Walmart Honesdale Pennsylvania

About two months ago I bought a ring online for my wife of 15 years. The ring was the wrong size so I return it at Honesdale Pennsylvania store. I got a gift card. So I ordered another ring witch as broken when it came in the mail. I want to the store and they said they have to send it back to the company and I will get a refund with a gift card. I called Walmart corporate office and compiled I want my debit card refunded. They wouldn't do it. I have a massive stroke 2 1/2 years ago. I worked for the Sheriff's Office in NY so I live on a pension. Which is not enough money I use to get. Tonight I went in the honesdale store and I tried uses the gift card on my APP. It wouldn't work. 3 woman said I have to have the card. But before I went I called the corporate office and ask them I use the gift card on the app. Well to put it straightforward I paid tonight with my money I don't have for the rest of the month. I demand I get paid back completely for tonight and I expect my gift card to be refunded to my debit card. I can be reached at [protected] Thank you, Joshua Bates

Walmart disability carts and dunkin hines cake mix

My mother is 80 years old and all the electric carts are left in the parking lots dead or very little charged. No one collects them and recharge them. And the Dunkin Hines cake mix is brand new boxes loaded on shelves and the yellow cake mix are all way out of date. Even some are dated to expire in 2011, 2013. We found 1 box yesterday that was June 2019 and that's the closest to the present. Thank you for your attention to the matters.

Walmart oil change

I have got oil change at WallMart couple months ago. They forgot to put the oil gauge back and it spills oil ever where and it cost me over $2000.00 for changing alternator and many components. I was travelling from Michigan to Wisconsin. Wisconsin dealer explains me about it and they told me it is due to oil gauge missing. I have to extend my vacation and it cost me over $2000 to repair.
It was happened in Wisconsin, Wausau. August 5th, 2019.

Please advise
I will submit bills and explanation from the repair shop upon request.

Walmart the whole store.

I was nearly assaulted today in the Burger King here inside the Walmart by a Walmart employee in a yellow vest (cart guy) I called for help walking to my car but no manager ever answered or called me back. Later in the day I was told Sabrina, who was in charge of Asset protection, would be calling me about the incident but that never happened! With a week of stories about awful security at Walmart stores, Seems like nobody cares until someone gets shot or something. These young thugs shouldn't be employed if they're going to lay on the counter and get angry when someone says excuse me, ready to blow up at the first person to talk to them. You NEVER see this happening at target or Publix! It's part of Walmart hiring practices. This store really let me down today, so many employees standing around and laughing at what this little idiot was saying.

Update day after the incident: No call back or anything from anyone at Walmart. Michael Hicks Manager? NOTHING Sabrina the A.M of asset protection? NOTHING

Walmart walmart grocery order

I placed an order for home delivery through the Walmart grocery app. I chose the delivery time for between 5 and 6pm on Monday August 12th. The goods never arrived. After phoning Walmart on the 12th and again the morning AND afternoon of the August 13th, still no resolution
My order no is . [protected]. I was told that Walmart will get in touch with the store and that I will be notified when the order will be delivered, still no contact received from Walmart!

Walmart store

I have been a customer of your Naugatuck, CT store for many years. However, that store has gone downhill to the point that I can no longer shop there. Right now it is just a matter of transferring my prescriptions to CVS and I will no longer be shopping there. If you would like to contact me I will gladly give you the last 4 digits of my card and you will see how much I have spent in that store throughout the years.
The customer service there is the worst. I purchased a small mower there a few months ago. I brought it home, put it together but it would not start. One of my neighbors, who is mechanically inclined, checked it out and said I should bring it back. He could not get it started. I folded the handle bar forward, put it in my car and brought the original box back to the store. I parked by the nursery but I was having a difficult time handling both the mower and the box into the store. A very nice woman who was just coming back to her car offered to help me. We got to the nursery. The employee at the entrance told me I had to bring it up to Customer Service which was at the other end of the building. I said fine but was there someone who could help me since this woman had just helped me to get it in the store. Her response was that she could not leave the door and there was no one available in the garden dept. So this nice woman said it was fine and she would help me get everything to Customer Service.

When I purchased the mover there was no one in the garden dept. I had to walk to Customer Service to have them page someone to help me get the box off the pile of mowers. Then I waited another 15 minutes for someone to come down.

I went to your garden department on July 3 to purchase flowers. Due to the constant rain this year I was behind on my planting. The selection was extremely limited and the rows of plants they did have were all dried out and dying. There were other customers there complaining about the condition of the flowers and shrubs. I left and went down to our nursery in town. I understand that stores keep moving up the seasons. However, people keep sprucing up their properties all summer. This year your stores did not even carry rubber mulch.

The deli always has long lines with only one person working. The pharmacy personnel are very pleasant but there are never enough of them and the line is often very long.

Your employees really need good customer service training. They are not doing much to retain customers or to upsell. It seems that most of them are just thinking about what time they can clock out. If you invest in your employees they will represent your store in a better manner.

And lastly, the store manager is never to be seen. If you ask for the manager you get everything from a cashier lead to maybe a supervisor. Let's bring the manager out on the floor. These are his customers!

Walmart the self checkout lanes!

they do nothing but cut down on workers, cause longer lines for the rest of the americans while cheating the goverment out of taxes the workers would have paid, there by causing the rest of us to have to pay more taxes in the long run . I, my family and friends all refuse to use the self check out lanes and will leave the carts setting there if there is just a few lanes open and long lines with long waits ! thanks for listening----mike johnson at [protected]@aol.com

Walmart lack of help in the garden center

9:02 am Bought 20 bags of assorted rocks, soil. No one cane to help me load them AFTER I called in to service desk for help. Waited 17 minutes. This is NOT the First time this has happened. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! The GARDEN CENTER employees seem to want the paycheck but don't want to earn the money. So disappointing in their work ethics. This is one of the reasons people malign your company!

They are not a god store to work for as management is not very good or polite as well and they try to bully you behind closed doors and If you have any time to use or need to leave early they hang it over your head like you can't do that I can and I will especially if I did tell someone that the one in Pflugerville I never shop there

Walmart automotive

I went and got an oil change and tire rotation, my rims are powdercoated, 1300$. 325$ a rim. They used an impact and destroyed my finish. They also knocked weights off my tire and when i was driving my truck was hopping BAD! I stoped at a mechanics and had them check my balance. He said my rims were not put on right. They are custom rims, you have to make sure the lugs are dead center when tighting the lug nuts, they did not do this my rim and tire were a 1/4 inch of of line. I had to pay 44$ for mount and balance. Not to mention my 1300$ finish od [censored]ED NOW! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WAL-MART FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE WORK!

Walmart store

What happened to this store? Years ago it was a pleasure shopping at, now it's disgusting and disappointing! Always out of stock! Frozen food racks nasty with spilled food, no bread, out of dates, meats empty, graffiti wrote on front windows, piles of swept trash, bathrooms disgusting ( not cleaned in weeks), deli nasty, areas shelves so messed up in morning you can't shop, trashed! We took pics of all this to post on my neighborhood website because everyone is talking about this Wal-Mart. And everyone agrees! When asking workers they say it's due to poor management while the store manager been away for a month,
Freight behind for days and short handed . Well it shows! You never see managers working, just yelling at employees across the store.. the cashier told me that the loud African American big women yelling, up front at a young worker, was a manager ! Omg! You can't even enjoy your visit shopping! This store has run down, and it's ashame since its in a nice area. I asked to get fabric cut but was told no one here, what? Mornings use to be the best and relaxed time to come (store quiet and clean ) but now it doesn't matter, anytime is bad! Its horrible at 7am having to listen to a worker on her phone talking about God while she working and bagging chips! Horrible! So yes, a lot of us went back to Kroger and Lawrenceville suwanee Wal-Mart, never issues and don't ever go home PISSED off! Please crack down on these managers ...and maybe you can save this store from becoming the next run down store in Buford.

Walmart security guard john

I'm writing on behalf of DevonI'm writing on behalf of Devon on Tuesday July 30th we went into Walmart on Alpine as normal Devon brought his service dog his dog had an accident shortly after we entered the store which dogs do sometimes we cleaned it all up Devon walked away to go look at some clothes and I was interrogated by the security guard about the dog as we were leaving Devon inform the security guard that it is it illegal under the American Disability Act to ask what the disability is in order to have a service dog he may ask for identification as a service dog but not the disability the security guard argued with us about it and told us we were in the wrong he was very rude and unprofessional when asked what his name was he told us it does not matter we got his name from one of the managers at Walmart when we informed him we are going to talk to one of his bosses he told us his boss would say oh well and his boss's boss would say the same thing we figured by coming to the company that hired this man instead of taking legal actions because it is against the law to ask what the disability is of somebody with a service dog that we feel you guys will take matters into your own hands and handle the situation shortly after we left Walmart Devon had a stress-induced seizure he has epilepsy and the stress from The Encounter of the guy interrogating us we hope you guys will make this right the service dog has his identification on him and his service dog vest thank you

Walmart customer service

All of the newly redesigned Walmart and Sam's Club stores are completely ridiculous.
Self service machines out number checkout clerks 10 to 1. This corporation is so cheap they no longer will even pay minimum wage. Instead they use slave labor to checkout and bag the purchased items. That is the customer! Anytime I go to any store there are only two clerks open with huge lines. I am so sick of this that I have been buying more items at Trader Joe's and skipping Walmart altogether. I refuse to use self service machines. This is anti-American! If I wanted to work at Walmart I would put in an application!

Walmart the store itself

this store is suppose to be a supercenter and everytime you go in there the shelves are close to empty and they are out of almost everything and not just for a few days but weeks and if you need help not all but some workers will say I just don't have time right now and if you need a price you find one of those check the price machines and they never work I am considering just not using this store anymore and paying a little more and going some where else due to most of the time I end up having to do anyway the last 6-8 months It has really went down the drain the last year

Walmart overcharge on contour testing strips

I asked a service employee to assist me in purchasing glucose testing strips; I informed her that this was new to me and I had not purchased them. She stated that that they were kept behind the pharmacy counter, she went and got them and told another clerk to ring me up. The cost for the Contour testing strips for a 50 ct was rung up at $61.98. Not knowing prices, I paid with my Walmart credit card. On returning home I looked it up on Walmarts website and found I could purchase the same item for $29.50 online. I returned to store, customer service said not returnable (no one told me that), she also said that item is less expensive online, wasn't told that either at pharmacy counter. So I've checked other stores: Walgren's and Kroger's sells a 70 ct for $34.99 and Meijer sells a 70 ct for $30.99. SO WHY WOULD I EVER USE WALMART AGAIN? The 2 ladies waiting on me in pharmacy should have informed me: (when a friend of mine went to her Walmart asking for meters and test strips she got plenty of info). Why the overcharge? Walmart retro compact refrigerator - efr376

I originally ordered the refrigerator from Walmart in black. Attached are the photos showing the damage. The second time we ordered the refrigerator, we ordered it from Sam's Club because we wanted it in white. That too came damaged in almost the same exact spot! We are crossing our fingers that this third refrigerator that Sam's Club processed will come undamaged. It goes without saying that this entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing, let alone, inconvenient.

Walmart false advertising and rude assistant store manager

date: 7/19/19, store 1086
I attempted to purchase 3 deodarants but at check out they rang a different price than what was advertised for. Upon investigation the assistant customer service manager verififed that the products were indeed marked for that price but stated they were in the wrong spot. She then called the assistant store manager to address my issue. He was very rude and made me to feel as if I put the products there and was trying to get over. by the was it was a few rows of this product stacked at that price with the name of the product on the sticker price. He was so rude, I witnessed another customer complaining how rude he was to his pregnant wife as well. they refused to honor the price that they were advertising the product for and I left without my products. I would like my 3 deodarants for the price of $2.97 each as advertised.

Walmart queen mattress and sofa

I purchased both of these items from Walmart to go camping on July 12th 2019 the sofa had a defect where you put the air in it had a slow leak so it didn't keep the air the mattress nothing was wrong with other than I didn't need it when I went to go return it at Walmart Walmart refused to return both items they refused to give me my money back and it is a huge disappointment I have been buying your products for years and I'm very disappointed that this wasn't able to be resolved I still would like the sofa but as I said about the mattress I didn't need it how am I to get this resolved with Walmart to get my money back or with you sincerely yours Kandy Hogan

Walmart unethical behavior and threats by employees

My wife is a department manager at a walmart neighborhood market. There have been threats against my life by the employees under her supervision. I have allowed my wife to handle it for the last two months with her stores HR because I did not want to risk her job but everything keeps getting swept under the rug. Their HR manager has yet to contact me about anything. I have pictures, txt messages, and recordings with various content. Because of the content I am choosing to not share them until contacted. Please contact me asap at [protected]@gmail.com. This has become a very serious issue affecting both my work and marriage. I am not sure how much longer I can allow this to continue. Walmart afraid of being attacked at walmart by security and personnel purchasing gift cards and other merchandise at customer service

Afraid for my safety My name is Mrs Bernice Fields on June 21, 2019 at 12:25 PM I went to customer service to pay for eight $25.00 Cracker Barrel gift cards as I was instructed By one of your cashiers in your self check out at the left side of the store where the gift cards were ? She informed me You must pay for those at customer service customer service was located down by the other self check out here which is where I went, Prior to that held them in my hand and proceeded to go into the self check out area waited until I saw an open register proceeded to walk to one and was informed by two cashiers with yellow vest on that that register wasn't working I need to go to the left side to another register I held up the gift cards and I said to them I need some help with these because I'm not sure how to ring them out so I know I need Help . The two of them a male and a female both said simultaneously you have to take those to customer service so I said OK and proceeded to back out of that area to go to the right side of the store to customer service I had other merchandise in my cart clothing and hair care products and I said do I need to pay for these ring out here first this merchandise or can I ring out everything at the at customer service and she said it's your choice and I said OK . I proceeded to the right side of the store with gift cards and in the cart on top of the merchandise that I picked up walked over to customer service and as I've reached a customer service area I heard someone running behind me I stop on line they were in few people ahead of me and the person running stop behind me ?OK whatever no big deal I thought until I hear a walkie-talkie on the walkie-talkie I hear keep an eye out on the woman with all the gift Cards over the walkie-talkie obviously this is not just anybody this is a security personnel from the store I look over my shoulder my right shoulder and I look at him and I could still hear the walkie I'm shocked and very very scared I'm waiting my turn and then I hear the walkie-talkie again and I look over my shoulder at the man again now I take out my cell phone still awaiting my turn I look to my left and standing outside of customer service is another employee appears to be your customer service manager ! Now he's watching me I'm standing online with everyone else what's the problem now I'm really really scared cause I'm now concerned and I don't understand what's going on I'm following instructions which I was told I need to go to customer service to pay for the gift cards so what am I doing wrong? maybe you could enlighten me because I don't understand what I could have been doing wrong I followed instructions by your employees who instruct me on what to do and how to pay for the gift cards why do I have security behind me so I wait patiently and it's my turn I go up to the window I take the gift cards out of the cart first because they're on top and I hold them up and hand them to the cashier and I say I was told I needed to pay for these here !as I stated I had eight $25 Cracker Barrel gift cards she takes them and I proceed to take the other merchandise out of my cart and put them on the counter she then ask me you want to buy all of these ? I respond with Yes I look and I realize that I have not just the person that was behind me online also you customer service employee all watching me but now a man is also security who weighs about 300 pounds very tall very very big standing to my left behind me luring over the the rope that you have the line the velvet rope that you have looking at every move I make while I'm on line I Arrived at the store may be a good 30 minutes earlier picked up a few pieces of merchandise put them in my cart, inquired at one of your checkouts check your own areas and asked the young lady where could I find gift cards she informed me it was at the other end of the store at the other check out check your own area . I've shopped in this Walmart for years and I've never encountered anything thing like this in my life! I am still shaken and very very afraid !

Walmart colorescience

I ordered this sunblock in a package of three thinking I was getting a discount buying two and getting one for free.
Well it doesn't work at all. I have one of the original tubes of ColorScience Pro and the quality difference is obvious between the real and the fake product.
The company is called Professional Beauty and Walmart doesn't back up their returns because it's a third party seller.
Professional Beauty says they won't accept the return because it's been used. Yes, I had to open all three of them to see if they worked, which they did not and now I can't return for my $98.
