Walmart customer safety

Please put signs up near the doors warning everyone to watch for your motorized mobility and walmart grocery carts in the stores, I people come right out of iles, and walk right out in front of me, its a good thing im an alert driver, I had to stop on a dime many times, no one got hurt, and I lways watch for customers, but not all drivers are like me, im very creful, I look both ways before puling out of iles. People need those warning signs near the doors when they walk in, get them made and put them up, I will be looking for them. I dont want anyone to get hurt a concerned customer, thank you

Walmart cheeseburger flavored pasta skillet dinner (great value)

I have a comment I wanted to make about this product so that it can be better. The directions state that you put the sauce mix in first with the hot water till it dissolves then later the macaroni. But how can you do that if the powder is loose in the package with macaroni. I knew when I seen that my food wasn't going to turn out well. I was right some of the sauce mix was inside the macaroni shells and when it hit the hot liquid chunks of powder stayed stuck inside the macaroni. And no matter how much I stirred it wouldn't come out. So in the end random bites of macaroni you can taste the big chunks of undissolved powder inside macaroni. Please fix! The powder sauce needs to be in a packet away from macaroni. My dinner was ruined but because my children and I were hungry we ate it.

Walmart customer service

This afternoon I went in to return 3 items which I purchased the previous day. When I got up to the desk and presented my items and receipt, the employee said "where are your stickers?", to which I asked "what sticker?" The employee then irritably said "when you walk in, your supposed to get stickers for returns, go have the person at the door put stickers on your items." I had no idea I needed said stickers, so when I initially walked in, I walked past the person at the door who was already busy looking at somebody's receipt as they were leaving. If the person at the door was supposed to give me a sticker, shouldn't they have said so as I walked by them? Anyway, I go and have the person at the door put a sticker on the items. When I went back to the customer service desk, the same employee said "You can't just ask the person at the door for a sticker, they have to see you walk in with the stuff", and then said "I'll just have loss prevention watch the camera and verify you came in with this stuff". As she's treating me like some criminal, a rather long line of people are looking at me like the criminal this employee is implying I am. Finally, a manager walked up and said to the customer service employee to go ahead with the return. Mind you, neither the manager nor the employee apologized once for this 35 minute, ridiculous encounter.

Walmart harassment. by cashiers

He was not rude. If you had manner and were not rude yourself you would have went around. SHame on you. You seem to think because your wife is in a wheelchair and that you have a small child you can do as you please. When you talked rudely to him he should have refused service. To use that kind of language in front of your three year old and set that kind of example. Sad. It is not about lack of respect for the disabled. It is about you wanting special treatment because your wife is disabled.

My attitude wouldn't have mattered if your cashier's an store cared more for those that are disabled and with young children, .. I would not have gotten so upset if your cashier's didn't locked us throughout cashing out an joking about us loud enough for store to hear was totally uncalled for.. Despite my bad day ...still don't need your sorry excuse for poor attitude of your cashier's but of course should NOT expect any more from Wal-Mart ..you just continue to prove ias most call it the hood, an lowclass

Walmart refill of scripts

Please know that the pharmacy in Franklin, nc.decides when you should get your script filled..they will not give you a refill until the date of the last refill.if you complain they will inform you to get your scripts filled by a new pharmacy.My doctors office told me that they are by far the worse pharmacy in Franklin, nc.please know we will do as told and use another pharmacy that cares about their customers.

Walmart darigold milk

I was told at both stores they no longer sell Darigold milk. Very upsetting. I bought that milk at every visit. It was always almost sold out. Why did you take it off? No other store around here sells it. Only in Walmart. Please put it back. I love this milk. It also keeps longer in a carton. Thank you in advance. I am going to call to complain too. Susan Stiles

Walmart delivery service

Ordered product off wallmart.com... Product delivery tracking delayed from delivery three times now... (three) and now our order has been handed over to usps for delivery, knowing that they do not deliver to rural addresses... I have been on phone with you guys on previous orders because of the same reason, and once again it lost... And according to delivery status it was again suppose to be delivered yesterday, I call wallmart just to be blown off on the phone... Really, if this is how im going to be treated when I order $1000's of dollars of supplies from you people on a monthly basis, I guess I should just start purchasing from amazon, since walmart does not honor there guarentee in any fasion, and now im told I even have to wait additional days now just to even start a refund request... Are you serious? I need to speak with someone concerning these matters that just seem to be ignored.

Walmart 1,000 dollar gift card

I completed all awnsers for me and completed all surveys including I picked one out 5 claim's ridiculous I had to pay by my prepaid debit card and it said congratulations you've won a 1,000 dollar wal-mart gift card and i've tried to get ahold customer service no one talks to me and I played fair and payed my own prize claim [censored] you all have lied to me and I know if a man had it reported your trying to screw people over but I don't give up. Wal-mart owes me [protected]@gmail.com [protected] 1,000. Make it right I won pay me my gift card.

I have never known Walmart to do any emails claiming you won a $1000 Walmart gift card or give away gift cards after completing an online survey. I get you’re mad at the company and all, and I would be as well, but I feel like you might have been scammed. Especially if you had to pay to enter the drawing. I have never known Walmart to make you pay to win one of our gift cards. I work for Walmart as it turns out and we do not have any pay to win surveys or offers to date that I know of.

Walmart Mainstays oven mitt

I purchased a mainstay oven mitt at walmart in woodstock, il.

Very big mistake!
I burned my hand! This oven mitt does not provide protection!

While getting this complaint form, I happened to notice and read a complaint from another individual who also burned her hand!

How can you continue to sell this item?!
Is money more important to you than a human being injuring themselves?
I am sooooooooooo thankful that my son did not use it, as he has a heart condition; and if he were to burn himself and get an infection; it could be fatal!

This is an unbelievable situation that needs to be addressed immediately!
Please remove these off the shelves!.

Walmart wrangler relaxed fit jeans

I've purchased Wrangler Relaxed Fit Jeans from Walmart previously. Happy with them. I recently purchased 2 pair. First time washing color ran badly staining other clothes. I washed them 5-6 times and checked for color running. Still there. Poor product. Disappointing. Have lost confidence in the quality of clothing being sold. Probably make my future purchases at other stores.

Walmart shopkick walmart digital card

On December 14th, 2019 I visited the Walmart. I took 12, 500 from Shop kick and, received a $50 gift card from Shop kick. Upon trying to use the $50 gift card I was in informed that there was no money on it. But, when I dialed 888-537-5503 the recording stated that the balance was $50. Walmart poor stock shelves

The walmart store in quakertown penna.

I shop there every friday evening and shelfs are low or empty

Country crock butter
Eggs
Cooler creamers
Chicken liver I allways have to go to back cooler room and ask for chicken liver for my dogs

Birds eye frozen veggys we find empty boxes

The potatoes and onion are very low in stock

The green leaves parsley is low in stock and verry willted

Bob even sauges we find empty bins

Fridays evening we want to do are shopping but very depressing lack of stock

Walmart gift card

I won a American Express gift card at work. On my day off December 20, 2019 went to store #7020 about 9:30am went shopping at Walmart in LaVergne TN for Christmas dinner. I checked out at the self check out with my gift card it would not process payment. Asked for assistance she told me to swipe card then it prompts you to enter security code. I told her to run credit. She closed the register out and printed my receipt on her register I told her this is a gift card to run it credit. She kept running debit instead of credit. She told me no you don't have to run credit. Then the card reader when you swipe card was asking me about applying for credit card. She told me to check yes. The cashier asked for my license and she scanned the barcode on my license. You don't need ID for a gift card. She could never get it to work. She told me to go to customer service. I took receipt to customer service. The lady scanned the barcode on receipt nothing came up. Customer service stated she did not close out the register so she had to rescan all my groceries I bagged up. Then she processed my gift card says unable to process. She stated there was something wrong with registers and the gift cards customers were using.
She ran card again. The cashiers were running the card debit instead of credit. I had lots of gift cards I get for Christmas. You go to a store swipe card and it will print the receipt. Customer service told me to call the phone number on the back of the card. I had money on this card. She stated she had other customers to wait on behind me. Which I thought that was rude there was no body behind me but customer service did not help me she told me American express is declining transaction. I went online there was money on that card. This store has the worst customer service they were processing payment as debit I called American express. I had money on my card and the store repeatedly kept running my card debit instead of credit. Once cashier brushed me off go to customer service nobody would help me. Nobody went to management for assistance. I took my purse and my keys and left all my groceries.

I went to Kroger got groceries, went to post office, and taco bell using the same gift card and my transactions were approved.

I am upset with Walmart the employees are not helpful have no people skills no customer service skills and just leave me hanging. I called the store #7020 615-984-0066 at 10:59 am this morning manager was not available I told them I want to talk to a manager asked if they had assistant. They transferred me somewhere some lady answered unprofessionally... yes. I told her it would be nice to identify yourself when you answer she said her name was Ashley in finance I told her my situation at the store. Got nowhere really. She stated when you scan the card you can go to options and change to credit. Nobody ran the transaction I told her the store was processing payment not me. then it would prompt me to enter security code. When you run credit on card all you have to do is swipe the card and the transaction will approve and print your receipt. This store needs to retrain these people they do not know or just don't care to help customers. I am in Walmart a lot the lady that works in self check I didn't see her today. When you have issues they just put you off on somebody. There was nothing wrong with my card. I don't appreciate Walmart employees wasting my time on my day off when they do not even know what they are doing. Where is management in the morning? How can you run and manage a store? I go to this store frequently 3-5 times a week. I am trying to be professional about this situation. What if one of the Walmart employees had a family member issue at the store you just brush them off too. I was failed on so many levels.

Walmart had no carts when I come in plus nothing is never stocked up. Maybe I just need to go to Publix and Kroger for my groceries. Publix has the best customer service.

I am very upset about this today.

Walmart third party vendor, ami ventures, on your website

Ami Ventures sent me a dinky toy, $3.00 value, when I ordered a large fire engine on your website.
When I went to review it the item had been taken down, not surprised.
No resolution was reached. They laughed about ripping me off, and you Walmart ignored my requests
for assistance even after sending you the info and forwarding the taunting emails I received from them.
I no longer trust the Walmart site nor do I believe your mission statement.
With all the scams out there now, it is truly disheartening to find Walmart endorsing, seemingly, another one,
and on such a large scale.

Walmart walmart credit card

Multiple times while shopping at walmart I have heard the people promoting the credit card that if you sign up you'll get $40 off on the first statement. Many times - many employees. I finally signed up. Now my first statement is issued and the customer service person said it isn't true. Shame on you. Luring people with this lie? Not honouring it?! Cancelling credit card asap and will tell whomever I can wherever I can this is only bait.

Walmart tire department

Scheduled a 9am appointment. 1100 tires still not on car. Only 2 tires people who work there wandering around aimlessly. No one can seem to explain. They are understaffed and not even trying to get anything done. No respect for anyone's time. If they just went about their work it would be done long ago. They walk away and wait on other people. What is the point of scheduling an appointment and sitting around so long? The installation fee will not pay the time spent by employees. Tires are not a hard thing to do.

Walmart management discriminate against employees with disabilities

I got hired as a part time associate/cashier. I have been constantly being treated differently and reminded that I am a very slow learner. Instead of understanding my situation and trying to be compassionate while explaining to customers that this associate has disability, they stopped giving me enough hours so i can meet my basic needs. They don't allow other associate to swap or give their shifts to me, because they don't want me to work. They don't want to deal with my disability or like to put extra effort to make me successful at work. I am highly discouraged by their attitude. I am in dire need of job and trying my best to produce the best quality work, but I need support from management. unfortunately, I am not getting it. Please help. I feel very harrassed and bullied because of their attitude.

Walmart since 12/6/2019 unable to use loaded debit card due to unorganized marketing

iI misplaced my walmart card and they sent me a replacemnt and then another one then a fed ex one and now today 12/12/2019 another one and i haven't been able to use my funds my phone off due to bill not paid i owe my mom and daughter ccause these unprofessional clucks cant get [censored] right and they keep giving me the run around and there Csr's laughing I have made over 60 phone calls now the supervisors won't talk to me either I want my funds off this card and I even had to pay a total of 23 dollars to load more money on the card thinking it would somehow activate it none of these cards they send me are working and to top it off they have the nerve to say theY're sorry no the hell there not... I want my $375.54 released from Wal-mat never to do any business with them again period .

Walmart will not honor any warranty

I have put numerous items under warranty and every time i try to exercise the warranty it does not get honored. I filed a claim was told that they send shipping material so i can send it back. Never received shipping material and now warranty is expired. Now i have another item to send back and all i get is run around and hours of time wasted. They should not sell warranty if they are not going to honor it

Walmart Lack of customer service

Tonight I was in the walmart, buying a few things, we were in line, and a customer was having problems using her credit cards, this went on for quite a few moments as she was calling her credit card company also. And it went on. What should have happened, call a manager, have manager take care of customer, while you delete her sale. This did not happen
We then went to the self check out, I asked if we could do gift cards at selfe checkout yes we can. The woman there was very nice and helpful. However I wanted two 25$ gift cards, it would only accept one. This aggravated me to no end, I do understand you are trying to prevent money laundering, but then it allowed me to do this on another sale. Two separate sales and I am not doing money laudering. Come on get your act together. You should have stopped me on the second sale if you were truly trying to prevent any criminal activity. I asked for a manager, but none showed. I will stick to my good walmart on linden st in bethlehem. Your idea of good customer service really is non existant.
