Walmart tires

Senior citizen patricia lewiston took her jeep to walmart in april 2019 and paid for 2 new grapples to match the 2 brand new ones (2months old) on jeep. Patricia instructed auto department to remove bald tires and replace with new. Walmart took my new tires on the back and replaced them instead. Walmart owes me 2 new grapplers. Jeep is front wheel drive. My tires in front are bald. Walmart put me and my grandchildren in grave danger. I have receipt! I want manager el fired and the manager above her fired. When I take walmart to small claims and defeat them it will be posted daily that walmart auto, indianola, iowa are all a corrupt criminal enterprise stealing from and targeting senior citizens.

Wallmart, indianola, iowa running a scam. Manager ell preys on senior citizens to steal from them. I took my front wheel drive jeep in for new tires to match existing 2 new tires and wallmart left the 2 bald ones and took my 2month new tires off. They are either that stupid or thieves!
Indianola, iowa wallmart owes me for 2 new tires. I'm giving wallmart every oportunity to fire the horrid manager and give me the tires I paid for but wallmart rather I go to small claims court. Wallmart banking in me throwing away over $300+ dollars. Nope, i'm going through with small claims to public humiliate and prove wallmart is stealing from senior citizens. Indianola iowa residents and surrounding area should be aware of manager ell and her thieves in the auto department. She should be fired immediately!

Walmart walmart driver unloading his trash in our dumpsters

I am the GM of Love's Travel Stop 295 in Chouteau, OK. Early this morning a driver dropped hunreds of Wal Mart boxes for reuse on our property. The driver completely filled all three of our dumpsters with no room for our trash from drivers, guest, store and instore restaraunt. Total mess. Our trash service is having to send out a driver on Thanksgiving so we can operate. This is classless. I have pictures below, not only filled each dumpster, but then piled up boxes behind the dumpster.

All the boxes said for Wal Mart #16, which is located in Van Buren, AR. Ironically, each box states how much they save on each box by reusing them.

We don't know who dropped these, only that they were only WAL MART #16 boxes.

If you could find out who did this and make sure it doesn't happen to another business.

Walmart box #16 is the company’s standard shipping box. I have seen these boxes countless times in our storerooms and they are used for a wide range of different products not particular to a Walmart in Van Buren. I believe the Van Buren marking is either from the box’s production location or a distribution center. I’m sorry one of the company drivers dumped their boxes in your dumpsters but pinning one specific driver for dumping boxes when there are hundreds of drivers and semi trucks to match I assume would be rather difficult for corporate to track. Either way I am sorry for the box issue at your station and although I hope it doesn’t occur again I have no control over any of the drivers being that I am just a humble super center associate.

Walmart walmart tire rotation and balance

having bought a new set of tires with walmart road hazard and life time rotation and balance I had my tires rebalanced and rotated on a recient trip to Florida, I was charged a fee for tire rotation becausen it was not listed on my warrenty as "rotation and balance for life" but 'Balance lifetime" no other stores have charged me this fee. I really don't want to pay it again so I'll stay away from Walmarts in Florida.

Walmart auto/tire shop

My mother's car was towed there at 2pm yesterday for a flat tire. The service manager looked at the sizing of the tires for the sizing and replacement. He informed my mom that he had a tire within her price range. After waiting 4 hours she was told over voicemail to inform her that they did not have the correct size. She spoke with the cashier she advised that they had another tire her size but the price was outrageous. So unprofessional.

just to advise they did rectify the issue after several hours and provided a different tire at the same price

they replaced the tire with another of higher quality at the same price.

I worked at store 427 in greenville tx.

When I went out sick with cancer I asked them if they could put me at the front door as a greeter because I had noticed they had accompanied other employees by letting them sit in a chair as they greeted customers.

When I filed for disability/leave of absence they confidently fired me.

I filed for a leave on Nov 19th and the leave of absence people sent me an E-mail today saying that when they contacted the store.on Sat the 19th of November the store H.R rep told them that I was terminated the day before.

Terminated even though they knew I was absent because of cancer and couldn't stand on My feet very long.

Terminated because alp I was asking for was a stool and to be a greeter.

Terminated because I guess they did not want to accommodate a disable employee.

Terminated because they felt like I was gonna be too much trouble.

Walmart bad, abusive and threatening customer service

I went to this Walmart to pick up my online order #[protected]. I called the online phone line from the entrance of the store, and got one young lady with East Indian accent on the phone.

She said, "Hi". I first thought I dialed a wrong number, then she said, "Walmart." I had a sigh of relief; I gave my name and began to give out my order number. When only four digits remaining, she stopped me, said, "Which department you're calling for, grocery or non-grocery? I was surprised, I said, "Non-grocery." She said, "I don't work in that department, let me….." then all silent, I had no idea what she was doing. But one thing was clear to me, she didn't have any focus on her job, and/or eating or doing something else. I thought she hang up on me. I told the security girl "I got a garbage dumb customer service." Then the girl who put me on the phone, "Said, I heard what you said." I said, "You learn for this call." She said, "I don't need to." I replied, "If you have an arrogant attitude you can't learn from a call." She hung up on me.

I met one oriental young man around 25 named ‘Caylan', who seemed to me a supervisor on that location. I told him, "The girl who picked up my phone didn't identify herself." Then I told him the rest of the story. He asked, "What's the name of the girl?" I replied with anger, "I told you first she didn't identify herself." He supervisor left.

I was sitting in front of the customer service, then came over one young East Indian man named Raj, Walmart Store Manager, flexing his muscles, extending his hands both sides, which gave me an impression of a physical aggressive posture.
He said, "I heard the story. I like to know from your side." I explained what happened, and also I liked to know why did she hang up on me.

Raj, Store Manager said, "We serve tonnes of customers, it didn't happen." He had bad physical posture and condescending tone. I understood he is an abusive person.

I requested him to listen to the call, he said these calls aren't recorded. He gave me the name of the agent in online desk, who hang up on me, is ‘Ketaki'.
We had a short conversation, and at the end I said, "I complain the way you said ‘we serve tonnes of customers, it didn't happen.'" Raj denied it. I said, "Sir, you're lying." He said, "You're calling me a liar." I said, "No, I didn't call you a liar, I told you that you are lying." But he kept on repeating the same thing.

At one point, I understood, Walmart Store Manager doesn't understand the difference between the sentences, "You're lying" and "I'm a liar." Then I requested him to be honest for at least five minutes. He refused. I got my pack. He said aggressively, "Now, you leave my store." I left the store.

I had some problems with other Walmart Center on products in the past, but the management contained it with honesty, caring etc. and I came home with a memorable experience. But this experience is exceptionally bad and threatening.

I like your tautology, you half grown up man or a ‘delinquent’ grown-up man, how will I know over the phone she is a woman or a girl as I mentioned that her words were breaking, seemed to me she was either eating or doing something. Why it’s so difficult to read and understand, because you are another abuser. This is a complete symptom of a genetically retard abusive angry person. You retard, you live in the West for a while to know the meaning of ‘dumb’. Your awkward mama neither taught you manners nor grammar, but how to behave like a stooge, licking someone, bumpy [censored], the store manager.

I can see your angry words. I didn’t make you angry, but you’re angry with me for Raj means you have an anger problem. Go, see a doctor. You, Ketaki, Raj, you have serious anger problems, you’re abusive and rude. See other ladies in the customer service center working so nice, they don’t have a problem like you.

I tried to explain to the supervisor and the store manager that had I behaved angrily, I must have been given a soft warning before Ketaki hang up. She didn’t. I know Walmart doesn’t know, the store manager doesn’t know, because you’re ignorant about standard customer service in Ontario.

How do you know Store Manager Raj was not lying? While we were talking at the cash counter, nobody was there, only me and this lying manager. Now you are talking about on his behalf, so another lying abuser licks another lying abuser. How nice is this Walmart! So, like your store manager, you are lying, and you’re looking for a good English! The sky has a limit, your hypocrisy doesn’t.

Unbelievable this Walmart is, wrong upon wrong, lies over lies, abuse after abuse. Now I see this Walmart appoints dangerous people, some are fascist. Don’t make this Walmart a ‘gestapo house’.

Walmart rude mean check out clerk

On Nov 6, 2019 my sister and I arrived in Pigeon Forge, TN for a vacation. We stopped at the Walmart there, 1414 Parkway, Sevierville, store #00578 and was checked out by clerk ID# 7N7XQ568860. She was rude and absolutely ridiculous. She asked for my ID which was in my car. We were purchasing 2 bottles of champagne. I went out and got it. In the meantime my sister offered to show hers. Clerk said no because I was paying. Fine. Then suddenly she told me I cannot buy the champagne because it is a third party sale. How ridiculous. It was for us and we were both there! I am 63 years old and my sister is 58. We left without it. It was late and we did not know our way around to get champagne elsewhere. We got none! Since when does Walmart not sell champagne to two old ladies who are together and both have ID's? That woman was rude, and shockingly nasty for no apparent reason. We were shocked, embarassed, and dismayed. Look at the video of the incident. It happened about 10 or 11pm, 11-6-2019. With clerks like that you will lose business!

Forget it, moolennial! Women that age don't add an "ing" to the word "adult". It's supposed to be a noun, not a verb. Only you young ones with ADHD and Aspergers say "adulting", because it's hard for you to imagine a real world with responsibilities, beyond your phone 📱, video games, and helicopter parents' protection.

Walmart poor customer service

I was at the Tire Lube Express this morning at 7 a.m. to wait with my son while he had the tires he ordered and had delivered there put onto the vehicle. We had been directed to come in a 7 from the staff the night before as they did not have any open slots. When we got there a couple were already in line so we got behind them. Within minutes a man came in through the tire lube express doors and walked over to me and started calling me [censored] and making fun of me. He kept saying I cut in front of him and there were other people parked outside that were ahead of me. I told him I didn't know him or anything about him. He kept getting in my face and calling me names. I asked to cashier to do something and he said it was above his pay grade and ignored the situation. I was tired of his bullying and told him to shut up and that he was an [censored]. He kept going on and on. I did let him go ahead of us and that still did not stop him from calling me names and making fun of my clothes. I would point out that I was one of only two women and I am 5'4" middle aged and disabled so I was the easy target. He seemed to be mentally ill but perhaps not. When we got to the register as third person there the cashier acted funny and kept messing up our order and deleted it several times while everyone else was taken care of by another cashier that came out. Finally when our information was in he said about an hour and a half to two hours. We went and got a drink and waited for some time at the subway. We came back at 9 and waited a little while and finally went up to ask how much longer. The new cashier said that we still had five people ahead of us and it would be at least two to three hours. I said how could that be when we were third in line and there were only appointments for one at 8 one at 10 one at noon one at 2 and one at 4? He said I don't know I wasn't here. He was rude and disregarded us. We asked them to call a manager and they said they couldn't do that back there and then we asked for a corporate phone number and he said he didn't have that information. There were several men by now and clearly being rude. We went up front and asked to customer service lady to call a manager and briefly explained what happened. She did. We heard on the hand held that they asked the manager to stop at automotive first and the customer service lady said they asked her as well to stop there first. The whole situation was becoming really odd. When the assistant manager came over we explained the situation and that not only did they not do anything when the man came in harassing me they also deliberately messed with our service time she said there was nothing she could do about that and said if we wanted to make a complaint in regards to how the harassment was handled it had to be with the police. I said please have the information and video available so when we did it was ready. We got a ride home and called the corporate headquarters and explained what happened and are now waiting for both the car to be done and corporate headquarters to call back. I am unsure what would be done for the man as if he was mentally ill there is no point in it, but the clear horrible customer service should be addressed this is ridiculous. I hate to say it but there should be people that are seriously retrained and/or are reassigned. I was abused by a man I didn't know and then the entire staff I talked to besides the customer service lady.

Walmart online pickup, being out of stock shredded cheese

So this morning I placed an online order to be picked up between 4 & 5 PM. At 410pm I received a text message saying my order was delayed. I was given no time as to how long. I called customer care & they found out for me. At 525pm I was finally notified by text my order was ready. I was unable to check in, I parked in a spot & after 10 mins a lady came to my car asked my name & stormed off. When she finally came out with my order she told me everything was correct. After I questioned her about my substitution she said oh yes that's correct. Then I asked why I was not given a substitution for my shredded cheese. She told me they were completely out. I pressed the issue asking how they could be out of all shredded cheese, she said we were busy & stormed off. To me that is poor customer service considering I asked a legitimate question & was given a bogus answer. I honestly think if you cant do your job you should be fired. And my spouse ended up going in the store & it did have all 3 types of shredded cheese I had placed in my pickup order.

Walmart Kilz over armor/service by walmart employee

I purchased a can of Kilz Over Armor textured paint from the Shelby, NC store that was almost dried in the can. I returned it and asked the woman in the department to shake the can and let me look at it before I purchased a second can. This paint was also too thick and unusable. She sighed and acted as if I had ruined her day by requesting help. I have used this type of paint before and am aware of the consistency. Ms. Roseboro is not. She informed me that she didn't know anything about that paint, that their paint did not have an expiration date, that maybe it was supposed to be that way, and I should go to Lowes. I did go to Lowes and found them to be very helpful unlike Ms. Roseboro.

Walmart product (purse)

I purchased a purse off your website. When I opened it the strap was broken. Who wants a new purse with a broken strap? Sent the supplier an email, no reply, sent 4 emails to Walmart, before they told me to call the 1 800 number. And they said they would talk to the supplier. But there is nothing that Walmart can do for me personally. So I'm out my money! Because there's nothing you can do, because the supplier is a third party seller. When I purchased from you, I thought I was buying from Walmart, not some [censored] in china. If I had of know I wasn't buying from you, I wouldn't have purchased anything. I would have bought from Amazon, because if you have any problems, they refund your money the next day. it's been almost 2 weeks, and you won't refund me. It should state that before you check out.

Walmart store manager scott henderson

He is bias unfair violate my civil rights violate my freedom of speech library and scott unwilling to work anything out with me 2 co mangers denise and greg took me off schedule and told me i'm off schedule it's been 3 years I have been working. My only thing I was doing was seeing what health insurance coverage I had I was full-time with wal-mart greg and denise turn it in to coaching mean while scott let cap2 associates harnessing me slader me saying I hurt children witch I never did it hurt anybody I was nice to associates and mangers all customers a 1 💯 I was told by another wal-mart latrobe pa and sam's club and lowe's greensburg pa wal-mart? I am their property no one else can hire me I have been trying to talk to the market manger carol williams but scott henderson told me. I'm not allowed in the store. Not right 😢😢why you say I didn't go to personnel manger for she was my girlfriend and she it would have been seen special treatment david that why I went to greg & denise 😿😿

This is settled I wait for a call back a authority figure from Wal-Mart that fair and honest since I posted my complaint I was contacted by many great managers and I also would get contacted by Karen Defilippo and her husband harassing threatening me this was frightening and scary since I only want to get back to work and let things be I be happy to work at another Wal-Mart or Sams club away from Karen Defilippo I talk to chat with many great corporate home office associates relations and I found out I was suspended from Wal-Mart and that I could return I have no problem with Wal-Mart only Karen I ask is she really the best manager my reputation destroyed by her over this for Wal-Mart I want nothing but to forget about all and maybe they talk to her and say do your job thank you God bless you🇺🇸🗽✌😘😁

Walmart walmarts lack of care, compassion and consideration to their loyal customers

I am not only a loyal customer to all Walmart Stores but a previous employee. I never thought in a million years that Walmart leaders and those in charge were so heartless.
I went to the Walmart store located at 970 Strickland Bridge Rd in the city of Fayetteville, NC. I was walking to the front door of the store and walked across the landscape area in the parking lot when they spread mulch. As I stepped down onto the parking lot I stepped on a piece of wooden musch and twisted my foot causing a fracture of the fifth metatarsal bone...lots of pain. I contacted Walmart management and filed a report hoping that they would at least offer to pay for my medical bills and maybe a gift card to say how sorry they are that happened to me on their premises. To no avail I didn't even get a concerned heart to say I'm glad you are okay and didn't fall. Nothing except "Walmart is not responsible and I should have looked where I was stepping". Yes I should have looked but then who is watching the cars that drive in and out of the parking lot? Looking down at my foot may have prevented the fracture but then a car could have hit me because I wasn't looking up.

I was also told by the store manager that they don't have anyone to maintain the parking lot and that musch even get's blown around by the wind. I believe that if they have someone putting that mulch in their parking lot they should have someone maintaining it and/or putting a little barrier around the tree area where all that mulch is put down now I will need to get a cast :>(

I have learned that as people and customers who support, Walmart management including those in corporate only care about us coming in and spending money which keeps them in business. I am extremely ticked and will do everything in my power not to shop at Walmart ever again and if any of you reading this review can do the same Walmart won't be so high and mighty and treat people like business as usual. Without us, the customer they have no business.

Walmart could have offered something to show that they care instead they only offered everything that shows that don't give a care AT ALL and I am truly disappointed in them not only as a provider but as a people that should care about others. I am 70 years old and have never had a broken bone in my body until now. What if it were your mother?

You were careless and did not watch where you were walking? Why should they pay for your medical bills. Why should they apologize? Why should they offer you a gift card. If you cannot afford to buy what you want do not get it. No need for them to give you a gift card because you cannot afford to shop there. No need for them to pay for your medical bills because YOU were careless and cannot afford the bills. Not only do you want your medical bills paid, but a gift card and apology because YOU were careless. Also you are en ex employee. Obviously you did not leave on good terms.

Walmart eyewear adjustment

I was visiting Casa Grande AZ recently and needed my glasses adjusted. I had bought the eyeglass frames at another Walmart location in North Dakota but because I was out of state I went to the vision center in the Casa Grande location. They crazed both of my lenses ehile attempting to adjust my eyeglass frames which I only recently purchased and paid $345 at my local optometrists office so I ended up having to get 2 new lenses. Obviously the woman did not know what she was doing. If you are wondering what crazed is its tiny cracks in both lenses

Walmart black & decker toaster oven

My warranty has not expired. I purchased a two year warranty for the Black & Decker Toaster Oven from our local Walmart. It stopped heating and then it finally stopped working. I tried to file a claim. It says something about nothing to be done. What is the warranty for then? I figure it should be replaced for a new one. If not, warranties are a rip off. We even bought a new one. The price went up on it too.

Walmart capital one mastercard

Recently Capital One took over from GE Synchrony Bank. I was a loyal cardholder for many years and ALWAYS paid the balance on the 3rd of each month. I paid the balance of $75.80 on 10/03/2019. Capital One changed the account number (went from the last four digits of 2638 to 3231). They then said my balance was due on 10/19/19. I paid the full amount thinking that I would end up with a credit of $75.80. Now I see Capital One did not credit the payment made to 2638.

I have spent countless hours between Synchrony Bank, PayBill and Capital One. If and when this is resolved, I am going to close the Capital One Walmart Card out!

Walmart needs to look into Capital One. They definitely are going to lose customers such as myself. I will be submitting a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in the near future. Also, the BBB and all facets of Social Media! Walmart made a big mistake letting Capital One take out the credit card operation!

Same here, I really don't like Capita lone Walmart card! My Synchrony Bank card was always organized and kept me up to date on everything. I canceled a Capital One money market account months ago and when Walmart changed my account to Capital One it was a mess because I had an old account...I want Synchrony BACK if not I will cancel my account also!

Walmart bait and switch when purchasing products from inside store

1 is way too high for the abuse from Walmart. There is no such thing as professionalism. There is no such thing as ethics, honoring advertisement claims, there is a great deal of bait and switch on their website and stores. When one complains to the fake customer service the staff promotes lies to make it self look good for the cameras. When one complains to the questionable customer service, it is Walmart's policy to blame the customer and not the employees.

I wanted to purchase some products from the store and they charge higher prices when you go into the store and prices on the internet are not honored if you want to purchase the product in person.

Due to the major problems with this questionable I have moved all my prescriptions with Walmart to CVS. Good riddance.

Walmart the "whole" store, but mainly the grocery dept.

I am a consumer and vendor for this Walmart, and would like to remain anonymous.
I work on the weekends in the grocery department and almost every Sunday, the shelves are pretty much empty. It is really embarrassing to walk into a store where you work and see so many bare shelves. Whenever I ask a few of the employees why it's like this, they say because of "management" and that they can only do so much by themselves. The customers complain to me or have the look of discussed and just shake their heads and say, "This is why I hate coming in here (the shelves are always empty"! And, it is always filthy. I think it is sad that a families have to come to shop on Sundays (after church, a lot of them) and can't find a lot of the stuff they need to start their weeks off with.
I have even seen carts full of merchandise (returns, I suspect) with melting ice cream, and complained, and the next day, it would still be in the grocery area.
Not only is the store dirty, the women's bathroom is usually broken and filthy. The poor janitors work as hard as they can, but they have a lot to do with little or no help.
The kitchen areas are nasty and hard to work in, there is really no excuse for things to be like this, as far as I am concerned. I think if some of the customers were to go back there (especially produce and meat depts.), they would be absolutely disgusted and probably would not shop there. I'm only there because I have to work there!
As a vendor, working back in the warehouse is horrible. Junk is everywhere and nobody seems to care! I work at several of the Walmarts in town, and none as bad as this one. The other stores kitchens are also pretty clean and I don't mind using their sinks and/or work areas.
I like my job and do not wish to lose it due to this complaint, but this should be brought to someones attention and management is not the one to talk to (in my view, because some do not seem to give a flip).

Walmart newport cartoons

I am John, I went to Murphy Walmart gas station and forget my ID at home, and I told two ladies work there that I can ask my wife if she send me pic of my license, but they refuse it, after 10 mins I send my wife there with her ID proof and they still refused it, they didn't sell Newport two cartoons to her and she is 30 years old with driving license, it was really Embarrass for her and they were said it's Suspicious Buying Newport's cartoons, and they don't greet yo anyone with full of attitude it was two black ladies have no manners how to talk to customers, we live next to that store in Casey court apartments,

Walmart ville, platte la 70586

This was the most embarrassed football party I every had I purchased 40 2 litter bottles of Coca Cola Saturday morning for the LSU VS Mississippi State football party every bottle was completely flat it tasted like Pepsi we had to throw all 40 bottles of Coca Cola this wasn't the first time it happened we have purchased cases of Coca Cola at Sam's had a few flat nothing worth complaining about I thought but after Saturday I was so embarrassed we love Coca Cola in this house maybe it's time to try something new.

Walmart delivery

Same here, I placed an order almost a month ago and still no TV (75in) they said got lost in transit so they ordered a new one and that too got lost. It's disgusting I don't know what to do. UPDATE: This replacement order has ALSO been lost! I’m livid and officially done with Walmart! There is no way a 75in tv gets lost not once but twice...no reasoning! But the store magically has 2 in stock as of today but it’s not my order! And if I want it from the store I have to buy it again! Pissed off!
