ANTON EWING likes to be the center of attention, so let's give him some attention...

ANTON EWING is a two-time convicted felon who's been in prison for racketeering and for extortion and stalking. He’s been taken to court for Domestic Violence (he beats up on his wives) and for Restraining Orders against him.

ANTON EWING is a scammer. (To call him a "scam artist" insults true scam artists. Let's just say that EWING is a scam artist wannabe.) EWING runs a basic, run-of-the-mill “Do Not Call” scam. When an individual or business calls his phone number (he purposely uses his personal phone number as his business phone number to catch people doing this) he claims that his phone number is on the “Do Not Call” list, and then he threatens to sue the caller unless they pay him thousands of dollars. If the extortion doesn’t work and they don’t pay up, he sues them. It's a standard scam. People are doing it all over the country, and going to jail for it -- just like EWING will.

EWING does the same thing with his websites - he has at least 20. He gives out his email address and phone number and has a contact form on his websites, and when somebody contacts him, he goes through the same routine, and he claims that whoever contacted him is harassing him, or violating his "rights, " or cyberstalking him, or violating the "Terms of Agreement" for his website, or some such nonsense, and then he goes through the same extortion routine. Not very imaginative, but it works until the scammer gets greedy and files 57 lawsuits, for instance.

In the meantime, EWING harasses, threatens, bullies, and intimidates his victims with letters, phone calls, emails, and text message, and he extorts and stalks his victim until they pay up - or until he gets caught and goes to jail for extortion and/or stalking.

Many of EWING'S current dozen or so lawsuits are against people and businesses who wouldn’t pay his extortion money. The ones who ultimately give in to EWING'S extortion demands don't pay up because they necessarily broke the law - as EWING naturally claims - but because it's cheaper to pay off EWING than to hire a lawyer and go to court. EWING knows that, and uses it to his advantage, sometimes suing dozens of people in the same lawsuit, knowing that at least a few of them will pay up, and he can use the money to victimize MORE people. See how it works?

By the way, EWING'S claim that "every single one has paid and paid and paid" is a lie, of course. It's a simple matter to check the court records to see that many of EWING'S intended victims HAVEN'T "paid and paid and paid." EWING is just trying to make his victims and potential victims think he always wins, so they should pay up. EWING also likes to talk himself up. In EWING'S world, he's the best, and the smartest, and the cleverest, etc, etc, etc. EWING is the Donald Trump of the wannabe scammers.

EWING trolls consumer complaint websites like this one, and he uses his lawsuits to issue subpoenas (like he claims to have done here - "The subpoenas are being sent out every day") to find out the personal information of people who criticize him or tell the truth about him. He cries and whines like he's a victim, then he victimizes them the same way he victimizes people in his “Do Not Call” and website scams - he libels them, calls them names, threatens to send them to jail, and otherwise tries to bully and intimidate them into paying his extortion demands.

EWING also likes to throw around references to Federal and California law -- "47 USC section 501...47 USC 227...CA Penal Code 632 and 637.2 - thinking that will intimidate people. EWING used to be a lawyer, until his license to practice law was revoked for his felony convictions.

It's just a matter of time before EWING goes back to jail, and everything he writes on consumer websites and in his messages and emails puts him just a little bit closer to the pokey. A true scam artist wouldn't boast online about his scams and victims like EWING does. This is one of the reasons that I and people like me post about him on consumer websites. We want to keep EWING talking, because his ego is so big and he’s too stupid to know when to shut up, and in between the lies and the threats, and the false bravado to talk himself up, he always gives something away that we can use against him.

As usual, consider the source of the ranting and raving. It's just EWING being EWING - a sociopath (maybe a psychopath), two-time felon ex-con, extortionist, stalker, scam artist wannabe with a massive ego and serious anger and self-esteem issues who is on his way back to jail.

GCorr has a few screws loose. if suing telemarketers was illegal then explain why every single one has paid and paid and paid. explain why you think 47 USC section 501 is not a criminal statute for violating 47 USC 227. Taxman17 (ANTON EWING) can't refute the information posted about him, so the best he can do is try to misdirect attention from himself by making impotent threats and calling names, which is typical behaviour for him. EWING is a two-time convicted felon. Judge his comments accordingly.
