VW McCarthy Witbank review: Poor customer service

I bought a Grey T-Cross advertised as a "demo" on the 13 August 2021, the salesman referred me to a gentleman by the name of Linda ([protected]) who does the anti smash & grab on their vehicles. The anti smash & grab was done and I paid the guy an amount of R1200 cash.
After collecting the vehicle I realized that the was an issue with the left back wheel and there were repairs done on the vehicle and that was not disclosed to me.
I requested the dealership to collect the vehicle and cancelled the sale.
Sifiso & Mduduzi promised me that I would get my money for the smash & grab back as they will include it in the purchase price for the next person that will buy the vehicle. The same vehicle was sold in couple of days and dealership got their money but they are failing to process my refund. Up to this day, I still haven't received my money back. I am being sent from pillar to post, being told stories that gentleman has a 30 days payment agreement with the dealership and my refund will be paid to him but it is now 60 days later and no payment has been made to him.
