On Sunday, 11/17/19 at 11:25AM my 60+ year old husband was treated with disrespect by the 20/30 something year old manager. He told her there were no paper towels in the men's rest room and there was a white powder on the floor and appliances (from construction?). He had wet hands and powder on his dress slacks when he asked to speak to the manager. The store manager walked away while my husband was speaking and did not acknowledge his complaint. A more customer friendly response would have been to offer paper towels and to say that she would look into the situation.
