Virastyle is the worst! i ordered a christmas present on 11/29 and still haven't received it!
They didn't even ship it until i called, stayed on hold @ 9am for 10min, and was forced to leave a message. no call back. no email response. nothing.
Of course, the next day i get an email saying it's shipped... that was 2 days ago and still no shipping info, ups says the made a label but no merchandise. ugh. calling my cc for a stop payment. virastyle sucks. will never use them again.

The items they advertise have nothing to do with the ones you receive. Terrible quality... looks cheap. Yuk...
Customer service is a different story and there can be lots of words said about them, but it's not worth it.
I will only say that they are absolutely not client-oriented, care nothing about anything at all and unreachable. You decide. But I highly recommend staying away.

I tried to buy a shirt on 10/24/2017 and was redirected to PayPal for payment, after payment I was sent back to them but their website crashed before I got an order confirmation.
I re-ordered the shirt, made a PayPal payment and received an order confirmation, they also sent me an offer to buy and additional shirt at a reduced cost. I bought that shirt also and received payment confirmation and an order confirmation.
When I tried to get my money back for the original order that never went through they lied and told PayPal that they only received payment for the 2 shirts they sent. I appealed and showed PayPal the 3 payment confirmations through them and the 2 order confirmations from Viralstyle.
Viralstyle told PayPal again that I only paid them for 2 shirts. I find it hard to believe that PayPal doesn't simply check their records of my payments.
I simply want my money refunded for a shirt that was paid for but never generated an order.

Oh gosh, it's terrible. I was lucky enough before I encountered this website full of crappy crap. I'm shocked by their terrible service. Obviously, they are scammers that should be urgently reported.
Why am I saying this? Well, I have an experience, not a very nice one.
I ordered several items and was charged or this. Ok, that's how it should be, right? Several days later they canceled my order with no explanations. What a circus. They promised to refund, but it's been more than a month and I don't see any money at all. Seems like they weren't going to refund at all. So typical for scammers.
Please, run away from them. Unreliable asf.

I placed an order with vs 6-13-17 and received an email stating that my shirt was shipped on 6-20-17... Never received! Contacted customer service on 7-10-17 and was verified that my shirt will be resent... Well today is 7-27-17. Still haven't received my shirt. Payment paid to this company in the amount for $55.00, shirt $27.00.

Beware! Company is a fraud!

These guys said that my order will be shipped after the end of campaign but that did not happen. It is now over a months since it ended and my order wasn't even shipped yet! ViralStyle rep said that my order was shipped and even gave me a tracking number which was not working. I asked for a valid number but they said I already received one. These people are also very rude and customer unfriendly, too bad I did not read the reviews! Terrible company to deal with!

I've purchased two t-shirts from ViralStyle online store. One was black and the other one was white. The black one seemed fine, but the white one was very dirty. It was covered with small spots of who knows what. When I contacted ViralStyle customer service I asked them to replace the dirty shirt and I also said that I wanted to keep the black one because there was nothing wrong with it. They said they'll see what they can do and promised to contact me as soon as possible, but they never bothered to do that.
They never replaced my shirt and the worst part was that I wasn't able to get rid of these spots! I'm very disappointed.
