Hi I called in and ordered a Texas cheese steak platter with no bacon and covered hashbrowns at the Avalon Blvd store in Milton FL when I got there the cook had an attitude and was yelling to the waitir out loud to quit calling he also said [censored]ing people want to wait until 9 o'clock at nite to eat yeah that's what your job is shouldn't matter what time anyone eats y'all are open 24 hours then I get my plate it is burnt I mean black as can be the cheese steak was and no covered hashbrowns either I couldn't even eat it it was so burnt I had already paid for it or I wouldn't of paid for it

on feb.19 2022 at store1576 in long beach ,ms . i told the server i did not want the young man cooking. my food .Could get the other cook on duty .at that point i was told the young man told me to go down the road and eat at another W/H i have been going to this W.h. since it open .Then i spoke to Chris when i walked out i could feel noting would be done. i feel the cook should be written up, but nothing will be done this company must not need my few penny i spend their .

Businesses are really starting to get beside themselves. Employees don't have no respect like the customers ain't the ones getting them paid. I called the Centerville location in snellville ga to speak to an employee about me picking up the wrong bag with their items in it and the tone n their voice and dial tone was out of pocket.

I have been working for waffle house for seven months feb 16 was my bday we got slammed and I had a big group come in to see me for my bday well the other waitress was being a complete jerk went and called my boss district (Whitney) and only told her one side of the story she was also in the store telling customers how lazy I was well I got told to clear the dish pit by 12:21 or else I would be suspended until further notice well her and the cook decided to close down I was going to stay and help her even though I did all my dishes I grabbed a plate off the counter she came running over and jerked it out my hand I told the cook to give me my money and he refused so I left and now I've been on day two of suspension the big boss Derrick hung up on me and my manager has been changing my hours and I have proof the district won't answer my phone calls last week she told me she was taking me off the god damn schedule I have mental illness I am shattered

On Feb 14, 2022, at 12:45 at stopped to eat at store number 309 and discovered that the manager discriminates against Veterans. I heard the manager tell the waitress that she don't give a Veteran's discount unless pressed to do so. I overheard her telling one of the employees this. Yet, an older black man walked in to pick up a take out order and asked the waitress about a military discount and was given one. When I get ready to pay, they were hesitant about giving me one. On the way home I called the store to ask if they gave a military discount and was told no, then was told only to Active duty with ID card. When I attempted to call the Norcross office and explained to Amber why I was calling and that I needed to speak to someone about a Veteran's Discrimination in one of your stores she sent me to a recording. I called back and told her that I wanted to speak to a person not a recording and was sent to the recording again. I called the third time and got her name and told her that I was going to be contacting an attorney and that I would be using her name in the suit. She told me to have a good day and hung up. I need someone with some kind on authority to call me within the hour, or I will be contacting an attorney and the proper federal agency in reference to this matter.

I normally eat at Waffle House 1-2 times per week. However, if I don't get some satisfaction on this mattion, I'm going to also put an editorial in the local newspaper and list it several times on Face Book. I served through 3 wars and I am not looking for anything special, however, I am extremely Offended that a young manager who has probably never served in the military being so calised toward the military and in a store located just a couple of mile outside of Fort Jackson (the largest Infantry Training Base in the US).

Went to the Waffle House at 2020Flat Shoales Road, Conyers GA. Ordered the Fiesta Omelet. After receiving my omelet I ask for the Casa de Waffle Picante Sauce. To my utter disbelief they said they will not be getting it anymore, and gave me 2 packs of the worst sauce I have ever tasted. I will be going to the IHOP now to get their Western omelet with Picante Sauce. No need to respond, unless you get the sauce back. Dave.

I'm not sure if the last complaint I filed went thru so I am going to submit another.
Our Family of 7, 5 residing in Missouri and 2 residing out of state met in the late morning on January 18th at the 9700 NE Barry Rd, Liberty MO address. We ordered food and put a dollar in the juke box to enjoy a dance while we waited for our food, as we have done at every waffle house establishment we've entered! A vry tasteful Chris Stapleton song. We danced arm and arm, hand in hand w no lude action. During our dance a vry rude and bitter manager named Mike told us "This is not a dance hall and return to our seats". In complete disbelief we giggled abt it and continued to dance. Since when is dancing to the juke box tht is installed in the building illegal!?! Again the manager told us to return to our seats. We were in complete shock. As we left the restaurant an employee inside the kitchen, looking thru the window threw me an L on his forehead (implying I am a loser) his name was Jeremy. We are all still kind of in shock and awe tht such miserable ppl would be so offended too see a happy couple dancing tgthr. Unbelievable!

I'm a recent widow, I'm 57 and my husband July 8 of 2021. Our 2 beloved dogs passed away in Dec of same year. I'm grieving all 3 and have nobody. Relatives or friends. Anyway I went to the Waffle House on Barrett in Marietta and told a waitress the last dog passed away. She then goes over to her friends and says "now she's talking about her dead dog." Her back was to me but I heard her. She thought I didnt. I told the staff on another shift what happened and said in no uncertain words that it made me mad. Apparently the person in question found out and waited on me. Her friend she talked to "accidently" spilled water on me and the customer beside me at the little counter. Then the waitress in question yells out for the entire room to hear. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. "Here I am standing in front of the nicest person in the world". I couldn't believe she did that. Its one thing to talk about a customer behind their back but to stand 2 feet away from them and yell about them? Then I checkout. the manager is staring at me and says something. I couldnt hear him. I assume he banned me from there. The cashier says in a sarcastic voice. "see you next time". I've been a customer of theirs for 20 years and then treated like this. And I guess it was too hard for the manager to ask my side of the story and then do what he thought he needed to do. This isn't the first episode either. Another customer got yelled at by another waitress a few yrs back because he asked that his coffee get warmed up. He told her he wasn't her husband nor boyfriend so she shouldn't be cussing him. Will this issue be resolved? I doubt it. But I can guarantee that if the said staff reads this more repercussions await if I show up. Also once they are aware of the complaint they will know exactly who complained. me. So more repercussions. But thats ok. Down here there is almost a waffle house on every block. I think I can find one with friendly staff.

I arrived at the Waffle house on Smokey Park Hwy. in Asheville NC at 10:15 a.m. on 12/31/21. They were busy and I waited in a chair by the wall until a bar seat was cleared. The dirty plates were finally cleared at the bar by 10:35 with 6 workers behind the counter. I moved up to the end bar stool then. The bar was never wiped off. A 3 party group came in after me and found a table before me since I was there by myself. As I sat at the bar the 3 party already had been served food. I sat and waited. I waited until 11:15 with no acknowledgment whatsoever of my presence waiting to place my order. After a hour passed I left with never being served. This was a bad way to spend new year's eve morning! I will not go back there.

We visited store 772 at 1230ish on 12/27/21 and we were ignored while the staff waited on customers who sat down after us. No big deal until we noticed the other tables had their drink order taken and their coffee was made and delivered to them before anybody even spoke to us. We left and went to a different location. There was plenty of staff on duty and only a few customers in at the time so they saw us. Very disappointed in this location.

I went to Waffle House on Christmas Day located at 860 Glenwood Ave Atlanta Ga 30316 i arrived there around 2:45 pm The employees were arguing using
Profanity It was horrible I ordered my meal It was served in a to go container The hash browns were cold I didn't say anything to employees due to the
Arguing taking place I frequent this Waffle House but have never experience this before

I was at the waffle house in forest, ms and one of the waitresses was very rude. Her name was Daphne. We asked our waitress for plastic eating utensils due to the viruses. Our waitress told us that they did not have any. Daphne was on the opposite side waiting tables not on our side. Our waitress must have told or ask her about the plastic silverware and Daphne hollered out that they did not have any and that no one was buying any. We did not ask her to buy any silverware, and no one ask her for anything. She said what she said so loud that the entire restaurant could hear it, including us.
Our waitress was very professional and nice and we made the manager aware of what was done.

I am tired of the customers that come into Waffle House and demand to be served right away, a 24 hour chain yess but. It's several different steps to get things into play it's prep, shift change understaffed, overwork and, New hire, first of if these same customers go into apple bees, oh Charley's longhorns 20, 30 minutes o Or more wait time. They come in and there is no back of the house the back of the house is the front of the house they see what's going on we're packed out or is only one person on the floor they come in and be like can we get service can we order why can't we sit over there to only sit over there on the side that is blocked off because it's only one sales person and complain that they're not getting service when is a family of 4, All the booths field up on the one side people at the high counter and the phone ringing, Why are the workers rude and Waffle House because y'all think people of ours caliber are not educated, slow and POS workers, come in because you're having a bad day to take it out on one of the servers that's trying to just serve you and make money to take care of their family, you don't know just five minutes before you walked in they got their butt kicked because somebody won a baseball game and now the whole team and everybody that came with the team wants to eat so you come in And because you don't know before hand just happened and the restaurant appears all cleaned out, there's nobody in there and you think that I should be able to get food fast but what you don't know is that the, cook just getting out of the bathroom from our most heat exhaustion because the lady in the corner is freezing and she was the heat on with the grill 108° behind the counter there is a million dishes and tea to be made but in steel you want your food cook when you walk through the door now only being rude you downgrade don't tip and come in to see a show that's not a show it's exhaustion headache pain frustration and a question of why for the customers they do come in a tube and have patience thank you so much but the ones that don't wanna ruin it for everybody else your going to miss your servers and cooks cause the younger generation is not going to stand for your crap from you customers I think you get privilege opportunities if you like the dining so much and like being able to come out late hours treat people with respect, we work for Waffle House company? yes! we are here to give you a service yes but we are not your servers that you can dump on because you think we're below you.

Okay so it is 4:00 in the morning I have visited 4 waffle House restaurant in the areas of East point college Park hapeville and also another one in East point locations and at the first one they tell me they're closed but there's seven people inside standing around doing nothing and did not bother to tell me when they would be open to take orders okay so then the second location in hapeville there's cars outside but the doors locked and no one is inside maybe in the back area but they're obviously not taking orders either so third location The woman inside tells me and this is college Park that she's not taking any more orders but she's cooking for the guy that's there because that's one of her friends and they're not taking any more orders and does not bother to tell me when they will be taking orders again so I asked her when they're taking orders and she says I have no idea we're cleaning so there's no telling when we will be open for taking orders okay fourth location in East point they're closed no lights nobody's there I could have swore that waffle House was a 24-hour restaurant and I'm busy most of my time through the day and I sleep evening time and I'm up at night working and I like to have a meal sometimes so I thought that waffle House at least one would be open for business but I can't get a meal out of four locations to me that's bull because waffle House has always been 24 hours I understand that the coronavirus maybe change that I don't know but I don't care you can't tell me all these places or locations are having something going on at the same damn time so now there's absolutely nowhere to eat at this time of the night and besides that all the employees they're rude they have no smile on their face they don't care to point you in a direction where you can go or what time you can eat or you'll be able to eat it just doesn't make any sense to me I'm probably going to just stop trying to deal with waffle house. Because it's obvious they are not wanting business like they used to so that's my complaint thanks
