Walmart vizo 43 d series

I have bought two vizo tv from walmart the first one stop working after a week. Without a box walmart wouldnt take the tv back. I
So I had to buy another one. The picture tube in this tv has gone out. Its been past the 30 day trail for electronics so walmart will not return the tv. I couldnt get an extended warranty because the rep did not speak english and was moving extremely fast with my transaction. I am overly frustrated because now i have another tv that does not work.

Walmart racist to my 11 year old.

I will start this letter off saying I am not happy with my daughter has done, nore do I approve of what she did

However my daughter and I went shopping. My daughter wanted to look at the toys. After we met up again my eleven year old daughter was arrested for shoplifting aswe left the stor. I thought they were just arresting her because she was black. However she was actually shoplifting.

However here is where the unfair treatment is. If my daughter had been white they would never have suspected her. She would have gotton away with it.

The security had the nerve to tell me that they have been watching her for a few weeks because she was acting suspicious. I guess all blacks are suspicious in their eyes.

They lied to me and said that my daughter was trying to steal before. My daughter admitted this, however if my daughter had been white they would never have caught her in the first place because they would never suspect she would steal.

I have punished my daughter for this. However the fact that she is black is the major reason she was arrested. They would not have even looked at her if she was white.

She stole Barbie dolls and Polly Pockets for your information.

Walmart two of the same wardrobe closets

This is just one of the two same products that I wanted to return to Humour Phantoms Inc. I emailed a request for the return of two of the same products. See pic.

This is what customer service emailed me.
"Dear customer, Really sorry about that. If you want to return it, you are expected to pay the shipping fee, and it is very troublesome. How about we refund $3 as compensation and you keep the item to save your time and money, is it OK? You can resell it to others after refund or send it to your friend as a gift. We are really happy to serve you. And don't worry about the after-sale service, you can contact us at any time for any issue. Maybe we are not the best, but we are trying our best to offer you the best service. If you think the solution is not good enough, please let us know. Waiting for your reply and Have a nice day. Best regards, Customer Service" and my response "This is not a satisfactory answer. I will contact Walmart to see if they will not support your company products on their website. These were purchased in good faith and going to a home with a medically fragile baby. I ordered it thinking if it is on the Walmart website that it will be returnable with no problem. I want to return both of these items. I will pay the shipping cost. That is not troublesome for me. I expect a full return on these two purchased items. Waiting for your reply. Why does Walmart keep this seller active? With a long history of complaints Walmart must know this seller is a fraud. I just got burnt by this company through Walmart on line. I am only going to buy from eBay. They do things right for buyer and seller. Live and learn.

Walmart online ordering

I live in rural Idaho a few hundred miles from the nearest Walmart. I order from Walmart online so it can be delivered to my door by Fed Ex or UPS. My mailbox is miles from my house and USPS does NOT deliver to my door since I'm rural. I have a very large mailbox but even so you can only fit only certain size boxes in a mailbox. I have called Walmart multiple times and they said they have it on file to not ship USPS but yet it still happens. I don't get to town and when I do it's never during the short hours that my local post office is open. This is just ridiculous! I can't depend on Walmart so I guess I'll just start using Amazon. I order hundreds of $$$ from Walmart every month and it's just not worth it if I'm not going to get half my stuff.

Walmart money card

Walmart has rip me off, i recently purchase a money card that i can't be able to buy or use it. Walmart has the right to be able to refund our money back. I don't understand why they have the right to take peoples money and we're not able to replace or give us some kind notice. Well they should not just locked my card. What they think they have the right to take advantage of people who work hard for there money. Walmart your system has to do something about money card, so what is the purpose of selling the card at Walmart if there no use except do fraud with our very on money.

Walmart extended warranty / 30 inch fan

I called to make a claim on a floor 30" fan. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty. The insisted that my extended warranty had expired. They continued to explain how their Warranty and the manufacturers warranty started when I purchased the product. So during the first year Wal-Mart's Warranty enhanced the manufacturers warranty. I was told when I bought the warranty it wouldn't start until after the manufacturers warranty expired after a year.

Walmart pharmacy dept

Im 67 years old and struggle with Fibromyalgia a severe pain disorder that affects the central nervous system. I seek medical help from a rheumatologist and they prescribe what they feel is necessary to assist me to lead a regular life, as best as possible. I dropped off a script for Pain Medication, Hydrocodone on Sunday before Memorial Day. They told me that they would need to verify with the dr on Tuesday due to the holiday. On Wednesday I called them to check on the script. They told me that my doctors office was closed and they would try them again. I called my doctor, they were open on Tuesday and that Walmart may have called at their lunch hour but did not leave a message. I called back Walmart pharmacy and they would try my doctor again. That afternoon I got a call from Walmart stating that they would not fill it. That the pharmacist did not feel comfortable with the prescription. My husband went to pick up the script and he was told they did not have it. I just called them and they do have it. After so much aggravation and un-professionalism plus no help for this horrid pain that I'm in! This is not a drug that I'm addicted to, I'm dependent on it and it is never abused.

Walmart greendot card

i called a card in lost.than i found it.i think they reissued me a card that i never recieved.so in saying that i'm having a problem getting in contact with someone to get my moneycard unblocked.it is very hard to get intouch with a live customer service rep.so if someone can help me to recieve my money that i have on that card.walmart is not helping me nor is greendot any help.i've even sent my picture to thier website

Walmart walmart store in my area will not let me use it

I have been using the dashboard savings for some time now... I have always used the e-mail copy until yesterday. I was told that they no longer use the paper copy. I would have to purchase a plastic gift card and then transfer my savings to that card. Why should I purchase a card for a $2.00 savings. I can go to target use my red card and save 5%. Walmart missing part

Purchased a 46 " White Faux Wood blind on 5/28 at the Turnersville, NJ store(receipt # 194441796171347927176)
one of the boxes was taped shut...associate said all the parts were in tact.. the box was taped because it came in opened. When I got home the pole you turn to open and close the shutters on the blind was missing.

The blinds are up and screwed into the wall. Did not notice the part was missing.Called the store associate said the return it...they do not have another in stock. Can you please send a replacement part for the missing pole?

Walmart bankston table from walmart #[protected]

recently purchased this table thru Walmart along with 4 chairs- needless to say the table was received yesterday. This table SHOULD HAVE NEVER left your warehouse in the first place, it was totally trashed. This item was gauged, cracked, stain missing scratched, total garbage. Reported to Walmart they refunded my money $116.51 cents, mind you there was never a packing slip attached to return this item. I am having Walmart send me a return packing slip to have this item picked up, mind you i now have to wait 10 days for the slip. I wanted this package picked up last night right after delivery. Of course without a ret packing slip they would not.
I just want Better homes and garden to know that under NO circumstances should this item have ever left the warehouse. Grant it the table value is not a lot of money, its more than that, its the value, the time and effort wasted, the item was totally destroyed to begin with and you have the nerve to send this to a customer. That speaks volumns to me, that a valued customer means nothing! Therefore you have shown me my value, in return I Will Never purchase another item from Walmart or Better homes and Gardens again. I also intend to close out my Walmart acct once you have your trash picked up and discarded as it should have been in the first place.

The worst experience with Walmart because The company Houmor Phantom inc use Walmart website to sell but when you buy something and has to return nobody want to refund the money Humour Phantom inc and Walmart neither but I will keep emailing and making call until they Refund the Jump star money is Just $36 .34 but this amount from a thousand of customers, like that anybody is millionaires I will go to report this company if they dont refund the money because is an abuse to the Peoples and this has to stop if this week i dont get the refund i will report both to BBB because the request a video showing what was wrong and i send the video 4 times and the dont respond how Company like Houmor Phantom inc still selling bad products and dont refund the money to the customers that is disrespectful for the customer and Walmart has to respond too because the company is selling under Walmart website I am veru upset I prefer keep byuing at Amazon is the best and if they has to refund the money they dont request any video of whats wrong with the products just refund it

A similar issue with, Homour Phantoms INC, which is a Marketplace seller on walmart.com. Wal-Mart states that you have to get a refund through the seller and told me that I had to call a third party company called Humour Phantoms Inc. Please beware! the company is a complete RIP OFF! The number that is listed is [protected] and [protected] I don't understand the reason for Wal-Mart to do business with these Thailand co. that isn't in Chino California. Houmor Phantom inc still selling bad products and don't refund the money to the customers, we need to report to BBB they request a video showing what was wrong, the camera isn't working at all, I send a video with nothing because no turn on at all. Hey continuing send me mail in referent same thing with no answers at my petition.

Harbour Phantoms Inc is the worst company backed up by Walmart. When contacted for a refund, said I could receive 10% back and should sell the product to a friend to recoup my money's. The product was unacceptable to me, did not fit and wanted to return for refund. Harbour Phantoms Inc. would not, did not comply with my refund request and all other attempts to contact them went unanswered.

ALL FUTURE PURCHASES WILL BE MADE ON AMAZON.COM - NO LONGER USE WALMART OR HARBOUR PHANTOMS FOR ANY PURCHASE. Another attempt by internet scum to rip off customers!

Walmart frauds on extended warranty.. they cheated, lies, manipulate, loots threatens hangup when you ask for coverage you paid for

Walmart I have been buying extended warranty at the cash registers and walmart.com..
When b4 buying they stated its extended warranty means you get on top of in year/s of manufacturer warranty.. And it start from day you buy.. I had been verifying these statement from walmart stores and online.. They stated my warranty will start from day you buy products and I do not have to call or deal with manufacturers.. We take care of everything and above what manufacturers donot cover like, replace and refund..

I had several occasions its been denied and lied about..
Recently I had tv which I purchased from them gone dead. Had "2 years walmart extended warranty". So I called they stated it has to go through first manufacturer warranty than next year we pick up... So I asked how many years will you cover in total.. It said 1 year.. First year by manufacturer another year by walmart.. But there warranty said 2 years extended warranty.. So technically it should be 3 total years.. If so than

Last years I had walmart warrany after 2 years it broke down.. It was homephone unit.. I submited claim with receipt they stated your warranty just expired.. Its now little over 2years and we cannot cover.. Wow! What a fraud...

I ask some law firms/or lawyer to sue walmart on behalf of all who been defrauded.. There are millions who had been defrauded..

Today I spoke to after spending 3 hours (yes 3 hours) on phone and chat.. I was transferred to specialist gentleman who declined to give his full name said walmart doesnot allow us to share full our name.. He said his first name is mr. Francois id — 161112 and stated I have to call assurion for it.. But I told I paid to walmart and warranty says walmart extended warranty? It doesn't says assurion? That dont matter he put on.. (I have recording in work office cameras) but I said I am complaining about that they didnot honored.. He immediately without letting me know put me hold and some one jumped it (talk about there professionalism) his name is terrence, said he is from escalation dept.. But he refused to give first initial of his last name or even id — said walmart doesnot allow us to giveout.. (ihave recording) he was rude like hell.. Didnot even allow me to finish my question and even I cannot answer his question... He said we cannot help you sir, you have to go through assurion and we have nothing to do with it.. Wow! They took moneyunder walmart extended warranty and now they have nothigng to do with it? He was more abusive than anytone I ever heard..
So falks do not buy anything from walmart even if you buy donot buy extended warranty.. They defrauded and continues to millions with calling walmart plan>.. Shame on him..

I hope some lawyer will pick up and have class action case against them, they are nothing but cheaters, fraudsters... Their staff are the rudest ever you will find..

I ask every one to tell other 100 people and discourage them until they refund all money with penalties and stop practises and apologize to millions with primetime ads that did defraud all and we cheated you millions.. We sorry, we will not do again..

So, they introduce the latest forms as well. However, when you will not get the latest forms, your case will be rejected by the firms. At you will always get the updated versions of the forms. You will not have to worry about checking whether you have the latest forms or not.

Today I went to cash my payroll check like I have always done in the past .today is may 7-2018 and I am told as of may 1 they will not cash any checks as long as your address doesn't match what is on your check .so everyone beware that if your address on your liscence doesnt match what's on your payroll check you can forget about tryingto cash it...

Walmart tv warranty plan purchased at wal-mart

I purchased a 55"LeEco TV from Wal-Mart and got the 3 year warranty/replacement plan. It didn't take long for my new LeEco smart TV to malfunction, it has absolutely no buttons except the on/off and it wouldn't connect to the internet, it just kept spinning looking for a connection. It wouldn't let me go anywhere to fix the lost connection. It needed a hard factory reset but nobody knows how to do it without buttons. The name sounds French but it's made by a Chinese company that went belly-up and pulled all assets out of the United States. They have a website in Chinese that won't allow translation to English and all the phone numbers don't work, so Wal-Mart offered me a replacement or refund. I desperately needed another smart TV for my living room so I chose the replacement. The warranty website gave me two choices. 55" RCA or a 55" TV from some off the wall company I never heard of, so I chose the RCA. There was no other information on either of the TV choices except the brand name and the screen size. That was it. That was the choices. When I finally got the replacement, almost 2 months later, it wasn't a smart TV. It is 2 years old and only cable ready, but I don't have cable, I have internet and Wi-Fi so the TV is useless to me. Wal-Mart refused to refund or exchange it and didn't transfer or offer any warranty. So, first of all, Wal-Mart buyers knew the TV company went out of business and purchased their cheap TV's and sold them for a higher profit knowing there was no factory warranty. Anyone like me, who actually purchased warranty for it thru Wal-Mart got a replacement that was not equal to the purchase. They know people are going to want the replacement because the refund doesn't cover a new smart TV because they sold the LeEco at their sale price, which has to be double what they purchased it as going out of business sale from this Chinese company. They went out of business because the TV's were defective. Hello? So, Wal-Mart is a thief and a fraud. Probably not news to anyone. And, I wouldn't even shop there if I had lots of money to spend at higher priced stores.
So, Wal-Mart isn't going out of business anytime soon but I think everyone who purchased one of these LeEco smart TV's needs to get together for a class-action suit against Wal-Mart for selling new TV's claiming factory warranty that doesn't exist and for pawning off old cable technology TV's as replacement for Smart TV's with internet, Wi-Fi and built in Roku. Anybody out there know how to factory reset a LeEco smart TV with just a remote?

Walmart glasses/ defective frames

Walmart Vision Center in Brick is the worse place EVER! Since I got my glasses there back in June I been back there multiple times and went thru 4 frames (the same frames) that still don't fit correctly, I believe these framed are defective and I went there to get them adjusted yesterday and the guy that adjusted them, the manager no less, scuffed my right lens! Now I have to go back again! I can't deal with these frames anymore I want different ones with new lenses!

Walmart all products

I have bought this with all my products knowing Walmart stuff is made cheaper. Had an apple iPod fought for 2 years to get it fixed. Was sent off 4 different times was sent back saying they couldn't fix it and could tell was never opened I even made the box to where I could tell it was never opened just sent back saying they could not fix it. Now set of MPs wireless headphones malfunctioned been waiting over a year have tried contacting many of times to many to count can't get a resolution. Bought a pool straight out of the box 18 months ago seam was torn. Was told by Walmart had to contact product care still trying to get their way out of it by deleting all my account receipts to erasing my account still waiting on a resolution. But by now is well learned lesson don't save money going to Walmart you will spend more in the end.

DO NOT BUY WALMART. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT CARE !

I have been going to this store for the past year. I always shop from 8-9 am Mondays through Fridays at least twice a week. I won't be going there anymore for things I need, but just to record my shopping experiences in hopes that social media or management can rectify an extremely rude environment made by its employees. This is a case of, "The monkeys running the zoo."

On more occasions than I can count, always on the grocery side of the store, when rolling my cart down the aisle, I have to stop my shopping cart and give employees "the right of way". They were not stocking shelves, they were either walking by or talking together side by side. The isles are only so wide, I would have to stop shopping and halt my 200 lbs cart so they can pass.

At first, I believed that they simply were not paying attention and it was an accident. Now, I am certain it is intentional. I began talking to the employees asking them if me and my 200 lbs cart were in their way of walking past me. Most would not respond, some would half heartily say, "Sorry."

This behavior is akin to the jock in high school bullying the kids to get of their way in the hallway. It only happens at this store, other stores in near by towns such as Weslaco and Donna have helpful and courteous employees.

So, from now on, I will be videoing my shopping experiences at the Walmart store on 1801 W Lincoln St in Harlingen Texas. My intentions are to bring awareness to my community, through social media, about this behavior and prevent people who are probably having a bad day, from being belittled while shopping .
