Wall & Associates Tax Consultants / Relief review: Did not perform as they said in contract 2

I had an tax issue arise from 2009 and met with a representive for Wall & Associates in 2011 and signed a contractual aggreement with them. They stated that it could take up to six or eight months to handle this issue and for the $2000.00 down payment and $300.00 a month they would ensure that a settlement would be made with IRS that I could pay and my pay checks would not be levied. After waiting and paying them for over one and a half years and waiting I am over $8000.00 inthe holoe and not close to any type 0f settlement or closure. Whenever I made contact by phone with them I never got to speak to the same person, and the only update they would ever give me is they are working on it. I am to the point now where I have stopped paying the monthly payment due th the fact tha the IRS sent me a letter stating they had recieved an offer of compromise in my behalf of one dollar and they wound consider it and possible make a decision by November which could mean leving my checks or other things. I have not recieved any satisfaction from deaing with Wall & Associates and think they have ben scaming me for the past year and half and I only hope that I can help prevent other individuals from falling for there lies and losing their money.
