We're pretty sure that if Walmart showed up wayyyy more often on ComplaintsBoard and paid more attention to reviews and complaints, it would lead to better results. But for now, the resolution rate doesn't show successful interaction with customers. We advise reviewers to be careful when communicating with Walmart and be ready for the chance your problem might not get a response. It's also good to start looking for other solutions if your issues aren't fixed as you want.

Walmart pharmacy

i had a perscription transferred from walgreens to walmart because it was on the list as a $4.00 drug. i was told that it would be taken care of immediately, that they would call walgreens. that was at 2pm. when i went to pick up the drug at 4;30 on my way home from work, i was informed that they hadn't called walgreens as they had told me. that it would be another 21/2 hrs before it would be ready! this is not the first time. i can't believe the incompentance of this pharmacy! no matter whether you call ahead or leave the rx. it takes forever to get it filled! the wait time is ridiculous! when i called at 7pm to see if it was ready they got VERY hateful with me and said YES its ready! to top it all off when i got there they couldn't find the rx! she just laughed it off and said " i know its here someplace" another 20min. wait, while they found it laying on a shelf where the rx are filled! totally incompentant! an elderly lady in line with me had been waiting for 21/2 hrs for her rx to be filled! not good customer service! i really think this should be looked into. i know i won't be using this pharmacy ever again! we now have a new meijer in our area and i will check and see if i get better service there. thank you and i hope this is looked into. lisa delgado

Walmart slave driveing manegers

I did summit one before but after thinking about what i wrote ...sounded more like a young person over exadrateing, so i'm going to get down to the core of the prob with full detailed info that may aid Custimers wondering why employees are so rude..
Ok i started off in the radeo grill i followed as directed and was told by multiple people i cleaned it best and was the best cook and server, but i got shoved out by my current maneger to be replaced by her daughter in law who needed a job turned out she didnt do so well and quite after 1 month.
moveing on i was then placed in dairy, not so bad right well my manger made me pull 3 trucks during the holidays 27 -28 pallets of fright ALONE and with a handjack i wasnt certified to oprate the power jack and he would not allow me to get the training, one more thing...the hangjacks were broken so made things alot harder, so much so my butt touched the grown when i pulled them. turns out i ended up pulling both my shoulders and injuring my back. store manger didnt care all they cared about was the money spent on work related injury. it gets better ;)...he then would ask that i wrap milk creats and pull them to the back not so bad right? well it was at night time and it was raining he locked me out side, out back, ware theres no camera, at night and in the rain i then had to walk around to the front soaking wet only to have to work in the cooler for another 4 hours, His exsuce *oh i'm trying to make her a better worker*.
moveing on (Produce) i move to this department and it was indeed a much better time the manger over this one was a wonderful person In my opinion but -_- unforchently the department one was not...at first he was impressed with me i kept in clean, well organized and my custimers were pleased, suddenly he got angry with me becouse i didnt want to buy his car...he thin started strinking arguments with me every chance and even ask my MOTHER if i was retarted or just stupid...he got so bad i moved my scedal to avoid him i was literly afraid of him and my manger that was so wonderful had moved on the new one thank hevens shifted me to the Deli..
now it gets interesting, at first was great got along with every one till they relized i was fast -_- now i find my self sliging chicken, makeing salads, sliceing meat, chease, makeing sandwitches, rotisarys, washing dishes stocking the case and the wall, takeing out the trash, putting up new friaght, while still haveing a smile on my face for an upset custimer horrasing me becouse i didnt get to them before the person who was there first...ware are my co-workers?...well i take a look and =O...one is talking on her cell phone, wares the other ?...shes eating the food i so lovely prepard out of the hot case with out paying for it...well wares the other ...makeing sandwitches i already made becouse she hates custimers and no one will say anything to her becouse shes and older grumpy lady...stull luv her...well ware the 5th! she went to break after being there for 1 hour...no i'm not exadrating this is my daily routin...and custimers wonder why i look unplesent at times...why? simple, thanks to walmart my manger literaly drives me like a slave and thanks to her unknown dislike with me i had to drop out of GED classes becouse my scedal consisted of 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts becouse she tricked me into opening me scedal so i could be trasfrered to the backery ware i so despreatly want to work, witch she ofer then told me wasnt availible the hired someone new into it. i have Depretion, high blood presure, IBS, back probs, migrans and extremly high stress and i'm 24 ;). my husband lost his job resently witch means i cant quite, becouse i'm the only income i cant rake the mony back up for schooling, i cant even aford a visit to the doc, i would just like to thank walmart for ruining my life and stealing my future becouse they dont take interest in the problems of the employees. oh one more thing for anyone who may wonder ware you manger leard there disrespect Brownsburg Indiana, this store is consittered the best and is ware mangers travel from all over the USA to tran its also the place ware ive had my wonderful exsperences.

I too work for Wal-mart and after reading what you've written I now understand why people think that employees of Wal-mart are uneducated and work there because they can't possibly get another job. I have never heard of a Wal-mart treating it's associates like you've mentioned. I'm not saying that what you've gone through didn't happen, but it just makes me wonder if it really happened in the manner to which you're explaining it. If you're store is one of the top and people come from all around to train then I honestly can't see how they would "slave drive" you. As for you working so hard in the Deli and your co-workers not seeming to do anything, that's probably because they're lazy and see you working hard and don't feel the need to pitch in. When it comes to the pay you receive for working there, you have to take into consideration your hourly rate and the number of hours you've worked per week. If you haven't worked much your check is certainly not going to be big. Another thing is that if you think you're going to get rich working here then you've definitely picked the wrong career path. You're honestly not going to get rich working in any sort of retail unless of course you work at Dillard's or somewhere of the sort and get paid commission as well. If you're schedule isn't open then chances are that you're not going to be put on the schedule that much and in turn you're definitely not going to make any money. I could honestly go on and on, but I'm not. I think maybe you should just stop complaining so much and look at the big picture. Things could be a lot worse and as long as you're exaggerating stories people are honestly not going to take you seriously.

Walmart misleading survey complaint

When you receive your receipt from walmart it asks you to take a short survey... It's not really short. The complaint is that after you have put in your information (And it is adamant that you do not use a po box or you won't qualify) when you get to the actual survey information you still will not qualify if you do not accept and fulfill two of their suggested sites products. Specifically it reads "congratulations, to qualify for your free $1000.00 walmart gift card start by fully completing any two top offers below!". If it is a survey, why do I have to complete some other sites products which will cost me money and I have no guarantee that this site will ever inform walmart's site that I have completed their sites requirements. No where on walmarts receipt does it state that I will have to complete another companies anything! Nor purchase anything from another company in order to qualify.in fact walmart's receipts state "no purchase necessary to enter or win". Having to complete another companies surveys or purchase another companies products is just the opposite. Is shop and spend way too much money at walmart all over the states to be manipulated like this.

If you go online and fill out their survey, they will hound you with text messages. They come at all hours day and night. There is no way to get them stopped. They are scams. I have quit shopping at Walmart because they give out personal information.

Walmart poor vision care

On 8/29/09 I went to the vison center at the Hannibal Wal mart supercenter to get my eyes checked for contacts. The optomitrists name was Marler. It took him all of 10 minutes to do the exam. I have had exams before and know it takes at least 30 minutes or more to do the exam. He gave me some sample contacts to wear for a week. When I returned for my follow up appointement I told him I couldn't see very well with them. He checked my eyes again, this time it took about 5 minutes, and changed the prescription, I was told to wear them for a week again and return for another follow up. I told him I was still having a problem. He told me it was astignatism causing the problem, that he could fix only 2 things with contacts and since I had to have help with distance and had to have a bifocal, I would have to live with the astigmatism. I excepted that, but why can't i read close up or see in a distance without it being blurry? Between the exam and the contacts it cost me about $100.00. I think they should refund my money or give me a proper exam and new contacts that work. If they are going to provide this service they need to do a better job of it with competent staff.

Walmart dead fish

Took my granddaughter to the local Walmart to buy some fish and a fish tank...Almost all of the fish in the tanks were dead and some already decaying...the store mgr Mark claimed he knows and they have been having problems...those dead fish were in there for days to be decaying like they were...how horrifying to show my 3 yr. old granddaughter all those dead fish! Shame on you Walmart! Clean out the tanks at least until you can fix the problems!

Thats pretty much who all of them are. I would never buy fish at walmart. Go to a petco, petsmart, or a local store. They usually keep their tanks clean and remove the dead fish daily.

Walmart - change in schedule

I have worked part time for Walmart for over 2 years. I have always had the same hours due to my full time job and I have always worked in the same position. Walmart poor service

Recently we transferred pur prescriptions to Wal Mart from Sam's Club. The first time we needed refills, the trouble began...two of mine needed to be authorized for refills by the Dr. I called the Dr.'s office myself to let them know to be expecting a request from a new pharmacy, Wall Mart in Belleville. When I went to pick them up two days later, they ( the pharmacy clerk) said they didn't have them. That the Dr. never called back. So, I dialed my Dr.'s office to inquire and was told that they had faxed the authorization the previous day.
The person at the counter proceeded to argue with me, that I was wrong. Of course, the fax was nowhere to be found. I had to request a second fax . at which time, lo' and behold, the first one magically appeared! Imagine that!

Unfortunatly, that did not solve the problem. Every time we need refills, we can't just call them in and expect to be able to pick them up
in a timely fashion.

The most recent ( today ) experience just broke my camels back! A week ago Monday, September 7, I called in 3 prescriptions, knowing two needed authorization from the Dr. on Thursday, the 10, I went to pick them up, and was told they only had one, as the Dr. hadn't returned their call. O.K., I figured, I could wait another day or two for them. One is Hydrlozine for High Blood Pressure, and the other is my anti-depressant. Well, today I went again to pick them up, and was told they did not have them. I said I know better, as I was at the Dr.'s office yesterday and asked her about it, she checked my chart and assured mr they had authorized the refills the 1st. of the week.

Now, I have been without my Blood pressure medicine and my anti-depressant for 10 days as of today. They didn't even offer to give me a couple to carry me over till we could get this worked out. Not that they care! Today I asked what was wrong with that pharmacy? I NEVER had this kind of problem at Sam's Club in O'Fallon, IL.!
The people at Wal Mart are really STUPID!

Walmart double charged for transaction

I used this card to pay a surcharge for my son. They took out the money twice. I immediately informed them of this and asked to be refunded for the problem, I was told I had to wait for this to post. When it posted then they told me that it was the merechants fault and I would have to take it up with them. I bought this card and have my entire paycheck direct deposited and I wa s told that if money was lost or stolen it would be replaced. This is not what happpened. No one will return my mmoney and I am left with NO MONEY FOR GAS AND WILL HAVE TO MISS WORK, I m the only income and this is horrible! Can't anyone be trusted and believed anymore?

I have had the moneycard for about 1 year, , I can always reach customer service when I call, the only thing I dislike is the fact that to dispute a charge you have to write a letter to them, I had an unauthorized charge from an online merchant, there was a trial period, if you don't cancel during the trial period, you get charged the full amount for the product. I had cancelled before the trial period ended, the merchant still charged me, I was told bywalmart moneycard I had to write a letter to dispute the charge, I wrote the letter, they wrote me back saying that I needed to specify what the merchant said to me about the charge, there was no phone number listed with the charge, also, the company name was different then the one I cancelled with, I looked them up on line, and it was the same company using a different name. How am I to dispute with the merchant if there is no phone number listed for me to call?

Walmart my child treated unfairly

I will start this letter off saying I am not happy with my daughter has done, nore do I endorse it.

However my daughter and I went shopping. My daughter wanted to look at the toys. After we met up again my eleven year old daughter was arrested for shoplifting. I thought they were just arresting her because she was black. However she was actually shoplifting.

However here is where the unfair treatment is. If my daughter had been white they would never have suspected her. She would have gotton away with it.

The security had the nerve to tell me that they have been watching her for a few weeks because she was acting suspicious. I guess all blacks are suspicious in their eyes.

They lied to me and said that my daughter was trying to steal before. My daughter admitted this, however if my daughter had been white they would never have caught her in the first place because they would never suspect she would steal.

I have punished my daughter for this. I told her she was not allowed to go to her girl Guide meeting. However the fact that she is black is the major reason she was arrested. They would not have even looked at her if she was white.

She stole Barbie dolls and Polly Pockets for your information.

Walmart has security cameras and asset protection associates. They watch ANYONE who is behaving suspiciously or that has behaved suspiciously in the past. Color has nothing to do with it. I know quite a few white people, and not all of them are teenagers, that get followed around and watched by security in Walmart. Not everything is about race. If you act like you are guilty of something, people are going to keep an eye on you.

This is the most ###ed thing I've ever heard anyone say! LMAO Surely this has to be a joke!

I'll assume for a minute that you're being for real. I can assure you that stores can and DO monitor white people who they suspect of shoplifting. My pale as a ghost sister was arrested for shoplifting with her tan, but white, friend when she was a teenager. And we live in a community that is about 70% black. hahaha

Not all blacks act suspicious... Only black people who steal! :D

And by the way, I completely think racial profiling is a great way to deter crime. If I ran an airline, I would certainly watch people of Arab decent more closely than anyone else. It just makes sense.

Save the ### and moaning for an INNOCENT person who was arrested because they were black. Oh wait... Does that even happen? Wal Mart doesn't arrest people... The POLICE do. So who are you really complaining about here?

This complaint doesn't even make sense to me.

I don't think race has anything to do with the watching of shoplifters. The fact is your child was caught. If she would have gotten away with it at walmart, would you not have punished and told her it was okay. I come from a mixed world, I am white, but I have many blacks in my life. The blacks in my life don't blame anything on race. They know life if what you make of it, and any person can do anything they set their mind too. Whether it be stealing or studying to get into a good college. Quit pushing your self back with race.

i know it is not a excuss to smell the shampoos, but the fact of it was that the walmart employee grabed her by the arm and left marks on her. she is 9 years old and weighs 42 lbs, and this 56 year old 100+ pounds grabed her up. and like the other people said it is not because she is black or white, blacks just use that excuss oh its because im black, that way they dont have to pay for there actions, its a way out so they think

Stop using race as an issue and make your daughter accountable for the material fact here. She stole Barbie dolls and Polly Pockets- black, white, yellow, red, purple green, orange. I am so sick of this...stealing is stealing-there is NO justification for it. How are you going to excuse the real issue here- maybe it's because Mom is raising daughter and letting her off the hook because obviously everything can be blamed on race. JUST STOP! It's not going to help when she becomes an adult and faces real consequences for everything she does in life.

I just can't believe that some one would allow a 9 year old child to go into a store, and under the watchful eye of their guardian, take the caps off shampoo containers to smell them! Are companies going to have to shrink wrap shampoo now? I have never met a 9 year old involved in the process of chosing which shampoo to buy, if that was what she was doing. I think she was just doing what she wanted. Great lessons for the next generation! Total disregard. I don't want to purchase shampoo that had sombody's nose in it! Gross!

I don't shop at Wal-Mart because of their malicious practices of silencing their employees, who decide to stand up for themselves. Ex: Unionization.

I take my money and shop at Canadian based companies. Few exist, I know.

Wal-Mart is a disrespectful organization.

i was not being rude i was stating a fact. what had happened to me. and we are white i was also saying that color has nothing to do with it...it just bothers me when people go and take the easy way out and blame it on race. just like colors dont like being called the n word but they can call whites crackers all day long... im not raciest by any means but it is something that will never end. i get tired of hearing people say its because im this color when in fact it is because of the actions you take, not your color. people need to realize that.

Dear Julie,
I used to work for Wal- Mart, and when I was 13 got in trouble for shop lifting (funny, it was my friend who did not me, go figure). I can reassure you that it had nothing to do with your race. They have alot of cameras recording at all times, plus quite a few people watching them. Sometimes people get away with it, sometimes they do not. It depends on the number of workers, on the floor and watching the cameras, and on how the person is acting. There are obvious signs that the people watching the cameras are trained to watch for. Please look at this a good way. Obviously she is new at it, so she was caught. Thats good, and in my experience most people do it at one point in younge lives. Wal-Mart is very careful about training their employees to be non judgmental of... well, just about everything. The comment right before mine was rude. If you have a small child that is colored, then of course you would think that was the reason they were watching her. And that used to be the case. 20 years ago! Now, it has nothing to do with skin, dress, nor anything else superficial like that. The world has changed, and so have quite a few of us. And that number grows with each gereration born.

Walmart release of security photos

I recently received an email of a number of security photos of Walmart customers. There were condecending captions beneath each, making fun of the customers.
It is quite obvious that Walmart employees are copying these "security" photos and releasing them at the expense of their customers.
If anyone looks odd you can plan on these photos being published on the world wide web. Makes you feel good that Walmart is protecting you. As a customer I can expect to be exploited and ridiculed and Walmart obviously needs to have the cameras turned on their employees. Bad business. Reason not to shop there. I feel sorry for the victims of this email whose families are seeing this and embarrassed by the cruel comments.

Walmart - not accepting bottle return slips

I recently did some bottle returns at the Utica Walmart and forgot to use the slips their when I shopped. I just went to the Oneida walmart and decided to use them for my purchases. They refused to use them. Said that it was "the Oneida store Policy" that they would not take the slips from another store. I think that this is rediculous. They were walmart slips...they should be able to be used at ANY Walmart.

Walmart the new packaging

First off I LOVE Walmart and this is more of a suggestion than a complaint. When I first saw all the white cans, boxes and containers with the navy writing I said what is this?

Everything looks so low budget and generic. Taking the color from the products is kind of confusing for instance green beans, the whole had a orange background, the no-salt had blue, the cut had green and the french style purple. Now they are all in white cans with navy writing.

Don't get me wrong I am not to lazy to read the contents of the product, which takes time, it's just that it looks better overall.

I have spoken to many family and friends and they agree. I don't know whose idea this was or if it saves a lot money, but please reconsider. I love the Great Vaule Products. Thank You!

Walmart poor customer service

I recently went to this WalMart to get an oil change. Being a wise consumer I called ahead due to it being a holiday weekend and asked what time they closed. I was told by the person who answered the phone 6 p.m. I proceeded about 2:30 to go the service center, walked in and was greeted by satan herself. I stated I was there to get an oil change and she said "NOT TODAY YOU WON"T WE ARE CLOSING" I didn't say another word because it I had and she responded inapproperiately I was not responsible for my actions. I know these people are not paid much and have limited social skills, but i Feel that WalMart belives it is the only place in town, and there for not responsible for good customer relations or service. I am sick and tired of WalMart and the I want then to know they are not the only game in town. I will forever take my business else where even if it cost me more money. If people don't take stand this will only get worse.

SICK and Tired of the foolishness

the walmart at clearfield Pa. sucks . i went there to try and find some boots for my boys and wouldn't you know it all they had was a lot of shoes for girls and woman, witch averaged about 85% of their shoe department. for men and boys all they had was cheap sneakers and work boots. no winter or hiking boots. then i went to their sporting goods department witch is another joke, most of the stuff they carry is junk or stuff people don't use. it is bad enough we only have 2 other sporting goods stores in clearfield, witch are overpriced as is. needless to say, they carry what they want, but not much of what we need. if you ask someone to try and find something in back all they do is go have a smoke. but some of the people that work there are really nice, but they are the ones that are left go.

Walmart unfair treatment

i have been a cashier at walmart for almost two years. i am qualified to be a CSM and have passed the test for it. my IPH is somewhere around 1, 000 (which basically means that im really fast.) i started on oct 2nd 2007 and i was fired aug 31t 2009. 3 days shy of being one month away from my two yr anniversary. my CSM tells me 10 min before my shift ended, that i was wanted in the office.

i went back to the office and the first thing i saw on the screen was "notice of separation from walmart INC"

they told me that i was away from my reg too much. that and i was doin homework on my last break so on accident i took a 33 min break instead of the allotted 15.

they mainly fired me because of "being away from my reg too much" wat the heck...are you kidding me? such bull ###!

ok, when i say that i have a 1, 000 IPH...the required IPH (items per hr) is 420.

i have about 100 costumers that earch me out when they shop because they want to get in and out fast! sry guys im not there anymore

Well you were being payed to be at your work station, And you are only allowed the alloted breaks, And the company does get alot of crap about poor service, And there are others that would gladly fill the position.

some advice, , , the next job you have you need to realize that, No matter how fast you are, if you are not at your work station you are of no value to them,

2nd..taking longer at breaks weather it is 2min, or 2 hrs...it is called time theft, which means you are clocking full days hours when in fact you are not working a full day, , Kinda like fraud...just an observation.

Walmart did not want to exchange

Well my local walmart store did not want to replace my battery, that it's still under the three year free replacement warranty, because I didn't have a receipt. The battery has the production sticker of 08/07 and I showed them but still they wouldn't take that. I asked them if they could look up the transaction since I payed with my debit card. They rudely said no. Which I think it's bs. They can't look up a transaction that was made two years ago but they f$&kin' expect to keep a damn little piece of paper. Wow walmart, you lost a customer. My wife works at a department store and they're always looking up transactions of people that don't bring their receipts. I'm going to call corporate.

Certainly WalMart has some sort of regulations that keep track of returned or refunded items. I can't believe the employees just throw things away. Because then 'Bob and Jim' and others like them could pull scams as explained in the story.

I don't think WalMart became the ultimate giant mega-store it is by letting employees pull such 'easy' scams.

I have a car battery to exchange (not refund) that is only a year old. I also cannot find my receipt. I am hoping my WalMart treats me better than LakerFan210's WalMart.

Cry Baby! Store Policy Clearly Written at ALL walmart stores is ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RECEIPT. See what this does is eliminate situations like the followuiing... Jim and Bill are best friends! Jim works at walmart and Bill is currently unemployed. Bill and jim come up with a scam that whenever a customer (that has a receipt) returns a battery for warranty, Jim will put the battery out back behind the dumpster, and then Bill can then pick up the battery and enter the store and just show up without a receipt and get his money back! NOW DOES THAT SOUND LOGICAL TO YOU! Man now Bill doesnt need a job, he just waits for Jim to put those batteries behind the dumpster so he can collect his pay check! HAHAHAHAHA

We live in Palm Desert Ca and the Super Wal-Mart on highway 111 in La Quinta has always had bad meat. Even their Walmart branded cans of vegetables are short weighted. We have since switched to WinCo and we love it. Prices are better and the staff SPEAK ENGLISH whereas at Wal-mart your lucky to find someone who can answer a simple question.

Walmart slander

On Friday August 21, 2009 shortly before 9 PM, my daughter and grandchildren visited the Enid, Oklahoma Wal-Mart. My 5 year old grandson Charlie has a form of Autism called Asperger's. There are times when the weight of his clothing is too much for him to bear and he will remove his clothing. There times Charlie will either become afraid or over-stimulated by loud noises, crowds, and being touched by strangers, and this will set him to stemming and verbal noises. Charlie has a phobia of using public rest rooms, mainly because of the echoes that are magnified from the busy store. On the 21st, Charlie was wearing a t-shirt, shoes and a diaper; all of which was purchased from that very Wal-Mart. His hair was washed with shampoo purchased at Wal-Mart, as was the lotion on his skin, the soap he was bathed with.. well you get where I am going with this, right? Wal-Mart is one place where Charlie has felt safe, because his mother, uncle, and myself worked at the same Wal-Mart in Hillsboro, Texas until we moved to Enid. On this particular evening, my daughter was standing in line at the Pharmacy when an Associate, also in line, began to tell the cashier about the 6, 7, or 8 year old wearing a diaper, how the parents didn't care for him or they would potty train him or not bring him to the store in a diaper, among other things that were inappropriate on many levels. These things were said in the presense of customers, employees and the mother of the child in question. Shortly after this event, I entered Wal-Mart to pick up a few items for the weekend. I was greeted as usual by the friendly Associates when I heard my precious Charlie call my name. My daughter had been crying as a result of the verbal slandering she had witnessed at the Pharmacy. Being a former Vision Center Associate, I know that Wal-Mart takes every opportunity to educate the Associates on proper conduct and customer service. I was not upset with Wal-Mart, simply the offending Associate. I went to the Customer Service desk and spoke with Mel, the night manager who assured me that they would take care of the situation. Mel said that she believed that she knew which Associate had slandered my daughter and grandson and that it would be addressed as soon as the manager came in. I called to speak with the manager on the 22nd, and spoke with Lori, the assistant manager who then promised that the matter would be resolved as soon as she spoke with the manager on Monday. I asked for an apology to my daugher and grandson. Lori said I would hear from the manager on Monday the 24th. Here it is, Saturday August 29, and no one has returned my phone call as Lori promised. I gave her my cell and work numbers, and (husband)'s cell. I am now, not upset; I am mad! I will have an apology for my daughter and Charlie from Wal-Mart. I will be attending the 4R Kids Walk on 9/19/09, I will share my story with this group, on my blog, Enid News & Eagle, Autism Society, and anyone who will listen... Carla J. Price

I wanted to update the Enid Walmart post and to thank everyone for reading and posting. While I do not agree with everyone's opinion, you do have a right to speak your mind. I especially would like to thank Helen.
My husband sent letters to Walmart, organizations and public representatives only to receive one response. Oklahoma State Representative John Enns' office responded and within a few hours my husband and daughter received a phone call from Enid Walmart Manager Les. He said that he did not know anything about the situation until he received a phone call earlier that day. He did apologize to my daughter.

Walmart is one big bullseye for every woman who have children with PROBLEMS... These 'mothers', who have a pshchologically-impaired, dysfunctional ego and paranoid psychotic mentally-imbalanced problem themselves, must SHARE their unfortunate life with the public... and Walmart is the place for them to do it. They bring in these children and CUT THEM LOOSE... and when someone, anyone, customer, and especially someone who is an employee there, says ANYTHING at all, then that is the mothers' psychological VENTING opportunity to SHARE with everyone, and she "gets-it-off" with all the gusto that she can expound. ... Happens daily. ... Watch for it... Sometimes very 'entertaining'.

yes the worker should have kept his mouth shut but there is a law that states plain and clear no shirt no shoes no service as well as it is not right for any child to be with out pants in public i have a child of my own that dont like clothes for whatever reason but he is made to wear them anytime he is in public you do need to think that if everyone was to start bringing there kids out in public with no pants the next step is doing it in the winter when kids should be bundled up to stay warm so you need to look at both sides not 1 i would not have said that to or around your anyone but i would have been thinking the same thing

The 'mother' disregards the "NO SHIRT... " policy. She herself has a 'problem' and attempts to alleviate her 'problem' (a psychotic-paranoid imbalanced dysfunctional ego problem), where she attempts to 'expound', releasing the 'pressure' by attacking anyone who is 'normal' and/or may seem superior to her or her 'children'. ... Happens all the time in Walmart. ... watch for it... sometimes very 'entertaining' ... can't get it on TV.

Agreed, the Wal-Mart associate should have kept her mouth shut and her opinions to herself, but maybe your daughter should have tried to get Charlie to wear shorts or some article of clothing while shopping out in a public place. Not everyone will know Charlie has problems but will see an obvious 5 year old out in public basically indecent and in diapers. I find myself thinking it's ridiculous to see a child about 4-5 years old with a bottle or pacifier. I'm sure I would have felt the same way if I saw Charlie in a store unclothed and wearing a diaper with no bottoms on.

Walmart overcharge

I was sold a pair of glasses containing "Digamax" that was supposed to enhance the peripheral vision. When the glasses arrived, I wore them as instructed and had difficulty driving because of the "fuzziness" in my vision. After attempting to adjust for 2-3 weeks, I had my vision retested and the glasses checked. One lense was defective and was replaced. However the vision problem continued. I was told by the centers employee that if I was unable to use the glasses, they would remake them without the Digamax and remove the $300 charge from my credit card. I tried for another 2 weeks and had the glasses remade. New glasses were fine but the charge has never been returned and the employee has left the company. New employee will not do anything about the situation.
