So, I bought 6 planes from Waffle Collectibles and when they arrived, one of them was not what I expected. I decided to return it, since they say they have free returns. But, when I did, they banned me from their website! I don't think that's fair at all. I mean, they advertise free returns, but then they retaliate against customers who actually use that service? That's not right. I'm really disappointed in Waffle Collectibles and I don't think I'll be shopping there again.

So, I ordered something from Waffle Collectibles and they sent me the wrong thing. I was pretty upset about it and when I let them know, they were super rude to me. They basically told me to go jump off a cliff and not come back. I mean, seriously? Who talks to customers like that? It's not like I was asking for the moon or anything. All I wanted was the thing I actually ordered. But nope, they couldn't be bothered to fix their mistake or even apologize for it. So yeah, needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.

So, I ordered something from Waffle Collectibles and when it arrived, it was damaged. I was pretty bummed out about it, but when I reached out to the CEO, Mr. Warfle, he was not very helpful. In fact, he told me to stop being a brat and fix it myself. I couldn't believe it! He even called me lazy. Needless to say, I was not happy with the customer service I received.

Overall, I would not recommend doing business with this company. It's important to feel like your concerns are being heard and taken seriously, and unfortunately, that was not my experience with Waffle Collectibles. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a really bad experience with Waffle Collectibles. Their replies were so rude, it was unbelievable. They sent me an invoice with the wrong value on it, which caused me to get charged four times the amount in customs and duty fees. When I asked them to correct it, they refused. It took them months to even ship my order. I would definitely not recommend dealing with them.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Waffle Collectibles. The way they do business is kinda sketchy, and the guy I talked to was a real jerk. He acted like he was better than me and didn't care about my concerns at all.

All in all, I gotta say that Waffle Collectibles is a bit of a scam. I'd recommend staying far away from them and spreading the word to anyone who might be thinking of buying from them. There are plenty of other places to get your die-cast fix, and you don't need to deal with this kind of nonsense.

However, instead of receiving an offer to fix the issue, I was shocked to receive an email from Waffle Collectibles that was filled with insults and name-calling. I was taken aback by their unprofessional behavior and it made me hesitant to give them the chance to make it right.

It's a shame that they lost a loyal customer, but even that didn't seem to faze them. In fact, their last email to me included the rude statement, "Don't let the door hit you on the way out." Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them again.

I made an order from Waffle Collectibles on December 18th, hoping to get my hands on some cool models before Christmas. But boy, was I wrong! I waited and waited, but I didn't receive any notification that my order had shipped. So, I decided to reach out to Waffle via email three days later, but I didn't get any response for over 10 days. I was getting worried because I had plans to gift some of these models to my family.

I decided to email Waffle again yesterday, hoping that he would be able to sort things out for me. But instead, I got a response saying that they didn't have the items I ordered in stock. I was so disappointed because I think he sold some of the items on eBay and is now refusing to send me the planes I purchased. I asked him nicely if I could get a full refund since I wanted these models for Christmas, and it wasn't my fault that the shipment was delayed. But instead, he refused my refund with rude comments and even called me racial slurs (Chinese piece of *) over his own mistakes. I was so shocked and hurt by his behavior.

I mean, if the item is no longer in stock, why were they still listed on his website for over 10 days? It's not fair to customers like me who are eagerly waiting for their orders. I wouldn't recommend Waffle Collectibles to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and the rude behavior.

This seller is way too rude, ships late, wrong invoice, totally bad behavior.

I spent around 400 USD on his shop, he shipped after 30+ days and set an invoice of 1200+ USD to put me in trouble with customs. Plus he keeps sending a lot of lies through his email.

Have purchased two items from WaffleCollectibles and when I received them one item was correct and looked great, but the second one was wrong. It was a Gemini Jet but not the same model as I ordered. I contacted them and asked for a replacement, but they refused and told me to keep the Jet. I was quite disappointed. The Jet was not bad but I already had that model and now I had the same two toys. Their products are great, but customer service is beyond ridiculous!

Bad services and no help from the seller at all. I ordered from the website www.wafflecollectibles.com. I placed order and after I paid for the item, I got the confirmation info. After 3 weeks my order arrived. I received completely wrong colour and item. I decided to change it, but the seller told me that I needed to return this item and pay on my own. Also he told me that it would take a lot of time. He replied in really bad manner and behaved strangely. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

I ordered toy from the company www.wafflecollectibles.com. The seller delivered wrong colour of the toy, so I posted this info on their website. But after that I started to get different unpleasant emails from this awful company. It was their mistake, but they presented it as I was the bad guy. Not recommended company. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
