Walgreens Carlstadt Walgreens

This is a great store. Or was. I've been using the store for ALL my pharmacy needs since I moved here in 2005. It got busy sometimes but that's cool, because, again, it's a good store. very nice

The last 2 years it seems as if nobody is working there or it is severely understaffed. Both the store and the Pharmacy. Waiting times now are beyond "Well, they're busy". It's disturbing to see such a busy store with no help? Isn't it good for the store to do well. Don't you want to make it even easier?
Prescriptions now take much longer. The drive-through pharmacy, 2 lanes when I moved here is now one lane with a CONSTANT line of 3-6 cars and 30-45 minute wait.

Anyway, I am not well right now and need my meds asap. I called the store. After the usual 8-10 waiting time by phone I got a very nice associate Kat(sp?) to pick up. I simply explained my story (after I asked for pharmacist or pharmacy manager - neither available, of course) and asked for the 2nd time in 16 years for some preference in filling my prescription quickly rather than dropping it off and picking it up. I'm hoping they will do this for me.

I really want to stay at Walmart but it's getting harder and harder. The people are GREAT but they're SO busy and what used to 2 and 5 minutes is now 15 and 30 minutes. I can't do it. If they cannot accommodate my super-rare request today, I will just have say enough and hop across the street to CVS.

*I never saw a store get busier and busier and not staff up but rather leave lines of 6, 7, 8, sometimes more people.

Lincolnton walgreens needs a technician asap. Last month their computers were down over 2 weeks I was informed I could get it filled at another walgreens. 30 min away I am supposed to be inconvenienced because they can't get their equipment fixed in a timely manner. Walgreens Pharmacy

I get a perscription monthly of xanax for my ptsd. On the 18th of january. Around 10:30 am
I pick the script upthru the drive-thru. I opened the bag when I got home. There was no way there was 90 pills in that bottle. They checked the tape? did not see anything, so according to my doctor I must file a police report, the name I gave the police was mary. Come to find out there is no mary that works there. I found out her name was essence. She told me she was a pharmacist there. Or leslie, so, now my doctor wants them to do a pill count there supply.
What is the protocal with the empoyees. Do you drug test them? what happens now? what are your steps when this happens. I am now going to have to go out my medication or ptsd. For the rest of the month. That will be intresting. I have been taking this med since my dx. Ptsd 1995. Check my pharamcy profile has there been any problems with this, not getting my full script. No, nothing is there because I know how important my medication is. Controllled substance. My husband died in july. I have no need to sell them. I got life insurance to pay my bills. I now live alone, so there is nobody in my home that could steal them. I am on my own.
Why is it that I have to pay for there mistake. Police called that I must lost them. No not in my car the bag was not opened til I was home. Walgreens The pharmacy at Punta Gorda, FL Tamiami Trail

The pharmacy at Tamiami Trail is way under par for you. The pharmacist on duty lied to my face saying she talked with my doctor and together they decided on one day less supply of pills. I later asked the doctor if true and he denied ever talking with her. My wife's doctor prescribed pills but the same pharmacy said they never received the order. After checking if doctor was using correct address the order was submitted again with same results and the follow-up was the same and again the pharmacy said no order received. I have had my order sent in on one day with the operator for Walgreens saying ready next day by 10 am and they still haven't filled the order by the afternoon. There is also usually a very long line at that pharmacy as well which takes a good 30 minutes only to be told to wait another 30 for the prescription to be filled. We are through with the store.

Desired outcome: Pharmacist should be reprimanded if not terminated.

Walgreens Walgreens towed my car while shopping in the store

I parked my car at the Walgreens parking lot, when i came out from the store, found all the cars were towed.
called the police and they stated they can not do anything !
The store manager stated that it's not our problem, I had to pay $270 to get it back.
I ma not gonna spend even a dime in Walgreens any more...

Walgreens Norco 7.5mg....missing 30..fill date on bottle wrong

NORCO 7.5mg, I did not count my medication until the day after I got my prescription filled but I was supposed to recieve a supply of 90 and 30 were missing. I know your procedures and I am sure it will be denied but I am trying to find out why they were short. There was a delay on having them filled because they were out of stock...not sure why the bottle says I had them filled 11/21/2021...I was told the truck did not arrive until Monday November 22 2021 and I received a text from Walgreens at 9:27 am saying g my prescription was ready.Making a police report is useless until I know if there was a mistake. I would like to know if the store count was correct on November 22nd 2021. That is a large amount to mistake. Still upset that I was told different stories everytime I called..yet my bottle says they were filled 11/21/2021...and I had to come to the store to ensure that I would be one of the lucky ones to get mine filled since they were telling me they only had one bottle coming in on the truck and several orders that would not get filled due to shortage! I have read that this has happened to several Walgreens customers all over. I am not sure how to correct the situation.

Desired outcome: Please, see if your store counts were right. I really do not understand how this happened!

Walgreens About the Cashier Sandra

I had when into your Walgreens on Sanderson & Stetson in Hemet, Ca last
night to buy some milk, Trix mix and two pack of gum and some hair mousse.
And I was paying for the milk, Trix mix and gum with mind EBT card so after
Sandra the cashier had ran up all mind stuff she told me that I had a balance
of $6.80 when mind hair mousse was only $3.99 before taxed so then I told
Sandra that could be right because the hair mousse was maker on the shelf for $3.99 and Sandra just didn't steam to care and that I own $6.80 so then I had Sandra to just go ahead and take off the mousse because I didn't want it. So then Sandra gave me Attitude and told me that she just can't take off the hair mousse then she did finally call somebody over to void out mind whole order. So then Sandra re ring up mind Milk, Trix and two pack of gums so here I again go to pay her using mind EBT card and Sandra telling
that I have a have to pay her out of mind pocket $2.47 when everything that I had brought I should of been able to pay for it using mind EBT card. So then I ask Sandra what isn't cover and she could tell me. So then I told Sandra to just forget it and I walk out of the store. So then I had figure it out that so some reason your systems isn't letting me pay for mind milk with mind EBT card and how could be when I can go to the grocery store and buy milk with mind EBT card. SO there shouldn't be any reason why I can't buy milk at your store with EBT card. And there was no reason for Sandra to give me Attitude. That I will not shop at this Walgreens again.

Walgreens Lengthy amount of time to receive prescription refills

Last several times requesting refills. This past time is 11/24/21 and 11/26/21.
Received text indicating they were ready. Went to pharmacy but they were still being processed. Decided to come back later. Called Walgreen's, was told they were ready, went back to pharmacy only to be told not ready yet. Was told to come back in 45 minutes. Decided to come back on Friday 11/26 because of Thanksgiving (I was out of the one prescription by then) only to be told again not ready but that they would have them ready in 15 minutes.
So why weren't they ready by Friday when they were supposedly working on them on Wednesday? Why aren't they ready when a text/phone call is received?
This has caused several delays in me taking my medications.

Desired outcome: Walgreen's pharmacy get it together or I'm switching to a more competent one

Walgreens Harassment and discrimination lawsuit filed against a walgreens employee

I am a transgender female. On at least 3 occasions within the last 90 days I have been repeatedly been harassed, defamed and humiliated by a certain employee. I don't know her last name but her first name is Maura. She works in the pharmacy at the Riverton WY location. That is about all I am prepared to divulge at this point until I can consult further with counsel. However; it is my sincere intent to file a lawsuit against Walgreens to ensure that this type of discrimination does not happen to other transgender persons.

Walgreens Am Put on infinite holds by Mill Valley, CA Walgreens

We are a Specialist Doctor Office. We occasionally need to talk with a pharmacist regarding our patients' Prescriptions. After doiung a hold count down, the Pharmacist says "Walgreens Pharmacy" then puts thew caller on hold, repeatedly. This means he is refusing to talk to Doctors. This wastes our time. He is not doing his job and our patients are suffering for it.

Walgreens Walgreens app prices aren’t recognized in the stores so

My complaint is about two items I have tried to buy using the Walgreens app prices. Three 12 packs of Dr Pepper for $9.99 and three bottles of Walgreens makeup remover $3.29 each- buy two get one free. I've tried shopping at two Walgreens using the app prices and have been told today by the cashier at one store, ( who was very rude) those prices are for online ordering, which I find rediculous, why would you order Dr Pepper on line? or the stores just don't honor the app prices. Seems like it's very poor system to offer a sale on the app and then deny it in the store. This has happened several times.
Would appreciate an explanation about this problem.

Walgreens Service is very poor

Walgreens on Lake Street, Lake Charles, LA has become the most unreliable and has sunny to a new low of pharmaceutical service.

I've learned to not dare call the pharmacy unless an emergency. Call wait times are usually a 25 minute or longer hold.

Walgreens touts it's app to track my prescription status, but it rarely agrees with the actual status which means a dreaded phone call.

It takes 2 or 3 days longer than it should to get a prescription filled.

Wait on average of 20 to 30 minutes in the drive through window.

Waited 15 minutes in drive through only to discover the window closed due to a power outage when the interior lights were clearly on.

I changed from my local family owned pharmacy because my insurance plan forced me. What a terrible decision.

You guys need to get your act together!

Walgreens Lack of Walgrens Covid Vaccination Acceptable Digital for International Travel

I need to travel to Asia for business and I am required to provide a digital proof of vaccination via a download to my mobile phone using app such as smarthealth card or common vac. Most countries are not accepting a CDC hard copy card ( or the jpeg image of it as ' the solution ' available by Walgrens ! ). It look like Walgrens has no IT capability to provide me with a digital vaccination record along with QR code ? Walmart and CVS whom both can provide ! Why is Walgrens unable to provide ? If I had to pay for being able to get a digital record download that would be fine. But just not providing it is a lousy situation. I made a big mistake getting vaccinated at Walgrens !

Walgreens the pharmacy

we live in pocahontas co wv our pharmacy never has the meds we wait weeks for med that we need to keep healthy i am very dissapointed in walgreens i have lived in nc an dwe used walgreens with no problem here we call in refills and either we have to wait for meds to come in or they flat out dont feel them until u call back a couple of times we depend on our diabeties meds and cant get them they never send faxes to our drs like they say

Walgreens Service

Long line. Never has my medication ready even after doctor approval and at the time they say it will be ready (so I have to wait). No one EVER answers the phone (only once in five years, probably 20 calls. I was cut off the one call that went through.). No prescriptions are organized, they are just in bins all over the floor and they have to dig through all of them to find the right one. Today will be my last day of using Walgreens.

Desired outcome: That corporate will get their act together. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!
