Visionworks of America review: Rayban meat gen 2

I gave them my glasses to do my prescription lenses, they broke my frame. They void my warranty because they said I sign a paper where they are not responsible what happens with the frames about broken, stolen or lost, they will replace the frames with one of the store but not the ones they broke. I'm going to file a complaint with BBB.I bought The Meta Gen 2 Rayban Glasses and I went to vision works to do my prescription for them and they broke my frame in the process i sended the photos to you where the frame was broken and the order done there for the glasses. They gave me to chose a frame at the store and returned some money, but now i got a pair of broken f4rames that i cant replace and that I have to continue paying because i bought them with credit. Ray ban does not honored this because is out of the warranty
