Negligence staph bedsores and medical documents mishandling
My name is Antonio Reed My brother is currently in a Vibra hospital has been in Vibra scare for over 2 weeks now and has caught staph from bedsore’s because of the nurses negligence the care of him has been very inhumane sitting in feces without out being properly whipped also his hpi rights was violated by medical file being left in restroom by the medical doctors my brother I was also removed from the facility because I voiced my concerns this happened on 8/20/22 it was so humiliating to have to witness this and to have to perform cleaning him myself the smell was awe full I have photos and I also have the medical file that was left unattended in the restroom I filed a complaint with the chief of staff Emily on the date of my concerns and the matter gotten worse the bedsores spread to staph infection which now is another set back to Damon Mackbee recovery I would like a full investigation and also a negligence suit to be filed thank you respectfully Antonio Reed

My son is a 28 year old male who has Necrotizing Pancreatitis. On Friday 03/15/2015 my son was transfered to Vibra. Over the weekend he was listed as able to reposition himself which he was not able to do. Today they informed me they were not aware of the three drain's he had and needed to know what they were for. One a pinrose drain for relieving congestion around his lung's some how fell out! They then told me that he was not considered an emergent case and would have to wait unitl Mercy Hospital could get him an appointment. I asked if they had tested the liquid for bacteria they said yes but that will take 24 to 72 hour's. I then said at that time he will be infected and could possibly go into sepsis shock. I then asked if they knew what most patients who die from necrotizing pancreatitis? The dr said I will not take a quiz from you! I said they die from infection! They said they would transport him to Mercy and yet three hour's later he is still there.
