Visions Electronics - Every product

Today me and my father went to vision for a bar speaker at Winnipeg vision on st James. When we were about to leave the employees forced us to buy the product. One of the employees mocked my dad and said you are like my boss a denial. The employees were arguing with us to buy the speaker and they said we will not give you a deal if you don’t buy the speaker today. Overall very bad customer service. I want this place to have good employees. One more thing the employees forced us to buy the warranty.

Visions Electronics - Repair with extended warranty

Purchased a tv and was talked into buying extended 5 year warranty. Was told if not used then at the end of 5 years we get our money back. Nothing was said about a store credit or having to buy something that is double the cost in order to obtain. Fast forward 3 years. TV needed to be repaired or replaced. Called the St. James location and was asked to bring it in. No one mentioned in house repair option. The staff wrote a ticket and said because of the holiday we would get an answer in 5 days but it would probably be replaced The tv sat in the shop for 9 days and now we are told it will take 6 to 8 weeks to determine the repair. We called customer service and was told that it was company policy for a 6 to 8 week wait. It is not on their website, our receipt or on the 5 year warranty plan. Unless you enjoy losing money, having massive amounts of migraines and being treated poorly stay far away .

After 9 weeks of getting the run around with this company, I think it is time to start litigation procedures towards Visions for not honoring their extended warranty contract which cost us $329.00 plus the $2400 purchase price of the tv we bought.

Never ever will we be buying from this company again!

Visions Electronics - Warranty rebate

Time to claim my warrty rebate after waiting period of 5yrs. Claiming and waiting since then nothing came in the mail. Then email says its expires but it didn't came since then... I recently bought 2 more items and both comes with these warranties about $589.99 and another 59.99 i will going to returned it and never bought anything if it didn't settle it. I've been a loyal customer since then to visions.
