Walmart product (purse)

I purchased a purse off your website. When I opened it the strap was broken. Who wants a new purse with a broken strap? Sent the supplier an email, no reply, sent 4 emails to Walmart, before they told me to call the 1 800 number. And they said they would talk to the supplier. But there is nothing that Walmart can do for me personally. So I'm out my money! Because there's nothing you can do, because the supplier is a third party seller. When I purchased from you, I thought I was buying from Walmart, not some [censored] in china. If I had of know I wasn't buying from you, I wouldn't have purchased anything. I would have bought from Amazon, because if you have any problems, they refund your money the next day. it's been almost 2 weeks, and you won't refund me. It should state that before you check out.

Walmart store manager scott henderson

He is bias unfair violate my civil rights violate my freedom of speech library and scott unwilling to work anything out with me 2 co mangers denise and greg took me off schedule and told me i'm off schedule it's been 3 years I have been working. My only thing I was doing was seeing what health insurance coverage I had I was full-time with wal-mart greg and denise turn it in to coaching mean while scott let cap2 associates harnessing me slader me saying I hurt children witch I never did it hurt anybody I was nice to associates and mangers all customers a 1 💯 I was told by another wal-mart latrobe pa and sam's club and lowe's greensburg pa wal-mart? I am their property no one else can hire me I have been trying to talk to the market manger carol williams but scott henderson told me. I'm not allowed in the store. Not right 😢😢why you say I didn't go to personnel manger for she was my girlfriend and she it would have been seen special treatment david that why I went to greg & denise 😿😿

This is settled I wait for a call back a authority figure from Wal-Mart that fair and honest since I posted my complaint I was contacted by many great managers and I also would get contacted by Karen Defilippo and her husband harassing threatening me this was frightening and scary since I only want to get back to work and let things be I be happy to work at another Wal-Mart or Sams club away from Karen Defilippo I talk to chat with many great corporate home office associates relations and I found out I was suspended from Wal-Mart and that I could return I have no problem with Wal-Mart only Karen I ask is she really the best manager my reputation destroyed by her over this for Wal-Mart I want nothing but to forget about all and maybe they talk to her and say do your job thank you God bless you🇺🇸🗽✌😘😁

Walmart walmarts lack of care, compassion and consideration to their loyal customers

I am not only a loyal customer to all Walmart Stores but a previous employee. I never thought in a million years that Walmart leaders and those in charge were so heartless.
I went to the Walmart store located at 970 Strickland Bridge Rd in the city of Fayetteville, NC. I was walking to the front door of the store and walked across the landscape area in the parking lot when they spread mulch. As I stepped down onto the parking lot I stepped on a piece of wooden musch and twisted my foot causing a fracture of the fifth metatarsal bone...lots of pain. I contacted Walmart management and filed a report hoping that they would at least offer to pay for my medical bills and maybe a gift card to say how sorry they are that happened to me on their premises. To no avail I didn't even get a concerned heart to say I'm glad you are okay and didn't fall. Nothing except "Walmart is not responsible and I should have looked where I was stepping". Yes I should have looked but then who is watching the cars that drive in and out of the parking lot? Looking down at my foot may have prevented the fracture but then a car could have hit me because I wasn't looking up.

I was also told by the store manager that they don't have anyone to maintain the parking lot and that musch even get's blown around by the wind. I believe that if they have someone putting that mulch in their parking lot they should have someone maintaining it and/or putting a little barrier around the tree area where all that mulch is put down now I will need to get a cast :>(

I have learned that as people and customers who support, Walmart management including those in corporate only care about us coming in and spending money which keeps them in business. I am extremely ticked and will do everything in my power not to shop at Walmart ever again and if any of you reading this review can do the same Walmart won't be so high and mighty and treat people like business as usual. Without us, the customer they have no business.

Walmart could have offered something to show that they care instead they only offered everything that shows that don't give a care AT ALL and I am truly disappointed in them not only as a provider but as a people that should care about others. I am 70 years old and have never had a broken bone in my body until now. What if it were your mother?

You were careless and did not watch where you were walking? Why should they pay for your medical bills. Why should they apologize? Why should they offer you a gift card. If you cannot afford to buy what you want do not get it. No need for them to give you a gift card because you cannot afford to shop there. No need for them to pay for your medical bills because YOU were careless and cannot afford the bills. Not only do you want your medical bills paid, but a gift card and apology because YOU were careless. Also you are en ex employee. Obviously you did not leave on good terms.

Walmart eyewear adjustment

I was visiting Casa Grande AZ recently and needed my glasses adjusted. I had bought the eyeglass frames at another Walmart location in North Dakota but because I was out of state I went to the vision center in the Casa Grande location. They crazed both of my lenses ehile attempting to adjust my eyeglass frames which I only recently purchased and paid $345 at my local optometrists office so I ended up having to get 2 new lenses. Obviously the woman did not know what she was doing. If you are wondering what crazed is its tiny cracks in both lenses

Walmart black & decker toaster oven

My warranty has not expired. I purchased a two year warranty for the Black & Decker Toaster Oven from our local Walmart. It stopped heating and then it finally stopped working. I tried to file a claim. It says something about nothing to be done. What is the warranty for then? I figure it should be replaced for a new one. If not, warranties are a rip off. We even bought a new one. The price went up on it too.

Walmart capital one mastercard

Recently Capital One took over from GE Synchrony Bank. I was a loyal cardholder for many years and ALWAYS paid the balance on the 3rd of each month. I paid the balance of $75.80 on 10/03/2019. Capital One changed the account number (went from the last four digits of 2638 to 3231). They then said my balance was due on 10/19/19. I paid the full amount thinking that I would end up with a credit of $75.80. Now I see Capital One did not credit the payment made to 2638.

I have spent countless hours between Synchrony Bank, PayBill and Capital One. If and when this is resolved, I am going to close the Capital One Walmart Card out!

Walmart needs to look into Capital One. They definitely are going to lose customers such as myself. I will be submitting a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in the near future. Also, the BBB and all facets of Social Media! Walmart made a big mistake letting Capital One take out the credit card operation!

Same here, I really don't like Capita lone Walmart card! My Synchrony Bank card was always organized and kept me up to date on everything. I canceled a Capital One money market account months ago and when Walmart changed my account to Capital One it was a mess because I had an old account...I want Synchrony BACK if not I will cancel my account also!

Walmart bait and switch when purchasing products from inside store

1 is way too high for the abuse from Walmart. There is no such thing as professionalism. There is no such thing as ethics, honoring advertisement claims, there is a great deal of bait and switch on their website and stores. When one complains to the fake customer service the staff promotes lies to make it self look good for the cameras. When one complains to the questionable customer service, it is Walmart's policy to blame the customer and not the employees.

I wanted to purchase some products from the store and they charge higher prices when you go into the store and prices on the internet are not honored if you want to purchase the product in person.

Due to the major problems with this questionable I have moved all my prescriptions with Walmart to CVS. Good riddance.

Walmart the "whole" store, but mainly the grocery dept.

I am a consumer and vendor for this Walmart, and would like to remain anonymous.
I work on the weekends in the grocery department and almost every Sunday, the shelves are pretty much empty. It is really embarrassing to walk into a store where you work and see so many bare shelves. Whenever I ask a few of the employees why it's like this, they say because of "management" and that they can only do so much by themselves. The customers complain to me or have the look of discussed and just shake their heads and say, "This is why I hate coming in here (the shelves are always empty"! And, it is always filthy. I think it is sad that a families have to come to shop on Sundays (after church, a lot of them) and can't find a lot of the stuff they need to start their weeks off with.
I have even seen carts full of merchandise (returns, I suspect) with melting ice cream, and complained, and the next day, it would still be in the grocery area.
Not only is the store dirty, the women's bathroom is usually broken and filthy. The poor janitors work as hard as they can, but they have a lot to do with little or no help.
The kitchen areas are nasty and hard to work in, there is really no excuse for things to be like this, as far as I am concerned. I think if some of the customers were to go back there (especially produce and meat depts.), they would be absolutely disgusted and probably would not shop there. I'm only there because I have to work there!
As a vendor, working back in the warehouse is horrible. Junk is everywhere and nobody seems to care! I work at several of the Walmarts in town, and none as bad as this one. The other stores kitchens are also pretty clean and I don't mind using their sinks and/or work areas.
I like my job and do not wish to lose it due to this complaint, but this should be brought to someones attention and management is not the one to talk to (in my view, because some do not seem to give a flip).

Walmart newport cartoons

I am John, I went to Murphy Walmart gas station and forget my ID at home, and I told two ladies work there that I can ask my wife if she send me pic of my license, but they refuse it, after 10 mins I send my wife there with her ID proof and they still refused it, they didn't sell Newport two cartoons to her and she is 30 years old with driving license, it was really Embarrass for her and they were said it's Suspicious Buying Newport's cartoons, and they don't greet yo anyone with full of attitude it was two black ladies have no manners how to talk to customers, we live next to that store in Casey court apartments,

Walmart ville, platte la 70586

This was the most embarrassed football party I every had I purchased 40 2 litter bottles of Coca Cola Saturday morning for the LSU VS Mississippi State football party every bottle was completely flat it tasted like Pepsi we had to throw all 40 bottles of Coca Cola this wasn't the first time it happened we have purchased cases of Coca Cola at Sam's had a few flat nothing worth complaining about I thought but after Saturday I was so embarrassed we love Coca Cola in this house maybe it's time to try something new.

Walmart delivery

Same here, I placed an order almost a month ago and still no TV (75in) they said got lost in transit so they ordered a new one and that too got lost. It's disgusting I don't know what to do. I don't want a refund so I'm being patient but I have a feeling it'll never show up they have issued me a partial refund for the inconvenience but I rather my tv! UPDATE: This replacement order has ALSO been lost! I’m livid and officially done with Walmart! There is no way a 75in tv gets lost not once but twice...no reasoning! But the store magically has 2 in stock as of today but it’s not my order! And if I want it from the store I have to buy it again! Pissed off!

Walmart associate donte check out in garden centre

11.30 am approx. waiting in line, a women behind me pushed her cart into me, when I looked at her she said nothing, than did it again a second time, at which point I told her to watch what see was doing, her replay it was hard,

when I got to check out Donte, intentionally spoke with the women, on a friendly basis, when I asked him why he didn't greet me, he said if I am being rude he wont check, my purchase out, I asked him again he said no, I walked to the other end of store to check out #ref1042000314

walked back to Garden spoke with Glenda, who said she was his manager,
asked me what took place explained the above, Glenda showed no interest in my complaint?,

USA has a real racist problem, Black Americans against white people, all 3 of the people involved in this complaint, are Black, evident by Donte's action me telling the women to watch where she was going, than refusing to check my purchases out, the job you employee him to do?

Why would I ever shop at Walmart again, I'd like too hear your response.

Some Walmart's do not have self checkout. As for the idiot that kept pushing her cart. Too bad a baby was not in the cart, because little Sally or Johnny would be on the floor and mommy would be screaming. The first time is an accident. Second time, it's on.

Walmart eyeglasses

I fell and broke my ankle and called the vision center from the hospital and said I would be there to pick up my glasses as soon as I could. I was told that would be ok. I was home only 2 weeks and I got a phone call at 7:00 pm saying that they were going to ship my glasses to me via UPS because "they can only hold them for so long" I have a Medical problem with my ankle! You would think they could be more flexible! I can't go ANYWHERE and I am in a Wheel chair! I said I would be there when I could to pick them up, afterall I did pay for them. There is no reason for them to do this to me! I got them through UPS, but what about them fitting right? Adjustments? I wont be able to go anywhere for weeks! This is not right!

Walmart phone service receipt

Well this was 9/30/19 time 19:45 my mother paid for a straight talk phone card they said they gave her a service receipt pin. Which we didn't happen to look tell we got home and we live 45 minutes away from the bemidji so she called and lady said oh sorry I know it here so sorry plz bring your receipt in the am. Which we did and once we got there was the biggest rudest *hole manger said I look at the camera and she gave her 2 receipt and she put them in her pocket.. And I said yea one for the phone card transaction n one for the other stuff we got and paid for shouldn't they be a 3rd receipt then with the sevice pin and he got all pink and very rudely left us standing there and another worker came n said cops are gonna be called I ask for what all she said n walk away... And I ask for that worker who suppose to remember seeing the receipt still there last night and they said sorry can't give out that information. And I ask what information is that.. Wow and after long time of waiting for someone to help us another [censored] far a far said gotta call straight talk.. Which is another. Waste of time and my mother being a elder in a wheel chair.. How they try to put her as a laying thief is very [censored]ing rude...

Walmart sporting department

Hi,
This is the second year in a row that I could not purchase a N.J. Hunting license. Store #5414 isa regisitered agent for issueing State hunting license. First off, no one is ever working in the sporting department that must be why they have a "push button for service" mounted to the check out counter. I pressed it once, waited 5 minutes. Pressed it again and waited 5 more minutes and after a third time and waiting someone finally showed up (Nicky). I told Nicky I needed a license and like last year, "The printer's down." Nicky further stated "I had a sign up, but they keep taking it down, so I'm not putting it back up." I believe the State supplies (free of charge) the store/agents with all the equipment and supplies to issuse licenses. And if there was a problem with the printer would have replaced it with a working one. I suspect it may be hesitation on the worker because of what might be involved if it was a "first time" licensee. Its a shame that at this time of the year when the hunting season is starting that problems with the equipment happens. Maybe corporate should send "Mystery Shoppers" (undercover employees) to check on stores to see if their services are up to par. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Walmart walmart did not replace defective bb gun which broke after the third discharge.

I bought a Beeman P17 BB pistol that fired 3 times. When I returned it to the store to get another one, a store credit or my money, I was told that all firearm sales are final. The store manager was callas and did not care that I was a loyal Walmart customer, spending over $600 a year there. My receipt stated "No return for ammunition purchases. It did not mention guns. The signs posted where guns are stored reads: "All Firearm and Ammunition sales are final." Under the Federal Law, a pellet gun is not a firearm. Liability for false advertisement aside, Walmart should take responsibility when it places a defective product in US commerce. Furthermore, a responsible company, which Walmart isn't one, should not shaft loyal unsuspecting consumers with lousy junk products that do not work.
BYCOTT WALMART. I will never give Walmart another penny worth of business. Neither should you!

Walmart 45 straight talk card

A friend bought the card for me yesterday the card was pick pocketed out of my back pocket while walmart goes through their check you bag before you leave the store. which is clearly unlawful. but the sheep just go along with it. went back in the evening and the manager basically viewed the tape and stated that it was given to me. If I lost it or it got stolen in there store not their problem no phone very worried. have no more money to get another clearly this is theft completely. I actually don't want to let this one go I think that a remedy should be put in place otherwise Walmart get s the Okay to steal from the citizens so does straght talk.

Walmart Tv service plane

We purchased the TV at the above store, it quit working and we called the service plane number even if this is not through Walmart it was sold through Walmart.
TV went out on 9/21/2019 today is 10/3/2019 and we are still waiting on a box to send TV back . I was told this would be fixed in ten days, ten days out and not even a box to return TV .I have tired over 20 times to file complaint on line with service company, but their site will not take info I was told it is down, has been from first time I contacted it on 9/21/2019. After a 20 minute wait on phone again today I was told someone will contact me in TWO days
because this is a priority ?
I never buy these planes, but because it was through Walmart I thought it would be different. I was wrong.

Walmart store manager

I was previously employed at store 1702. I stopped working there in march 2019 after giving my 2 weeks notice and was told I wouldn't have issues returning to work if I desired to in the future. I chose to quit to deal with unresolved issues concerning my husband's death in 2018. While I did not reapply to 1702 I was contacted about returning. When I inquired about it with the store manager she responded with the most disgusting attitude and only said "I don't know anything about that." I did not ask anyone for my job back so why lead me on for 3 weeks and still give me no definitive answer and then be rude to me on top of it. It is my current misfortune to currently have a loved one who might be battling cancer. I do not need this unnecessary drama. I considered returning to work to ensure i'd be able to help support this person through this and not only do I not have an actual answer, I was gravely disrespected for no apparent reason. If I wasn't wanted, why was I called? I literally have to wake up every mornings ing and check to see if some I care deeply about is still alive. Do you think this is appropriate behavior for your store manager. I thankfully have other job offers and this isn't about me getting the job. Your store manager is supposed to be the best face of your company. Basic customer service and human decency teach us that we never know what people are going through and all people should be treated with respect and dignity. Clearly someone missed that lesson.
