We have ordered online groceries from this store twice now with the same disappointing service. First time ended up in a 50 minute wait with us waiting in the lot while they did the actual shopping. The manager called the following day to apologize and assure us this is not the type of service they offered in additions to a $20 bill. ( We thought no worries they are new to this and let it slide). Now this is the second order we have placed at this store where we called while heading to pick up and after thirty minutes of waiting they informed us they were 20-30 minutes behind with orders. We asked to speak to a manager and the store Manager Brandy came up and let us know we could cancel our order if we wanted to. We informed her how inconvenienced we were and that we would file a complaint online since her solution after wasting our time was to now cancel our order, and she replied with "go ahead the complaint will just come back to me anyways"). We have done online groceries at multiple locations and have never received such poor mediocre service. I will definitely be sharing and posting my experience to make sure other consumers are made aware that there are other stores like Rosauers and Fred Meyer to name but a few that actually take pride in their service and care about their customers. This is a poor standard of service and the store manager's attitude (Brandy) definitely speaks for the quality of service that Walmart offers. So thank you Brandy for offering us to take our business elsewhere obviously you are not invested in the mission and values of the company you work for and could care less for its success.

Walmart money center

To whom it may be concern

Yesterday, 08/30/2018 I received an amount of $3000 from my mom, located in Romania. The teller told me (because of the amount involved) she cannot release the money unless i have with a second form of ID, being a passport or the green card. I'm not carrying those would me so I apologize and thanked for her time, telling her I would come next day.
So today, 08/31/2018, I took my green card with me as a second ID and arrived at the Walmart Supercenter at around 4 PM, located on 6973 Blue Diamond Rd., LAs Vegas, Nevada.
The teller ( a lady) was really friendly, she's asking for all the documents and upon counting the money she stops and she's telling me she's not having enough money so she's asking for a colleague to bring more. Her colleague, also a lady, is coming with a Walmart pouch and she's handing the money to the teller. So my teller is counting $3000 in 100 bills in front of me, I'm taking the money and go the Bank of America located on 7315 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89113.
I'm telling the bank teller I need some of the money changed and some deposited. She's taking the money, she's counting it and she's telling me one bill it's fake.I said ok, will you give me another one instead, she's telling me that's not the bank policy, but if I want I can file a complain ( a counterfeit note report) with her manager to serve me trying to get my $100 back from the business I received from. He's giving me the complain paper and I'm putting my initials and date on the bill. The manager is also allowing me to take a photo of the bill.They're excuse themselves again, telling me this is a federal law and nothing they can do about it.
So I'm on my way back to the Walmart to try to talk with a teller or a manager about my problem. The time is around 4:40 PM. The teller in there, a different lady than the one who gave me the money she's looking at the paper and she's calling one of her manager. So JB, her manager is coming and I explain him what's going on. $3000 received on this location, 30 minutes ago, 1 of the bills handed to me is fake, this is the counterfeit note report from the bank, this is the photo of the bill that was fake. The manager starts to talk with me with "buddy", I'm addressing him sir. He's asking me if I believe a billion dollar company would give me $3000 in fake bills. I told him no, please read the paper, it clearly states that one bill was fake. He's telling me, his "buddy" again, that all the bills are ran through the machine and they can't give one that's fake. I doubt that, since the cashiers are not checking it under UV light or with a pen, but, anyways, I'm telling him to stop patronizing me because at this point I'm quit annoyed by his "buddy" and "bro" so I'm telling him I would like to talk with his supervisor. He's taking the note I received from the bank and walks away "to investigate". Upon arriving, he's asking me If I left the premises of the Walmart, and I'm telling him it's obvious since he's holding the note report from the bank. At this point he's telling me there is nothing he can do, so I'm asking to talk with his manager, to which he's replying me she's in vacation. I told him he should have a supervisor, he's telling me again she's in vacation.
So the time reads now 7PM and I'm in front of my computer.
Can't hold nothing against Walmart and I know it's a reputable business, being a frequent customer of it.
I never went inside a Walmart ( or any other business for that matter, before, nor I will) with the idea of scamming it.
Instead I'm the one being scammed and being patronized.
What I really want to stress out is the sheer lack of interest, respect and amiability of this JB who under no circumstances should be a supervisor of a Money Center inside of a Walmart center in Las Vegas. By his actions he proves he might be successful teller in a gas station in a 500 population town somewhere in the middle of nowhere, not in here in Vegas, dealing this way with the Walmart customers.
And while I admire such a business as Walmart is, I wonder how such people would get what I would consider quite a high ranking position since he would have to have the diplomacy to deal with polite unhappy customer.
With a bitter taste I'll have to move my business with other grocery store and with banks since this is no way to deal with customers.
And, my advice to give to every other customer of this Walmart Money Center is to have the money NOT counted in front but CHECKED for fraudulent bills in front of them.
Is it $100 such a loss for me? Probably no. I said PROBABLY. But what about a poor guy receiving $200 and one of those bills proves to be fake? What then?
I'll let the other readers of this review to judge that.

Again, it proves that a drop of bitter is enough to turn a lot of honey, well, bitter.
Too bad, Walmart, too bad.

I shillingburg have been experincing some problems in this corona town to only know they too come and go yet when one claims a fake name to the consumer to hennry h. To claim a wayfair representative yet tell me his name is joshua! To this too why I shillingburg explained to wal-mart.com represiniteve to claim his name joesph when in fact abraham to only explain that true unknown to clairvoyance sir! To I brandi am aware "studies show" and please know where dose this bad luck end all just chalk up and claim! I shillingburg never ever claim or carry myself as smart let alone intelligence more so constantly appologizing to insult all other who get angry! So this futon is one hundred percent uncalled for! There is no such thing is buying a futon only mattress or frame and this too is that crying shame what many will cover up to ditch a futon bed and then a fedex truck! To no such luck finding the two well what about me shillingburg i'm now out of money and a bed and there is no shipping or packing slip to only go to sleep till week three that too on the dry erase board in your office room to what dose all of this prove sir really? Walmart extended warranty

We had purchased the afterglow headset for PlayStation 4 for my son for his birthday March 23/2018, on July 25th I had made a claim due to the mircophone not working, i have now made 2 calls since then to find out what is going on because we have not received the shipping label to send the item back! The third call I was informed this item was registered as a video game not the headset! This is absolutely ridiculous service and a ridiculous extended warranty! My son has been waiting patiently and we have been getting a complete run around, I want my money back asap so my son can replace his birthday gift! Please call me at [protected]

Walmart gift card $500

I filled out forms for an hour or better . First thing screen said was I had already won it I just needed to fill out some questions. Then was going to give me a code to take to Wal-Mart and get my card . I think it's really sad they do people this way I could have really used it . I know Ian in Wal-Mart at least 3 times a day getting things + i take a couple elderly folks there about 4 times a week . Just don't get people's hopes up that work really hard all week then spend half if not more of there check at walmart . We can use a little good luck sometime but not happen . Walmart san pellegrino water 8.4fl. oz.. ordered online

The last 3 orders of 3 cases of Pellegrino water have been damaged during transit. The first order was delivered damaged. A lot of broken glass. You sent a replacement case which came fine. I reordered 3 more cases which ended up in Seattle underliverable. I spoke to one of your customer service agents and she reordered a replacement 3 cases. Traced through Reno to Seatle where it has been held for 3 days. Called customer service again today and found it was damaged also. Requested refund. It seems to me that your shipping carrier which I believe is On Trac is really not.

Walmart herb and garlic cream cheese

Purchased a container of Herb and Garlic cream cheese product expiry date showed Sept 19 2018.
Last week on opening the container found tit had some fungus at the edges. Had used it earlier was fine. But form the last week it getting more fungus inspite of being the fridge always. Stopped using it now and shall preserve the container for your proof if necessary.

Walmart store is continuously understocked, out of things or discontinuing items.

This store opened several years ago and there has been a consistent pattern of being out of items or discontinuing items. We've tried telling the store management but to no avail. We now go buy many things at other stores because of this. We really don't count on the items to be at this Walmart store.

Why is this store so poorly stocked when other Walmarts seem to get it right?

Walmart 19" blue ombre table lamp

I bought this from Walmart on 7/13/2018. The lamp is great but the attached light bulb did not work. Walmart said I needed to contact Cheyenne products, the distributor, from the info sheet included with lamp. Called them several times, always got a "this mailbox is full" message. Emailed them, no response.
I like the lamp, but just want a light bulb that works. I am very disappointed, as you should be, by the lack of response and inability to contact your distributor, Cheyenne Products. Can you help me?

Walmart charging us for an item that we returned (receipt & tracking included)

Walmart sent us a defective vacuum cleaner and after speaking with Customer Service, they sent us a label for us to return the faulty unit. In return, they sent us a replacement for that vacuum.

I had FED EX pick it up and tracked the return until it was received and signed for. Just now, we were charged for the vacuum AGAIN as they are now claiming they never received the return.

We are senior citizens living off of my Social Security and we can not afford these kinds of costly mistakes, especially since we will not receive the monies for 5-10 business days.

This DISGRACEFUL behavior is one that screams they do not care about their customers nor their overcharges. Walmart's behavior has now changed our opinions on buying from them in the future. Their attitude and behavior in this is positively shameful.

Walmart itunes gift cards

On May 3, 2018 I Purchased iTunes gift cards worth $300 from Walmart. When I tried to redeem them I got a message that they had not been activated. I contacted Apple and provided all the information but after a few days I was told that they had not been activated properly by Walmart, I went back to Walmart and the CSM was not helpful at all, she referred me back to apple. I contacted Apple again and spoke with an iTunes senior adviser who informed me that the cards had been improperly activated at check out by Walmart and so Apple was unable to help.
I have since been going back and forth with Walmart but no one seems to offer a solution. The CSM at the branch, Beth told me I couldn't get a refund either.
I have contacted Walmart Global ethics and no one has helped me. At this point, I need a refund from Walmart.

Walmart assistant manager mike in amsterdam ny supercenter

My 2 sons both 16 and their friend 18 apparently were fooling around this evening at store and lost their nike slide shoe assistant manager mike refused to help them locate shoe. So #1 he had to walk out barefoot, assistant manager was rude to them told them to go buy a new pair and said to bad you shouldnt have been fooling around. They did not bother any customers in store and the workers all said he could watch video and find it. Assistant manager says he can't.
I sent the boys to store for me because my father just passed away and I didnt want to go. When they returned I had to go back and talk with manager because I called 3 times with no answer. I am a single mother of 3 boys live alone attend college full time. Those shoes are well over 50$ not easy for me to afford and my sons father passed away 5/5/17. Times are rough I didnt expect the assistant manager to talk to me the way he did either telling me too bad that they shouldn't be fooling around and no he wouldn't look at video because of it. Like I said they didnt bother any customers and no shouldnt have been fooling around however they are teenagers. So I said you didn't even take our name or number so if its found they could contact us. So I am going to keep calling going there until I get an apology and my son's shoe back. He was disrespectful and rude. And my son had to walk out barefoot how disgusting.

Walmart assault at the door by employee

I am a nurse, and have been for almost 30 years. I have never stolen anything. For Gods sake, how stupid would you have to be to steal from the richest company in the country? I walked from the register to the door, and asked for my receipt. I had already put it away, and I said no. I am an old woman with arthritis and needed to get home. The young female employee grabbed my cart, pushed me back into the store, nearly causing me to fall. This stop and frisk policy at Walmart has to end. Wearing a blue vest does not give you police powers. I have the right to not be assaulted. She knew I hadn't stolen anything, they would have me on 8 cameras if I did. The "manager" came over and said that I assaulted the young woman. I was just trying to get myself and my legally purchased goods home. I called the police and the manager told him that the video "wasn't available".

Walmart usa reward spot.

I completed the survey reviewed the ads downloaded the check 3 credit score for a 1000 wal-mart gift card. I was charged 39.90 for the credit app. Where is my walmart gift card. I don't have 39.90to throw away on a credit check app im as poor as can be. Only this it for that walmart gift card it would of helped my family out.
But it looks like I only hurt my family. I wish I could stop them from tricking people

Walmart paint department

I purchased 3 gallons of paint and one can wasn't correctly closed and opened in my car trunk! The full gallon of white paint went everywhere and ruined my carpet liner and many other things that were in my trunk, not to mention I lost one gallon of paint. CMI Walmart insurance says that their investigation shows that this isn't Walmart's fault nor responsibility that the can opened up on its own in my trunk. I am forced to have my insurance company investigate this further as I know I am in the right and CMI and Walmart should be accountable for improperly training their employee in the paint department. I have bought many cans of paint in the past and I always have had to use a tool to open it up! To top it off CMI hung up on me as I was telling them that I was not satisfied with their decision. I am so disappointed in CMI and Walmart that I will no longer shop at their stores and for sure I will discourage anyone from buying paint at any Walmart.

Walmart not receiving my deposit for returning my empty coolant ac cans

About 10 days ago I purchased a can of 20 oz. of 134a coolant. and one can of 12oz. 134a coolant. On top of the price plus tax. I had to pay a California deposit. $10.00 for each can. $20.00 It says to return the cans within 90 days to receive your dep. back. It's been 10 days and I returned the two empty cans to customer service. I didn't show up with just a reseat asking for my dep. back I brought the two empty cans back that I paid a deposit on, but they wouldn't return my deposit because I didn't have a reseat. I didn't want to return them for a refund, I only want my California deposit. There was a deposit left on these two cans by me, but it could of been anyone on paper, there was a deposit paid, or the cans wouldn't of left the store. So is Walmart taking advantage of its customers by keeping the deposit, nice piece of change. And there is nothing posted about not receiving your deposit back, if you don't have your receipt, after all, the proof is the two empty cans of 134a with $10.00 deposit required printed on each can.

I received a call from one of the managers at Walmart today, stating I was right, and there had been a miscommunication between store managers and employs. That I didn't need a sales recite for the deposit, so come on in and we will get this taken care of. This is pretty cool of Walmart not to say the hell with it and move on. thank you Walmart

First of all, it is known that the All You Need plan (30$ plan) is just compatible with feature phones ONLY, however, if this is the first time it happens to you, Straight Talk policies allows representatives to provide a replacement plan which includes 20 days of service only, and again, that is if this is the first time.
You can call Straight Talk customer service at [protected], and that's the only way you can get that replacement plan.
And remember, it is your fault ❤️

Walmart tires

Brought tires on the 06/04/2018 and had a blow out on my way back from Memphis I had to call someone to come bring me a spare took the tire back to the store where I got them to show them there was a defect in the tire but the manager and assistant manager asked like it was my fault said it looked like a cut. Now who is going to be driving a long and crawl under the car and cut the tire. And you can see the tire had blown out it would not cost them anything to replace a defective tire because I know they will send it back to the manufacturer
And this is calling more problems not I have to go somewhere else and buy me a spare tire because the store 00391 didn't try to help me at all if I had ran over something are hit something then there is no problem this not where the rubber hit the road it on the inside of the tire or the back of the tire I been in retail for 20 years never before had I seen people treated like this. When the tire is only 33 days old. So bought a defective item

Walmart jewelry department

We came in with our baby at 3 Months, to pierce her ears, and they told us her earlobes were too small. We came back at five months and now their complaint is that they don't have two people to do it, yet the worker didn't mention it the first time that she needed two people . An about 7 month old was in line after us and she was able to pierce her ears. But not my daughters. We waited 15 minutes before hand for the worker to get off break just for her to tell us that she couldn't do it .
