Walmart Jacob, asset production associate

Today, 12/30/2023 my son and I went to walmart to pick up a few things. When my son was checking out, an item scanned 2x. He called a lady over to help take it off. Jacob, asset production associate stormed over to me son, with no name badge, dirty clothes, looked like a bum. My son thought at first this guy was going to jump him! Instead, this jacob, 6'4 hispanic fat with dirty clothes no name badge demands my son come with him accuses my son of stealing even tho he had receipts of what he just purchased in his hand! Then, jacob threatens to call the cops on my son.. For nothing! Jacob also said, my manager misty will be waiting on your call.

This is harrassment and needs to stop!

This is the second time this has happened in walmart in amarillo tx.

David craig district manager has been called before with this same type of comlaint. He, david craig needs to call me at [protected].

This is unacceptable and needs to stop immediately!

Claimed loss: MY SON needs an apology from the district manager David Craig and from Jacob. Jacob should represent walmart in CLEAN CLOTHES AND A NAME BADGE! What is HE hiding!

Walmart Management

Unfortunately, more so than not, as soon as people get leadership positions they all do the same and treat regular employees like dirt. And should these regular employees report to another manager, they get fired.

Take Walmart in Norton, VA… horrible! The overnight shift leadership are a clique of clowns who don’t work and actually drag the company down, yet the one person above them will side with them and punish hard working people who’ve had enough of their childish little demeaning games they like playing! These people need dragged in front of a labor board and prosecuted and maybe put on a chain gang to learn to appreciate their positions and do them justice.

Walmart Tire service

My Buick Verano 2016 got "Tire Pressure Indicator as Service Tire Monitor system". I drove car to Windsor Heights Walmart asked for service on December 05, 2023. They replaced 3 new valves as they said all were bad with the cost of $107.65. I was advised drive around for system reset automatically.

I believed of what Eddie (Auto Care Manager) said but did not reset at all. I brought my car back store on December 13, 2023, but received an aggressive attitude from Eddie due to not thing wrong with it. As a customer paid for tire service, the problem (tier service monitor) still on dashboard that I think I need Walmart to find out the problem, but Eddie did not do it by overacted his voice over me.

Today, December 15th, I was on Highway from Ames to Des Moines and got flat tire that made me almost got a traffic accident from broken valve.

I changed spare tire then got back to store and met Eddie right there and once again he did not admit his fault by blaming me did not respect him and told me I hit something broke the valve, and my tires worn out (actually I got it in July 2023)

Claimed loss: $107.65

Walmart - Third customer jump into the line before me (3rd customer not to line up)

Around 9:05~9:15am on Dec15, 2023. At 610 6th St., New Westminster, BC store. I am a second customer waiting for the cashier. Walmart Customer service/door

I understand that receipt checking this time of year is necessary at times but have to the door person (not sure how they identify) mouth off because I commented on the purchase in question does not fit in a bag... I understand it was doing its job but to keep "mouthing: at me as I walking away was totally unnecessary! I'm not so sure I wasn't called an impolite term on my way out. I get too tired on being checked every freaking time I haved a purchase that does not fit in a bag being door checked. I use an actual cashier for this express reason.

Walmart Pharmacy

I had my cancer dr. Call precription to haslet texas pharmacy yesterday and I went to pick-up and they stated $183.00 for 180 pills ofhydrocodone-acetaminophen 5-350 mg so I called dr. To have precripton sent to albertsons in saginaw texas and the same exact pills were $38.00 I under stand a little price diff. Walmart Photo quality fuzzy and next day pickup took a week.

Ordered photo cards and prints on Nov 27. All were next day pickup.

Next day it said the order was delayed. Five days after the order was supposed to be ready, called to check on the order and they said it wasn’t ready yet and didn’t have any reason other than they had lots of orders. I get that it’s Xmas time but if you promise next day pickup, honor that or don’t advertise it. A week after the order I finally got the order. Brought it home and the photo print was terrible. Blurry and not sharp prints. The photos I uploaded were high quality so that was not the issue. Even the “advertising” print for Kodak they put in the order was fuzzy and not good quality. Highly disappointed and never getting prints done at Walmart again. Photo attached doesn’t do it justice to show the fuzzy edges.

Claimed loss: $100

Desired outcome: Reprint my 255 photos with proper quality.

Walmart Spoiled food

Several times now, I have gotten home to find spoiled juice, cracked eggs, uncooked rotisserie chicken.

I always see the trucks just sitting in tthe Walmart lot and I wonder how long the food sits there, from the long time it takes to ship it to Walmart.

This stuff is not cheap and it is not worth the gas to return it and to be stared at by associates, who says that this is not their problem.

Walmart Self-check out area not suitable for individuals with disabilities

I was in the Selma Walmart today in the checkout area in California. There was an individual who was disabled and could not speak, possible stroke victim. He was trying to get to a checkout and the portable scanner was broken. It was very busy at 1230 hours and everyone kept crowding in front of him, pushing him aside and he was having a difficult time as it is, with being ignored by staff. (IRONICALLY, the staff members there were helping fellow staff members checking out their own groceries. Cannot some type of service be provided during check out? You provide handicap parking and then leave them to the inconsiderate customers without any help!

Desired outcome: Help with disabled customers in Self-CHECKOUT.

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding the practices at your pharmacy.

I was subjected to an intrusive and potentially unlawful practice. The pharmacist, in violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, insisted on me divulging my medical history in front of a gathering of 17 individuals as a prerequisite for obtaining my prescription.

HIPAA, as you may be aware, strictly prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of personal health information. The actions of your pharmacist raise serious questions about compliance with this federal law. Additionally, state laws may also be implicated, as the disclosure occurred withou the requisite consent, violating the privacy rights.

I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation. Such practices not only jeopardize the well-being of your patrons but also expose your organization to potential legal consequences.

Walmart Walmart grocery delivery service, Red Wing, MN Store

I ordered groceries online at the Red Wing, MN store. I was missing items ordered and paid for, plus a tip. The items were in stock. I contacted the delivery person, and she said that she had the items in her car, and if I wanted them, I would need to drive to another customer’s address to pick them up. One

of the items was for my families’ supper that night. When I expressed my disappointment over not getting the items, the response I received was, oof, that’s a bummer. What? I would have appreciated being told the next steps that would be taken to make my issue right. Very unprofessional.

Walmart Too many employees in the way!!!

You can’t shop at Wallmart there are too many employees getting in the way with customers the need to stick on third shift, they have third shift to stock the store is closed on third from the pandemic, they have all that time to stock but now 1st shift second shift customers can hardly shop because your costantly in the way of wallmart employees there are too many employees slowing down customer shopping. You try working a third shift to keep with the demand! But go ahead and be a little Karen or Nancy complaining about Walmart employees being on your way of shopping. They are stocking the shelves for YOU! Many of YOU come in with your kids and make a mess of things and think this is a playground, with kids running amuck! They would also like to spend time with family instead of working, so be grateful!

Over a month of the seller not responding to Papal I was finally told a few days ago I have to return the item at my expense with tracking. Cost of postage is ridiculous and it will be over $50 to ship the item back, and even then it didn't sound like I was going to for sure get a refund.

You have a third rate horrible company selling under your brand name, and I want a resolution. I can bring the item to a store. But I will not spend MORE money on postage to lose again.

I do not deserve to have a non working sub standard item sent to me when I paid good money for it.

Walmart Profiling a 13 year old

Hello Today I was shopping at Somersworth Walmart as I usually do when a women approached my mom and informed her that I was being followed by a man probably in his late 40s my mom said thank you for letting us know and we went on with our shopping. as a black girl in America this is normal getting followed in stores because they think you are stealing but this was different. this man was following me even when I was not with my mom and when I would turn around, he would act like he was looking at something on the shelf. I finally had enough and confronted him. I asked him why he was following me, was there something I had done. I ate a candy bar earlier in my shopping but I had the rapper so I could scan it at check out. He was just staring at me being silent so I went on with my shopping thinking he would go away now that I had confronted him, but he didn't he was still following me. he was really creeping me out, so I just stayed with my mom instead of leaving her because this made me feel very uncomfortable. even once time I turned around and he was looking at me thru the shelf hole because he thought I couldn't see him.
