Never received item.
I purchased a black 4 hook waist trainer on April 15 and still haven't received the item. I have written several emails and have not received a response. I would like a refund or a response on where my item is. I have ordered from you before and never had this problem before.

Order waist trainer, never received item, reached out to company and did not get any response back, requested refund, nothing, disputed with bank and received a full refund from my bank on the dispute.

I ordered a waist trainer on May 13, 2020. Today is June 1st and I have not received any information for my product to be sent out. I emailed twice, reached out via FB and instagram and there has been zero response. When you are on their instagram they delete all their comments to avoid from others seeing the list of complaints. There's a reason why they do not have a contact number.

I ordered a Black Sweat Belt from them on September 28th never got an email address confirming order... or a tracking number I've emailed them several times asking for their customer service number or name of manager and they ignore my emails... but they we're so quick to take money out of my account till this day I haven't received my purchase they are very unprofessional
Not worth the money. I ordered an XS and it worked the first week, then it didn't. It only has 2 more ways to tighten it, so you have no option but to order another one and its not worth $70. I have found another one that is cheaper and work better.
When you post on their social media sites and tell them they are frauds, or try to advise others on staying away from their product they erase your comments and block you. The product is CHEAP! You might as well go to TJ Maxx or Ross for the same product but for $10.99 instead of $80+.
Still waiting for my product or money back. It's been 30 days and have yet to receive anything but a tracking number 20 days after my order that is not valid . They will not answer emails or messages. They have not posted on social media in almost a month either. Not sure what their deal is but I want my money back!
Same thing happened with me - same situation and same product! Did you ever end up receiving it? I can't get in contact with anyone there, yet they were quick to charge my credit card for the order.
