I recently ordered christmas cards using their online system.
I received the order, however the envelopes didn't fit the product.
I rang them and the company assured me they would send the correct envelopes, these arrived and they were wrong again. I rang again and these envelopes didn't arrive, I rang to check on them and they hadn't been sent. I rang again, once again I was assured that I would get the correct envelopes... And suprise suprise they were wrong.
I told them I wanted a refund, as I couldn't send the cards are they were not a standard size that I could just buy envelopes... I am still waiting for my refund.

I have a business website with vista print and we have closed our business so I called vista print last friday to cancel the website. I made six calls, I was able to get their ordering department every time but when they transferred me to the cancellation department I got cut off. On my sixth call I got operator extension 5253 and told her I wanted my website canceled now, she wanted to send me to the department that kept cutting me off, I said no, she needed to take care of it and explained why. She said it would be taken care of that day, well it is till up and running. This company is doing bad business. I will be filling a complaint with the bbb and my credit card company.

Do not, I repeat do not order anyhting from vista print online! They charge different amounts to your credit card (for their accounting conveniences, they charged the wrong amount first and changed the amount, cancelled the first one, so it looks like my card has been charged 3 times.) they don't even have a 800# listed on their website. They trick you with wordage by saying if you add this much shipping is free and still charge the shipping. Omg, what a waste of time and money. I can't believe this people stay in business.

It's impossible to get through to vistaprint! Called the 1800 number on friday 2pm - old me that "the department was closed, please call back during business hours mon-fri 8am-10pm." if friday 2pm is not within business hours, then what time is?
Emailed them too - "will reply within 48 hours". It's been 1 week!
Obviously vistaprint doesn't have any business hours!
Very, very poor customer service!

I ordered buisness cards from vistaprint and the printing is barely legible and extremely small. I need these fixed thank god I didnt order what I usally do, cant seem to find a live person to talk to. I need to fix these cards any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Vista print advertises free business cards which are not free at all. After you spend countless time trying to navigate thru their pop up loaded website and finally reach the end all of a sudden you are charged for shipping at the very least. If you add any type of option just watch their price calculator continue to climb. Stay with real web providers like vera print and others.

Vistaprint has the worst customer service in the world! The phone number is just a run around of automated options with no human help at all. I had ordered business cards in march and its may and I still have yet to receive my order. I had to spend 1 hour on the phone calling different numbers to get a human to help me. I will not purchase anything from this company again and suggest that if you do, don't mess up because you will not get any help from the company

I've been had and I get it.

Ordered checks thinking I could pick something better and cheaper than from my bank. Never do this. I have to throw them out, I have contacted them via email, no response, I cannot find a phone number anywhere but may try again with that. They could not verify my routing number as a breach of security. They printed a routing number from god knows where? My checks were refused before I even looked at the problem. I lost 34.00 which was not really cheaper at all. I have read other complaints and will look for extra monthly charges next. They should be put out of business. I ordered a "free" printed t-shirt from vistaprint with printing on front and back. After all the upgrades to the free offer I ended up paying $14.38 for the shirt. This was not the problem, I agreed to the $14.38 charge and paid though paypal. I received the shirt, but the printing on the back was missing. I tried for about an hour to find any way of contacting the company only to be led in an unendless loop of links without ever finding a link to contact anyone or report the problem. They even have a "satisfaction guaranteed" which takes you back into the endless useless loop.

I am livid that vistaprint overcharged me several times over and I am really hoping they correct this as I will go to the better business buerau. What is lori holt's email in customer relations?

I don't want to be rude but you are educated women and having business to way to success, you have to be loyal with your customer, we trust you and we give you the business but if we get deceived this not good for you and your new client who trust your company and order the stuff, I do agree I make the design of the card but did you check the cards before you delivered it, its common sense when you can't read your name on the card so is it valuable for others that’s a common sense.
What if someone did the same with you how its feel, I think sincerity is more precious then money making like this.
I am so surprised what did you guys and your company did to me and if I show these cards printed by your company what will be the result? Did u ever think about it? What if I sue your company they can see the card and will make decision about that how its look like and what quality of card I order and what I get and cards words are invisible.

I request you to refund my money back which I spend on the cards trusting your company its your responsibility to satisfied me you lied to me that for 21 days the card will be delivered and its takes only 2 days to delivered to me and then I ask for the expensive material you charge for that but give me the weird one and printing is so weird, if you will not refund my money I will take further action against you.

I ordered address labels and one month later, appeared two charges in my debit card for "entrtnment values" and "mnth svc-shopping pg". It seems these are two rewards partners of vistaprint and they were charging my debit card for 5 months with 14.95 dollars. I called chase-visa card. They are refunding with the last 60 days. I found this scam everywhere since 2004... How visa or mastercard can make them still eligible to credit card payment as merchant?

For the second year in a row I have purchased calendars (designed by me) on 12/3/09 via office max, however they are now having vista print print these specialized calendars. When going to pay for the items I was directed to paypal which gave me free shipping and the only confirmation I received about this order. I was told 3 days ago that fedex was shipping to my house and that I should receive my shipment by 12/17. Well, today (12/18) I had to call vista print 4x because they either had incompent customer service reps or I was transferred to another department and disconnected. Finally, on the 4th time calling I was told that fedex shipped to the usps who couldn't guarantee delivery today, but "should be delivered tomorrow" which ironically is the day I need them by. I asked for some money back on the order considering I paid close to $60 for the order and they said they could only give me 50% off of my next order considering I received free shipping. Last year, I received timely confirmations and delivery direct from either fedex or ups without delay, this year nothing even close to that yet I am not worth even giving me $5.00 back. Pretty pathetic customer service. My advise don't buy from vista print and don't buy calendars online from office max!

I was charged 14.95 for five months for a service I never agreed to. I just had a baby, so my credit card statements are the last thing I am checking in the last few months.

They called themselves "vista print rewards" and "member savings" I never received any 'rewards' or services of any kind, not even an e-mail saying I had the service. They said while on vista print's website I clicked a pop-up and signed myself up to receive this. I contacted vista print's public relations because I am part of the media and am so appalled by this sort of business, especially in today's economy.

I recommend that we inform others and boycott vistaprint, if that is who they affiliate with and support. Perhaps vistaprint gets "rewards" for helping these sleezy companies who are not really providing any services, just squeezing people for money.

Last night I was searching for address labels and ran across this site. I thought it looked like a great deal. They had labels on sale for $1.99, and I decided to purchase a mouse pad as well. Then they offered free "sticky notes," so I signed on for that. Fortunately, before I gave them any credit card info, I noticed they'd suddenly charged me $5.99 for each of my two address label orders. The "free" sticky notes weren't so free after all. I immediately halted the order and won't be dealing with them in the future. There's something awfully fishy going on there. If you order from them, be very cautious about the charges. I still can't see how two dollar labels suddenly jumped $4 in price within minutes. Doesn't strike me as some sort of technical glitch either. More like a scam.

Via an email today, I noticed that vistaprint and their partners in crime have been removing the sum of £11.95 each month for sometime now without my knowledge or consent supposedly for vprewards, the only reward seems to be going to vistaprint and their partners.
I want this stopped and want any monies taken from my account returned.
This is a diabolical liberty by vistaprint, i'm unable to reach them by phone and my emails do not get a response.

Vista print is a false advertiser... This company advertises a rebate offer for money back on your purchase after it has been completely paid for in the form of a rebate ckeck. Now the link that appears does not state you must join a membership nor pay a $14.95 a month in service fees which makes no sense at all just to get $10 off something that you have already paid in full for. So once you click the link it prompts you to enter a username that they never issue, so you have to go to the I forgot my username icon which says it will email you the information to access the coupon & it never does. So now when you call the customer service line they now explain that the want you to do all this extra stuff. Now thats' not right...@ least those other sites let you know up front you have to fill out a survey or whatever but to say one thing and then not honer it is bad business. I only deal in straight business so I am returning the cards as soon as they arrive because I can't promote that.

I received blank cards and blank stamps in the mail from vista print that I did not order and my checking account was charged $84.59. I have placed previous orders with vista print and used my debit card to pay but did not order this. I filed a fraud complaint with the sheriffs dept. Case #[protected] and declaration of unauthorized use with my bank. Vista print will still not issue a refund because my address and 3 digit code on my debit card matches for the order. Of course it is going to match, I have used this card and address with them before. I have had to cancel my debit card so I do not receive other charges. I am very unhappy with how vista print has handled this and will no longer do business with them.

Zero customer support... I called their 1-800 support help-line and was given only 1 option... Tracking information. Unable to speak to a live person. I tried emailing them only to be refered back to the useless 1-800 number. I even tried "o" for operator and also randon extentions in an attempt to get through to anyone. It didn't work.

My order of checks only had 4 of the 8 digits of my account number on them so they cannot be used.
How convenient to have only one option for customer support. If you need anything other than tracking information forget it.
