Walmart Use of electric carts

I have for 20 or more years wittnessed handicapped individuals including myself- get an electeic car either in the parking lot or the store. Then do my shopping, pay for my items, then take the cart out to my car and unload my items in my car and park the kart next to where the other carts are in the handicapped zone.
But today a store associate named Kim stopped me at the doora and demaned i get put of the kart with my otems and walk to my car?
Excuse me i said, i can't walk. The whole reason i shop here is for the convenience of using the kart and being able to ride the kart back to my car.
She (Kim) chastized me. I demanded she get a store manager. She did nothing. I then told her, non handicapped people use the carts and take them out to their cars. But you are telling me handicapped people cannot do the same thing? That's discrimination.
The Walmart store located at 1550 N Main st in North Logan Ut 84341 has a policy that you cannot take the electric kart out of the store ot is for in store usw only.
I told her I'd been shopping there for 20 years and always drove the electric karts out to my car and parked them correctly and an associate wpuls take tem back for me.
I again asked for a store manager she again denied me.
I advised her I would then start a petition for all handicapped people to sign boycotting all Walmart stores if this ridiculous policy was not changed. I told her I would never shop there again. She then demanded i get out of the kart. I had to have my 71 year old sister in law bring me a regular cart and i had to hop on one leg to my car door as I am a 61 year old who is handicapped and had surgery on my right ankle and needed surgery on my left knee. My car isvtoo small for me to put my own scooter in.
I think this is outrageous! I nearly fell down doing so. I am an outraged Walmart shopper.

Desired outcome: Change the policy. If nonhandicapped individuals can take regular carts out of the store. Then the same rule should apply to handicapped individuals as well.

Walmart Refurbished iPad sold by iTech

We purchased a refurbished iPad from Walmart whose supplier was iTech. iTech was supposed to removed all information from the iPad but didn't. The iPad was requesting a passcode which was not with the iPad when we received it. I called Walmart for assistance and they kept telling me the iPad was supplied from their market place supplier and didn't do anything else. I had to look up their supplier contact information for a phone number and they offered no help in resolving my problem. I then contacted Apple support and spent over hour trying to solve the problem. Apple finally trying and scheduled a appointment with Geek Squad at Best Buy to resolve the issue and was told that it was illegal for them to unlock the code. So right now the iPad just sits and collects dust. FINALLY, BUYER BEWARE OF WALMARTS LACK TO TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THEIR MARKET SUPPLIERS.

Walmart Completely ignored by

I went to the bakery up in Walmart to get a cake. I was standing there asking for help getting a birthday cake for my grandson. They women looked at me three times and ignored me. Finally I said "excuse me can you help me." Again I was completely ignored. So I just left and wrote happy birthday on the damn cake myself. So rude! This isn't the first time i have dealt with rude employees at the gallpolis Walmart. Not all employees are rude but the ones that are should of a talking to. I'm tired of being ignored and them getting hateful with me.

Holyvi was reading this and at 1st i thought i wrote it. The same thingppened to me at the South Logan Walmart. I was able to complain to the manager and so far it hasn't happened again.

Walmart On line store

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE WEATHER IT'S GROCERY ORDER AND ANYTHING.. PLACED A BIG ORDER YESTERDAY FOR BLACK FRIDAY DEALS NOW IT SAYS ITS CANCELLED AND WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR OUR MONEY BACK... NO THATS NOT WORKING THIS TIME CAUSE I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR MY LAST TIME.. I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME AT MY JOB ASAP [protected] OR EMAIL ME BACK AT [protected]@gmail.com.. Walmart Closed my account

I ordered from walmart.com luggage and also laundry detergent. Due to the negligent packaging of them the detergent damaged the luggage. I called up Walmart so they can send me a prepaid label to return the luggage. they decided instead to close my account. now i am stuck with the damaged luggage. I was a costumer of Walmart for a long time. Living in New York City not having a physical Walmart store i rely on the online store.

Walmart On-line purchases

I use to buy quite often on-line at WM and was always pleased with their service. Over a year ago now I noticed a 16 + dollar Walmart charge and an overdraft notice from my bank. This was 10 - 11 weeks after my last purchase! The agent assured me that it wasn't a double charge. When I did the math it WAS a double charge! I haven't bought anything - on-line or in store since! CROOKS!

Walmart Canon printer

Tried to buy a $40.00 Printer today at your store on Crocket Trace, Morristown, Tn., They checked and said they were in stock but they could not sell one to me because they were saving them for Black Friday. I offered to pay the full price for it and $40
00 was the full price but they still would not sell to me. I ask to speak to a mgr. and was told that the cash registers were fixed so this item would not ring up. It is a month until Black Friday, surely you can get more printers before then. Do you put things on display for people to look at and them tell them that they can't buy them. What difference does it make what day you sell something. I really needed a printer today for papers I needed to make copies of to get my mother into a nursing home. I have been a walmart customer for all of my adult life. I will not be shopping at any of your stores ever again. Oh by the way this item is available on line. Whats up with that, I can buy it online buy not in your store.

Walmart Unethical behavior with partial delivery being non-refundable

First attempt at a delivery, the item was lost in the truck on the way to my house. The second shipment came damaged and incomplete (many parts missing). No ringing doorbell, partial and beat up, just dumped at my door. They refuse to accept a partial product but that's all that was delivered. I've never had a problem with BestBuy, Newegg, or any vendor on Ebay. Scam.

Desired outcome: Accept my refusal of delivery.

Walmart Store #5197 Owens Cross Roads, Alabama

My son worked stocking 10pm to 7am. He was terminated after three weeks. He was told he was 'not good enough'. He may not have been as fast as others who had been there awhile, however he was improving. He is 19 and this was his first job.
Granted, he did miss two days. The first instance he was in the Emergency Room due to suicide inclinations. The second time he was vomiting, so we figured his team leader would appreciate him not coming in. At the time of him being in the ER I called to let them know he would not be in. He was reprimanded, stating no one else but the employee could call in. That makes no sense as he was in the hospital and unable to do so himself.
He did confide in his supervisor what happened. Yet, he was told he was 'not good enough'. He could have been offered to be transferred to another position instead of being terminated.
He had been depressed more so than usual since this happened. If he had(or does) act on his suicide inclinations due to this I will sue. And in a big way!
His name is Elijah Broad and worked at store #5197 Owens Cross Roads Alabama.
I have started using Publix for my groceries and Target for every thing else. I will not shop where they treat their employees in this manner. Especially my own son.
I will end my association with Walmart they you did my son.

Walmart Product review

My good reviews were approved but I gave a bad review that was honest about my experience dealing with a Walmart seller and it was rejected. Nothing was done when the seller ignored my message to cancel the order long before it was shipped out. Then I was given incorrect information about returning it to the store and my return was rejected because you CS on chat do not know what they are talking about. Then the seller told me it would cost too much to return it and suggested that I give the items away when I wanted my refund. Very poor service and rejecting a review is censoring. How do I remove all of my reviews? I don't want to give any good reviews if the only one bad review was rejected. I'm disgusted and now I have to wait for two weeks for a refund while the seller was paid upfront. I will never shop with you again. And I will tell others of my experience.

Walmart Family Mobile

My wife lost her phone. Bought another phone. Store would not setup the new phone. I contacted the number supplied with the new phone to get the number transferred. Without having the old phone, i could not satisfy their security questions. My wife has memory problems and could not remember
the pin or other questions. They would not transfer the phone or close my account. The only way I could stop the autopay was to cancel my credit card.
Before I got it canceled they charged my card for another month.
This is not the sort of behavior I would expect from your company.
I now have to change credit card numbers, change telephone numbers and pay for use of a phone I do not have.

Walmart Great Value Instant Brown Rice

I'm very disappointed in Th e Great Value Instant Brown Rice. I've tried both ways to cook it: Microwave and on the stove top. Both need Much More time to cook then the box says! I've ended up with dry, undercooked rice all over the inside of my microwave! And, had to continually add more water to the stove top method in a pan! The instructions just are Not right!
Either that, or I really got a "lemon" box of your brown rice.!
Please replace the 14 oz package (not sure how much i paid - no longer have the recent).

Walmart Customer service - credit and refund/ follow up on customer dispute

TODAY IS OCTOBER 14, 2021.

I have made a complaint in Phoneix, AZ, these two days I found out Walmart customer service staff is downgrading the field staff accountability. They tried to push down USA customer, and make the HONG KONG MARKET look goods and stable, actually this is an illegal labor trafficking. The customer service tried to mess up my credit card and ebt card and deposit and withdrawal money from my property which is doesn't belong to Walmart or the staff work there at all.

I CALLED AND EMAILED. And they acted like normal and crazy robbing. I am just shut up for today. This is scarified. I think I am quick lucky because last time it happen in other retail large company, they hold up my money like $100 - $600. This is not good. All American labor is trafficking. I do not know how to find my justice like this situation. Again today is October 12, 2021.

I am very unhappy. Because I was immigrated from HK in 2000, and all I found is labour trafficking. They think this is dominated the world of something. I think I would say this is Illegal and criminal and people with mental sickness and poor with did that, now they tried to control the resident in USA to be like them, this is OUT OF THEIR MIND.

And the USA Government has nothing to do about it? What is FBI, Police, Doctors, Teachers and other Government dept doing? They have no leads and comments from the public and tell them crisis and dispute issue. I do not believe it.

And you wanted this is a funny joke everyday and killing all the people at their fault and you stay in peace? Because you just go to work sit and walk and eat your meal and take pictures every day in the public and that is it? I do not think you needed to show your face if you below staff is all incapable of the complaining and issue and problems going on? Ambushing and killing and hatred and sleep walking and day dreaming is not what how the days should go. Why don't you people just disappeared and not show up anymore. And stop let you kids attacking others like a killing animal with non stop motion. Thank you.

Walmart Vision Center

My elderly Mother bought new glasses from Walmart Vision Center in Rockingham NC.

She had been wearing metal frames, that had started sliding down her nose, so decided to go with lighter plastic frame & a tint in the lense since she has macular degeneration & has trouble with glare. After wearing the frames for a couple days, she realized the tint was too dark. She took the frames back to Walmart Vision & asked if they could lighten them any more. They said no, she had the least amount of tint available. They ultimately decided to remove all the tint out of the lenses.

After receiving the new plastic frames back with clear lenses, she wore them again for approximately 30 days. The frames started to loosen up & started sliding down her nose again !

My Mom went back in to the store just to ask to tighten them up. She was approached by the manager of the vision store. She was extremely condescending to my Mother & berated her in front of other customers in the store. My Mom had the glasses in her case to keep them from being scratched. Before she could say anything, the manager came over & snatched them out of her hands & said very loudly, " We are going to do this only one more time!" "Do you understand?" My Mother just stood there in silence, humiliated @ the tone of voice the manager was using with her. She did not even ask why she had brought the frames back! My Mother told her that she did not want any money back. Just wanted her glasses tightened or at the very least, just wanted them to look @ them.

My brother & I are appalled by the lack of courtesy & professionalism by the manager of the Rockingham NC vision store in Walmart on Highway 74.

Walmart refund fail

on 10/21/20 i ordered item number # [protected] on line.it was canceled many months later by walmart.i used 2 gift cards ending in 4325 and 4761.i recieved these gift cards through swag bucks.sense i used the 2 gifts cards from swagbucks they are considered used and cant be refunded too..walmart has failed to refund me with another option.i have called 10 times in the last month to try and get this issue resolved.i did not know my item was cancelled until many months later after purchase.again i have called walmart numerous times with out success and only get disconnected, hang up on or told it is being investigated.the total refund amounted to 25.00 each gift card.no one at walmart seems to want to help me or get this resolved.
