Be careful if you buy gift cards or any other product this store sells by third party vendors. Vons does stand behind the product. I bought a gift card for my son and he opened it in the Vons parking lot. The code you need to use the card was damaged and unreadable. I walked right back in the store and was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do and my only option was to contact the gift card company directly. The would not refund for a defective product or offer any help. Horrible customer service. Shop elsewhere.
Desired outcome: They should have acknowledged they sold a defective product and either replaced it or refunded my money.
Vons - Frozen yogurt
I purchased one of your Signature Brand Lowfat frozen yogurt last month. (I no longer have my receipt). The frozen yogurt was stored in my garage upright full size freezer. My husband went to serve himself a bowl of the Lowfat frozen yogurt 2 nights ago and found it was iced up around the sides and when he went to eat it he said it had no flavor and tasted old. On the bottom of the container it shows a best before date of Oct 10 2020. PLTO4-[protected]:25 Would you please forward/send me a coupon for a replacement container of your Signature Brand Lowfat frozen yogurt? Thank you in advance.
