As per my consultation with Dee Alhuwalia he recommended me to get the certificate for diploma of community services through Rpl and he ask me to pay 2000 dollars.. I paid him 1500 dollars and 500 he ask me to pay after receiving the certificate. He also said that I will receive the certificate in 2 weeks time and he assured me that he will help me in getting my skill assessment. I contacted him after 2 weeks and he said it will take few more weeks for the certificate. I paid him the money in August 2023 and now it is February 2024 I have been trying to reach him but he never answers the call also he has blocked me from all the social media platform. What should I do in this case as it was my hard earned money and I am loosing my peace because of this. I have called him several times but he is not responding.

Skill assessment application not submitted after receiving the Payment.
Hi, have contacted them to apply my Skill assessment, I have paid their fees amount $1600 for immigration application fees.
However, after receiving the payment there is no response answering calls or mails from their team. I paid 1600$ on March 2023.since I paid the amount, they were not answering my calls and no response for my mail. Today I went to their office to check but unfortunately there is no one at the office for more than a month as per the building receptionist.
they were giving me mental pressure and I am facing lots of depression and stressful life recently because of these issues.
Kindly take an action against them as soon as possible!

Student dependent application not submitted after receiving the payment
Hi have contacted them to apply my husband visa as a student dependent visa,I have paid their fees amount $715/- and $650 for immigration application fees.
However after receiving the payment there is no response answering calls or mails from their team.I paid 715$ on 1st of May 2023 and 650$ on 7th of June 2023.since I paid the amount they were not answering my calls and no response for my mail. Today I went to their office to check but unfortunately there is no one at the office for more than a month as per the building receptionist.
On 6th of June I was forced to give my bank card details from one of their team members, but luckily I didn’t give but they were giving me mental pressure and I am facing lots of depression and stressful life recently because of this issues.
Kindly take an action against them as soon as possible!

This is karthik,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against visassimply. I engaged their services to obtain a visa to australia but unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely unsatisfactory.
Firstly, visassimply charged me a significant amount of money for their services, which I paid upfront(1500AUD). They promised to provide a detailed explanation of the visa application process and to assist me with all the necessary documentation, which they did not fulfill.
Secondly, I noticed that the visa application they submitted on my behalf contained several errors, which I had to correct by myself. The delay in processing my application resulted in additional expenses I was not prepared for. They also asked for my credit card information, but I refused.
Lastly, visassimply stopped responding to my emails and phone calls, leaving me in a state of anxiety and confusion about the status of my application. When I finally received a response, they gave me inaccurate information, which further exacerbated the situation.
I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by by visassimply , and I believe that they have committed fraud by taking my money and failing to deliver the promised services. I feel taken advantage of and request a full refund of the amount paid.

I was contacted by an Agent from Visa simply in 2015 that they were going to help me and my family migrate to Canada.
We started the process. they made me pay over 4000 AUD and suddenly they went silent. no calls goes through, they don't respond to my messages and emails, the last time I heard from them a lady picked and told me my case manager has resigned and she has taken over my case, but she never did anything or get back to me afterwards. It was as if they vanished.
Recently a friend told me she had a similar experience and this made me feel that they are deliberately doing this to dupe us of our hard earned money which is very unfair and bad.
Please help me get my money back.

I am completely dissatisfied by the company and below I have mentioned a detailed account of my grievance. 1. Failed to explain the process (Name and details of who spoke to you initially) 2. Failed in giving professional guidance (wife primary and ACS code) 3. Failed in performing duties (doc review, communication, resolution of issues) Details of your engagement with Visassimply: Name: Sandeep P Education: Btech EEE Experience: 7 years Service details: Information technology Payment of fees: Credit Card Case Manager (name, date): Diana Cooper 09 Jan/ Navneet kaur 21-March Assessment details : Anzco code: Initial 261111 later 262113 Date of application: March 15 ACS Results: June Firstly, the process for obtaining PR was not explained clearly by Diana Cooper. Inspite of informing my complete profile, I was not guided properly as my wife, who has a computer science background and experience in IT, would have been an ideal candidate for application with me as add-on. This move would have saved us crucial time as well as filling up of the RPL was very time consuming. Shockingly my case manager at the time of filling my assessment wth ACS Ms Navneet Kaur did not review my documents. When I realized that there were multiple people involved, with no one having a complete idea of what was happening with my case. I tried to get a complete picture through a conference call (Diana, Navneet, Neeraj, and me in May'13) but that clearly showed how unorganized Visasimply functions as the employees started blaming each other in call for not reviewing the documents before filling for assessment. The only solution offered to me was to be patient until the ACS completes its assessment. I was asked to file under the Business Analyst (with an annual quota of 1800) category but ACS replied back that my qualification and experience is more suited towards System Administrator (with an annual quota of 2400). This clearly shows that Visassimply failed in rendering their services. Even the simple thing like interpreting the result from ACS was done incorrectly by Ms Navneet Kaur (Date- June 13, mode of communication - Email) as she told me that ACS assessed me to be experienced for 7 years instead of the actual assessment of only 2.7 years. I have been trying to contact Mr Neeraj (tried calling him more than 10 times since a week to find out about my case and future plan but didn't get any response. Not knowing what to do I reached out to Daniel on July 1st as a final resort as well. Today, I have received an email from Neeraj that i have to wait till September with no fault on my end. Also the email was so blunt as never expected. As Visasimply is a MARA registered agency, I have place complete trust in its counsel and guidance for my Australian visa processing but they have completed betrayed my trust and failed in performing the basic duties and according to the return policy of the company I am entitled to full refund of my processing fees of Rs. 80, 000/- or so I urge the company to immediately give me a full refund of the processing fee of Rs. 80, 000/-, Failing which I will be left with no other alternative but to file an official complaint with MARA.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Fraud and humiliation
This is Neeraj, i took visasdimply services for getting an Australia visa 2 yrs back and now after paying 1.5 + lakhs nothing, their idiot manager Jason hunt promised me refund and now he is not picking my calls. totally ignoring me.
I tried everything i am not getting any help. I am in process of sending them notice and specially that jason guy and Pooja sakuja who dont know anything about visas and simply wasted my time, i have to educate her most of time.
These guys are punished for fraud and harassing and humiliating your customer.
Thanks for giving all the tension and harassing me.
