This product arrived yesterday to my address in Sydney. I did not order it but was charged 164.99 AUD from my bank account.

Please refer to the attachments.
On 17 July I receive a card indicating an item is awaiting collection at the post office.
On 22 July 2020, when attending the post office the item could not be located.
An online trekking search reveals the item was delivered to the post office the same day at 9.42 am.
The post office has confirmed the item originated from your office.
The post office now has taken the stand that the item has been misplaced and are not pursuing it further.
In order to ascertain the value of the item please provide more details of what was sent and who is now ultimately liable for its replacement.

Vitatrade Group nu youth cream

I purchased this product with the promise it would work well it did not and repeatedly returned the product unopened finally I called and basically was told too bad you agreed to the terms well if that is how you run a business you are not concerned with customer satisfaction and do not back up your product your only mission is to suck from consumers bank accounts this business model needs to be investigated they do not have the right to access anyone's bank account if they return a product they are not satisfied with this practice should be investigated by the FTC!

Vitatrade Group refund not issued

Following up on my earlier complaint refund not refunded, I have waited the 2 business days stated in the email response, no response.
I then sent another email to the email address citing 24/48 hours for a response, got same email message, so autoresponder at work.

I suspect this company is a scam and would appreciate some assistance in getting hold of the principals.

Vitatrade Group refund not refunded

I responded to a "free gift promo - just pay the postage" offer from Vitatrade, for a face cream. As the promoter used the Qantas logo I felt it was probably a genuine offer.
The product arrived about 10 days later.

Day 15 saw a charge to my bank account for USD138.86 There was no information as to the biller and my bank said it would take overnight for the biller information to propagate.
Checking, the next day, and I saw it was a charge from Vitatrade.
I skyped the US number for Vitatrade and was advised that the product is autocharged after 14 days. I complained and the refund was agreed and account cancelled.

I have never received the product that was autocharged.

Nov 6 2018 email advise of an authorised refund of USD138.86
The email further advise a wait of 7 to 10 working days for funds to lodge.

The product was Dermavix Anti Aging - delivery was stopped at source.

The account created at the time was [protected]. This account was cancelled at the time of the refund being authorised.

I have phoned the organisation, firstly using Skype, then 2 further calls using the Perth Australia number listed in the original refund advice email..

Every call ends with "wait another 7 to 10 days". The last call also stated that the matter would be escalated.

I have since emailed them 3 times with no response.

OK, I goofed.
Vitatrade did not refund in 7 - 10 business days, they refunded same day, and I missed it. Apologies to Vitatrade.
This should not be seen as an endorsement of the product, just their refund willingness and speediness.

Vitatrade Group beauty products

This company sends a sms saying that you have been chosen by Woolworths to do a survey and claim that you were chosen to receive a woolworths $100 voucher when in actual fact after the survey they ask you to choose one of their beauty product and pay for postage on your credit card. In the small print they tell you that you can cancel at anytime otherwise they will send you product every 30 days and charge your account. They are not authorised to do any surveys or transaction in the rouse of Woolworths. be careful!

They should not be disguising themselves as representing Woolworths Australia. Do not want to be contacted by these people ever again and they are in no ways to take any funds out of my bank account as I have been in contact with my bank already.

Vitatrade Group keto weight loss plus

I made a stupid mistake & took up an offer for a FREE TRIAL of this product. I did not tick any of the options in the t's & c's. I was shocked to find an unknown $154 charge to my credit card without having received my trial bottle! I went to my bank & I had to cancel my card, complete a form and show the bank that I had tried to contact the company. I did a lot of research on keto or vita you trade under so many names. I demanded cancellation and a refund in full of all charges. I received an email of no consequences. I phoned today and spent well over 2 hours speaking to someone in the USA this time. It did become very heated and she even tried to offer me a 50% refund and then other products rather than a full refund. I received an email confirming our conversation in 6 lines! But the refund is $140 86 I'm expecting this to be in USD$. I would like to hear from someone in management of this company to read my correspondence and recompense me for all of my costs. These are considerably more than just the above charge.
As stated in my initial email I am within my rights as per the NZ Consumer Laws as well as the USA Federal Consumer Protection Bureau. Both of these agencies would be happy to assist me in a legal challenge if necessary.

Vitatrade Group garcina total diet

I have unsuccesfully being trying to cancel this order for 12 months. I have tried every avenue to make contact with the company from identifying marks of the packaging as no delivery receipt is included with the item showing company details .
I have returned to sender the last 4 items but yet again I have received another package. I do not authorise you to continue sending and charging me for this item, please cancel immediately and refund $$ from the last 4 deliveries which have been returned. The order ID on the package is [protected] sent 11 September, if this is not rectified immediately I will seek advice on how to pursue.

I would like acknowledgement or receipt of this complaint and the subsequent action you are going to take and by when.

Vitatrade Group face cream

As the others have stated in other complaints I have received unwanted product and being charged for it.
I notice the company's website is down so no use complaining there. I am sending the latest shipment back to them and demanding they stop sending it. I will also go to my bank and insist they not honour any debit to my account from that company.

Vitatrade Group face and eye cream

On a Woolworths email there was ad for the creams to be free if the postage was paid. I sent postage, got creams, then got another lot. The conditions (cancelling within 14 days) were well hidden which is against Australian consumer law. I was charged $818.72for three shipments (third one never arrived). Refunded $268.65. They refuse to refund the balance of $550.07.

Vitatrade Group anti wrinkle cream

Not suitable for my skin and I don't want any products delivered to me anymore or samples coz I have a very drastic allergic to it

Please do not take any money on my account and I wish to stop any direct debit or whatsoever in my account please

When I subscribe for free samples I don't realised I need to receive anymore products and will be deducted from my bank account every month

Vitatrade Group scam

Your company is advertising free facial creams with only postage paid. This is the way you obtain a persons financial information. The company also uses popular venues to advertise this or these products such as Shark Tank, Facebook etc. A few weeks later the product arrives and hundreds of dollars are taken from their bank accounts. The product was not ordered regardless of the fact that not having ordered in some way makes them responsible for receiving the product and giving YOUR company the right to charge the recipient. I think that is the way this deceptive advertising is done. I have been in touch with my bank and tomorrow I will be informing the Department of Fair Trading in Australia.
Your company has TAKEN two amounts from MY account for a product I don't want. $131.00 and $135.95 adding up to $266.95 from the account of a ill pensioner.
If this is the deceptive way of selling YOUR product then you DON'T have any faith in your product.
I felt so ill when checking my bank statement. In fact as I am ill, this has brought tears, worry and stress for hours this afternoon. The stress was aimed at myself for not seeing through what was clearly a ruse to get into my account by paying mailing charges.
Are the comments above enough to resolve this issue, I sincerely hope so as I personally have only received the free product and one other which remains unopened ready to be returned but I refuse to pay postage as this is how you managed to take MY money to begin with. I still feel quite ill, there'll be no eating dinner for me this evening, I don't know how you can eat after causing such distress.

Vitatrade Group charging for products when postage was all that was required

Two days ago my bank account was hit with charges not with my permission.. Having received an email from coles, suggesting I had won a competition and because I often receive emails from coles I assumed all was legite. I was told to choose a product and pay only for delivery which I foolishly did... The products arrived small samples as promised but charges as I have said soon hit my bank, have order numbers below
Skin care product [protected] plus skin product [protected]...
The package the products arrived in has a priority pp swiss post...
Charges to my bank account $131.00 and $130.88 charges on packets $86.30 usd and $88.24 usd... I am asking this be stopped... This scam may try to take more money monthly hence the reason for the need to cancel and stop further loss... I wish these charges to be returned to my bank... However, if I can stop any further loss as I previously said I will learn the lesson... But never again will I trust anything with an out of country hint about it... Nothing but thieving.

I understand this has nothing to do with coles however, people may never trust anything from coles again... I intend to keep going with this regardless of todays outcome... Having checked everywhere these email adds led me I found hundreds of people complaining the same problem. Hoping for some solution

I have posted my complaint several times.. so to keep this as simple as possible. I was scamed.. I answered aColes email suggesting I had won a prize, it was skincare product and all that was required of me was to pay for Postage.. a few days later two charges were taken from my Bank account without my knowledge.. Spoke to my Bank and now am following their instructions, below you will find the people responsible for this scam//
Vitatrade.com. internet. cyp... a second email as follows... psservice.com. internet. GBR... I am guessing there are two services acting with this thieving... the amount taken as follows... $131.00 and $130.88..
Vitatrade skin products seem to be the culprit here.. what do you suggest before I take this further with my Bank who by the way are looking a fraud/pending, can you fix this...

Vitatrade Group authorised continued shipments & direct debits & fees of tri vix & volidian skin care products

I wish to advised that I have received four shippements of the above and have had direct debits from my credit card to the amount of five hundred & fourty one dollars & sixty cents that is not authorised.
Charges have been made in us dollars with fees attached.

I expect to not receive or have any further parcels or debits to my credit card.

Vitatrade Group I have been trying to cancel my subscription

I received a free product and did not expect to be paying $135 per month.
I have returned every single product even the so called freebie.
I am hoping you return all my money that you have taken out off my account.
I have just received an other parcel with one of your product and I will be returning it back to you.
I entered to win something and ended up being scammed into something I don't and not interested in.
Nothing is worth the price you are charging me this is the biggest rip off ever.

Vitatrade Group unauthorised delivery of dietary supplement products

I received two separate packages from your company on the 5th of July 2018 which I did not order. The packages contained dietary supplements: 1x UltraPique Cleanse Dietary Supplement 30 Capsules and 1x Phenterage Garcina Dietary Supplements 60 Capsules. I will be returning your unopened items to your PO Box stated on the package. I request you to terminate all services of the delivering unordered products immediately.
