I purchased a dress as described on their website. However, when the item came, it was different than the one described. The company has agreed, through its live chat service, and through emails to me, that they will refund the purchase price, but are delaying doing so.

    I am having trouble with this company at the moment. I ordered 3 dresses from them on the 23rd Jan 2011 and paid £288, in full, on the same day. I was told as it was there busy season and I was having the made to measure, I would not receive them until mid March. This was ok as the dresses were for my bridesmaids and my wedding isnt until 13th May.

    I received the dresses on monday (14.3.2011) and when opened realised that one of the dresses was completely the wrong size. The measurements I gave for two of the dresses were, 63" and 64" head to toe and the girls would be wearing 5" heels so would need the dress to touch the floor whilst wearing them. It was clear to see that one of the dresses was wrong. The two dresses have about a 4.5" difference in length and the shorter one of the two is not made well and is puckered on one side.

    I emailed the company on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday... didnt hear anything. Also rang them and left my name and number... nothing... stayed awake until 2am Tuesday just to speak to someone live on line... all they said was sorry for the late reply we will get back to you asap... Nothing... Today finally I receive an email from them only to find they are blaming me saying the dresses were made to the measurements I asked and that I must have got the sizing wrong. I even sent them a copy of the sizing information and pictures of the dresses side by side so they could see that it was not me... its them. They have said now that they will give me a discount on the dress, but thats not good enough. IT DOESNT FIT.. reading their terms and conditions if the size is wrong they will give a full refund!!! I am just about ready to go to WATCHDOG and tell them my story.
