he threatened to ban us form this Walmart If we said anything and he paid us 150 dollars to be quit however I decided to post this we do not care about being banned as we are from Laredo TX and we were visiting Austin TX for a conference and we needed food on the way back so we stopped at this Walmart in our 2016 Nissan Versa SV sedan and we got food and drinks for the ride to Laredo regardeless we will never go back to this Walmart again and I am positng this on every website in order to make Walmart fire this manager and clean the bathrooms.

Walmart checkout line issues

At the Hanford, CA Walmart, the checkout process is fast becoming almost exclusively the self-checkout counters only and if a customer prefers to have a cashier---well, that's just too bad. Saturday, June 15th, at around 9pm, there were over 12 people with full carts in line at the one and only cashier-operated line. I do not understand why Walmart would openly advertise using the "American jobs" tagline, when the obvious trend is to CUT cashier jobs---and completely disregard the preference of those people who want cashiers and really dislike the self-checkout. Personally, Walmart has gone from my first choice for groceries, to my third solely because of the self-checkout being shoved down my throat.

Walmart checking out

Walmart Mount Pleasant, Iowa sick and tired of standing in line because of not enough checkers so again I go to the self checkout for the 2nd and last time of my life! Always a mistake on ticket live10 miles away! Called Manager of store and asked why not enough checkers no answer. Told me bring receipt in told him not coming to store ever again...common sense in there is out the window!Walmart Corp needs to Wake Up and get involved with small town America you just lost another customer!one by one u are losing because you are not listening to customers!

Walmart better homes and gardens wax melts

I bought better homes and gardens wax melts white peach mango and orange butter cream cupcake and they were terrible as if they were reused I was upset. I never had a problem with this item i really love better homes and gardens wax melts but this time I was disappointed and i hate for this one incident to mess it up for all maybe the company carried them in hot temperatures.

Walmart 2019 benefit information for virginia citizens only

I feel that this mail letter was an insult in a very nice manner. The way the envelope was addressed was as an WalMart Gift Certificate, until I opened it and read that it was about funeral expenses, not something for the train of thought. Its really upsetting, I'm also still in grief of the Lost of my mom. If I would of known the true outcome of this, I would of just ripped it up, thrown it away.

What I find off putting is the fact that the envelope is from a different address than Walmart’s services. Most mail from Walmart comes from Arkansas

Walmart identification for beer

Today June 9th I went shopping at Walmart in Pompano Beach Fl. at 2300 West Atlantic Blvd while my wife waited in the car. When checking out I needed the employee to okay my age (I am 72) to purchase beer. I showed the employee my Military I.d. she said that was not good, I then showed her my concealed weapon license issued my the state of Florida She said that was not proper I.D. Being sarcastic I said what about my birth cert. or my passport. She said no, Drivers License only I called for a supervisor. She came over and said the sign says proper I.D. I showed her state issued and fed issued I. D not proper she said need drivers lic. Since I can't drive I don't have a driver lic. I left all the Groceries and we went to Publix. I understand why Walmart employees make medium wage, management needs to train there people that proper I.D. does not mean drivers license. By the way I never had a problem at publix buying beer.

Walmart walmart delivery

I have looked for a specific patio set for weeks now to come in stock. I have went to stores, been sent to other stores, which were suppose to have it in hand, only to be told they didn't. So, I waited and checked several times daily for it to come online in the color I want. So it finally did and I ordered it! Got it sent to my home, as I just didn't trust my stores around here after dealing with them already. So, I'm sitting at home on my day off, and I get an email that it was delivered.. I go outside and look, and nothing. We look around the house, ask neighbors.. nothing.
So I call fed ex, who tells me they will investigate and if I don't hear from them in two days, to contact walmart. So I contact walmart, explain my situation, and they promptly give me a refund. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND! I want the patio I have waited weeks to get! They say it is out of stock. Ok, so I have to wait again for who knows how long for it to come in stock, for this to happen again? No! I want the patio set I ordered from wherever it needs to be sent from, or I want another 6 piece set in the color gray I have been waiting for!

Walmart treatment from a walmart store

I was in Walmart in liberty, texas on sunday april 21, 2019 and was asked by manager to leave store and reason given was customers apparently were complaining to her that they was not comfortable with me or what I was doing. was not bothering anybody and said nothing to anybody. on sunday jan 27, 2019 I was driving thru parking lot looking for a place to park didn't find one so decided to leave and next thing I know a cop pulls me over and I asked him what was I being pulled over for and he said somebody called in and said I was driving thru parking lot with no clothes and he saw that that wasent true and they had thefts in that store and was concerned well I am not a theif. he ran my license plate and driver license and seen I have nothing on me and said have a good day and safe trip. I realize he was just doing his job. he not the problem its whoever made the call. I reported this to Walmart headquarters and later received a call from this store and a lady named rachael who works there said it was not an employee that called it must have been a customer. it most likely was. one time I saw a lady pull up behind my truck and it looked like she was getting my license plate for what I don't know but I don't appreciate it. I have a relative in hospital in critical condition and don't need to harassment from these customers. upset enough. I am tired of being called in on and reported by their customers. and will report any person I catch nosing around my truck. will press charges if needed but really don't want to get involved with that.

Walmart car battery warranty

One would think that returning a defective Walmart battery well within the warranty period with original receipts in hand would be a hassle-free, straightforward process. Think again! Leaving my disabled European vehicle behind in Cypress, I managed to make it to this Long Beach store, battery and receipts in hand. I presented the battery, and receipts, to the auto center personnel. This was done after guidance by the customer service department. The receipts revealed that the battery, Walmart's top-of-the-line " EverStart, 5 year, 3 year free replacement", had failed after only two years. The failure was verified by another facility, and the in-op vehicle itself was proof-positive. But Walmart's succinct, & clearly printed warranty served only to confuse the auto center employee. He did not seem to comprehend the word "warranty"; obviously not comfortable with the many nuances of the English language. He immediately became loud and pugnacious, demanding I present the receipt from the shop that tested the battery! (What shop issues a receipt for a free battery test?!) "Where is the shop?" he demanded. "I want the receipt" he angrily continued. Becoming smug he then stated "it will take an hour to test the battery". I remember thinking "what country am I in?". It became clear the employee seemed to have been schooled in the realm of "mordida", and my continued presence would yield nothing but continued insult. So I unhappily departed, defective battery in tow. I am certain, if Sam Walton were watching, he would be saddened and disgraced. NB: This occurred May 25, 2019 at Walmart's, Long Beach, Calif. on Carson Blvd.

Walmart brown matter in ham

I opened a package of blackforest ham and grabbed a few slices off the top for a sandwich and in the layers there is a mushy brown thing... Resembles dog [censored].. It does not look like anything I have ever seen in a package of sandwich meat from you guys before.. It deeply saddens me to be the one to inform you, hillshire farms (walmart) of this horrific incident.. I hope to resolve this issue and continue doing business with you fine people.

Walmart rude employees

May 22, 2019 windham ct

as my wife and i entered the store near the recycling area, an employee began to empty a recycling machine and with empty carts along the side my wife and i had no where to go. The employee abruptly grabbed my cart and started to pull it from me. I use the cart for support as i am 70 with muscular dystrophy.
My wife tried to explain my problem when the carriage wrangler began to tell us to get out of the way, rather than doing his job and opening up the aisle. Generally employees are helpful to customers.

Walmart walmart violates its own return policy

Large holiday order from walmart.com was received damaged and defective. Returned in person with store manager. Promo codes were received to make up for awful experience. Final code did not work. Upon questioning with on-line chat my account was deactivated. Call center supervisors created new account for me so promo code could be applied. The new account was also closed. Tried a third time with supervisors instruction and assistance. Third account closed. All returns were accepted as an item cannot be returned without being accepted. Walmart has a return policy, yet they penalize a customer for using it. Items ordered from walmart.com always arrive with problems. Boxes, bags burst when thrown from whatever delivery service. Items inside boxes defective and damaged. You can not shop walmart.com with confidence. I suggest amazon as they appreciate their customers.

Walmart employees customer service

I was at your store in El Cajon CA on 2nd St. I was in there to buy laundry detergent and I did not know that they have it behind a locked glass case, why because they said they were walking out of the store. Well it took 10 mins for someone to bring a key and on top of that I asked three of your employees for help. The customer service in that walmart is awful you guys should close that store and I'm not surprise that merchandise is walking out that stor because your employees don't pay customers no mind and he sad thing about the situation is the employees knows the customer service sucks. Awful store

Walmart manager very rude to employees

I was at Wal-Mart in thomasville n.c. store # 3503 . on liberty square . two employees were discussing about fixing a cart machine .the manager john. ( that's wat they where calling him) was very rude to them telling them it would not be fixed and to get there tails out there and get the carts . one employee said he would just have to give notice as he couldn't push carts in heat for 8 hrs without the help of a machine and john said excellent excellent you go do that..he had no respect for these employees and was literally laughing in there face .very disrespectful management.

Walmart online pickup, customer service

On 4/25/2019 I accepted a delivery order at this location; I work for Postmate s and deliver groceries via WalMart's Online Ordering system and the Postmate delivery service. I spent 147 minutes waiting for my groceries at this store; during the time I was waiting I spoke with 2 separate associates face-to-face, and 3 people via the customer service line, trying to find out what was going on. Not once did any staff communicate why it was taking so long to bring the groceries out, or approximately when the groceries would come out. The Online Pickup stalls were full (8 stalls) and there were other online shoppers parking elsewhere to retrieve their orders. Once people started getting their groceries, they were refunded their entire grocery bill. No one waited as long as I did, my order took the longest to bring out; but because I work for Postmates, and "It's not in the contract to compensate drivers" I was not offered anything in the way of compensation for my time. Apparently Postmates drivers are less than everyone else. I will never go to this WalMart again, based solely on this horrible 147 minute experience. Did I mention I waited in the hot Las Vegas heat for 147 minutes for these children to figure out how to pack groceries?!

Walmart customer service

We were at the Northport Alabama Wallmart today buying merchandise and tried to buy a 24 pack of beer. The lady asked to see ID for proof of age. We are 52 years old and gave them our Canadian Drivers license with picture ID and she said that Wallmart does not accept anything other than American ID. So I then provided her with an American issued Nexus Card which has photo ID, says it is issues by the USA (border security issues them) and she would not even look at it. Is it Wallmart policy to only sell alcohol to American residents or can visitors with proper government ID purchase from your stores?

Walmart wesley chapel, florida store does not maintain working bathrooms

The Wesley Chapel, Florida Walmart's bathrooms were barricaded with a photocopied sign taped on the "Caution" tape. I went to "Customer Service" in the store; they do not have customer comment cards. I went to Walmart.com, there's no way to submit photos to them; so I'm sharing them where I can They chose not to maintain working bathrooms, I choose to no longer shop there.

You foolish little child. You do realise that sometimes they have to call in professionals to fix the washrooms. Especially if the washrooms are flooded. Getting someone there to fix the washrooms takes time. Maybe the washrooms were recently flooded. LIttle girl. It is not a matter of them not maintaining the washroom. The issue is maybe they just called to have it repaired and they did not have time to have it maintained. Also little girl. The fact that the cleaning cart is next to the washrooms shows that they are probably working on the issue while you were there. Most adults think through things logically before they come to a conclusion. That is why I know that you are a little child.

Walmart bridgestone blizzak snow tires

I contacted this store to replace the worn tires on my vehicle and the employee at the store ordered me these snow tires. The store was not at all concerned that I had been cheated and after numerous calls to Walmart customer service, the manager Tim offered me 15% off. They are not willing to refund what I paid for the tires when clearly they were wrong.

Walmart australian gold sinfully black 15x tanning lotion

Ordered this product through Walmart.com and almost instantly regretted doing it. AMI sent me the wrong product, customer support is non-existent, kept stalling in replacing the wrong product for the correct one. Had to involve Walmart.com (something I hate having to do) and they stepped up to the plate and ended up refunding my money. Kudos to Walmart.com for all their efforts.
