I ordered on 8/24 showed shipped n9/30 delivered 9/7 @816pm. My neighbors ring doorbell shows the mail man who is not our regular mailman giving my neighbor 3 packages and one was for apt 1, apt 4 and apt 2. Mailman showed delivered on my package. Im assuming he thought he delivered my package. I have emailed the company on 9/14, 9/22, & 9/26 and no response. I have called the number [protected] and its the wrong number. Please help they have been paid and I stoll have no product.

contacted vendor/seller so many times and to date no resolution has ocurred on their part. Several times/ more than necessary, i requested that they ship my orders asap/immediately and nothing. I requested a full and complete refund several times. To date nothing has happened on their end to provide any kind of satisfactory resolution.

I'm making a complaint because I been trying for a month now to see about my purchase order and I have yet to get ahold of anyone from this company. No one calls me back . I've gotten automated email response twice with no solution. I been calling the 1800 number and one ever answers. Waited 32 minutes and I tried to leave voice mail but the box was full . I just want my freakin refund back

I orders 2 product . Neither arrived. I complained no reply but revived one product. Now no one replys and seer or contact and no product. I have tried putting comets online they get removed as spam so someone can see then a delete them but does not reply. My money has gone and none will speak to me. It is a truely false and disgusting service . To take money of a single mum and then not even give product

I have seen so many ads for your products on Instagram, so I decided to try one. Regret I did. I would have saved money.
The sizing charts you have are wrong. I ordered the M size according to your size guide, but when it arrived it was too small. I called your customer service for further instructions. Obviously, I wasn't going to wear it and I needed to know how to return the shaper. The person on the other end of the line was rude and impolite and wasn't really helpful. My questions left unanswered. Though I didn't ask anything difficult.
They don't talk to me anymore, can't reach them.
Please be careful, it's a scam for sure!
I place and order on 07/24/19 and I’m still waiting for the order to come. Company never answers my emails and the order tracker says in unfulfilled but that I’ll get an email soon. It’s frustrating and disappointing that a company can get away with stealing money from people like that.
Placed an order 353217 and paid international shipping fees of US$30 in February 2022 and till now 7months later still my order is 'under fulfilment' .. i emailed at least 80 times to them but no reply at all. At least reply to let me know how to get my items or do full refund but nothing..
This company is a complete scam! Stay away and order nothing from Waistshapers! I am still awaiting a package I ordered over a month ago and based on the reviews I just read, when It does come it probably won’t be the correct size. Such a let down. I’m out $62 because of this scam. Also, if you call customer service, you’ll sit on hold for 1/2 hour and the person on the other end will be rude.
