Walgreens Physician office: Not receiving Eprescriptions

We used to receive the prescriptions requests as an ERX, but now majority come in as a Fax. Have called the Desoto branch several times, but still receiving the faxes. They claim walgreens has entered the doctor several times in their system, and the box that says the Dr is an e prescriber is not checked and is greyed out, so the local pharmacy cannot change it. Since I do receive a erx sometimes, I know if they pick the correct one we will receive them faster. THey reluctantly said they will open a ticket with their IT department, but cannot say that will work.
In the interest of taking care of the patient, I would hope this is resolved quickly

Hi, My Name is Edward C Brown, Known to most Walgreens Store Managers as CHRIS BROWN the Guy that does Pictures, I am an Artist and I draw pictures, Most of My Customers I draw for send Me Pictures from Their Instagram and or Social Media to draw for Them, I've been drawing and using Walgreens for over 20 Years and Was Exited to See One in My Own Neighborhood.
From the Start it was No Problems, Then When I went to pick them up, The Store Manager told Me "I'm not printing anymore pictures for You, because There are minors printing them. I called Him and apologized as I thought They were just pressing buttons and not seeing the pics and going forward I will try to be better, Last Saturday He made me feel as if I'm some type of weirdo, He asked Me if I know The People in the photos, I said Yes, I can show You, He said No, I'm not printing them, It was an online order that i had to draw by Sunday, I called the line and put in a complaint. I lost a lot of equity and had to go to another Walgreens on Monday. He is of West Indian Descent, He seems to belittle Me in front of Workers as if I'm some type of pervert, I have NEVER had this response from no other Walgreens but this One and This is the one closest to where I live Store #[protected] Hyde Park Ave Attached are some of My work to give You an Idea of what He is for some reason Angry with Me about, I don't want the Brother to lose His Job, but I don't want to be looked down on as a Creep, Which Seems to Me to be His Agenda

Walgreens Mail order website

On May 16, 2021 I received a receipt that Walgreens. Com received my prescriptions. There were 3 and I had to reorder and pick-up 2 from Walgreens.
On June 18, 2021 I ordered 2 and received a receipt. They do not show on the website. I called twice. Once I was transferred to a non answering number. 2nd time I was told Walgreens.com had to receive the original prescription from the neighborhood Walgreens. E-mailed [protected]@walgreens.com( no reply yet. I have used Walgreens mail order for many years with no problems.
They send Received receipt but NOTHING about canceling!

Desired outcome: Mail the prescriptions

Walgreens Pharmacy pick up

On more than one occasion the app said my prescription was ready. I get to the pharmacy and they say "I don't have anything for you" and they give me a partial refill because it shows it was filled when I ordered the refill. I haven't picked it up yet! They don't understand their own system and they are astoundingly incompetent and I'm tired of being told my medication is ready when it's not. Sometimes they send it to another store when it should stay where it is and I have to drive 70 miles to get my medicine. This is obnoxious, unnecessary, and unacceptable. For this company'a motto to be "happy and healthy" I assure you I am neither because of the idiocy of the staff

Desired outcome: My prescription needs to be on time! Don’t tell me it’s ready when it’s not!

I just attempted to buy a couple of packs of lightbulbs at 8:30 pm. I went to join the checkout line and noticed a dozen people on the line. There was just one checkout clerk. This is not the first time this has happened. But it's the last. Even though the store is just down the block from me, I will never shop there again. And I will be sure to ad my complaint to the others in our Ditmas Park West newsletter. Steve Slavin

Walgreens The Pharmacy keeps closing 2 hours early

I have been using Walgreens for over 15 years. And the pharmacists leaves at least 2 hours early multiple times a week! I fill 20 different medications through Walgreens and I have been 3 times this week and every time they have closed at least 2 hours early! This is ridiculous and I have important medications and basically holding my medications hostage! You need to CHANGE THE PUBLIC HOURS IF YOU CANT GET A PHARMACY TO STAY TILL NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS! People don't have hours and hours to waste because employees are too lazy to stay at work! The pharmacy that has closed 1-2 hours early is Walgreens on Bob Wallace and Triana Blvd, Huntsville, AL 35805. I will continue to make complaints until you fix the problem! They will soon be putting my medications back because I have not picked them up and I cannot pick them up if the pharmacy won't stay open!

Walgreens No ad tags/ no one even checked stock

I was in store #4116 and asked the gentleman at the counter if he had anymore arm & hammer pre wash. He didn't even call or have someone look and immediately told me no. Then I preceded with my purchase of vitamins and was told they were not the ones for the buy 1 get one free. There are absolutely no ad tags in the store along with flyers. You don't know what is on sale or not. This store has gone done hill ever since the management change. Last time shopping here.

Walgreens RX error

I picked up a RX for basaglar that was bagged up together with other meds, so I did NOT notice there was only one INSULIN PEN in the bag for $35.00...normally I get THREE INSULIN PENS for $35.00.
The walgreens was closing early so I called and they said the way the DR wrote the RX was why this time i got only ONE PEN...so I called Dr. He fixed RX, but in spite of being told If I keep RX in original packaging I could show them and get the other 2 pens added with no additional cost, they just said I have to pay again. I don't understand why this was unable to be adjusted. Now because I don't have anymore money, I will be short 2 insulin pens.

Desired outcome: They should have been able to credit that rx back, and recharge for three. I would still be keeping the original so its not like I needed it exchanged

Walgreens Email prescription service at Walgreens.

I am not happy with Walgreens prescription service as it is set up. Twice now I have ordered prescriptions on line and driven 16 miles one way to find out that the prescription is not ready and not available after having been notified by email prescription service that the prescription was ready for pick up. Then having to drive 16 miles back home and have to return the next day. I am complaining about the Walgreen store at 365 main street Waldoboro Maine. In the end I will have to drive 64 miles to get the prescription. I complained to the clerk at the window and was told that the prescription service was not working properly and not reliable. i stopped by sunday to pick up this prescription...the man behind the counter told me that i had a copay...i explained that i had adap and this medication is on their formulary...he again told me i had to pay because adap does not cover this medication...i left the store...i have paid in the past just because i needed the meds, even though i knew i was being told an untruth...in desperation he asked what he needed to do to get the computer to operate and allow him to give me my meds?it has always taken several emails and phone calls to your corporate office to get my money back and usually takes 9 months for them to return my funds...this is probably legal, but it should be criminal to extort money out of a customer who is refused his/her meds and then withhold them until until they either pay or die...this walgreens is understaffed and not properly trained...several attempts have been made by other staff to get your AI to recognize and correct this problem to no avail...why do you allow yourselves to be bullied by an AI?obviously your corporation doesn't care that we have to wait 15-20 minutes even though we are the first in line...you have just one person answering the phone, waiting on drive-through customers and walkins...he/she then has a computer (AI) telling them to, (in effect) extort money from the customer or refuse them their meds...i don't know who is at fault...it must either be corporate or the store manager...it is certainly not the fault of the pharmacy staff who also have to serve three customers at once, are improperly trained, and have to fight a computer that is systematically programmed to treat people like atm machines or easy prey...please have enough of an appreciation of "social contract" and do something to correct this...we can not depend on our government leaders who are too awash with "citizens united" filthy money, to be anything other than sock-puppets for unions and corporations...i can only hope that whoever reads this email has empathy and a conscience that allows them to do the moral thing as hypocrates articulated in his "hypocdatic oath"...

Walgreens Covid 19 vaccination process

On Friday, May 14, 2021 I arrived at Walgreens for my daughter's second covid vaccine. The appointments were made over at the end of April. Since we had another medical appointment on the same day, we arrived about 20 minutes prior to our 9:50 AM appointment time. When we arrived there was a long line of people with young teenagers waiting to receive a vaccine (since the announcement was made the previous evening that 12-15 year olds are eligible for the vaccine).

After walking to the pharmacy counter (two windows, one marked Covid-19), and only one person at the counter, I excused myself and told the (young) counter worker that I had a 9:50 appointment. I was told to "get in line." I told him the line was very long (I counted 44 people), and we had another medical appointment at 10:50, 30 miles away. His response, "We're open until 10 PM. Come back later." Seriously? Appointments were ignored and there was insufficient staff (only one person was administering shots, and she said she wasn't even scheduled to work that day).

If I had a car reservation at an airport, I wouldn't expect to have to wait in line behind the walk-ups. But Walgreens thinks differently. Too bad for them. Since my daughter wanted to wait, I cancelled the subsequent doctor appointment (at a cost of $50). She received her vaccine at 11:40, over 2 hours after our arrival.

With several options for prescriptions nearby, it will be a long time before I visit a Walgreens again.

I don't think appointments are actually appointments when it comes to this vaccine. Both of mine they just said what time they started administering in the morning, but could show up anytime. Mine was administered by the health department.

This is for one cashier in this Walgreen store, you got to do something about her. In same store there is world's best pharmacist, and then there is this lady who has no manners how to talk to customers and not even greet with good morning, so rude, I am physician and if I have that kind of employee, I will get rid of her. Walgreens Lack of communication and sitting way too long in pickup line.

I have been getting my medications from Walgreens going on 5+ years. However after tonight speaking with the Pharmacist on staff and his attitude trying to belittling me when I ask the status on mailing out my prescriptions and how I was spoken to. He sternly told me that was not his job and I would have to call the next morning. So I ask do you not work for Walgreens his response I am a pharmacist not a shipping clerk! Ok I get it you are above anyone who dosent have a equal degree. He stated I will leave a note for the staff and told me someone would be in touch by 9:30 when they arrive for work. I waited until 12:00 that morning with no reply except a text message my prescriptions were ready for pick-up. I had to call the store and ask why was my medication not been shipped. The employee told me they were not aware of a request for shipping. I ask do you folks not make notes in your system I was told yes, she then told me she seen nothing about my request. Okay I hade requested on Friday morning to have my order to be shipped that day and was told ok however they only had a partial of one prescription and would send the other when it came in. My medications were for my type 2 diabetes which I went without for a couple of days not good. I got my medication after making several calls to have it shipped. I also have sit at the pick-up line for 30-45 minutes as a customer did not call in their prescriptions but was allowed to sit until it was filled. When I ask the person at the window she stated we have to fill them regardless. There has been more than a couple of situations of filling prescriptions without me requesting them. I also noticed they now have delivery and when I ask about having my medications being delivered for some reason they could not give me that option. I choose Walgreens because of the stellar service years ago. For the most part the staff has always been professional and friendly. Just too note as of 5/12/2021 this year my insurance has paid out $90k for my medications. I do not want to change from Walgreens all I am asking if there could be more understanding of my personal needs also more attention of allowing customers to refill at the pick-up window and make several others wait.
