Dear Customer Care Team,
I am writing this mail to you with lots of unsatisfaction and very surprised poor service provided by the Vidiocon customer care.
I purchased a Videocon Television from Mohit sales Agencies Dabua Mode, Old Sabzi Mandi Chowk, Jahawar Colony, NIT faridabad-121005. Model NoVAF21 ESV-CFA. On 26th April 2009.
On 10th Sep 2009 I switched on my TV but it was not working I made a complaint on 12th Sep (Complaint NoGUR1109090234) one of the executive visited my resident on 13th Sep and again he visited on 15th Sep 2009 and took the Television stating that it will be rectified only taking to repair shop.
With lots of regrets and unhappiness I wanted to bring one of the worst episode and experience with Videocon.
I was busy in my personal work and was not able to communicate this with you. Engineer from Videocon visited my place and took my television for repair after several reminders and call I got it repaired by paying Rs 1435/- (Actually TV is under Warranty Period). He delivers the TV in my absence.
The Following Problem have not yet solved.
Ø SENSCE EYE is not working, (which was working earlier).
Ø When ever I open the MENU I get a WWW.SANSUIINDIA.COM message I called up the Service Engineer and he informed me that I have replaced the Chaise & Picture tube.
I request you to solve the above problem and give a solution, I never expected these kind of response from Videocon.
