Victoria's Secret seamless hiphugger / return policy

So I have this problem. I bought a seamless hiphugger in the College Mall store(Bloomington, IN) around Januarys last week. Then I flew back to my country (Costa Rica), I used my pantie two times and then the fabric just ripped off completely. The problem is I clearly can't fly back to the U.S just to return a $10 pantie. Over the phone, several employees told me there is nothing they can do about it because I most give back the pantie in the store that I purchase it, not even if I can attach pictures, not even return it in a Costa Rica VS store. Already understood that no one will fix my problem, so this is more like a "set a precedent email" and a request to review the return policy because it is senseless. There most be someway to fix your customers problems, a lot of people buy products in the U.S while they are on vacations or for any other reason, and then they go back to their countries. What is fair is that if I bought something, it is worth what I paid or I get my money back if it didn't. I am really disappointed for both the customer service, the return policy and the product that I bought, because non of these were useful to me. Going to attach the pictures either way.

Victoria's Secret love spell foaming shower gel

I was so disappointed when you did away with love spell shower gel. So when I saw the foaming shower gel on your website I was beyond excited. I ordered 3 of them. When I tried this product I was extremely disappointed it has no love spell scent at all, it smells like areosal. Please bring back the original product.
Also, I have always loved your cotton underwear have been wearing it for years. They were always comfortable and well made. I purchased some hi-leg briefs they are poorly made and the fabric is thin and flimsy.

Victoria's Secret sale sign

I enter the VS location today I wanted to make a purchase as there was a sign that stated 2 either sweat shirts or sweat pant for 59.95 every day low prices. After I reach the register with my various items I was informed that they where back up to regular pricing. When I questioned the cashier that there was a sign stating two for 59.95 she stated yes that sign is up however is no longer on sale. My question is why have the signs not been removed. At that moment very frustrated I left all I was going to purchase and left the location this is not good customer service not to mention I am a frequent shopper there. My feeling is it should have been honored as they neglected to remove the signs that is false advertising. Not a happy customer.

Victoria's Secret incompetent reps and manager doing online exchange

I ordered a lot of items online during the semi-annual sale so it's first come first serve basis. This is at the tail end of the sale as well. I wanted to exchange an item I bought for my mother (cup size was large even though it was her usual size outside of vs). I called customer support for an exchange (third time I asked for an exchange). The first time they sent me the wrong pattern. The second because sizing didn't fit. Both "exchanges" were done different but they were processed and shipped. The third one (made on 1/22/2019) was done by a nice lady who admitted it was her first time making an exchange. She assured me that she had her manager look over her work. Since her procedure looked like the first exchange I did, I figured it was right. I'm the customer, how would I know what they do? Still, I had a bad feeling something was wrong so I pulled up vs live chat. Note: my order status was "order placed" bud she explained the order was placed incorrectly and will be cancelled. Wow! So I would've never known! They didn't send out any notification! It's not my fault it was done wrong and I didn't get my item since it's all sold out (semi-annual sale). They firmly said it can't be backordered and vaguely explained why.in fact, she explained she can't "backorder something that isn't backordered". Doesn't that remind you of someone trying to give the definition of a word by using the word itself? Ha!

After a long conversation she didn't solve anything. She didn't explain anything. She didn't apologize either. She wasn't nice but she sure wasn't mean. Honestly, I can't tell if she was a person or full robot. Thanks to your incompentent staff i'm suffering the consequence. I did my part but you didn't do yours. I am highly disappointed. No one called me back saying they did it wrong or tried to fix it for me. You can't even send me the item I want anymore! How do you intend on resolving that? No compensation for your staff's mistake. Your staff not acknowledging their mistakes. It's the biggest middle finger I have felt a company has ever flipped by the way their representatives act. Sadly, you're the first company to make me feel that way. Congratulations.

Victoria's Secret holiday helper mistakes effected my credit and no one to help!

Comedity Bank holds Victorias Secrets Angel credit cards and I am livid with what happened, Where does the buck stop? I made a very large purchase Oct 2018 and decided I did not want them so I brought them back Mid Nov 2018. Just before my statement would arrive. I was refunded partial. VS store associate was scanning items and took what she did not scan leaving me to go home with what she scanned and I was getting charged for the items she took. being confused... I kept returning to the store trying and calling VS to return items they claimed were "freebies" because someone made a mistake, yes, YOU! these are not free and I need to find out where the mistake was. Numerous phone calls to VS AND Comedity Bank that I have invested HOURS and HOURS over 3 months! And, no one helps! I have to speak separately for some reason? I wish someone from VS could PLEASE stay on the phone through out or its my word against yours and you aren't on the phone to help me! I finally had a manager help me at the Joliet Store and found two mistakes of many that were already found. because of her employee not returning items correctly. she took a pair of boyfriend sweats and never scanned it! then gave me the hoodie that she already scanned. This was only one in many mistakes made out of almost $2000 in merchandise! and because of her, it has messed up my credit report, I have the bank calling me each day, Comedity Bank only wants me to pay money they aren't interested in what happened or helping me unless I can get VS to help me... I go to VS & they tell me the same about the bank, so its a never ending situation as I continue to hit a wall racking up interest rates and late charges? yep, they tell me to pay the minimum until it can be fixed? that doesnt make sense! All the interest rates at 26.9% and late fee's which are NOT late since they have been returned and I have nothing in my possession. I believe there is still $280.00 left? if they total the late fee's they charged me after they have been returned and the interest rate they would see THAT IS THE BALANCE! (UGH!) No one helps... I hit a dead end each time and their collectors keep calling as my late fee's and interest have NOT been credited but, they keep adding them to it until its paid! If they would simply credit(reverse)my account of the late fee's they charged and interest rate it would go down to $0.
At 52 yo and trying to buy a house, this teenie bopper store is not one I will ever be honoring ever again.

Victoria's Secret unethical behaviour

A few personal complaints about my visit to Victoria Secret Stores. Not once did I feel like a valid customer, I was always looked over, or looked at, and almost needed to demand for assistance. I feel like a bother every time I enter the establishment. Upon further investigation and social media attention, I get to see the real horror behind Victoria Secret establishment... The secret; that they aren't very LGBTQ+ friendly, specially transphobic. They have discussed this issue recently stating that they would not hire a transgender model. This opened my eyes a lot to who I was really dealing with. If you haven't already, look up Nikita Dragun. A very beautiful lady who fought for her trans rights against Victoria Secret in the most stunning way. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community I do not feel valid as a human when I enter Victoria Secret Stores. Perhaps some staff training should be required. Not every female that will be buying bras and underwear, fall into your category on what a perfect female looks like. Many people buy bras in all stages of life. Be more accessible to those in the trans community and help them. Help them feel beautiful. Help them feel feminine. Help them feel comfortable in their own bodies. At the base of our fight, underclothing stores need to do more to be more inclusive to every body, gender, shape, and color. Don't even get me started about how disgraceful this company is with body shaming in general, but this isn't a new issue, and I'm sure you're well aware of all the anorexia you cause young adults. This complaint specifically is about how the company and staff mistreat their LGBTQ+ customers. Do more Victoria Secret. Stand up and be the better company. Do you really want to be known as the ones who are homophobic and transphobic? Do better.

Victoria's Secret return policy

Victoria Secret had a special going on during the summer. I bought (3) of the special deals for each of my girls for a Christmas gift. I made sure that I asked about the return policy at the counter before I made my purchase because I knew I was buying a gift in the summer but not giving the gift to the receiver until Christmas so, I didn't want to get stuck with the outfit if the girls didn't like them or they didn't fit so, I asked the girl at the desk if the items would be able to be returned if they didn't fit or the receiver didn't like them and that I was not giving them the gift until Christmas and I was told that it would be fine as long as I have my receipt. Well, now that Christmas has come and the gifts were given, one of them needed to be returned. I went to the store to return the gift, expecting to get back the $55 dollars that I spent on the gift to give it to the receiver to get something else in return and the supervisor told me that I would only be able to get the value of the merchandise for what it currently is at. It came to almost $48 but still, I was told there wouldn't be a problem buying the outfit as a gift and then I ended up losing money on it. Not at all happy with their policy especially returning something brand new with the tags on and with my receipt not being good enough because it was past their 60 day policy that was never mentioned to me when I bought the gift!

Victoria's Secret I have not received my expected package ordered off of victoria's secret.

I ordered a few items from Victoria's secret on the 23rd of November, I was and am still to be expecting a package from them about 2-3 days ago as it said it would be delivered on that day (December 5th, 2018). On the conformation email it claims that the package has already been delivered on the 4th of December (with tracking) and on another that it is still shipping which is very confusing. I still have not received my package which is highly infuriating as I am expected to have it delivered on time and not have to go through this frustrating process.

The victoria scret website says sign up for a card today we will give you 15 off a bra today ..b1g1 perfume set. Spend 75 get a free robe

Spent hours trying to get a customer service associate to help and then they said the 2nd tier refused to accept the call and wanted send my call to card member services when my card was just fine because i just signed up for it .. Being this is my first time with victoria secret and getting a card i felt mistreated

Victoria's Secret lack of handicap accessibility

My husband and I stopped in PINK to purchase a GC on 11/30/18. We were in line behind a gentleman in a motorized wheelchair. We finished roughly the same time. In order for this gentleman to be able to leave the store, my husband and I had to move mannequins, baskets and displays. It's almost 2019, get your act together VS. In today's day and age, this should NEVER happen. Get rid of the obsessive clutter everywhere and add some staff training. If this gentleman couldn't get out of the store, I'd hate to see what the fire marshall would have to say.

Victoria's Secret lingerie being advertised on hgtv

I love HGTV! My husband added it to our list of channels we subscribe to last year because I've been begging for years. I used to only get to watch it every time we went away and the hotel had your channel, and I would sit glued to the shows all night. There honestly isn't a show you air that I don't love watching. My kids share this love with me, and your channel has become a family favorite. Recently, I've been noticing more risqué commercials, which I don't understand and have commented to my husband how inappropriate they seem. Last night, December 5th, around 8 p.m., I was watching Flip or Flop Atlanta with my 11 year old daughter and 8 year old son when a very inappropriate Victoria Secret commercial came on. The beautiful models were dressed in lingerie, and the camera was zooming in and out on various body parts and different girls while the models were moving provocatively. I didn't finish watching the remainder of the commercial as we shut off the TV. This is an r-rated, pornographic, adult commercial on a g-rated, family channel. If you choose to continue running advertisements such as these, you will lose viewership. I definitely will be cancelling, and my family will no longer be watching these shows because the advertising is selected in poor taste and lack of caring about viewers. Even if my children were not with me, the advertisement made me feel uncomfortable and isn't something I am interested in, especially when dreaming about flipping a house myself. New tools or decor advertisements would seem more appropriate and matched to your audience.

I couldn't believe this Victoria Secret commercial is allowed on TV at all, let alone at this time of day on a channel that I allow my children to watch. Advertisements should be rated and only played with similar rating TV material. This is not an applicable advertisement or something most people watching HGTV are interested in. Please consider no longer airing pornographic commercials on your channel, or at least wait until after 11 p.m. if you insist on the lucrative advertising money that companies like Victoria Secret I'm sure are willing to pay. Please know this is not Victoria Secret's target audience and that most of your consumers aren't interested.

Thnaks for your time. I hope I can continue to love your TV channel.

Victoria's Secret financial hardship not honored!

When I contacted Victoria's Secrets to try to get my payments lowered an be able to stop getting late fee payments added to my account, I had explained to the young lady that my income was SSD an that I wanted to pay them, but the late fees kept adding up an my payments still weren't getting my bull down.
She explained to me about the Financial Hardship she could get me into. She explained that if I could make 3 payments totaling $75, then the rest of the amount owed would be wiped clean an the card would be unusable.
This was great news for me, seems that I could make the agreement happen with the Hardship in place.

I did as I was support to, an made a total if $75 payment in 2 bills.
This should have closed my account. However, I checked my credit report a see that they have not cleared my account under the Financial Hardship an I want to have them honor their agreement with me.
Due to bring low income an Hardship I would like this to be done with.
However, at this point the only thing that I can offer is that they honor it.
I ask that they clear the credit marks in my reports an add its satisfied.

Victoria's Secret online order bad experience ever

I ordered few times on You're deals season Especially flash deals that was nov 5th i had very bad experience especially talking to representative that are mean :(, I took a chance again order cyber Monday deals my total payment change to higher price when I check it's full price on the perfume eau de parfum supposed to be 25 dollars for small one and big bottle is 35 dollars but next day change to 68 dollars I'm not happy by all you're online deals and I used my angel rewards reps told me I can't get it back too so it's lose my hard earn rewards that I spent money 💰.

Victoria's Secret credit card

In September 2018 I bought a buy 1 get 1 free bra for my daughter. At the counter the sales associate asked if I would like to open an account to get a discount. I agreed but I thought I already had an account and since I virtually never shop I didn't i knowif I had cancelled my account. As it turned out I did and did not have my card with me. I felt the associate was pushy about using my card by liking it up with my phone number. Jump forward 2 months...I start getting texts from Comenity Bank regarding my account of which I was being told I was behind on my payments. However, we never received any billing statements in the mail. I spoke with a billing agent who informed me that my bill which was $87.74 for the merchandise had escalated to $152.00 due to late fees and on top of that finance charges which I have not heard of before because I am never late on payments. I asked for them to please waive the late fees and explained we had not received the statements to no avail. I was told they have a tracking system and that they were delivered to my address. I again asked them to please waive the late and finances fees to no avail. I then explained our family is experiencing a financial hardship due to my mother dying and having to fly 5 people as she was out of state and gaining custody of my 2 grand daughters both happening in October. As a result of this happening I had to quit my job as I could not keep up with work due to what was going on in my family life. The billing is cold and in caring and will be turning me into collections over late fees and finance charges occurring over 2 months which amount to $64.26 over half of the price of the original merchandise.
The next associate I spoke with said the best she could do was take off $15.00. She finally agreed to deduct $32.00. INow they are adding late fees and finance charges on top of late fees and finance charges though I paid the $87.74, the original balance. I will never again shop at this store. I am still unemployed due to a high needs grand daughter and at this time cannot pay the late fees and I really feel that since I have never been late on a payment they should waive the fees as a one time courtesy. I think their customer service is horrible and heartless.

Dear Sir/Madam
On the 10 November I ordered a luscious plum Everyday Lounge Campus Crew.
On the 20 November a package arrived from VS but unfortunately it was a black Everyday Lounge Campus Crew.
I immediately emailed VS and a label was emailed to me to return the item which I did the same day. I then emailed a copy of the posting certificate to VS to prove I had sent it back. I then received an email telling me that I would be informed when the returned parcel had been received.
Despite me emailing several times asking when the luscious plum one would be sent I have received no reply.
I am surprised by this as I have always found VS when shopping in their stores in US to be very helpful.
I have one very disappointed granddaughter as it is a present for her. I am also disappointed by this service.
I would very much appreciate your help in this matter as soon as possible as I am getting nowhere at all.

Victoria's Secret staff attitude

Good afternoon
I would just like to complain regarding your store at the Metrocentre Gateshead I have been trying to contact the store all morning on Wednesday 21/11/3018 and I just kept getting hung up on I got through once time and no one spoke I was on for 9 minutes listening to the staff talk and serve in the background I kept saying hello but no one spoke to me then I kept trying again and the last time someone picked up and the girls attitude with me was horrible I told her I had been trying to get through all morning told her what had happened and she was nasty about it I asked if she had the item I was after in stock and she just said no and won't get them till Friday in telling her that when I was in the store yesterday was told the delivery would be in either today or Thursday she just said no in a nasty tone that I had the information wrong like it was my fault I said that I was told the offer on the item goes off tomorrow and she said it's today I just think she need to be taught customer service manners i would never speak to any customer in that way at all I feel like I don't want to go into that shop again or spend my money in Victoria secrets when I'm. Being spoken to in a horrible manner something needs done I await your reply.

Victoria's Secret management

I'm very upset with the treatment I received with the workers. I bought a bunch of stuff on Black Friday and I had to return some stuff the next day as they did not fit and it was so crowded on Black Friday I did not want to try them on. I ended up ordering different stuff online from there so I could still get the nice sales and I figured after the holiday they would not have many things left. I also did not want to have to rush to take the items back as it wasn't that serious to me. That being said I had gotten a free blanket for spending over $150 and a $20 reward card and during the exchange the girl messed it up and did not realize that they had been free. Once she gave me the refund she noticed and told me to hold on as she messed up and couldn't do the refund without the blanket back so she might need the money back but had to ask a manager. Mind you the cashier had taken a call in the middle of my transaction to help another customer and made it seem like it was my fault that she was distracted and I didn't tell her about it the blanket as I was openly talking about it. I shop at Victoria's Secret and pink all the time and never have I really returned anything so I wasn't really aware of how it worked with the "free stuff" when you got it. The cashier went on to get a manager who said in front of me "it's too late, you already did the transaction" as she looked at me in a very snide way. I told the manager well I ordered the stuff online this morning if you want I can show you the confirmation so you can see I'm still spending over $150 or I can cancel that transaction and we can re do this transaction and I'll just exchange everything. Again I only ordered online because I didn't know what they would have in store. So the manger says to me "so you want to give the refund back and we will give you all the stuff back and then just do an exchange?" So I replied nicely yeah whatever works, I just don't want to stiff you guys out of money. Or at least charge me for the blanket. It's fine regardless. The manager then looks at me and says "well it's honeslty too late, she's just going to get fire" and then looks at her cashier. I'm not sure if she was kidding or not but she was very rude and her employee seemed very scared. I then looked at the cashier and said are you sure? I really have no problem doing it that way and then I'll just wait for my refund from my online order and she backed up and said no it's fine it's too late. So I then asked again and she said the same thing so I said okay thank you and walked out. Now usually I'm not one to complain but I am a very honest person. There have been times where Victoria's Secret sent me two of the same packages by accident and even though they didn't notice and I was never charged I have returned them back to stores and had employees look at me and say "are you sure you don't want it, it's free." Yet for some reason today when I left the store. I felt as if I was a thief or a shady person because that is how I was made to feel. Now I could have been very rude and snide back especially because an employee rudely interrupted me to answer a call for another customer when there were other workers on the floor. I could have been very rude towards the manager and made a big deal but I was genuinely trying to be a nice person. Moral of the story is I have never felt so belittled and judges in my life and I shop as Victoria Secret all the time and I am shocked at the treatment and ever more schocked by management.

Victoria's Secret credit card

Don't ever open a credit card with Victoria Secret, they can cancel your account with out any notice even if you make payments on time, as well as having a 0 balance. They report to this to the credit bureau and can screw you over. No notification, this is criminal in my book. And in today's world one would think they would be better at handling credit cards. Again, I had always made my payments on time, and payed off balances, no notification was given, so to my surprise Credit Karma notifies me of the closed account. When I called VS they informed me that my account was deemed inactive, and I could apply for another account, which would ALSO HIT MY CREDIT. Why would I open another account when they screwed with my credit twice? I will NEVER shop there again, and I will make it a mission to tell everyone about how poorly they handle credit card holders. I feel a notification would have been appropriate, as I would have done some shopping on the card.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Tricked my daughter into opening an account while she was waiting in line to check out. Described the card as a promotion to get her purchase for free today (like a gift card). Never sent her an actual credit card. Sent her the first bill about 3 months later with multiple late fees and interest. Charged her a total of $150 on a $45 purchase. She actually set up a payment plan (series of 3 payments) to auto-draft the money directly out of her checking account to pay off the outstanding balance and instructed them to close the account. She just received her statement which is now back up to $47 listing missed payments and interest as the source of the charges. Waited on hold (15 min.) for Customer Service. Answered 5 minutes of identity questions only to get transferred to the collection department, which of course...was closed. HORRIBLE!

I payed for 2 500 gift cards in store! I have recipes both for activation and money I paid and both match the 2 gift cards I purchased. When I gifted them they tried to use abs there was zero funds on them. I filed a complaint with Vs and community! Said that they will look into it. In the mean time I have to pay this bill and interest was added bc I'm not paying for what I didn't get! It's been a month already and every time I call I get a totally different story! They are sending me fraud papers! They can tell the cards has no money on them, but no one knows what to do! Very frustrated

Victoria's Secret employees were incredibly rude

The employees here were so incredibly rude and have no idea what they are talking about. Everytime you ask them a question they just say they don't know and stare at you?! Makes no sense! Then you ask for help and they put a finger in your face telling you to wait! For how much customers spend here (personally over $200 everytime) to be treated this way is horrible!

Victoria's Secret campus sherpa lined pullover in red and pink cotton leggings

I did a live chat with regard to the 2 items above as they are faulty and was given 2 email addresses to complain to. One came straight back and said they couldn't help and over a week later I've had no response from the other. Please see a copy of the email:

Good morning

I have purchased many Victoria Secret Pink items and been very pleased with the quality and how they wash and wear. However last month I bought the Campus Sherpa Lined Pullover in red and Pink Cotton Leggings and within 3 wear's and washes they have both started to develop bobbles on the inside of the arms and the back of one of the legs. I have never experienced this before with any of the hoodies or leggings some of which I have had for years and I must say I am very disappointed.

I did a live chat and was told to return them to the nearest store but this is 2 hours away from where I live so is not really an ideal solution, I can provide a copy of the receipt and photos of the problem.
