Walgreens I am complaining about the use of my 20% coupon for purchasing the red nose promotional item.

On 5/3/19, I purchased a red nose for the promotion to help end Child Poverty. I received a 20% coupon to use on my next purchase that exceeds $10. So I went to use the coupon today, (5/4/19) and was not able to use the coupon because I was purchasing cigarettes along with some other items, [pantyhose & alka seltzer]. I asked the cashier to ring the cigarettes separately, to try and use the coupon. I do understand that the "novelty" item might be excluded, but the I was still not able to use the coupon. I asked if I needed to use the coupon where I purchased the red nose and she stated that shouldn't matter. I'm confused because the coupon state that I had to purchase specific items nor did it state I had to use the coupon at the place of issue. This was an inconvenience for me because I made the purchases depending on the discount offered but not given. I want to know why so that I can use the coupon before it expires. This experience was very frustrating for me.

Walgreens pharmacy

I have had nothing but unsatisfactory service from your store in Rapid City South Dakota on Mountain View Road, I have given them the same instructions every time I call in and they still manage to mess up when I can get through on the phone as the person who answers the phone does not seem to understand ENGLISH, I ask for pharmacy and she wants to know why I want pharmacy and goes into a tirade of questions about why I want to talk to them, well I wanted to find out what prescription was supposed to be ready as I had not called one in for refill. I have been having problems with the pharmacy on filling prescriptions I have requested that they only fil a one (1) month supply as it puts a strain on my budget to fill it with a 4 month supply, I have said that very wording to everyone who answers the phone. So I am writing to you in hopes that you can educate them or fire them as they are making dangerous mistakes if they cannot read or understand the instructions given.

Walgreens customer service

On 4-29-19 @6:15 pm I waited for 10 minutes at the drive through and nobody waited on me. I could see employee however never came to window to help me. On 4-30-18 @ 7:40 am waited again had to ring bell before anyone I was helped. Very bad service. You need better employees or something this store has went down hill and continues going down hill. I did call on 4-29-19 @ 6:30 to complain employee hang up on me.

Walgreens online ordering

Unfortunately, this is my last hurrah with Walgreens. The online orders have been broken since March 27, 2019 (per a customer service supervisor). I placed my order April 13, 2019, and have only received 1/2 of the order. The ETA is sometime between now and infinity for the rest of the order. No one cares there. Spoke with Corporate Consumer Complaints and got the same story...it's out of our control and we're working as fast as we can but have no idea when it will be fixed or when you'll get the remainder of your order. Apparently, management doesn't have the right people involved to implement a new warehouse fulfillment system and they don't have the right people to fix it either. The "kiss off" attitude with everyone I have spoken to tells me they would rather I go to CVS or Amazon or someplace else. So, I'm transferring my prescriptions and will never step foot in another Walgreens again.

Walgreens pharmacy - bela cruz in the villages

on 4-20 and 4-22 called to check on prescription, got recording for 15 minutes that staff was busy with other customers. Also for months the Pharmacy appears to be under staffed as it takes as long as 15 minutes for the drive through with a couple of cars ahead. Inside similar delays as there is always a line of 4-6 people waiting to pick prescription. I do not know who controls staffing for the Pharmacy, but you need more bodies.

Walgreens pharmacy prescription medication

Walgreens in Las Vegas Nevada at 6390 Boulder Hwy., Las Vegas Nv 89122 . I am making a complaint on the above Walgreens I turned in my scripts on April 4, 2019 I called on April 20, 2019 so I could pickup my medication the next day in which it was due Since Walgreens now wont release some medication until the 30th day and understanding they only give you a 30 day supply so then your out. Well when I call the Pharmacist on duty (A) tells me that even though they have had my script for 2 weeks they cant refill it on time cause the Good Fill Clause. I explained to her this should of been done when I first turned it in cause now I will be without the medication that I need for the next 3 days cause its the Easter Weekend. This was their fault for not staying on top of what they needed to be done and penalizing me for their mistake. This is the worst pharmacy cause this isn't the first complaint that I have had with them either but my insurance only covers this one in my area unless I want to drive further. I seriously thought Medical Professionals where supposed to care and help people. Not just treat them and street them and I am a father of 2 with a wife that is stay at home cause she has her own medical problems and now I am unable to get my medications because of their mistake and I am penalized for it by not having medication for almost 3 days and needing to try and work to provide for my family. Something needs to be done it shouldn't be this way when you have legitimate prescriptions

What amazes me is that my doctor changed my script order from one dexilant per day to two I was suppose to be able to pick this medication up on the 5th of april was told to go ahead and take it twice daily because insurance companies dont usually lie and that it would be able to be refilled on the 5th what a crook of ****. Walgreens piss poor service

These [censored] clowns lost my prescription for four days. On the fourth day when I showed up to pick up my prescriptions, they tell me its not ready and that I need to circle the building and let the two people behind me go around me. They gave no apology, and were strait up rude to me about it as though I was making it inconvenient for them when they had four days to get it ready. So I called in a complaint and there store manager called me back the next day and told me what they did was OK that they did nothing wrong. I asked for his supervisors number and he hung up on me.

Last time these [censored] will have my business!

Walgreens prescription request

Unbelievable how unknowing this staff that is dispensing life saving drugs are ! Last month I ordered several prescriptions by website on a Sunday 3/24/2019. I had a Dr appointment on Tuesday and just waited to pick up the new prescriptions my appointment on the 12th would have. I took my time approximately 1 hour to arrive . Nothing ready ! Even the prescriptions from Sunday. I spoke to the Tech/caused and was told they would do them and would be about a half an hour. I walked around the store then I drove for a haircut then filled my car with gas, I also stopped at local scuba shop to have 3 tanks filled. I returned to the Walgreens and still has to wait. Finally they called me and said it was too early to fill one I knew this was not correct but after putting up with this mess I paid for and left . I was told the prescription i needed would be ready tomorrow evening. As I arrived home i received a text an email saying the prescription was ready to pick up ! It is almost 10 miles each way and decided to go without, even though I did have withdrawal symptoms. Today, 4/9/2019 I received a text and email saying a prescription was ready. I had another Dr appointment so I would just go after that. I arrived at the Walgreens who said the prescription that was texted ready to pick up is ready but I have to wait 2 more days to get bit along with another medication that they messed up last month. When I returned home I get an email and a text stating the prescription is ready to pick up ! I called and was told it is ready but not to pick up. It's sad that life saving drugs are controlled by [censored]s ! The only reason I have not pulled out and have used a competent Pharmacy is i have 11 prescriptions and that makes it difficult to di. I can not continue to have possible life threatening withdrawals due to incompetence !

Walgreens pharmacy problems

Walgreens used to be the
go to for prescriptions but since the beginning of 2019 their service is terrible! Every refill I have made this year always comes back with a phone message saying it is delayed due to insurance issues. Each time I've called back and have been told I have to have a 90 day supply. And each time I tell them the doctor won't give a 90 day because he is not sure if how I might react to the meds. I called my insurance company (Paramount) and they had no clue about a ninety day rule. When I finally got a px that was for ninety days, it took 4 callbacks to pharmacy to get it because of both insurance issues the first time then because of presriber issues, then I called my docs office and they called Walgreens to straighten them out. And then I got another automated call still saying there was a problem, so then another callback and finally they got it right. And this was only for a non- life threatening drug. What if it had been for some life saving drug! Once I had to four days because they couldn't comprehend my meds dosages and wanted to verify with docs what he had already prescribed! Hire some better pharmacists! This is in defiance Ohio😫

Walgreens security guard harassment and falsely accused me of theft

I went to the 135 powell street  walgreens in union square after work.
I was dressed in professional attire .The time was  around 11:50pm  on Tuesday.
I had  to get some coconut oil.
I had my gym bag and my phone and my bottle of Evian in my hand when coming through the monitored entrance.I proceeded to get a basket  near the  security lady at the entrance.I put my Evian bottle in my bag while i walked to  the baking section.
As I put the two jars of coconut oil in my basket..Then  I was surprised  by this aggresive white  guy getting in my personal space  .Who interrupted my train of thought speaking loudly at me, "you need to leave the store" I thought it was a joke since I walked passed the other security guard and she saw me walk in with my water.He yells at me again, "you have to leave the store"! thought oh weird this hasn't ever happened to me before, it's obviously a mistake. I tried to explain to him That I came in with my water needed a free hand to grab the coconut oil.I mean hell, it is my water I came in with.
No big deal right? I say half  chuckling "  please see the cameras and ask the female security guard who saw me"..He appears to be  ignoring my words and keeps reapeating  "you need to leave the store".I say "how  the hell would I steal water ? I hadn't even walked to the section where I'd even be able to get the water! I had literally only been in the store 2  minutes! This is seriously defaming and insulting.
 then since I was is such disbelief I got the idea that he might be some random crazy person  on drugs.I hurriedly walked toward the cashiers.I  asked for his name since he had no name tag.He didn't answer the question just repeated the same line  "you have to leave the store"! I hightailed it away from him and went to the cashiers area and said " who is this?" To my shock they said he was an employee! WOW !  Walgreens must be desperate otherwise why else would they be  scraping the bottom of the barrell hiring such  unprofessional control hungry individuals as security guards? . He harrassed me for no reason and antagonized me and threw me out.Li was minding my own business.If he thought I stole something, isn't he supposed to detain me or call law enforcement? I am dumbfounded.He even waived and said Hi as I walked by later that evening with purchases from the other walgreens location up the street at 459 Powell street.I uploaded a video and a receipt with my points balance that shows I spend a lot of money at Walgreens.
Reguarding the employees at 135 walgreens Unfortunately I didn't recognize any of the employees working at the time  otherwise Id say they could vouch for my character as a shopper at this branch.
Its really odd to be treated like a criminal for no reason  and  I need to rant about this defaming  incident.
I am also rightfully  angry that the female security guard was just standing there and didn't say anything about how she saw me walk in with my  water.
I'm shook.
Why would Walgreens hire security guards that don't know how to do their jobs and chase off valued customers..
I spend thousands of dollars a year at this chain .I have 1253135 in my points balance rewards..Walgreens I expect more from you.Why aren't you more thorough in hiring their security guards? Power hungry men with seeningly big chips on their shoulder shouldn't be in positions of authority.Its not a good look Walgreens. Do better.

Walgreens prescription request

Every month is an ordeal getting prescriptions refilled. Sunday I sent in 3 that I was sent an email by walgreens saying it was time to refill. My Dr called in 2 additional Tuesday morning and I figured just make one 16 mile round trip. Went into Walgreens and none of my prescriptions were ready. I spoke to the clerk and was advised that get were in progress that it would be a half an hour more. Walked around in the store a few minutes ten drive to a barber shop and got a haircut. I then stopped by a local boat shop and was there for about half an hiur. Anyway almost an hour and a half later, waited on line again. Nothing Ready ! I was also one of the prescriptions was one day early ? And could not be filled until tomorrow. Not True what can be done ? I heard one clerk at the window tell a customer their prescriptions would be ready in about 29 minutes. The next car was told there were 80 prescriptions before theirs and wouldn't be ready until tomorrow afternoon. This is ongoing with this Walgreens. If you call the phone is not answered, try it ! I was there for over an hour and the phone rings constantly but no one answered

Walgreens nice! powdered vinyl disposable gloves

I have purchased this brand gloves but this is my first time buying the powdered vinyl and I must say for the price of this product I am very dissatisfied with many things. One being the gloves have a very moldy odor 2. The gloves do not stay in tact, even with doing small activity with the gloves on they easily split apart.. Which when handling cleaning materials and also unclean materials can be very bothersome and defeats the purpose of wearing the gloves!?!? I would please like my gloves replaced with the blue gloves that are made in this exact brand that I did purchase before and were very sufficient unlike the current gloves

Walgreens customer service

I called to check on the status of refills on 2 prescriptions that are supposed to be on auto refill and that I have been receiving emails about being in process for almost 2 weeks. I initially talked to a person, apparently in corporate, who told me he would place me on hold an check on the issue. I waited on hold for several minutes and the phone was picked up by the rudest person I have ever encountered at customer service. I thought I had been passed to her and she knew the issue, but she rudely and curtly told me I needed to start over, then interrupted me and asked for birth-date. That was provided. She then told me that I had not responded to notification that there were no refills. I told her that was incorrect, that I had hand delivered new scripts and they were on record. She kept cutting me off and told me it was my responsibility to activate those (how can I when I don't know that this is an issue) and then told me to shut up when I tried to explain I was unaware. Then she told me that she would DO ME A FAVOR and activate the prescriptions. That just made me furious and I raised my voice...she then hung up on me. The service of your company has gone completely down hill. I will be moving all of my prescriptions and my husbands prescriptions to someone who values our business. I pay for my services...no one is doing me a favor. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE/.

pharmacy staff used to be so fast and now it's went down hill. i dropped prescriptions off for my 2 yr old that needs 3 antibiotics and getting worse by the hours she has hand foot mouth disease they told me they would be ready in 1 hr 30 min which was around 430 and i'm sitting here the next day and there still not finished only 1 is... the phones are...

Walgreens I was a prior walgreens employee

I'm not sure where to begin and if anyone will read this.

I recently worked for Walgreens for 14 months and was terminated the end of January. I have been apart of a special program that put people with disabilities to work. I worked nights, weekends and every holiday. A few months back a shift lead named Ashley Meeks came to me and told me how to fill out our evaluations. That we must fill in the low numbers that we would never be given over a 2. Which I listened and complied. Which of course made my review low and an assistant store manager did my view that hadn't even worked with me 2 months. How did he know my history?

After that I continued to work my hardest. He told me I did my best as beauty and that my numbers were always high in the pulse meetings but when he left we stopped having Pulse meetings that I was so excited about.

I was never warned or had anyone come to me and tell me they were considered about me. My last day at the store I wasn't allowed a break and my family was there waiting for me. The store manager and her friend which was a store manager from another store told me to come into her office. She stated they were so concerned about me and someone was on the way to test me for alcohol and drugs I was very surprised and upset and kept asking if I could smoke which was denied. I told them over and over it had really upset me and I just needed to smoke and I was in no way refusing the test.

Recently I had had my Suboxone changed to our pharmacy and it then came to light I was a recovering addict. I told no one this but now all of a sudden you want to test me for alcohol and drugs. After being placed on suspension I offered to our district manager as well as employee relations a copy of how many times I am randomly tested for alcohol and drugs.

After waiting a couple of hours with no break I said I was going to smoke and I asked the store manager to go with me which she refused. I was the most upset that you are supposed to care about me and never a warning just this in the end.I did leave that evening and I thought better of it the next morning but she got what she wanted. A young girl to take my place and the other store manager that was there Mom got a bunch of my hours that helped her get her new home in Belhaven. Check for yourself.

I have waited to say anything. Not only did the shift lead that told me to score myself 2, I had been to the store manager and I told her I knew for a fact she brought her son's urine in on our drug test. She told me herself she was dirty and she had her boyfriend bring in her son's urine and she magically passed. She told me when she suspended me that they looked into. No way, everyone knew and to make matters worse she promoted her to assistant store manager in training.

I did nothing wrong when I worked there, I have to years worth of drug and alcohol test that would prove that.

I knew that about her and then a young girl was there to replace me and they wouldn't give me another chance after talking to the district manager and employee relations

Walgreens photo dept

Just want to share, I've used Walgreen for photo printing for yrs and twice now and with 2 different employees I've experienced poor rude customer service. I've worked retail many yrs and unless its changed I was taught to be pleasant even as hard as it is at times. These circumstances didn't require rudeness it's like they're taught that. I will never go back there.

Walgreens cashier mistreat customer

Bad experience at the Wallgreens, the one at calhoun ruby isle area, 2205 N Calhoun rd WI 53005.
It happened on wednesday 13th, 2019.
The guy who was the cashier at that time around 3 pm said that I couldn't take a small cart, the one with the wheel and I haven't even shop yet and when I asked why he said "because I don't like it". He said this with a loud voice in front of a lot of customers. Was he trying to be funny..? I didn't think it was funny at all. 😡
That's not the way he should treat a customer just because I'm asian.
I'm not going to go to that store anymore... I'd rather go to another store, one who knows how to treat their customers with respect.
