Walgreens - Photo book

In January 9, 2023 I went to Walgreens located in Arlington, Tx at the intersection of Arkansas and Bowen. Using their equipment, I selected specific pictures on my phone to be printed in a book format. Walgreens required payment at that time so I paid for it.

On February 22, 2023 I received a call from them saying it arrived (almost 2 months later). The following day, March 1st, I went to the store to pick it up. At first, they were not able to locate it. After searching for 30+ minutes they located it under the counter.

Upon receipt of the book, I immediately explained it was not the correct book so a manager was called up to the photo area of the store. She told me she would fix it free of charge but it would take a few days.

Today, Match 16,2023 I went to pick it up only to find nothing was done. Because of this, I will NOT trust any Walgreens with my business going forward and share my experience with others to ensure they NEVER shop there so they will not have a similar experience. SINCERELY VERY UPSET CUSTOMER.

Desired outcome: To have the correct book prepared and or refunded the full amount spent in the book.

Walgreens - transfer, lying about me quitting

I have been employed for Walgreen's from 2008 to 2014. In April, I put in for a store transfer to Santa Rosa, California.I contacted store 6722, community leader, Troy Ingold. He told me that he couldn't make a decision until he spoke to my community leader, AJ Everest. Mr. Ingold sent AJ a request that wanted a copy of my employee evaluation. AJ forwarded Mr. Ingold's request to Jaime Suanez, Loss Prevention Manager for District 215. Jaime told AJ that he wasn't allowed to send it because it was illegal to do so.
The next thing I know, both community leaders, district managers (Dan Kidson and Shari Mc Inaney) and both Loss Prevention Managers all started corresponding with each other.
On May 28th, AJ approached me at the store and informed that my store transfer was denied because of my employee evaluation. He told me that it was a "really ###" thing to have happen to me, but, not to get disgruntled over it. When I arrived to California, I tried to contact Troy Ingold. He was on vacation, so, I spoke to Claudia his ASM. I explained the situation to her. She put me on hold and contacted Dan Kidson. She got back on the phone with me and informed me that the transfer was denied and they were sticking to their decision.
On July 2, I applied for public assistance (e.g. food stamps, Medical, etc) I sent AJ Everest an Employment Verification form to clarify that my store transfer was denied and that I DID NOT resign. AJ put on the form that I moved to California and voluntarily resigned. I DID NO SUCH THING! I need the public assistance since I no longer have benefits through Walgreen's. I
I am asking Walgreen's to rectify this problem!
