Walmart No Motorized Shopping Cart for disables at Walmart at 8500 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714

Walmart at 8500 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714 does not have any Motorized Shopping Cart for disables.
My husband needs that to shop and every time we went to the store, we couldn't find any. He had to sit until I finished shopping.
3 weeks ago, we discovered that there is 0 Motorized Shopping Cart for disables.
I think it is absolutely necessary that the store provides this service for disables.

Walmart Customer threats from management

Parked in the "pick-up" lane @ Walmart today. I am fed up with every other parking space being reserved for somebody. Handicapped parking, I do not have a problem with but maybe Walmart should consider leaving some parking for customers. Went inside to shop, over the intercom comes this message "move your vehicle from the pick-up lane or it will be towed" Did not appreciate being threatened while spending money in a store in an area known for high unemployment and economic problems. Found management and informed the man who refused to give me his name that I did not appreciate being threatened while trying to shop. My money is as green as anybody else and he could reserve parking for the rest of Walmart customers. Denied this happened. Informed him he was lying. Stated "I wasn't the person who actually made the announcement." I informed him he was management and responsible. He stated if I parked in the pick-up lane I was wrong. I left and shopped @ Save-A-Lot. I know Walmart does not care but I do not believe I am the only person spending less @ Walmart these days due to parking issues, having to check myself out half the time and their overall attitude. Attempted to call Walmart, hung up on me because I would not tell them my age; none of your business Walmart. Another call was directed to their medical department who informed me they couldn't help me but they could sell me something absolutely free.

Desired outcome: Stop threatening your customers Walmart and consider leaving us a few parking spaces and hire people to man all those check out lanes that you never had any intention of using

I'm so sorry you had such a terrible experience while shopping at Walmart.

In order to allow each of the customers access to your local Walmart, there are parking spots designated for specific customers. It's important that everyone respect these designations. When this doesn't happen, Walmart tries to contact the offender before towing.

Parking space is destinated for pick up only. It's the holidays, expect parking lot crowds. Pick up parking is strictly for online pickups.

Walmart store at 5334 has a sewage leak that has been leaking into the break room. For over a month now So disgusting that the backroom has a foul odor.

Walmart Retail online store

THIS IS VERY ANGRY, LOCATION: PHOENIX ARIZONA

Let the public knows WALMART KEPT ON MAKING CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL staff fault attitude in order to keep up the name. THIS IS NO WAY TO DO IT. THANK YOU. Your store needed and clear out and restock, everything. Very dirty.

I ordered grocery from Walmart in these two three months through the online direct delivery. But at least three time in my memories that the delivery can not do his job and left the grocery where he think is suitable and comfortable but instead of my address, that I have made the instruction very clear on the client and Walmart portal.

AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICES is the most noisy and worst in politeness. I have no more good wish for Walmart. I think it Phoenix, AZ particular place if you need a delivery, it is probably meet the delivery guy in some place like the large area that easily to be seen, so there will be no more disgust ion embarrassment that will cause serious heart health issue and problem to the customer.

And the most worst part is the customer service staff lied on refund policy and terms. And lied on sending email paper confirmation of what has reported and solved about customer quires. And play around with Walmart refund credit money against the customer. And the English is even worst, they are using unacceptable own language skill in degrading woman or other customer servicing staff at Walmart continued against customer and without direct responding to the issue and problem that has caused a serious inconvenience to make a online NO CONTACT DELIVERY order. Every time they can not delivery probably, they attack customer called for complaint issue because THEY THINK YOU, YOU make their work day no fun and they never ask for help at their work place supervisor and just shot the dam ugly communication towards customer.

WALMART PLEASE STOP MAKING ANYMORE INNOVATIVE OR PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD SERVICE advertisement to the public please. AND ALL THAT IS NOT TRUE. Please make other people lives easier by downgrading your retail store to a more uncivilized culture store.

Desired outcome: I think Phoenix, AZ has political crisis, people rob at work place. WE CUSTOMER LOOK SCARY, NEED TO INFORM YOU, please send more executive to control the store. AMEN.

Walmart Diguo coffee maker

I went on Walmart.ca and ordered two items. Not knowing one was from a third party.
Got my confirmation email.
Few days went by so I decided to check tracking progress and only one product showed tracking.concerned I contacted customer service and they gave me a tracking number. Found out it was only a shipping label. Which no longer exist. Every day I contact Walmart and get same run around. No real acknowledgement and no refund. Did some digging.found out this address for company has many fraudulent companies listed to it. Have the multiple names the owner goes by and many phone numbers. Made formal complaint with BBB and emailed CEO of Walmart Canada. I am now looking to make formal complaint with RCMP fraud investigation and take Walmart to small claims court. Absolutely disgraceful that a billion dollar company feels it's in the right to steal money from customers on a regular basis from what I'm reading online.

Walmart great value water

Dec 2nd I was opening a bottle of great value water and I felt a sharp pain in my left thumb.I looked and saw a blue piece of plastic sticking out of my thumb, it was bleeding and very painful.I pulled it out and had to wrap it as I am on blood thinners and had to be very careful.I looked at the bottle and it has a very sharp ridge that could cut .Dec 3rd my thumb is still hurting and is very red, My name is Patricia lippai----423 Mckenzie St, Wpg, Mb, R2W5B6

Walmart Customer service and delivery

I have been a Walmart plus users for a while now and it's very convenient but the drivers have mess up my order multiple times they delivered my groceries to the wrong address several times and when you call Walmart customer care they are not able to help you they instead in getting you a refund for your order and you have to reorder all your items over the customer care is horrible the employee do not know much

Walmart Kids shoes

After two days of wearing at school, the paint on the front of the boots began to peel off. I put them in a bag and since this store is far from me and I had three months left to return the shoes, I did not go to return them immediately. Two weeks later, when I had time to go to this store, I brought them back and brought them to the customer service. When I laid out the shoes from the bag in front of the employee, she immediately stated that since the paint on the shoes had peeled off, she could not return them, I said that this is the reason why I want to return them - the paint peeled off after two days at school, to which she stated that "I don't believe the paint peeled off in two days." After she repeated this three times in a row, I asked to call any other employee and she called the manager and before I said anything to the manager she shouted to her from a distance that "I don't believe the paint peeled off in two days." After hearing three more times that "they do not believe that the paint peeled off in two days," I left with the shoes that were bought for the child to school, but which the child does not want and cannot wear to school because the paint peeled off on them in two days.

Walmart Great value water

I am not complaining about the water but the bottle it came in. I was opening a bottle Dec 2, 2021, at 1pm and I felt a sharp pain in my thumb. Walmart Computer and clothing

I did two online orders with Walmart. A refurbished computer and some sweatsuits for my daughter. Well three out of the four sweatsuits came in and showed order complete. Walmart tried to call the vender(was never a mention of the vender being China) and they didn't get an answer., I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours by the vender to do a return. That is just great because now that money is tied up for days waiting to sent this low quality trash back. Then the computer I ordered came short the cables to hook up the dual monitor. For three days I have been trying to get that straightened out only to be told again that Walmart would send a reqest for this vender to get in touch with me. Very sorry doing business where you have to have your money tied up and the site you bought from, IE:Wallmart Online has zero control over what they advertise and sell.

Walmart Delivery Service has become terrible

I have used Walmart home delivery for about a year. I know they use 3rd party delivery drivers, but something has to be done if they want to continue in the home delivery business. I have, more than once, had my groceries delivered to the wrong house (including today, 12/2/2021). I was able to contact the driver today to inform her, she did not speak English and didn't understand what I was trying to tell her….hoping she could go back to where she left my groceries and maybe get my order (including ice cream) to me. I've also experienced multiple delays up to 6 hours…order number [protected] most recently. Store number is 4262.
I have no idea what is going on with the process, but something most certainly needs to change to continue with my business. I also use Instacart with other stores locally and never have I had a complaint.

Desired outcome: Improved and dependable delivery service of my online grocery orders, not a excuses.

Walmart delivery

I ordered from the Sikeston, Missouri store to be delivered to my porch door.
I have received part of my order twice. Each time FedEx left the package
30 feet from my front door near the public walkway. A passerby could easily take. I am 93 years old and not able to bring them up steps to porch. Before packages have been left on porch. If this is how packages are to be delivered, I will have to order from someone that uses U.S. Mail or UPS to deliver.
Package delivered 11/30/21. Package was small. I t was to be delivered tomorrow so just happen to look out and see it. Have another package due December 2, 2021. Hope it will be on porch.

Walmart Updating my Walmart Account with a new land line.

I live at a independent living facility. I do not have a cell phone. I have only a land line and a computer. You can not get a text on a land line. I verified my account with my new number and it sends a text. I have been trying for a month to change my account to the correct phone number. Call after call and no results. I verified my email address.

There are seniors that do not have cell phones. You verification process for a phone will never work with a land line. No one gets it.

Walmart Website for grocery

I am a disabled veteran and I have had to shop for my groceries online and do the pickup option. In the past two years I have had minimal problems and never with the website, however lately the last few months I have been unable to shop on your website. The site is very slow and it has to reboot the site several times. The items say they cannot add at this time, then when I refresh it posts it to my cart. When pulling up my cart the items pull up in this tiny little picture I can't see them. I am using a 17" laptop screen and have superfast internet. I use to love the price of your items but with the website problems I have found myself going to Amazon and Publix for my food and other goods. Please fix this as soon as possible or fire your new website person. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Faster Internet, less connectivity problems and to identify pickup or grocery first before placing the order.

Walmart prepaid visa card

i bought $1600 in Prepaid Visa Card. I wanted to return the card and get my Madison, MS and Jackson, MS. I purchased the card from Jackson, MS. The website says card can be returned but neither location would give me my money back for the card so I have to figure out how to get my money back. My name is Sallie Johnson [protected]. You have to call the customer service number on back of card. Walmart doesn't refund those cards. It's their policy.

Walmart EVOO EVOO Gaming 15.6” Laptop Order Cancelled To Force Purchase at Higher Price

I purchased an EVOO Gaming 15.6" Laptop, FHD, 144Hz, Intel Core i7-10750H Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, THX Spatial Audio, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, RGB Backlit Keyboard, HD Camera, Windows 10 Home, Black for $999.00 in a pre-Black Friday sale on my app. I had everything shipped to me and realized the computer was not in the shipment. I contacted Walmart and they said OnTrac had it. It was ordered 11/13/2021 and 11/14/2021 OnTrac got the shipping info but not the package. It is now 11/26/2021 and they still didn't get the package. I asked Walmart to send me a new one but they said they can't because it is out of stock. It is actually in stock but it is now $1299.99 so they refuse to send it to me and gave me a refund that takes 10 business days to get to me! I am FURIOUS!

Walmart Keurig - K Duo

Hi, I recently purchased a Keurig K Duo coffee maker from Walmart's online website on Nov 8th [protected] and upon receival it came with a malfunction.
I tried to exchange it in the store #1125 Stratford, Ont., but they told me that I would only be able to return, not exchange it.
This was unacceptable because the price has increased since, and Walmart would not honor the sale price from when I purchased it online. Customer service center told me you would not do this because the product I purchased was from marketplace.
Keurig, for me, is the most reliable and well-known product in the market. However, I am afraid this could generate a negative impact on your reputation. I am not pleased with Walmart's service and expected to obtain a new product since the original purchase was not functional.
I will hold on future purchases from Walmart and if the issue can't also be addressed by Keurig, will do the same with them. Furthermore, I will make sure my friends and family are aware of this situation.

Walmart Pharmacy staff

This is regarding my visit today 11-22-2021 to the Chino, California store visiting the pharmacy. In July of 2021 I took a valid prescription for my pain medication to this pharmacy. I was told they didn't have the medication in stock. Let me remind you I have been getting it filled here for 3 years. Today I was told that this pain medication wouldn't be prescribed for my medical condition. How do your pharmacists think they have the right to humiliate people and override a doctors prescription. And if there was any question about my prescription why didn't they contact my doctor? I was treated like a low life drug addict when there was no reason for this. Who are they to treat loyal customers like this ? I would like to see something gets done about this matter.

Walmart customer service

im staring at about 30 employees walking in circles practically around the customer service area as i walk to make a return for a phone case i bought 5 minutes earlier. customer service lady comes up and says that they close service at 10 it's 10:15 and as i try to explain my problem she doesn't want to listen so she cuts me off to tell me that none of these 30 employees i see kicking rocks can give me a damn return on my phone case.

Unfortunately it happens. She should have taken care of you but at same time, then everyone else doing a return would pop up. Once they shut down, there's a time frame where they have to do the register's money and paperwork etc. It is what it is. She could have made an exception if they hadn't taken her drawer, but if her drawer has been taken up, there was nothing she could do. She could have been nicer about it though.
